Výživa školních dětí / Nutrition of School Children

Máchová, Zuzana January 2018 (has links)
The healthy and right food plays a very important role in everybody's life. It works as a prevention of many diseases of civilization. Good nutrition can contribute to improve life quality. It gives a longer life and we stay more healthy. The most important thing in forming healthy eating habits is our own family. The next important factor is a school where children spend a lot of time. They create their own views and habits there. There are usually canteens at schools which offer some food to pupils. This dissertation is focussed on basic nutrients, education for a healthy lifestyle and the eating habits of pupils from 6 to 16 years at basic schools. I will also look into which food is preferred by pupils - healthy or unhealthy -their eating habits and the ways of their feeding. The aim of my dissertation is to find and evaluate eating habits of children of younger and older school age and detect if these children are interested in what they eat and if we can influence them by edification. In the practical part of my work I'd like to find out through a questionnaire what children at basic school know about healthy nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. The research was done at a peripheral basic school. The questionnaires were given to all pupils of primary and secondary school. The primary school's...

Fysisk aktivitet på fritidshemmet : En kvalitativ studie om hur fritidshemmet planerar och erbjuder fysisk aktivitet, samt skapar rörelseglädje för eleverna / Physical activity at the school-age educare center : A qualitative study of how the school-age educare center plans and offers physical activity, and also create joy of movement for the students

Osman, Allan, Sehlin Letfors, Mikael January 2021 (has links)
The aim of this study was to examine how school-age educare centers at selected schools work with controlled physical activity and what premises the staff had to fully achieve the knowledge requirements with the students. Our research questions were therefore the following:  To what extent is controlled physical activity planned and carried out at school-age educare centers and how can the joy of movement and motivation be created for the students according to school-age educare center teachers? How does the division stand between girls and boys in their choice of controlled physical activities according to school-age educare center teachers and students? The survey was conducted through semi-structured interviews with complete, open questions with staff and group interviews with the students as a method. The theoretical starting points in the essay consisted of the didactic perspective, the socio-cultural perspective and a gender perspective. These perspectives were used to analyze and gain a deeper understanding of how school-age educare center teachers work and plan physical activities, as well as whether they could distinguish gender patterns in the participation among the students.   The result showed that school-age educare center teachers find it important to be physically active as a child. Most of our informants only offered controlled physical activity 1-2 times a week at school age-educare centers, depending on the accessibility to the school gym. Two of our informant’s experience gender patterns in certain activities that have a negative impact on the participation among students. The same informants also state that they lack time for planning activities that benefit all children, compared with the other two informants who have significantly better conditions regarding time for planning.

Hrubá motorika u dětí se specifickými poruchami učení / Gross motor skills in children with specific learning disabilities

Čumpelíková, Nikola January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis examines the influence of specific learning disabilities on the gross motor skills of pupils at primary schools. The primary objective is to find out which specific learning disability affects gross motor skills and thus may have an impact on physical education difficulties. To achieve the primary goal, I chose a partial goal, which is to find out whether over the past ten years has increased or decreased the number of pupils with specific learning disabilities in primary schools. The secondary objective is to determine the awareness of PE teachers in primary schools about the issue of specific learning disabilities and to consider pupils in physical education lessons if they experience specific learning disabilities. The analysis of literature and questionnaire will be used to achieve these goals. The questionnaire survey was carried out by means of an electronic questionnaire, which was filled in by 55 respondents from primary schools in the Central Bohemia Region. The results of the questionnaire survey are processed into graphs and tables. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I deal with the issue of specific learning disabilities, then the motor skills of people and assessment of pupils with special educational needs. The practical part focuses on...
