The main aims of the thesis is to explore the situation and awareness of youth on labour market, to evaluate existing political instruments and to suggest a recommendation for the most effective intrument to makte the situation better. I follow these aims by executing a secondary data analysis, an expert interviews with workers of IPS in Central Bohemia, Regional labour office in Příbram and VÚPSV, furthermore I follow these aims by my own survey within 5 chosen high schools in Central Bohemia. The thesis focuses on exploration of the issue from perspective of future graduates on labour market, as well as the perspective of IPS workers (as the main stakeholder), who actively works with unemployed youth or future graduates on daily basis. According to the research I concluded, that the most effective instrument for the chosen group is consultation, which is provided mainly by the IPS workers. There are various types of consultation in the region and therefore various levels of future graduates awareness. The consultation should by unified in every Central Bohemia region. To make this possible, it is needed to create good working conditions to the IPS workers. Postoj lidí k personálním agenturám a agenturnímu zaměstnávání v České republice / Attitude of people to recruitment agency and agency employment in the Czech Republic

Lexová, Adéla January 2016 (has links)
Agency employment is a unique flexible tool, which is able to respond quickly to changing conditions and demands of the current labour market. It also provides flexible employment contracts and employment to risk groups in the labour market, thereby it helps to reduce unemployment. However, the flexibility of agency work is accompanied by high uncertainty. Agency employment is in the Czech Republic still underestimated and its use does not reach the level of most European countries. This may be caused by the prejudices and stereotypes of Czech society based on the generalization of the illegal activities of some employment agencies on all agencies and by the importance of job security for the majority of the Czech population. The aim was to detect and analyze the attitude and confidence of the people in the recruitment agencies and agency employment. Results from own representative research showed that people in the Czech Republic don't trust to recruitment agencies and they wouldn't accept the job in the form of agency employment. Their trust and general attitude then differ depending on sociodemographic characteristics, namely gender, education and size of place of their residence. Women, people with higher education and people from the big cities have more positive attitude to agency employment....

Veřejné práce jako nástroj pro zvyšování zaměstnatelnosti dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných v podmínkách ČR / Public works as a tool for employability improvement of long term unemployed in the Czech Republic

Durczok, David January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of public works as a tool for employability improvement of selected job applicants in the Czech Republic. For research purposes the public works are community works and public service. The elementary theoretical basis have been formed by the concept of workfare, the concept of lifelong employability and implementation. In connection to the above- mentioned, the thesis deals with the system of public works in the Czech Republic, especially with its setup and its relation to long-term unemployment. In addition, the thesis also reflects the role of public works for further assertion of long-term unemployed in the labour market. Examples of best practice abroad (in the selected European country - Poland) have been given for the sake of comparison here. It has been found out that while community works are already standardly used tool of active employment policy, the current form of public service needs innovations. Moreover, after finishing public works, people activated by that way usually become unemployed again. Therefore, the role of public works for further assertion of long-term unemployed consists mainly of soft benefits (basic work habits, socialization, etc.).

Fenomén volného času / Phenomenon of free time

Lopour, Milan January 2014 (has links)
The thesis "The Phenomenon of Free Time" focuses mainly on grasping free time as a phenomenon by analyzing the related terms in the work of Karl Marx and in the work of Emmanuel Lévinas. The introductory section is therefore devoted to a selection of philosophical questioning about the nature of time. Then I focus on analyzing the works of Karl Marx, especially in the light of the terms work, working hours and free time. In the chapter "Time in Phenomenology", I focus on the difference between the Aristotle's conception of time and the phenomenological conception of time. In this relation, I come mainly from the ideas of Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger, Jan Patočka and Emmanuel Lévinas. In the next section, I analyze the work of Emmanuel Lévinas and focus on the terms existence, time, work and other related terms. In the next chapter, I try to capture the tension of onticity and ontology of Marx and Lévinas and thus reach the phenomenon of free time as an ontological problem. I present this conception of the problem of the phenomenon of free time in the conclusion.
