Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o dětské pacienty s gastrostomií. / Nursing Specifics in Paediatric Patients with Gastrostomy

POHLOVÁ, Světlana January 2011 (has links)
Gastrostomy is one of the access routes enabling enteral nutrition support to children with eating disorders. It is a method of choice in situations where real assumption of enteral feeding by a nasogastric probe longer than six weeks exists and with undamaged functional digestive system. The possibility to perform enteral feeding outside health care facilities is the most advantageous aspect of gastrostomy for children and their parents. Optimum nursing care is one of the main preconditions of long term functional gastrostomy. This why suitable education of parents and their children in the nutrition support method is necessary. The aim of the work was to map awareness of the issues of gastrostomy in children patients among parents and to propose a unified educational programme aimed at easier insight into the issues. Qualitative research method was applied to the problems. The techniques of study of healthcare documentation and semi standardized interviews with respondents in their home environment were used for data collection. The results of the healthcare documentation studies, which defined the sample of the children with applied gastrostomy, were processed into graphic form for better transparency. The interviews with the respondents in the form of audio recording were transposed into written form and quantified by means of tables enabling the research conclusion to be drawn. The research results showed that practical training of gastrostomy treatment and awareness of possible complications and their solution was the weak point of the education. The above results have confirmed the necessity to elaborate a unique educational programme related to the issues of feeding tube insertion, the care for gastrostomy, support of food, medicines, and possible related complications in terms of learning the ability to prevent complications, identify and solve them.

Středisko výchovné péče: Význam a možnosti spolupráce s rodinou a institucemi podporujícími stabilizaci a fungování rodiny / Educational Care Centre: Importance and possibilities of cooperation with the family and institutions supporting the stabilization and family functioning

NEBŘENSKÁ, Vendula January 2015 (has links)
In my thesis, I focused on the importance and possibilities of cooperation educational care centers and family. The result of my work is the evaluation of the cooperation between educational care center and families and to identify the limits of this cooperation. Marginally I also gained insight into the family cooperation with non-profit organizations, which are an important part of helping children with behavioral disorders. The theoretical part consists of three major entities that play a vital role in the area of behavioral disorders in children. Firstly, children with behavioral disorders are the first entity. In the first part I have tried thus shed light on the developmental aspects of adolescence and to identify the typical manifestations of this age. Also, I didn´t forget to identify specific behavioral disorders of children. The parents of these children are equally important because they take a primary role in education. I defined characteristic, basic aspects and functions of the family with these children and I described the classic characters of the family in modern times. And last but not least, I have dealt with a center of educational care - which is involved in the prevention of behavioral disturbance. This section will be interesting especially for those who don´t know this institution and have no awareness of its work. The empirical part presents the results of qualitative research, within which we addressed five employees educational care center in Domažlice and thirty parents of children with behavioral disorders. The interview provided me valuable information and insight into the issue with their particular experience with the boarding stay of their child in SVP Domažlice. I wanted to emphasize the importance of cooperation through the choice of this topic and thanks to this job I can say that I have reaffirmed this fact. The results of research will make available to SVP Domažlice, thanks to which research could be carried out.

Změny fyzikálně chemických vlastností chladírensky skladovaných jablek

Vojtěšková, Darja January 2015 (has links)
Physical and chemical changes during maturation of apple tree and in post-harvest changes play an important role. The aim was to focus on these changes and subsequently evaluated. In the literary part of the thesis is focused on chemical and nutritional aspects fruit ripening and respiration fruits, harvest, storage options and physiological disorders during storage. In the practical part were evaluated three varieties of apples "Rubinola, Prima and Topaz." First, the fruits were evaluated during ripening on the tree. For each variety were taken each five fruits every 7 days. The optimum ripeness was collected 40 varieties of each fruit and the cold storage for 90 days at a temperature of 3 °C. According to the qualitative characteristics of those properties (starch test, soluble solids and titratable acid) and mechanical-physical properties (penetrometer strength, weight) were measured varieties and subsequently evaluated.

Analýza aneuploidií a studium meiózy u oocytů metodou komparativní genomové hybridizace na DNA čipu

Kocur, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
Aneuploidy frequency increases with advanced female age and results in infertility or live birth of affected individuals. Aneuploidies occur mainly during female meiosis. Polar bodies biosied from oocytes after first and second meiosis were analyzed using array comparative genomic hybridization testing for all chromosomes. More than a half of tested oocytes were aneuploid. Aneuploidies as a result of nondisjunction in meio-sis II were slightly more frequent than meiosis I errors. Premature chromatide predivisi-on was absolutely predominant among errors occurring during meiosis I. Despite the fact that aneuploidies were detected for each chromosome, most aneuploidies were detected for small acrocentric chromosomes. Possible mechanisms of aneuploidy formation are discussed in context of information obtained by the means of animal biotechnologies at different species of mammals.
