Tyrimo metodai: literatūros, antrinių duomenų analizė, anketinė apklausa, lyginamoji analizė, grafinio vaizdavimo būdai. / Research object – the employed in rural tourism homesteads in Lazdijai district. Research aim – to evaluate the impact of rural tourism on employment in rural areas. Lietuvos kaimo turizmo asociacija klasifikuoja kaimo turizmo sodybas, suteikdama joms pagal nustatytus standartus nuo 1 iki 5 gandrų ženklus, tačiau ISO standartai netaikomi kaimo turizmo sodybų kokybės vertinime, todėl kyla probleminis klausimas, ar ISO standartai yra patrauklūs Lietuvos kaimo turizmo apgyvendinimo sektoriui?
Tyrimo tikslas – išsiaiškinti ISO standartų pritaikomumą Lietuvos kaimo turizmo versle.
Tyrimo uždaviniai:
1. Išanalizuoti ISO standartų sampratą.
2. Atlikti ISO standartų taikymo apgyvendinimo sektoriuje analizę.
3. Atlikti ISO standartų ir kaimo turizmo klasifikavimo lyginamąją analizę.
4. Išsiaiškinti ISO standartų pritaikomumo galimybes kaimo turizmo versle.
Norint pasiekti iškeltą tikslą, tyrimo objektu pasirinktos Lietuvos kaimo turizmo sodybos ir jų kokybės vadyba. Siekta išsiaiškinti, ar jose reikalinga taikyti ISO standartus ir kokia naudą duotų jų pritaikymas vartotojams (kaimo turizmo sodybų poilsiautojams).
Apklausa vyko 2014 m. kovo 29 – balandžio 14 dienomis, dalyvavo 93 kaimo turizmo sodybos.
Atlikto tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad kaimo turizmo sodybų savininkai ir kitas vadovaujantis personalas rūpinasi sodybomis kaip savo namais, siekia, kad jos būtų tvarkingos, patrauklios, su gražiai sutvarkyta aplinka. Didžiąją dalį respondentų ISO standartai domina arba domina iš dalies, todėl teigtina, kad jie būtų aktualūs kaimo turizmo sodybose ir galėtų būti pritaikomi. Maždaug penktadalis respondentų neturi nuomonės apie ISO standartus... The problem question – or ISO standards are attractive to Lithuanian rural tourism accommodation sector?
The aim of the study - to clarify the applicability of the ISO standards in Lithuanian rural tourism business.
The tasks of the study :
1. To analyze the concept of ISO standards.
2. To perform ISO standards for accommodation sector analysis.
3. To make ISO standards and rural tourism classification benchmarking.
4. To find out the applicability of ISO standards in rural tourism business.
To achieve the target the selected studied Lithuanian rural tourism and the quality of management. The aim was to find out if they needed to apply ISO standards and what would benefit their application users (leisure of rural tourism).
The survey was conducted in 2014 March 29 - April 14, attended 93 rural homestead.
The survey results showed that rural tourism owners and other management staff taking care of the house as homesteads, seeking that they are tidy and attractive, with beautiful surroundings. The majority of the respondents are interested in ISO standards or are interested in part, therefore it is possible that they are relevant to rural tourism homesteads and could be adapted. 1. „Konkurencingumas“ tai sąvoka, kuri turi daug apibrėžimų, nėra prieitos vieningos nuomonės apibūdinant konkurencingumą. Tai labai plačiai naudojamas ir skirtingus apibūdinimus turintis žodis, kuris labiausiai atitinka įmonės gebėjimą greitai reaguoti į skubius rinkos pokyčius ir išlaikyti savo poziciją joje. Konkurencingumas reikšmingas sėkmingam verslo plano sudarymui ir vykdymui.
2. Pagrindiniai konkurencingumą lemiantys veiksniai: vidiniai (Tai veiksniai susiję su firmos veikla ir yra daugiau ar mažiau jos pačios kontroliuojami) ir išoriniai (sąlygos, kurių firma paprastai negali pakeisti, tačiau privalo įvertinti, nes jos daro įtaką įmonės ekonominiams rodikliams) lemiantys veiksniai.

Objectives:
1. To characterize and compare the competitiveness of the concept and its implications;

Methods: A literature review, semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire survey, content analysis, statistical analysis of the data.

