Um estudo histórico e conceitual sobre a clínica da reforma psiquiátrica brasileira / An historical and conceptual study on the clinic of Brazilian psychiatric reform

Jairo Roberto de Almeida Gama 25 April 2008 (has links)
An Historical and Conceptual Study on the Clinic of Brazilian Psychiatric Reform. This work argues the historical and conceptual foundations of the brazilian psychiatric reform. The main matter that is placed is how to accomplish the transformation of the assistance in mental health without resorting to psychiatric, psychoanalytical or cultural reductionist theories, but pointing to a clinical pluralism. To answer this matter we study authors who did an epistemological approach of the psychiatry constitution placing in debate two central ideas. The first idea is defended by Foucault who considers the invention of the psychiatry and his object, the mental disease, an undesirable reduction of the madness whose consequence is his exclusion of the world. The second idea defended by Gauchet and Swain is opposed to the previous and search to show that the psychiatry was an advance in the understanding of a complex phenomenon. However, the model of care promoted by the psychiatry based on insane asylum failed when not offered therapeutic effectiveness and social inclusion for a lot of patients. In consequence of this process have been initiated actions of psychiatric reform in the largest part of the world. Pioneering experiences were able to formulate new treatments in which psychoanalytical, phenomenological and sociological theories had an important role. Based in these experiences were formulated public politics in mental health that tried to conciliate the treatment with not exclusion. We examine, from there onwards, the reform main experiences, the current state and their influences in Brazil. We analyze the brazilian psychiatric reform and the criticisms that are done about it. Soon, we try to understand the theoretical bases of the reformist experience in the country. We describe three thought slopes that based the actions of the new services created by the psychiatric reform. These slopes, although in any aspects overlay, in other antagonize frontally. They are the basaglian, lacanian and pluralistic perspectives. Aiming base this last perspective, we argue authors who work in the interface of the psychiatry with pragmatic philosophy and we also approach this conception of the thought with the psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott as a contribution to the clinic of the reform. The work considers the possibility to board a psychiatric reform from the point of view of a plural clinic that authorizes incorporation of other theoretical references and that serve as instruments of reflection and practice action for the conduction of complex and multifaceted clinical situations.

A Comparative Study of Market and Non-market Mechanism In State-owned Enterprises Management

January 2015 (has links)
abstract: State-owned Enterprises (SOE) in China were described as Government Business Enterprises (GBE) in planned economy time. Not only as investor and owner, but also manager, government at that time was an all-powerful role in GBE. All factors of production, such as money, raw materials, production, sell, human affairs, were all decided by administrative orders. After reform and opening up, especially since 90s of last century, some related laws, including The Companies Act, were gradually promulgated and carried out, State-owned Enterprises have been found fairly like modern enterprises in appearance, but observe carefully, you will find that with the growing up of the market mechanism, Non-market mechanism still exists stubbornly during the whole company's actual operation. This study focus on two cases of State-owned Enterprises, which are administrated by myself. Trying to find out the difference in business efficiency and group cohesiveness, this study examines the effects of the market mechanism and non-market mechanism, which are respectively operated as a pivotal figure in the two companies. Under the background of the social transformation and State-owned Enterprises’ deepen reform, for stimulating the vitality and efficiency of companies, this study tries to find an optimization management model for State-owned Enterprises. / Dissertation/Thesis / Doctoral Dissertation Business Administration 2015

Lima, Fernando de 25 February 2008 (has links)
Orientador: Antonio Marcio Buainain / Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Economia / Made available in DSpace on 2018-08-11T16:24:09Z (GMT). In the 90', when Brazil was retaking its land refonn, it was built a program complementary to the constitutional mode!. By using market mechanisms to make the access to land ownership speedier, the main goal ofthe Cédula da Terra Program (PCT) was to benefit 15.000 low income families leaving in the Brazilian northeast region countryside. Based on its characteristics the PCT can be classified as a market agrarian refonn programo The Market Assisted Land Refonn also known as traditional agrarian refonn, carne as an altemative to the agrarian refonn model based on expropriation methods, by evidencing a belief of having means to speed up land redistribution. In spite of the theoretical elaboration having as its source the criticism to the traditional model, the market assisted land refonn had its perfonnance hardly criticized mainly by those researchers supporting the traditional mode!. The experience of intemational programs using the same method as RAM's brought some lessons as for its results. In the Brazilian case, the PCT was created by joining several mechanisms to allow an efficient govemance structure. The objective of the study is to analyze the main Cédula da Terra Program components (selection process, associativism, land acquisition process) and mainly to demonstrate that some expectations about program results did not happen as planned. Based on studies developed by researchers from the State University of Campinas the analysis demonstrated that the program rules were not properly followed. This is an indication that the program's govemance structures did not succeed in overcoming local specificities / Mestrado / Economia do Meio Ambiente / Mestre em Desenvolvimento Econômico

Rösträtt : Olika perspektiv på rösträttshistorien / Voting rights : different perspective on the voting rights history

Gärdebrand, Magnus January 2018 (has links)
When history is written is often concluded to most people that the version that is being told is the only frame that’s exist, but not only that most readers don´t reflect that the story they reading could have more than one cause and effect. This paper is trying to answer if and if so why seven different authors have different conclusions when they are describing the right to vote reform in Sweden during the period between 1880 and 1918. The papers source material will be from seven books from and they will range from a neutral standpoint to the history by trying to tell the story in a neutral manner to some books witch clearly has a specific angle when describing the process. The specific angle is that they focus on a single organisation or a specific group of people, which could change how the author describe the voting history. The most important conclusion that could be drawn from this study is that most authors have in most cases framed the same narrative when it comes to the voting right history. The story they tell will differentiate a bit, because that the focus they have when writing the book will not be the same, but still some portion of the story will remain the same. Some parts of the voting right history will be excluded and forgotten by most authors and this paper has tried to answer the question why that’s the case.
