Proto ir psichinės negalios jaunuolių iššūkiai ir jų instituciniai sprendimai / First mentally disabled young people and mental puberty challenges and solutions for institutional

Darbe atlikta teorine proto ir psichines negalios jaunuoliu lytines veiklos poveikio gyvenimo kokybes sampratos bei proto ir psichines neįgaliųjų veiklos ypatumų analize. Iškelta hipoteze, kad, taikant taikomąją vienas iš galimų specialiųjų poreikių vaikų lytinio iššūkio ugdymo kokybės vertinimo būdų – gali būti savianalizės metodas, taikomas remiantis standartizuotu klausimynu. Atliktas šio darbo bandomasis (taikomasis) tyrimas siekiant įvertinti jų informatyvumą ir galimybę taikyti šalies mastu. Hipoteze iškelta remiantis konceptualiu teiginiu: koki poveiki daro lytinis brendimas proto ir psichinei neįgaliam asmens vystymui. Anketines apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – identifikuoti proto ir psichines negalios lytinio brendimo gyvenimo poveikio ypatumu aspektu. Atlikta statistine (aprašomoji dažnių, vidurkių) duomenų analize. Tyrime dalyvavo 60 proto ir psichines negalią turintis respondentas, iš jų 10 lengvas neįgalimas ir 10 vidutine negalia turintys asmenys,10 socialiniai darbuotojai, 10 socialiniai pedagogai, 2 psichologai ir 3vadovai. Dar anketas pildė 5 tėvai. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjami Tėvu anketine apklausa, interviu su socialiniais darbuotojais, vadovais ir lengva negalia turinčiu jaunuoliais, kuri padėjo atskleisti apie neįgaliu jaunuoliu ir vaiku lytinio ugdymo iššūkius: išsiaiškinti aktualiąsias ir opiausias paaugliu lytinio ugdymo problemas; turimas žinias, informacijos šaltinius, tėvų ir... Paauglių psichinės sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų poreikis bei požiūris į jas teikiančius specialistus / Teenagers needs of mental health care help and their attitudes to the specialits

Aim of the study: to evaluate teenagers mental health care needs and correspondence to their expectations. Methods: Participants were 15-16 years old (9-10 form) schoolchildren from Kaunas town and region secondary schools. Respondents were interviewed by anonymous questionnaire. We examined 1000 participants. The response was 80,8 percents, but 759 cases were analysed. There were used Epi-Data and SPSS 11.5 statystical programs to count the data. Chi-criteria and correlated analysis methods were used to ensure statistical reliability. Statistical conclusion was confidential at p £0,05. Results: Teenagers mental health conception and official mental health definitions were different. In qualitying mental health schoolchildren mostly emphasized inner shape; 21,6 percent associated it with reason, 10 percent- with behaviour and reaction to surroundings, 8 percents- brains and nervous activity. Some of respondents mixed up mental health concept with mental non-health and then they emphasized particular physical complaints, malfunction of nervous system and etc. The fifth (23 percent) of schoolchildren had various mental health complaints, 16,3 percent- problems in family, 12,8 percent- in school and 10,8 percent had difficulties in relations with friends. Psichikos ligomis sergančiųjų gyvenimo kokybės ir fizinio aktyvumo ypatumai / Mentally ill patients' quality of life and physical activity features

Atlikti moksliniai tyrimai rodo teigiamą fizinio aktyvumo įtaką psichinei sveikatai, o gyvenimo kokybė yra svarbus metodas vertinant bendrą psichinėmis ligomis sergančiųjų funkcionavimą. Šio tyrimo tikslas buvo nustatyti psichinėmis ligomis sergančių pacientų gyvenimo kokybės ir fizinio aktyvumo ypatumus, galimas sąsajas. Tyrime dalyvavo 18-92 metų diagnozuotomis psichikos ligomis sergantys atsitiktine tvarka atrinkti tiriamieji (n=79). Pacientai buvo vertinami gyvenimo kokybės SF-36 klausimynu ir fizinio aktyvumo klausimynais. Tyrimo duomenys rodo, kad psichikos ligomis sergančių asmenų gyvenimo kokybė yra vidutiniška. Tiriamieji geriausiai įvertino fizinio aktyvumo, o blogiausiai socialinių ryšių ir energingumo ir gyvybingumo sritis. Nustatyti stiprūs statistiškai reikšmingi ryšiai tarp gyvenimo kokybės klausimyno sričių rodo, kad didėjant energingumui, gerėja emocinė būklė ir bendras sveikatos vertinimas, o emocinė būklė ir dėl jos esantys mažesni veiklos apribojimai teigiamai įtakoją bendrą psichinę sveikatą. Kuo didesnis fizinis aktyvumas, tuo geresnė ir bendra fizinė sveikata. Psichinėmis ligomis sergančiųjų fizinis aktyvumas didžiausias namuose (atliekant namų ruošos darbus), o mažiausias kasdieninėje veikloje. Gyvenantys šeimose patiria mažiau skausmo nei gyvenantys vieni. Turintys mažesni išsilavinimą, yra labiau fiziškai aktyvūs, patiria mažiau skausmo ir veiklos apribojimų dėl fizinių problemų, jų geresnė bendra fizinė sveikata. Reikšminga lyties, darbinės... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Already performed researches shows positive physical activity influence on mental health, while quality of life is important method evaluating common mentally ill patients’ functioning. The aim of this research was to evaluate mentally ill patients’ quality of life and physical activity features and possible interfaces. In this research participated randomly selected 79 participants with any psychiatric diagnose from 18 until 92 years age. Participants were evaluated using quality of life questionnaire SF-36 and physical activity questionnaires. Results show, that quality of life of mentally ill patients is moderate. Respondents showed best evaluations in physical activity field, worst in vitality and social relations fields. The strong statistically significant correlations between areas of quality of life show, that increasing energy and vitality improve emotional status and general health evaluation. Also better emotional status and less activity limitations due to emotional problems positively affect general mental health. Furthermore, better physical activity leads to better general physical health. Mentally ill respondents have best physical activity at home and worst physical activity in daily life, including leisure physical activity. Married participants experience less pain if compared with lonely participants. Niklaso Luhmanno sistemų teorijos pritaikymas komunikacijos mokslams / The application of niklas luhmann's systems theory to communication sciences