1. "Competitiveness" is a term that has many definitions exist as unanimous in describing competitive. It is very widely used and different profiles with the word that best meet the company's ability to respond quickly to urgent changes in the market and maintain their position in it. Les conditions de la mise en tourisme d'un espace rural périphérique de l'Union européenne : la province de Moldavie en Roumanie / The tourism planning conditions of a peripheral rural space from European Union : Moldavia region from RomaniaIbanescu, Bogdan Constantin 16 November 2012 (has links)
Dans notre recherche on a essayé de découvrir quelle est la position de la Moldavie, sur le marché touristique interne et externe et dans quelle mesure sa périphéricité joue un rôle positif dans le développement touristique.On a vu que l’espace de la recherche se confronte avec une triple périphéricité, qui agit à tous les niveaux : périphérie spatiale de l’Union Européenne, périphérie économique et décisionnelle de la Roumanie, et dernièrement une périphérie figée qui agit dans l’intérieur de la région entre les centres urbains et les zones rurales. On a observé que la région présente une concentration plus dense de ressources potentielles touristiques dans sa partie occidentale, montagneuse. Les départements de Suceava, Neamţ, Bacău et Vrancea bénéficient pleinement de leur disposition dans un cadre plus attractif, le tourisme de montagne ayant un grand succès en Roumanie. De nos jours, la Moldavie présente un retard du point de vue touristique par rapport à la moyenne nationale, retard qui se traduit par le nombre de places de logements, l’indice d’occupation, les arrivées ou les nuitées. Malgré tout ça, la région a connu une évolution foudroyante des unités de logement dans les dernières décennies. Sur le fond de la popularisation du tourisme rural et de ses différentes formes, la pension rurale devient de plus en plus perceptible. La dynamique des arrivées et des nuitées touristiques de l’espace rural moldave dessine plusieurs zones distinctes en Moldavie. Le département de Suceava est le plus dynamique, sa croissance se basant sur quelques centres régionaux auxquels l'on ajoute des communes mono-destination. Le département de Neamţ enregistre une dynamique positive basée sur quelques centres locaux à spécifique diffèrent, ce qui la positionne en deuxième position comme importance touristique en Moldavie. Le département de Bacău se remarque par la chute des activités touristiques de Slănic Moldova et Târgu-Ocna, anciens centres touristiques pendant la période communiste, mais descendus de nos jours à cause de la mauvaise gestion après 1990. L’enquête appliquée auprès des touristes a identifié un profil contrastant du visiteur de la zone rurale moldave. Ces contrastes sont une conséquence de la période communiste et du manque d’implication (organisationnelle, affective, décisionnelle) du touriste dans l’organisation des voyages. / The aim of our research was to discover the position of Moldavia region on the internal and international tourism market and how his peripheral feature acts on its tourism development.We observed that research area is confronted with a three times peripheral feature, each one acting on a different spatial level: spatial periphery of European Union, economical and decision-making periphery of Romania, and finally, a frozen periphery which acts inside the region itself between the urban centers and the rural zones.We observed also that the region shows a bigger density of potential tourism resources in its western, mountainous part. The counties of Suceava, Neamț, Bacău and Vrancea take fully advantage of their position in a more attractive environment, the mountainous tourism being very popular and appreciate in Romania.In our days, Moldavia has a tourism delay compared with the national mean, delay translated in accommodation places, occupation rate, tourist arrivals or overnight stays. Nevertheless, the region knew an astonishing evolution of accommodation units in the last two decades. The rural boarding house become more and more visible, its development being based on the rural tourism’s popularization and its uncountable forms, The dynamic of tourism arrivals and overnight stays draws several distinct tourism zones in Moldavia. Suceava County is by far the most dynamic, its growth being based on some regional centers and mono-destination villages. Neamț County recorded a positive dynamic based on few local centers, each one with a different uniqueness, fact that put this county on the second step as tourism importance in Moldavia. Bacău County is noticed by its tourism fall, especially in the ancient resorts from communist era, Slănic Moldova and Târgu Ocna. After 1990 this destinations knew a decrease of their tourism weight because of the bad management.The investigation made among the visitors of the Moldavian rural area showed a changing profile for the usual Moldavian tourist, marked by several contrasts. These contrasts are a consequence of the communist era and the lack of implication (organizational, decision-making) from the tourist in its own trip planning.

