This diplom thesis deals with iprovement of serial production quality in a company. The first chapter is devoted to literature research. The second is devoted to definition of product quality. The third part is focused on production process analysis. The fourth part deals with analysis of internal scrap and customer claims. The fifth part is focused on risk areas based on previous analysis. The final part includes corrective measures and preventitive actions and their financial assesment.

This diploma project investigates serial produced housing and the possibilities of type house construction. In spring 2020, the government report “Building and living at lower cost - proposals for better competition in housing construction” was published. It proposes a change in the building law that would allow planning permissions for serial produced multi-family houses despite the projects violating the detailed plan or area regulations. I used this report as a starting point for an analysis of affordable housing in Sweden. As a part of that analysis, I have focused the architectural research on Kombohusen sold by SABO, which has currently been reproduced on more than one-hundred sites across Sweden. Additionally, I did parallel research on the work of Walter Segal who developed a method of timber construction in the 70s that enabled cheap timber buildings to be constructed by non-professional self-builders as an alternative way of creating affordable housing.
 Both the research of the serial produced and the self-built revealed to me that their core architectural concepts lie in the detail drawing. That is why this diploma explores constructional details of a house that could potentially be mass produced. It proposes a system based on a lightweight sandwich unit made of timber. The unit forms the basis for larger elements that can be transported on site and erected rapidly.
 The design of the units evolved around a belief that one of the challenges of an architect lies in drawing and redrawing buildings that can serve society beyond the life cycle of their original shape. As such, the units, the elements, and the house should be easy to assemble, adjust and dismantle to ensure long-term maintenance and reusability.

O objetivo do trabalho é compreender alguns princípios norteadores do habitat na década de 1960 através da análise da cidade com as megaestruturas de Yona Friedman; da análise do material teórico de Kisho Kurokawa sobre as cápsulas; e sobre o processo de produção através da industrialização de João Filgueiras Lima - Lelé. As megaestruturas de Yona Friedman eram estruturas com funções de cidade, utilizavam tecnologias emergentes e o objetivo era acolher a população como espaço do habitar. As cápsulas eram componentes do habitar, envoltórios ou invólucros para o habitar humano, produzidos industrialmente, propunham a autonomia e simbiose entre máquina e homem. A industrialização para João Filgueiras Lima era compreendida como instrumento para atingir a equidade e resultado da consciência social e coletiva. Para Lima, o habitat era constituído pelas partes necessárias para o desenvolvimento do ser humano, composto pela urbanização, habitação e equipamentos sociais. / The objective of this essay is to comprehend the guiding principles of habitation in the 1960s through the analysis of the city with Yona Freidman\'s megastructures; of Kisho Kurokawa didatic materials regarding capsules; and João Filgueiras Limas production process through industrialization. The megastructures of Yona Friedman were structures with functions of a city, utilized emerging technologies and their objective was to shelter the population in a living space. The flexibility of the environments, the users mobility and participation were fundamental. The capsules, components of the living, involucres to the human living and industrially produced, proposed autonomy and symbiosis between man and machine. The industrialization was comprehended as an instrument to achieve fariness and result of the collective social conscience. To Lima, the habitat is composed by the necessary parts for the human development, composed by the urbanization, habitation and social equipments.

In the environment of network economy is current problem of logistics management area an question of collaborative planning of serial manufacturing in small and medium enterprises. Present progressive production systems with connection in complex and extensiveness of network environment is put increasing requirements on the area of design and execution of logistics plans, which could be realised on condition of excellent knowledge and evaluation of network environment. On the basis of thesis research is constitute initial categorization of basic logistics terms definition and comparation i. e. network, collaboration and production systems. The main framework of dissertation is based on survey of planning in present progressive forms of production systems up to the present agile forms of manufacturing systems. In dissertation thesis is designed and verified a new methodology of logistics network evaluation, which pay attention on collaborative planning procedure in logistics network in connection with external environment of network. A new logistics network methodology contains element supplier evaluation, time and product structure attributes of collaborative plans fulfilment and subsequent logistics controlling.

Este trabalho aborda a evolução do móvel seriado para fins residenciais no Brasil, notadamente produzidos com painéis de madeira reconstituída. O período abrangido é o mesmo da utilização efetiva destes painéis que vai de meados do século XX até os dias atuais. O enfoque do estudo centra-se na origem e desenvolvimento dos painéis bem como seus elementos de revestimento ou acabamento; a passagem do sistema de produção do móvel de artesanal para o industrializado, com as descrições básicas de suas etapas produtivas atuais e o sistema de comercialização comumente empregado neste tipo de móvel, bem como as novas formas alternativas, apontando os fatores que direta ou indiretamente interferiram no aspecto formal dos produtos. Analisa o estágio em que a atividade de design se encontra neste setor e sua posição perante os demais elementos intervenientes. Por fim, o trabalho enfatiza a efetiva contribuição dos painéis de madeira reconstituída na consolidação e aprimoramento do setor moveleiro, colaborando na implantação de processos racionais de produção em larga escala, os quais puderam proporcionar o acesso do mobiliário a praticamente todas as faixas da população. / This study focuses on the evolution of home furniture in Brazil, mainly those manufactured with wood based panels used in serial production systems. The period covered is the same as the effective usage of such panels, i.e., since mid-twentieth century to the present days. It concentrates on the origin and development of the types of panels and their coating or finishing alternatives, the switching of furniture production systems from artisanal craft to the large-scale production lines, the basic descriptions of the current stages of production and marketing systems commonly used for this kind of furniture, as well as new alternatives, pointing out factors that directly or indirectly have interfered in the formal appearance of the products. It also analyzes the current stage of the practical usage of design in this sector and its position regarding other elements involved. Finally, this study emphasizes the effective contribution of wood based panels in the consolidation and improvement of furniture industry, collaborating with the implementation of rational processes of large-scale production, which could allow the access to the furniture market to virtually all income classes.

Auf Grund der dominierenden Orientierung an Produkttypen in der Serienproduktion sowie der Spezialisierung von Zulieferfirmen und deren Abhängigkeit von Finalproduzenten können die strategischen Zuliefernetze als sehr begrenzt wandlungsfähig eingeschätzt werden. Defizite derartiger Kooperationsformen, die u. a. auf hierarchischen Strukturen in und zwischen den Unternehmen aufbauen, werden im Rahmen einer Praxisanalyse bestätigt. Ziel der Arbeit ist die Entwicklung einer Methode zur Planung und Gestaltung der Transformation derzeitiger Unternehmen zu Kompetenzzellenbasierten Netzen (TransKompNet- Methode), die unternehmens- und branchenneutral ausgearbeitet und am Objektbereich der Serienproduktion praktisch evaluiert wird. Vorliegende Arbeit skizziert damit ein Lösungskonzept für Systemlieferanten und Serienfertiger, das die dezentralisierte Dekomposition der monolithischen Produkt-, Prozess- und Systemstrukturen erlaubt und Möglichkeiten zur Strukturveränderung bei den Lieferanten diskutiert. In unternehmensübergreifenden Netzen wird für Zulieferer ein Auffangen deren kleinsten Leistungseinheiten durch Entkopplungs-/Ausweichproduktionen nachgewiesen.

In the first part of this thesis is described implementation of quality management system in a small company according to ISO 9001. Next part is about production process by method PPAP. In this section is solved primarily ISO 9001 standard, statistical control of production and certification company according to requirements of ISO 9001. Second part is focused on mass production of flange by using the company facilities Kovobrábění Sobotka. In the end of thesis are reflected weaknesses of production. In the conclusion is described technical and economic evaluation of implementation QMS and machining sample parts.
