The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the Czech labor market and assess whether there is manpower for the group AGROFERT. Furthermore to analyze foreign markets and identify potential foreign workers. Based on the analysis and theoretical knowledge of agency employment to assess whether an internal labor agency for the group AGROFERT would help solve the current problem - a shortage of workers. The thesis is divided into 2 parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic background of labor markets and an explanation of key concepts in the issue of agency employment and employment of foreign nationals. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and proposals of measures that could improve the current situation.

This diploma thesis is focused on a topic selection for bachelor and diploma theses, student's registration for the topics, a registration for state exams and bachelor and diploma theses defense. This thesis includes an analysis of this area and a proposal of an electronic solution. The main goal of this thesis is to build a solution which eliminates a physical appearance of students at school during the registration for the topic of bachelor and diploma theses as well as a registration for state exams and bachelor and diploma theses defense. In connection with this is also valuable to spare the work of the department clerk and secretary connected with the registration agenda. The analysis was realized mostly by UML methodology, the solution includes detailed ERD model and the proposed application screen layouts. The final result of this work is a complete solution proposal that is ready to be used for the application implementation.

This paper Illicit work in the Czech Republic analyse the reason why this type of labour market comes into being and it's causes and consequential effects. It contains a definition of the illicit work, clarification of the typical characteristics of this type of labour market. In the following part, I focus on reasons why people are looking for illegal jobs and their motivations for entering to the illegal labour market. I have a look on the other side aslo, especially on demanders and their motivations. Then I demonstrate how illegal labour market can be measured. In conslusion this paper shows not only teoretical solution of illictic work but also current activity which are being done in the Czech Republic at the moment.

First chapter introduces on-line working and lead though the world statistics powered by oDesk. Numbers present working hours, geographical coverage and skills distribution. It makes reader familiar with advantages and disadvantages of freelancing. Second chapter is related to on-line job marketplaces, in particularly to oDesk (www.odesk.com). It focuses on pros and cons of oDesk business model and website features comparing them with main competitor Elance (www.elance.com). Third chapter disclosures positioning, branding, pricing and marketing aspects of freelance. It guides through example of starting contractor's career on oDesk considering possible scenarios of future development. Master thesis contains 81 pages, 15 Figures, 5 Tables and 10 Appendixes.

The aim of the thesis is to study and compare flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Switzerland from 2005 to 2014. The theoretical part defines basic terms of the labor market, major transformations of the current labor market and labor legislation of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Comparative and factorial analysis are used in the practical part to analyse basic indicators and flexible forms of work of in the Czech and Swiss labor market. The analysis is then set in the broader context of microeconomic and macroeconomic conditions and educational systems in the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The main differences between Swiss and Czech flexibility of the labor market and the typical worker employed under flexible employment in the Czech Republic and Switzerland are drawn from the performed analysis.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the czech labour market and compare it with other european countries. Theoretical part of this thesis describes common labour market characteristics and definitions which are necessary for the practical part. The other theoretical part presents surveys which are carried out in this field and from which the data are obtained. The third category of theoretical part focuses on population and the ageing labour market, fourth part describes flexible jobs as one of the potentional possible solutions. Practical part is divided into three parts. First of them describes czech labour market from 1993 till the present days. The focus was on its structure same as basic labour market rates. In the second part, czech labour market is compared with other european coutries. To avoid the influence of different age structure of populations the method of standardization is used for the comparison. In the final part the cluster analysis method is used to find countries that are similar to Czech republic according to their labour market conditions.

This master thesis deals with the harmonization of private and professional life. The aim of this thesis is to find effective ways of harmonizing family and work focusing on the female population of working age, especially on women with young children in the preschool age, their position on the labour market and the possibility of reintegration into the workforce with minimal impact on the family and children. The thesis is also interested in the issue of corporate kindergartens and their role in the issue of women's employment. Theory includes the topic of gender, women on labour market, a combination and conflict of work and family and ways of balance work and family. The practical part is divided into two case studies. The first deals with the company kindergarten as one of the possible solutions, from the point of view of management and employees. The second part deals with some concrete examples of solution how women harmonize private life and work.

Flexibilní formy práce v České republice a Nizozemsku / Flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands

Master thesis is focused on the research and comparing the level of flexibility of labor markets in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. Labor market flexibility is an important instrument of economic policy, which increases employment. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands and comparison of non-standard working contracts in these two countries. The first part contains the explanation of theoretical approaches to labor market flexibility. The second part is a comparative and factorial analysis of Czech and Dutch labor market. During the thesis labor standards in both countries are compared, on the basis of statistical data LFS (Labour Force Servey) is made an evaluation of the level of flexibility of the labor markets in both countries, the quality of flexible working arrangements and the reasons for their use. Recommendations for economic policy of the Czech Republic are proposed on the basis of the obtained results.