Cette thèse traite un sujet pointu qui est la contribution du tourisme rural à la réduction de la pauvreté. Théoriquement parlant nous pouvons comprendre que le tourisme en général est un des secteurs qui contribue le plus à l'économie des pays. Ainsi, puisque nous parlons de tourisme rural et de réduction de la pauvreté, voici comment notre travail est constitué. Trois parties composent le travail que nous allons vous présenter. Dans la première partie, nous procédons à une évaluation et une tentative de définition du tourisme et de la réduction de la pauvreté après avoir expliqué brièvement l'historique et l'évolution du tourisme en général. Nous avons aussi abordé la question de la pauvreté dans le monde et plus particulièrement dans les pays sous-développés. La deuxième partie porte sue les fondements du développement touristique en milieu rural. Elle présente alors les différentes théories du développement ainsi que les spécificités touristiques des petites économies rurales. Nous essayons d'y faire une proposition sur le choix de la stratégie de développement touristique rural à opter en mettant l'accent sur les critères et les objectifs du développement durable. Notre troisième partie fait une analyse empirique du rôle du tourisme rural dans la réduction de la pauvreté en Casamance (Sénégal). Tout au long de cette partie, nous présenterons notre méthodologie d'analyse de terrain, notre enquête sur le terrain et ses résultats après avoir fait une analyse globale de la situation de la pauvreté dans la région. Les résultats obtenus nous ont permis de tirer une conclusion qui reste discutable par rapport à la contribution du tourisme à la réduction de la pauvreté. / This thesis deals with a subject that is sharp tourism's contribution to rural poverty reduction. Theoretically speaking we can understand that tourism in general is one of the sectors that contribute most to the economy of the country. Therefore, since we are talking about rural tourism and poverty, our work is composed of three parts. In the first part, we conduct an evaluation and attempt to define the tourism and poverty reduction after having briefly explained the history and evolution of tourism in general. We would have also address the issue of poverty in the world, especially in underdeveloped countries. The second part focuses on the fundamentals of tourism development in rural areas. It then presents the different theories of development and specificities of small rural tourism economies. We try to make a proposal on the choice of rural tourism development strategy to opt emphasis on the criteria and objectives of sustainable development. Our third part makes an empirical analysis of the role of rural tourism in poverty reduction in Casamance (Senegal). Throughout this section, we present our methodology for analyzing field, our field survey, and the results after a comprehensive analysis of the situation of poverty in the region. The results we have had, allow us to make a conclusion as far as rural tourism in poverty reduction is concerned. However, that conclusion is also questionable.

The design programis divided into three parts: the station area,the station building and the platform. All threeareas have been renovated and adapted to bemore accessible and functional based onexisting guidelines and to meet the touristicaspects developed.The design program embodies the practicalapplication of the touristic aspects and theexisting guidelines for functionality,accessibility, and design. This result is meantas a source of inspiration for other small-scalestations and demonstrates the possibility tocombine all of these elements into anattractive travel center that is well suited forall types of travelers, including persons withdisabilities and tourists.The report is geographically limited to Murjekand its vicinity and is limited to theparameters tourism, accessibility, andfunctional adaptation.

The main objective of the thesis was to find out current situation in tourism in two towns in Klatovy district and to compare these results with the potential of a place for tourism. Specifically, the towns were Strážov and Švihov, which are similar in population. The theoretical part contains the facts from literature related to tourism, rural area and rural tourism. In the research part both towns are characterized and these characteristics are supplemented with photos. The results of the survey for visitors and the results of the local inhabitants survey, as well as the interviews with the mayors are evaluated.

