<p>У овом раду теоријски и истраживачки се анализира појам и процес<br />самовредновања као сегмент утицаја на унапређење квалитета педагошког рада школе.<br />У теоријском делу рада утврђују се појмови квалитета, стандарда, вредновања и<br />самовредновања и њихов међусобни однос у систему педагошког рада школе. Процес<br />самовредновања рада школе се детаљније одређује у односу на епистемолошку и<br />методолошку заснованост. Приказани су и детаљно анализирани Стандарди квалитета<br />васпитно-образовне установе који се примењују у процесу самовредновања рада школе.<br />Реализовано истраживање је емпиријско и претежно дескриптивног карактера.<br />Основни предмет овог истраживања је утврђивање и анализа ставова наставника о<br />утицају установљеног система самовредновања на квалитет педагошког рада школе,<br />као и развијање конкретних предлога промена у систему самовредновања педагошког<br />рада школе које утичу на континуирани развој и подизање квалитета рада школе.<br />Истраживањем је утврђено да наставници нису у довољној мери упознати са<br />Стандардима квалитета рада школе (школски програм и годишњи план рада, настава и<br />учење, образовна постигнућа ученика, подршка ученицима, етос, организација рада<br />школе и руковођење и ресурси) и не примењују континуирано процес самовредновања у<br />својој педагошкој пракси. Утврђено је да наставници процењују значај самовредновања<br />за унапређење квалитета рада школе и дају конкретне предлоге за побољшање<br />методологије овог процеса.<br />На основу анализе теоријског и истраживачког дела студије, начињен је низ<br />конкретних предлога са циљем унапређења испитиваних аспеката процеса<br />самовредновања рада школе</p> / <p>U ovom radu teorijski i istraživački se analizira pojam i proces<br />samovrednovanja kao segment uticaja na unapređenje kvaliteta pedagoškog rada škole.<br />U teorijskom delu rada utvrđuju se pojmovi kvaliteta, standarda, vrednovanja i<br />samovrednovanja i njihov međusobni odnos u sistemu pedagoškog rada škole. Prikazani su i detaljno analizirani Standardi kvaliteta<br />vaspitno-obrazovne ustanove koji se primenjuju u procesu samovrednovanja rada škole.<br />Realizovano istraživanje je empirijsko i pretežno deskriptivnog karaktera.<br />Osnovni predmet ovog istraživanja je utvrđivanje i analiza stavova nastavnika o<br />uticaju ustanovljenog sistema samovrednovanja na kvalitet pedagoškog rada škole,<br />kao i razvijanje konkretnih predloga promena u sistemu samovrednovanja pedagoškog<br />rada škole koje utiču na kontinuirani razvoj i podizanje kvaliteta rada škole.<br />Istraživanjem je utvrđeno da nastavnici nisu u dovoljnoj meri upoznati sa<br />Standardima kvaliteta rada škole (školski program i godišnji plan rada, nastava i<br />učenje, obrazovna postignuća učenika, podrška učenicima, etos, organizacija rada<br />škole i rukovođenje i resursi) i ne primenjuju kontinuirano proces samovrednovanja u<br />svojoj pedagoškoj praksi. Utvrđeno je da nastavnici procenjuju značaj samovrednovanja<br />za unapređenje kvaliteta rada škole i daju konkretne predloge za poboljšanje<br />metodologije ovog procesa.<br />Na osnovu analize teorijskog i istraživačkog dela studije, načinjen je niz<br />konkretnih predloga sa ciljem unapređenja ispitivanih aspekata procesa<br />samovrednovanja rada škole</p> / <p>This study deals with theoretical and research analyzes of concept and process of selfevaluation,<br />as an important part of influence on improving the quality of pedagogical work of<br />the school. In the theoretical part of study were defined the concepts of quality, standards,<br />assessment and self-evaluation and their relationship in the system of pedagogical school work.<br />The process of self-evaluation of school work in more detail was determined in relation to the<br />epistemological and methodological foundation. Standards of quality of educational<br />institutions were presented and analyzed in detail, that were applied in the process of selfevaluation<br />of school work.<br />The research was based mainly on empirical and descriptive method. The main object<br />of this research is the identification and analysis of teachers' views on the impact of the<br />established system of self-evaluation on the quality of the educational work of the school, and<br />to develop concrete proposals of changes in the system of self-evaluation of pedagogical school<br />work affecting the continued development and improving the quality of school work.<br />The study found that teachers are not sufficiently familiar with the Standards of quality<br />of education (school program and annual working plan, teaching and learning, the educational<br />achievements of pupils, support for pupils, ethos, organization and management of school work<br />and resources) and do not apply continuous process of self-evaluation in their pedagogical<br />practice. It was found that teachers assess the importance of self-evaluation to improve the<br />quality of school work and give concrete proposals for improvement of the methodology of this<br />process.<br />Based on the analysis of theoretical studies and research work, this study made a series<br />of concrete proposals aimed at improving the investigated aspects of the process of selfevaluation<br />of school work.</p>

The aim of this thesis is to suggest changes and recommendations for achieving higher level in current applied quality management system. Based on results from analysis of the chosen QMS areas, the respective suggestions were proposed. Based on the information from theoretical review, internal document analysis, interviews with the high management representatives and data analysis, various changes were suggested. All with one goal: establishing, keeping and continuously improving the quality management system which helps to ensure a prosperous and effectively working organisation with a stable position in the market where the organisation is present.

