Předmětem diplomové práce je komplexní analýza firmy AKP spol. s r. o. Analýzou externího a interního okolí spolu se základní analýzou finančních ukazatelů je zjištěna současná situace společnosti. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navržena doporučení, která vedou ke zlepšení současné pozice firmy na trhu.

The aim of the thesis focuses on the design of competitive strategy for the company AGRALL agricultural technology and to implement business based on the traditions of primary and secondary sectors of the Czech economy such as agriculture and engineering. Identification of appropriate strategies, namely the drafting of projects based on competitive analysis of several internal and external environment.

The main objective of this thesis is to design a business plan for further development company engaged in the distribution of cider in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge on setting up a business and creating a business plan. Further details will analyze internal and external environment in which the company will pursue. The last section is devoted to design my own proposal for implementing a business plan, including cost and risk assessment of its implementation.

The present dissertation is the design of a company's business plan, with a view to the construction of an automobile paint shop, with all the important factors such as economic and non-economic factors, and legislative changes in the branch taken into consideration. Last but not least, the economic standing of the company is also evaluated. The project is simultaneously assessed from the viewpoint of potential implementation of the proposed solution.

The master´s thesis delas with reporting. In the first part – theoretic one – the thesis explains the conception of reporting as the one of contolling basic functions, SLEPTE analysis and Porter´s model of competitive environment, Kralickuv Quick and SWOT analysis. The practical part deals with charts creation. From these points of view there are presented propsals facilitate improving the firm possition.

The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy, which should lead to gain new costumers, maintaining the existing costumers and a higher profits, based ontheoretical knowledge and analysis of contemporary conditions of the company.

For my thesis I have chosen the analysis of the current state of the company called „Stavební doprava a mechanizace, Praha a. s.” in the area of the economic growth and human resources and its impacts for the customers. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the latest knowledge in this issue, present trends and the explanation of the basic perception. In the practical part of the thesis there is shown the evaluation of the current state of the company and are included suggestions for maintaining the long-term development of the company.

This master thesis deals with the analysis of current system of control and state of control in company PREMO Ltd. The SWOT analysis is processed in strategic planning, followed by Porter's Five Forces Model. To assess the economic situation there are selected indicators used of operational planning for the last 3 years, then evaluate the processes of Marketing and Sales and Altman Index and Du Pont Analysis. The result of controlling will be the implementation of the controller, defining his obligations and responsibilities. The second proposal is dealt with improving the internal processing of information using the reporting.

The object of the master´s thesis is a business plan for internet portal Sportuj.cz, which will provide information about sports centres in Brno and surroundings. The thesis contains the theoretical introduction of the business plan and also the analysis of practical part.

Master’s thesis is based on creating of the business plan of founding company that provide consulting in wellness. The theoretical part describes basic notions and methods, which are needed for creating of business plan. The next part contains analysis of the current market situation. The last part deals with business plan itself and evaluation of efficiency of financial plan.