Previous issue date: 2017-04-12 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This work aims at studying regional tourism governance in two different areas: Campos Gerais, in Paraná State, Brazil and Aragão, Spain. Taking into consideration projects which are mobilizing several local actors for the development of Rural Tourism. For that, it was necessary to discuss the integration of the concepts of territory and geographic networks in connection with tourism. It also sought to contextualize the formation of regional governance models in both regions, mainly, analyzing the organizational systems of these models.To supplement the information, it was described the profile of rural tourism projects and ventures in both territories. Therefore, the thesis was carried out in three stages. In the first stage, it was including the theoretical deepening, having such as subjects the integrative perspective of the territory, tourism in the territory, governance and, finally, rural tourism. In the second stage, it was described the field researches based in recorded interviews with the public agents and farmers involved in the rural tourism activity. And in the last step, it was used the DAFO system and Content Analysis by evocations. It was also necessary used of the integrative perspective as concept, gives thereby different social dimensions capable of playing the role of region such as an integrating concept. Furthermore, tourism is an important agent of alteration of the territory and its networks are used for its fluidity, being these, a determining factor as instrument of power and selection of places for the tourism.The governance is the network that connects and articulates different points or 'nodes' formed by agents that operate within a collective order. It is also responsible for coordinating, directing and articulating actions within its space. Usually, rural tourism is seen as an 'alternative' activity, capable of development the rural territories in an integrated way, valuing economic, social and cultural aspects, being considered a possible solution for rural exodus problems. Additionally, it was found that there are accentuate gaps between the governance and their geographic networks, for example, in one of the networks there is little connection and exchanges, while in the other, these exchanges are fluid and occur rapidly. Thus, the work emphasizes the importance of the existence of specific public policies for rural tourism and how they can help in the implementation of financial resources, and in the interaction and commitment of the actors involved in the rural tourism activity. / Esse trabalho tem por objetivo o estudo sobre as governanças regionais em turismo nos Campos Gerais do Paraná e em Aragão, Espanha, levando-se em consideração os projetos que estão mobilizando diversos atores locais para o desenvolvimento do Turismo Rural. Para tanto, discutiu-se a integração dos conceitos de território e redes geográficas em relação ao turismo. Contextualizou-se a formação dos modelos de governança regionais em ambas as regiões estudadas, analisando os sistemas organizacionais dos referidos modelos. Por fim, descreveu-se o perfil dos projetos e empreendimentos de turismo rural, em ambos os territórios. A tese foi realizada por etapas que incluem, na primeira etapa, o aprofundamento teórico, tendo como temas a perspectiva integradora do território, a turistificação do território, a governança e, por último, o turismo rural; a segunda etapa contou com pesquisa de campo tendo como suporte entrevistas gravadas com os agentes públicos e proprietários rurais envolvidos na atividade turística rural; e a terceira etapa foi a análise empregando o sistema DAFO e Análise do Conteúdo por meio de evocações. A perspectiva integradora foi importante para a pesquisa porque seu conceito envolve diferentes dimensões sociais capazes de desempenhar o papel de região como um conceito integrador. O turismo é um importante agente de alteração do território e utiliza-se das redes para a sua fluidez, sendo estas, fator determinante como instrumento de poder e seleção de lugares para sua turistificação. A governança é a rede que liga e articula os diferentes pontos ou ‘nós‟ formados por agentes que atuam dentro da rede. A governança é responsável por coordenar, direcionar e articular as ações dentro do seu espaço. O turismo rural é visto como uma atividade „alternativa‟, capaz de desenvolver os territórios rurais de maneira integrada, valorizando aspectos econômicos, sociais e culturais, sendo considerada uma possível solução para problemas de êxodo rural. Verificou-se que existem diferenças acentuadas entre as governanças e suas redes geográficas, numa das redes há pouca conexão e trocas, enquanto que na outra, essas trocas são fluidas e ocorrem rapidamente. O trabalho ressalta a importância da existência de políticas públicas específicas para o turismo rural porque auxiliam na melhor aplicação dos recursos financeiros e podem fomentar maior interação e comprometimentos dos atores envolvidos na atividade turística rural.

possibilities analyzing the risks and potentiality activity in family farming in Microregion Ponta Grossa.It is a historical approach regarding rural development in Brazil addressing dualism in agriculture and the inclusion of non-agricultural activities in rural areas, characterized by pluriactivity, an issue that has to be discussed from the 1990. The research was based on exploratory research using information based in the literature review and interviews with agents involved in the development projects with landowners and visitors. Tourism in an active capable of modifying the space turning it in tourism territory where come true power relation among social actors involved with the activity. The tourism area is discontinuous, distinct hierarchical and can be articulated in networks endowed with sense of expressiveness a direction given to those who establishes and/or for anyone who enjoys it. Tourism in rural areas has a differentiated product training conventional tourism or mass tourism; haven seen what is planned as specialized tourism and practiced on a small scale adapted to the characteristic of rural area. Analyzing the risks and opportunities caused by tourism projects in the rural area.
Developed together with family farmers we observed that the forms of production are diverse. The different activities can be considered of great potention for local and regional development serving as proposed integrated tourism, ie, combining different activities the demand research showed that lack of play areas, plus the varied actives attract considerable flow of local visitors. As result it was found
that the tourism project in rural areas are isolated and discontinuous requiring greated coordination between them, there is not a lot of information about the tourism activity to reach the landowner.Initiatives occur through institutions, but not in a organized for networks of relationships between them.
Thus, there is a need knowledge and mediation between owners involved in the projects and technicians responsible for the minimization of insecurity as a risk factor for the investment of tourism active. / O objetivo do trabalho é aprofundar a análise e a compreensão do turismo em áreas rurais e as suas
possibilidades analisando os riscos e potencialidades da atividade na agricultura familiar na Microrregião de Ponta Grossa. Faz-se uma abordagem histórica a respeito de desenvolvimento rural no Brasil abordando o dualismo na agricultura e a inserção de atividades não agrícolas no meio rural,caracterizadas pela pluriatividade, tema que passou a ser debatido a partir dos anos de 1990. A pesquisa pautou-se na investigação exploratória utilizando informações embasadas na revisão bibliográfica e entrevistas com os agentes envolvidos nos projetos de desenvolvimento juntamente
com os proprietários rurais e visitantes. O turismo é uma atividade capaz de modificar o espaço transformando-o em território turístico onde se concretizam as relações de poder entre os atores sociais envolvidos com a atividade. O território turístico é descontínuo, hierarquizado e distinto,
podendo estar articulado em redes dotado de sentido, de expressividade, um sentido determinado para quem o estabelece e/ou para quem dele desfruta. O turismo em áreas rurais possui uma formação diferenciada do produto turístico convencional ou de massa, tendo visto que é planejado
como turismo especializado e praticado em pequena escala, adaptado às características do espaço rural. Analisando os riscos e oportunidades provocados pelos projetos de turismo no espaço rural, desenvolvido juntamente com os agricultores familiares, foi possível observar que as formas de produção são diversificadas. As atividades diferenciadas podem ser consideradas de grande potencial para o desenvolvimento local e regional, servindo como proposta de turismo integrado, ou seja, associando atividades diferentes. A pesquisa de demanda mostrou que a falta de áreas de lazer, somados as atividades variadas atraem fluxo considerável de visitantes locais. Como resultado,verificou-se que os projetos de turismo em áreas rurais são isolados e descontínuos necessitando
maior articulação entre os mesmos, não existindo muita informação a respeito da atividade turística ao alcance do proprietário rural. Iniciativas ocorrem através de instituições, mas não de maneira organizada formando redes de relações entre as mesmas. Sendo assim, verificou-se a necessidade
de conhecimento e mediação entre os proprietários envolvidos nos projetos e os técnicos responsáveis, para a minimização da insegurança como fator de risco para o investimento da
atividade turística.