Magistro darbo objektas – komunikacijos samprata komunikacijos moksluose, darbo dalykas – vieninga komunikacijos samprata komunikacijos moksluose. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti Niklaso Luhmanno sistemų teoriją ir jos pritaikymo komunikacijos mokslams aspektus. Šiam tikslui pasiekti iškelti šie uždaviniai: išanalizuoti komunikacijos sampratą komunikacijos moksluose; išanalizuoti Luhmanno sistemų teoriją; nustatyti ir išanalizuoti Luhmanno sistemų teorijos pritaikymo komunikacijos mokslams aspektus; kritiškai įvertinti Luhmanno sistemų teoriją. Atlikus literatūros analizę, taikant lyginimo ir sintezės metodus, darbu nustatyta, kad šiandien komunikacijos mokslai patiria daug mokslui esminių problemų, iš kurių paminėtinos šios: kelios besiskiriančios ir tarpusavyje dialogo beveik neieškančios komunikacijos paradigmos, šimtai ribotų komunikacijos teorijų, komunikacijos mokslų fragmentiškumas ir jų lėtas progresas. Tačiau esmine komunikacijos mokslų problema siūloma laikyti vieningos komunikacijos sampratos komunikacijos moksluose nebuvimu. Šiuo darbu kelta hipotezė, kad Luhmanno sistemų teorija, atliepdama daugelį komunikacijos mokslų problemų, pateikia universalią (vieningą) komunikacijos sampratą, kuri taikytina komunikacijos mokslams. Šiuo darbu hipotezė patvirtinta ir argumentuota, kad Luhmanno sistemų teorija teoriškai ir praktiškai pritaikoma komunikacijos mokslams. But the general problem of communication sciences is suggested to be the absence of a single and unified understanding of communication as such in communication sciences. The work is pointed to the search of a unified conception of communication in communication sciences. The hypotheses of the work suggests that Niklas Luhmann’s systems theory gives you a unifying conception of communication in communication sciences. To prove that the author of this work analyzed the application of Luhmann’s systems theory to communication sciences. Doing that he analyzed the conception of communication in today’s communication sciences, as well as the Luhmann’s systems theory as an object, and the aspects of the application of Luhmann’s systems theory to communication sciences. Krepšininkų psichologinio rengimo programos įtaka jų psichologiniams įgūdžiams / The Influence Of Psychological Training Program For Basketball Players

The factors of psychological training of athletes are researched not sufficiently enough. Many authors underline that psychological training of athletes is a complicated process, without which the development of modern sports is impossible. The problem of study is that data, which would reveal the influence of psychological training program on psychological skills that, are: imagery creation skills, stress management skills, management of mental energy, concentration skills, self confidence and goal setting skills. The purpose of this study is to establish the influence of psychological training program on the psychological skills of basketball players. Objectives: to establish level of psychological skills before and after psychological training program. Data were obtained from a sample of 14 basketball players competing in Lithuanian basketball “A” league. Effectiveness of psychological training program was evaluated through (a) Training experiment (the psychological training program), (b) the psychological tests, and (c) mathematical statistics. The results indicated an increase in all investigated psychological skills. Although not all results showed a reliable difference, but stress management, self confidence and goal setting skills managed to show a reliable difference between two cases. Results confirmed that even a minimal psychological training program is effective for athletes all over the world.
