This thesis focuses on the themes of creativity, innovation and organizational culture. The theoretical part deals with definitions of terms, relations between them and recommendations for practical use. Practical project focuses on the analysis of selected companies Partners Financial Services, a.s. and on the basis of survey, interview with their staff and own observation is formulate evaluation of organizational culture, creativity and teamwork in the company. Based on the findings of deficiency are processed suggestions for improvement.

This master's thesis focuses on the creation of microblogging services for teams. The thesis describes the research and analysis of current microblogging services and finding their strength and weaknesses. Based on the analysis is designed new service which focuses on communication between team members. It is also discussed implementation of the proposed service and on the conclusion are summarized future extensions to improve this service.

This work deals with restructuralization concerning productional subdivision and people working in this subdivision. The analytical and proposal parts form the most important chapters of the work. The analysis is further divided into three subsections. The crucial one defines the main productivity problems. Next, the issue of determination of workers' wages is addressed. The last subsection focuses on workshop layout and the ways of ensuring responsibility for particular production sector. The proposal that follows consists of measures to be taken to eliminate the deficiencies listed in the analytical part. The proposal is composed of a set of recommendations and unlike the analysis, it is not divided into smaller subsections. The main contribution of this work from the view of the company is increase in productivity and decrease in resource costs. From workers' view, the asset lies in better conditions in production environment and in the opportunity of self-fulfillment. Both the company and its workers can benefit from clear criteria for salary ratings.

The diploma thesis is focused on the one hand on the ways of the coordination of the multidisciplinary teams and the interdisciplinary cooperation of the professionals helping people with eating disorders (EDs) and on the other hand on the challenges that these professionals are facing and what are their solutions. The findings of the empirical part are based on a qualitative research using mostly semi-structured interviews with 17 professionals. Most of the professionals from the nonprofit type of organizations and from the treatment facilities had one permanent coordinator and they used regular team meetings as a part of the coordination. On the other hand the professionals with their private practice cooperating with each other were choosing the coordinator case by case or had none at all and they shared the information mostly irregularly by phone or email. The most frequent challenges of this cooperation were its time, financial, energy and coordination consuming character, insufficient knowledge or experience of some other professionals regarding EDs or their unwillingness to cooperate, myths about EDs or a disharmony among the cooperating professionals. This thesis focuses on the direction and coordination of volunteers in organisations with multidisciplinary teams working with homeless people, and the challenges faced by both these organisations and their volunteers. The results of the experimental section, which focuses on the motivation of volunteers and stimulation from the organisations, have their basis in practical research using semi-structured interviews with leading workers at the organisations, their volunteers, and volunteers from the Labre project, which represents an introductory characterisation of the problem in practice; one which the respondents then refer to in the interviews. Problem areas as identified by both the workers and the volunteers themselves include integration into the organisation, unsupervised activity, non-stimulating conditions, irregular contact, and apathy from the side of the target group. Systematic leadership by a volunteer coordinator is financially demanding for the organisations, and the workers attend to their volunteers in addition to other competences, making systematic leadership more difficult. The diploma thesis is maping the World Pond Hockey Championship which helds place in Canada. The aim of this work is to analyze and characterize men's and women's teams that has participated at World Pond Hockey Championship. In the theoretical part of the thesis I was focusing on the history of men's and women's hockey on natural ice surfaces. I also characterized the World Pond Hockey Championship, rules of this sport and other big pond hockey tournaments. The practical part is devodet to the analyze of differencies between regular World Ice Hockey Championship and World Pond Hockey Championship. Furthermore the practical part analyzes men's and women's teams that has competed at the World Pond Hockey Championship. The analyze was done by my own observation, interviews with the players and coaches and also by the quantitative research from relevant sources.

Filová, A. Leadership of business groups in specifically segment. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. This Diploma thesis is focused on the business groups in direct selling (B2C). The aim of the thesis is to propose effective solutions for leadership of business groups, which provide efficient education, communication, planning and administration. In the first part of diploma thesis is a literary research on this subject. In the second part is own research about this subject. The own research contains from quantitative research with questionary survey, and quantitative research with semi-structured interviews. One part of the own research is analysis of the actual situation in count of dealers in the direct selling in the Czech Republic and the progress in four years ago. On the ground of founded detection is formulate recommendation for leaders, with according to age and gender of business groups.

In my thesis I deal with teamwork in a construction company, focusing on team communication. In selected company I will try to correctly reveal the communication problems and propose a solution.

The goal of the master thesis is to determine possibilities of improving of management of multicultural teams in the Service Desk department in DHL Information Services (Europe) s. r. o. The teoretical part of the thesis involves concepts of team, team development, team management practices and team communication. The practical part of the thesis focuses on verification of hypotheses through structured interviews with manager of multicultural teams in the department of Service Desk and with particular team leaders.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the description of injury rate at floorball in the men's highest competition within the years 2014-2019. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The rules of floorball, the popularity, and unions (federations) of this sport in our country and abroad, the concept of the season and the characteristics of the player's movement, including muscle imbalances are described in the theoretical part. A general division of sports injuries and a description of the most common injuries at floorball is a part of theory, as well as their prevention, registration, and treatment. In addition to contact with another person, glasses, shoes, the surface, the age of the player and, in the case of goalkeepers, knee protectors can influence injuries at this indoor sport. Further the method of educating coaches in the Czech Republic and the content of a seminar on compensation, which is presented to coaches at trainings, is also described there. The practical part is focused on the collection of injury rate data from paper and electronic records from matches in the seasons from 2014/2015 to 2018/2019.