Previous issue date: 2016-03-08 / CAPES / With increasing market competitiveness, customer satisfaction has become a loyalty strategy adopted by companies. The main objective of this research was to measure the degree of satisfaction of customers' Farm Hotel located in region of Vale do Caf? (RJ). In addition to the study, the most important aspects were identified to the satisfaction of the customers' Farm Hotel located in region of Vale do Caf? (RJ), and also, to analyze the results, methods Client Window and Cross-tabulations were used. Thus, through a cross-sectional study of qualitative and quantitative research, with steps of bibliographic research and field interviews. The findings show that: the variables that had a higher degree of importance were Cleaning, Comply promised, Sympathy staff, Food and Ready service employees to solve problems and desires of customers. Regarding the satisfaction of the customers, in a scale Likert of 5 points, was obtained an average of 4.26 in relation to all the attribute studied. In relation to general satisfaction of customers' Farm Hotel, was obtained an average grade of 8.79 in a scale of 0 - 10. With the results of the survey, it was also possible to draw a Socio-economic profile of customers, to better understand the needs and desires and so provide quality care, resulting in high levels of satisfaction. / Com o aumento da competitividade do mercado, a satisfa??o dos clientes tornou-se uma estrat?gia de fideliza??o adotada pelas empresas. O objetivo geral dessa pesquisa foi mensurar o grau de satisfa??o dos clientes dos Hot?is Fazenda localizados na regi?o do Vale do Caf? (RJ). Em adicional ao estudo, foram identificados os aspectos mais importantes para a satisfa??o dos clientes frequentadores de Hot?is Fazenda, na regi?o do Vale do Caf? (RJ), e ainda, para an?lise dos resultados, foram utilizados os m?todos Janela do Cliente e Tabula??es Cruzadas. Sendo assim, atrav?s de um estudo transversal, de car?ter qualitativo-quantitativo, com etapas de pesquisa bibliogr?fica, e entrevistas de campo. As descobertas revelam que: as vari?veis que tiveram maior grau de import?ncia foram Limpeza, Cumprir o prometido, Simpatia dos funcion?rios, Alimenta??o e Pronto atendimento dos funcion?rios para resolver os problemas e desejos dos clientes. Com respeito a satisfa??o dos h?spedes, em uma escala Likert de 5 pontos, obteve-se uma m?dia de 4,26 referente a todos os atributos pesquisados. Em rela??o a satisfa??o geral dos clientes sobre os Hot?is Fazenda, obteve-se uma nota m?dia de 8,79 em uma escala de 0 - 10. Com os resultados da pesquisa, tamb?m foi poss?vel tra?ar um perfil Socioecon?mico dos clientes, para compreender melhor suas necessidade e desejos e ent?o prover um atendimento de qualidade, resultando em altos ?ndices de satisfa??o.