Previous issue date: 2004-03-11 / This dissertation deals with the importance of the university library, its purpose in institutions of higher education and the need for guidelines for adequate evaluation aimed at improving teaching conditions. An assessment was made of 48 undergraduate courses, with a view to offer guidelines and propose criteria for library evaluation. The methodological approach included an analysis of the standards of quality concerning the university library, as well as investigations directed towards the aspects of quality of these standards. It was observed that many models are adapted and do not represent a systematic investigation of the standards of quality in this area. A reference model is proposed to meet the need for more consistent guidelines to direct the undertaking of such evaluation processes. It is concluded that the establishment and organization of a standard of quality for the library sector is fundamental for evaluation and attainment of standards of excellence. / A presente disserta??o aborda a import?ncia da biblioteca universit?ria, sua finalidade junto ?s institui??es de Ensino Superior e a necessidade de se estabelecer um sistema de avalia??o adequado, visando seu melhor aproveitamento e, conseq?entemente, facilitando as condi??es de ensino. This diploma thesis is concerned with individual planning with regard to the social service of personal assistance. The theoretical part contains a description of the origin and history of personal assistance in the world and in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part elaborates in detail on the no. 5 standard of quality of services provided and its four criteria. It also provides an overview of existing approaches toward individual planning of the social service of personal assistance for the target group of people with physical disabilities and seniors, including their positives and negatives, which the system of individual planning brings to providers of the social service of personal assistance and its users. The diploma thesis had two goals. The first was to ascertain the value of individual planning for users of the social service of personal assistance. The second was to assess the benefits that individual planning brings to organizations that provide the social service of personal assistance to people with serious physical disabilities and seniors with regard to improving the efficacy of the work of their employees. The practical part is based on qualitative research, with the main method of data collection being semi-structured interviews. The results showed that users do not see a major change in the way personal assistance is provided after the introduction of the individual planning system when compared to the situation before. Users mainly appreciated the fact that assistants are well-prepared even before the provision of assistance starts. This factor was unequivocally praised as a positive and a reason why individual planning should be introduced. In conclusion, the only negative aspect of individual planning for the employees was considered to be a higher administrative load, which, however, they were able to handle in the end, according their responses. On the other hand, both groups considered the greater level of preparedness of the social workers ? personal assistants during their social work a big benefit.

