People from poor countries are moving thousands of kilometers to developed countries with the vision of material prosperity. Airplanes transport thousands of people in hours to places, where people had travelled much longer recently. Similarly, also an ordinary weekday is for the majority of population connected with relatively long moves between different places of daily activities. Traveling between home, work, kindergartens and schools, shops and leisure activities takes the significant part of our daytime. To capture the measureless amount of particular human creatures in their day-to-day moves through time and space seems to be almost impossible. In fact, it is not so unrealistic. Mobilní telefon prizmatem sociologie / Mobile Phone Through the Prism of Sociology

The theoretical part of this thesis intends to familiarize the reader with review of the results of recent studies of how a mobile phone affects individuals, communication and society as a whole. Space is given to the issue of behavioural differences between men and women in relation to mobile phones. The last section shows how big is the attention given to a mobile phone in the field of marketing research. In the research part, the author uses methods typical rather to marketing research, an eye tracking, RTA and interviews to do the research whose goal was to describe the process of selection when buying a mobile phone via e- shop and to point out the possible differences between men and women. Measuring eye attention of 50 participants in the age of 18 - 29 years (25 men, 25 women) showed that eye behaviour of men and women when choosing a mobile phone differed significantly, particularly at the time that respondents gave to particular information areas. The interviews resulted in further differences such as differences in the importance of different criteria for both genders or unequal level of independence in selecting the phone.

This diploma thesis deals with support employee's mobility in ERP systems. In the opening it describes contemporary trends in the use of mobile devices in companies, followed by overview of basic functionality, which is essential for deploying those devices in the enterprise environment. Next part is focused on the integration of mobile devices into enterprise architecture. It consists of description, how the information from identified ERP modules is made available for mobile devices. New activities are connected with mobile device integration, especially security and management. Therefore several options covering these activities are mentioned in this thesis. Last part provides study of company Diskus spol. s r.o., where two problems are being discussed - low support for field workers and missing security policies for mobile devices. Last contribution is the comparison of support for mobile devices in ERP systems from the selected Czech providers (ABRA Gx, Byznys ERP, Helios Orange, K2, Karat and Premier System).

Idag används den smarta telefonen i allt större utsträckning för att surfa på Internet. Problemet med att surfa i den smarta telefonen är att den mindre skärmytan ger begränsade möjligheter att rymma alla funktioner hos funktionsrika tjänster. För att lösa detta utvecklas det flera lösningar för en och samma tjänst. Tack vare utökad funktionalitet genom responsiv webbdesign ges utvecklare nya möjligheter att skapa en universell lösning för flera enheter istället för att utveckla en lösning för varje typ av enhet. När responsiv design blir alltmer vanlig blir det intressant att undersöka vad slutanvändarna av dessa tjänster har för åsikter om teknikerna och hur de använder dem. I denna uppsats utformades en enkät baserad på Traderas webbtjänst i syfte att undersöka vad deras användare idag föredrar för lösning i valet mellan app eller responsiv webbsida när de använder Tradera i sina smarta telefoner. Uppsatsen undersöker även de bakomliggande orsakerna till deras val av lösning. Resultatet visade att respondenterna i enkätundersökningen föredrog att använda appen istället för den responsiva webbsidan när de besökte Traderas webbtjänst i sina smarta telefoner. De främsta anledningarna till det var att respondenterna tyckte att appen hade högre grad av användbarhet samt att det var en vana sedan tidigare att använda den lösningen.

Then thesis deals with equipment of mobile phones, principle of sensors functioning and in the end deals with searches of application for physical measuring by the mobile phones sensors, actual to the date of the writing this thesis. In the practical part thesis deals with comparison of values from aplication to the laboratory equipment. In the end deals with proposals of lessons activities with mobile applications.

It also contains an analysis of the condition and the possibility of utilization of these devices. There are mentioned currently best selling phones and their operating systems. In the practical part, there is a model of decision situation that turns up when choosing a mobile phone and also when choosing a mobile operating system. There is also compared the state of usage of mobile devices in the Czech Republic and in the world from several aspects, including the comparison of sales of the particular manufacturers and sales of operating systems.

Vliv značky na kupní chování spotřebitele / The influence of brand on consumer buying behavior

The diploma thesis concerns with influence of Apple brand on consumer buying behavior. The aim of thesis is to qualify the influence of brand on consumer buying behavior on smartphone market. From this conditions will arise the recommendations to Apple company, how is possible to bolster its position on mobile phone market. The theoretical part of thesis place emphasis on description of marketing mix, brand theory and consumer buying behavior. Practical part is based on studied secondary data. There is detailed description of Apple company its brand building strategy, situation on smartphone market with marketing instruments, that are used on this specific market. Quantitative questionnaire survey performed in electronical form creates a core of the practical part of the thesis and is preceded by qualitative pre-survey on seven iPhone users. Precisely 154 respondents participated on questionnaire survey that observed thoughts and judgements of questioned people about Apple brand. There are included opinions of owners, that own various smartphone brands and also respondents from the group of Apple iPhone users. The responses of both groups are in the chapter of appraisal results and conditions compared along with studied secondary data. These outcomes of questionnaire survey and secondary data are used as a framework to completion several recommendations for Apple brand and the whole company on this market. Almost three quarters of owners, that use all chosen smartphone brands, perceive the prices of Apple smartphones as overly high. Just as the first group evaluates the situation a bit more than half of the iPhone users, although inside this group is a lower sensitivity on Apple products price perception. One of the important recommendation for Apple company is to be more efficient in communication about the adjustment of its smartphone prices and pricing policy towards to consumers across the countries. It is necessary to obtain more consumers from a group of new Apple brand users and students. These expects the offer of cheaper smartphone in high quality medium category. In case of their satisfaction is there scope for Apple to offer them its premium smartphones in the top category.

Last but not least it covers single phases of the buyer decision process in the Czech Republic.
