Sledování přírůstků tržních kaprů přikrmovaných obilovinami na rybnících Rybářství Chlum u Třeboně / Monitoring of gains in weight of Caps fed with cereals in the pond of Fishery Chlum u Třeboně

Pond management in the Czech Republic uses semi-intensive methods to produce market carp in fishing ponds. Natural food complemented with cereals play an important role in this economical and environment-friendly method of fish breeding. The system makes it possible to increase weight gains of carps in comparison with natural production. At this level of production the market carp maintains high quality meat and therefore it is highly valued also on markets abroad. Every year approximately one half of the market carp production is exported from the Czech Republic and the rest is sold in this country. The purpose of my work is to assess the existing technology of additional feeding of market carp in Fishery Chlum u Třeboně, where I have monitored the stock, spring and , losses, individual weights, weight increases, used feed and feed coefficients. I have also cooperated on monitoring of pilot plant tests in the system of Humlenské ponds where the carps were fed with various cereals

This thesis analyses the activity of the agency CzechTourism. The CzechTourism agency has also representation abroad ? 26 branch offices are located around the world. This thesis focuses on the branch office in Italy (Milano). This office has the main aim to introduce the Czech Republic to Italian clients and to awake their needs to travel to our country for a vacation or for a short visit. This branch office has four main segments of support ? golf tourism, scholar tourism, religious tourism and caravanning. Author´s own survey was carried out between October 2010 and February 2011 which analyzed the relation between Italian participants of tourism and the Czech Republic as an important tourism destination in the middle of Europe.

Gamifikace v cestovním ruchu / Gamification in tourism

The diploma thesis is focused on gamification and possibility of using gamification elements in the field of tourism. The aim of this work is to present gamification as a tool for influencing tourist behavior and to design an own product with gamification elements. In the theoretical part of the thesis a definition of gamification is analyzed alongside with the game elements and game thinking, which constitute the essence of this phenomenon, and the types of motivation of players and travelers are presented. Subsequently, a framework for gamification design is described. The fifth chapter defines the basic notions of tourism and introduces ways of using gamification in tourism. The theoretical part ends by chapters six and seven, where possible risks of using gamification as well as the most successful examples of its implementation are described. The practical part is devoted to the description of a new gamified product including graphic design and the timetable of introduction of the application to the market.

This thesis is focused on possibilities of raising competitivness in the area of car sales using operational leasing with Škoda Auto, a.s as an example. This automotive company together with Škofin, s.r.o. provides its customers with a service „Škoda without worry“. The company positioning on the market was evaluated based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the product, market and competition. Suggestions presented in this thesis bring up a conceptual change of the service „Škoda without worry“ with a goal to increase the value for customers and competitivness of the company. Introducing a loyalty program Škoda is mentioned as an alternative solution. Benefits and risks associated with implementation of the suggested measures are listed in conclusion.

Diploma thesis "Criminality and its presentation in media - media representation of four chosen criminals in the Czech Republic after 1993" deals with presentation of criminality and criminals in mass media. Mass media play an important role, they are the main actor that creates public opinion and influences attitudes and opinions of the public within the basic themes that are important for contemporary society. After 1989, in connection with beginning media freedom and development of commercial media sector we could observe remarkable growth of news related to criminality and crime. We could also realize an increase of their tabloidization and brutalization. Unqualified public gains its knowledge of criminality in the region it is staying in and also in the whole republic particularly from the media. Media may although report to the recipients incorrectly about the involvement of criminality, number of crimes etc. The themes of this diploma thesis are as following: media production related to criminality and journalism, normative demands for journalism and media products including their infringements, social and media construction of reality and media representation. This diploma paper discusses the importance of implementation of capital into the system national accounts. The purpose of this work is an estimation of capital services for real data of the Czech Republic. Conducted its own calculation is first such comprehensive estimate of the capital services, which was made. The diploma paper is divided into three parts. In the first part there is a explaination of concept of capital services and the methods of estimation and possible ways of calculating the necessary data. In the second part there is already done my own calculations of estimate of capital services used the methodology recommended by the OECD, but subject to certain adjustments, which are better suited to national conditions. Due to the volume of data all the calculations are listed in the Annex. In the text work is illustrative example of one sector of economic activity and the economy as a whole. The last section deals with experimental estimates of impact of capital services on macroeconomic aggregates, particularly gross domestic product. Other possibilities obtained an estimate of capital services, it is possible to estimate multi-factor productivity. Capital services can be used to express the input of capital.