In the theoretical section the diploma thesis is focused on giving definitions of the terms a non-state non-profit organization and supervision. A great extent of attention is then paid to the introduction of supervision into organizations and obstacles that play an important role in this process. The aim of the research section of the thesis was to survey the current state of the introduction of supervision in non-state non-profit organizations providing social services in the South Bohemian Region. The first partial objective was to map the reasons for the introduction of supervision in these organizations. The other partial objective was to identify the obstacles preventing organizations from the introduction of supervision in their workplaces. To conduct the research of the thesis, the qualitative research was chosen, the interviewing method, the technique of semi-conducted interviews The research group consisted of directors or managing directors of non-state non-profit organizations providing social services, and their employees. From the results it is evident that the effectiveness of the Act on Social Services, i.e. also of the Standards of quality of social services, is not the only reason for the introduction of supervision. According to the answers of addressed respondents, there are much more reasons for this measure. Understanding the reasons for the introduction of supervision, however, is different in the management of an organizations and in its employees. The research has also shown that the lack of funds is the major obstacle in implementing supervision into non-state non-profit organizations that provide social services. The author proposes possible solutions to this problem in the discussion. This thesis may be the basis for the introduction of supervision in organizations where it is not used yet. The work can contribute to facilitate the introduction of supervision into organizations providing social services because individual obstacles have been detected and described. Furthermore, this work could be beneficial for students and the staff of helping professions.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze Long-Term Care in the Czech Republic, to design a Quality Management System for Long-Term Care, and to demonstrate its practical application in Gerontological Centre. A Quality Management Handbook for Long-Term Care represents an additional aim of this thesis; it is designed for Health and Social organizations having a similar spectrum of activities. This work relies on document analysis - available scientific studies on long-term care, and literature focused on quality management. A significant part of the text is supported by our own practical experience and is reinforced by consultations with experts in senior care. ISO systems, TQM approaches, Standards of social services, and National accreditation standards for subsequent and long-term care SAK ČR (United Accreditation Commission of Czech Republic) have been used as a starting point for the proposed Quality Management System. The proposed system has a broad scope, including resources, processes and outputs. The systems used in practice have some common parts; therefore the proposed model may be easily modified to accommodate the specific requirements of individual certification authorities.

The thesis "The influence of quality standards on the quality of social services provided in homes for the elderly" represents the current situation of quality of social services in selected homes for the elderly more detaily. The thesis in its introduction contains defined goals and hypotheses, explains the importance of individual terms that are used at work, and helps to understand their meaning and relationships among them. The thesis then outlines the current state of the problem, which is strongly shaped by the aging population and related reforms in the social services system and the overall quality of services provided in homes for the elderly. The following thesis' chapters deal with a description of the problem, definition and analysis ofthe actors involved, as well as theoretical background, which was used in the work. After the theoretical part, the thesis is transferred to the empirical one, where the chosen methodology and methods of data collection are described. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the qualitative and quantitative research that was conducted in four homes for the elderly in the Central Region and the capital city Prague. A Study of Instructional Technology Resource Teachers in Virginia's Public School Divisions: Who are They and What Do They Do?Hooker, Kimberly M. 16 December 2006 (has links) (PDF)
The purpose of this research was to examine the role of instructional technology resource teachers (ITRTs) within Virginia's public school divisions focusing on how ITRTs used their time throughout the school year to integrate technology into the curriculum. Based on data from surveys of current ITRTs, the researcher investigated further to find relationships, if any, among the professional and educational backgrounds and work calendar of these teachers and their responses to their actual role. The study also addressed training that the ITRTs have received to assist them in their job duties and explored the participants' perceptions of their roles as ITRTs.
Data were collected through the administration of an online survey sent to 1,199 ITRTs in 133 school divisions (districts) in Virginia. The response rate was 82% or 983 returns. The data were analyzed and presented using a tabular format along with a brief description.
Based on the findings, 40.9% of the respondents listed Instructional Technology Resource Teacher as their official job title. The majority of respondents held master's degrees and teacher's licenses. Respondents reported that 95% were full-time ITRTs. Most worked on a 10- or 11-month work calendar. The findings showed that instructional technology resource teachers were assisting teachers somewhat with technology integration, but the time spent on solving software (64.8%) and hardware (53.3%) problems remains a concern.
The majority stated that they had received training from their school divisions. The analysis showed that only 1.6% of the respondents had no training. Respondents overwhelmingly agreed that the most effective way to meet each school's instructional technology needs is to have one full-time instructional technology resource teacher in each school. Respondents stated there was not enough time allotted for teachers to plan for technology in the classroom and that there were insufficient funds for hardware and software needed for implementing technology into the classroom. Most agreed that support from school division administrators are assisting teachers in successfully integrating technology into the classroom and the majority of respondents disagreed that Standards of Learning (SOL) prompt teachers to use technology as a daily instructional tool.
