Tyrimo objektas – kultūrinis turizmas kaip žmonių gyvenimo kokybės veiksnys. Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti kultūrinio turizmo vystymo įtaką Jurbarko rajono gyventojų gyvenimo kokybei bei parengti kultūrinio turizmo vystymo stiprinimo priemonių planą, orientuotą į gyventojų gyvenimo kokybės gerinimą. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti gyvenimo kokybės ir kultūrinio turizmo teorinius dėsningumus. 2. Atlikti kultūrinio turizmo vystymo įtakos gyventojų gyvenimo kokybei empirinį tyrimą. 3. Pateikti Jurbarko rajono kultūrinio turizmo vystymo stiprinimo priemonių planą. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros, dokumentų analizė ir sintezė, kokybinis vertinimas, anketinės apklausos ir pusiau struktūrizuoto interviu metodai, indukcija, dedukcija, grafinis vaizdavimas. Tyrimo rezultatai. Pirmoje darbo dalyje atlikta gyvenimo kokybės ir kultūrinio turizmo teorinių dėsningumų analizė: nustatyta, kad kultūrinis turizmas gyventojų gyvenimo kokybę teigiama arba neigiama linkme labiausiai įtakoja per socialinę, ekonominę, kultūrinę ir aplinkosauginę sritis. Antroje darbo dalyje, remiantis empiriniu kiekybiniu ir kokybiniu tyrimu, įvertinta kultūrinio turizmo vystymo įtaka Jurbarko rajono gyventojų gyvenimo kokybei. The tasks of this thesis are: 1) to analyze a theoretical background of the strategic management; 2) identify the peculiarities of strategic management in Lithuanian municipalities; 3) to analyze the system of strategic management of development of Vilnius; 4) evaluate strategic management of Vilnius using Balanced Scorecard model; 5) suggest recommendations for improvement of strategic management of development of Vilnius. To meet the goal of the thesis theoretical background of the strategic management is analyzed and peculiarities of strategic management in Lithuanian municipalities are overviewed.

Disertacijos tikslas – parengti magistralinių automobilių kelių asfaltbetoninės dangos eksploatacinių rodiklių prognozės matematinius modelius, atsižvelgiant į tampriosios dangos konstrukcijos savybes ir transporto priemonių (TP) eismo intensyvumą (EI). Darbe iškelti šie svarbiausieji uždaviniai: išanalizuoti automobilių kelių asfaltbetoninės (AB) dangos eksploatacinius rodiklius lemiančius svarbiausius veiksnius ir atskleisti šių rodiklių blogėjimo priežastis; atlikti magistralinių kelių dangos konstrukcijų (KDK) sluoksniams naudojamų medžiagų kokybės rodiklių tyrimus; nustatyti AB dangos komponentinės sudėties, fizinių bei mechaninių rodiklių ir AB mišiniams naudojamų medžiagų kokybės rodiklių sietį; ištirti AB dangos lygumo ir provėžų gylio kitėjimo dėsningumus; nustatyti AB dangos, kitų (KDK) sluoksnių medžiagų kokybės rodiklių sietį; parinkti dvi racionalias magistralinių kelių tampriosios dangos konstrukcijas (skirtingam TP eismui). As urban development in the 20th century has become the issue of global concern, more and more new territories have been occupied due to high intensity of the development. International conferences devoted to the regulatory issues of city development held within the current decade (such as HABITAT II held in Istanbul, 1996, ATHENS’98 – in Athens, 1998, URBAN 21 – in Berlin, 2000, and a conference in Brussels, 2001, etc) emphasized the majority of developmental aspects including the great focus on the necessity to further form urban structures with the priority of internal city development looking for more effective and more universal functional uses of the territories, restoration of the existing downtown areas and preservation of their original character. As other post-soviet countries, Lithuania has been also facing the need to reorganize various spheres including urban development. Urban territories have been dangerously expanded, especially during the soviet period, due to the increased general city building-up areas, mostly expressed by the territorial expansion rather than gradual and consistent development (by the use of internal reserves of the city).
