One of the countries that has enjoyed great international interest in recent years is Turkey. The long period of passive foreign policy oriented primarily towards the West has been replaced in recent years by a very active foreign policy focused on its own region. Turkey has included new instruments and activities in its foreign policy that are more in line with the position of the Middle Power. Two of the foreign policy instruments that have become important in Turkey include development aid and migration policy, or more precisely its response to refugee crises. This is also due to the fact that, as a result of the Syrian crisis, Turkey currently hosts more than three million refugees on its territory. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the changes in Turkey's migration and development policy in the context of its overall foreign policy, as well as the way in which these issues are used to increase its soft power. The more general goal is to try to use the findings to enrich the Two-Good Theory with soft power tools. The Two-Good Theory attempts to explain the behavior of states in terms of their inclination towards maintaining status quo or changing the status quo in different areas of international relations. Marginally outer-trapped surfaces (MOTSs) are found for a family of space-like hypersurfaces described by the Brill-Lindquist initial data. These hypersurfaces contain a singular ring characterized by its radius, mass and charge. Due to the ring character of the singularity, these surfaces are natural candidates for MOTSs with toroidal topology. By adjusting and employing the numerical method of geodesics, we indeed localize MOTSs of both spherical and toroidal topology, and compare the results with those obtained previously by Jaramillo & Lousto.

Lo studio dell'azione e del rapporto tra diritto sostanziale e il processo non sfugge a questa realtà. Questo lavoro, partendo dalla linea teorica che considera fondamentale per lo studio del processo civile vederlo dal punto di vista dei loro legami con la teoria dello Stato, si propone di esaminare le ipotesi che stanno alla base delle principali teorie dell'azione costruite sulla storia processuale secondo i diversi modelli di Stato moderno. A partire da questa decostruzione teorica, ha come obiettivo verificare le migliori prospettive di concepire il rapporto tra diritto sostanziale e processo in uno Stato Democratico di Diritto. Per farlso, si parte dall'idea che l'analisi sottolineato nell'azione materiale è legata al modello liberale di Stato, mentre l'attenzione esclusiva per azione processuale è legata al modello sociale di Stato e al ruolo esacerbato svolto dallo Stato. In questa prospettiva, si studierà la teoria civilista dell'azione, la polemica tra Windschied e Muther, la teoria astratta dell ́azione nei suoi vari autori, la teoria di Oskar Bülow, la teoria concreta di Wach e Chiovenda, la teoria eclettica dell ́azione e la teorie qui considerati più appropriate per lo Stato Democratico di Diritto. La costruzione di una teoria in sintonia con lo Stato Democratico di Diritto dovrebbe quindi cercare un equilibrio tra il punto di vista delle parti e del giudice affinché i rapporti tra diritto materiale e processo si ritrovano guidare dal massimo rispetto al dovuto processo legale, oltre a poter prestare una tutela giurisdizionale effettiva, garantita a tutti a livello costituzionale. / O advento do Estado Democrático de Direito exige do processo civil uma (re)leitura de seus principais elementos. O estudo da ação e das relações entre direito material e processo não escapa dessa realidade. O presente trabalho, partindo da linha teórica que considera elementar para o estudo do processo civil visualizá-lo na perspectiva dos seus vínculos com a Teoria do Estado, visa a analisar os pressupostos que permeiam as principais teorias da ação construídas na história processual de acordo com os diferentes modelos de Estado moderno. A partir dessa desconstrução teórica, busca-se verificar quais as melhores perspectivas para conceber as relações entre o direito material e o processo no Estado Democrático de Direito. Para tanto, parte-se da ideia que a análise enfatizada na ação material está atrelada ao modelo liberal de Estado, enquanto o foco exclusivo na ação processual está ligado ao modelo social de Estado e ao exacerbado papel ocupado pelo Estado. Nessa perspectiva, será estudada a teoria civilista da ação, a polêmica entre Windscheid e Muther, a teoria abstrata da ação nos seus mais diversos autores, a teoria de Oskar Bülow, as teorias concretas de Wach e Chiovenda, a teoria eclética da ação e as teorias aqui consideradas mais adequadas para o Estado Democrático de Direito. A construção de uma teoria afinada com o Estado Democrático de Direito deve, pois, buscar um ponto de equilíbrio entre a perspectiva das partes e do juiz para que as relações entre direito material e processo encontrem-se pautadas pelo máximo respeito ao devido processo legal, bem como seja capaz de prestar uma tutela jurisdicional efetiva, garantida a todos no plano constitucional.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného postavení a vztahů společnosti Rašelina a.s. se sídlem v Soběslavi. V teoretické části je popsána základní teorie sociologie a ekonomiky organizací. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na rozbor sociálních a ekonomických vazeb konkrétní organizace Rašelina a.s. V úvodu praktické části je popsána historie společnosti včetně základních prvků transformace ze státního podniku na akciovou společnost. Rozbor současné ekonomické situace společnosti je zaměřen na její pozici na trhu v ČR, rozbor jejích konkurentů a v neposlední řadě na její podnikatelskou strategii. Rozbor sociálních vazeb společnosti je zaměřen na prostředí a management společnosti. Podrobně je definována a analyzována kultura a vnitřní a vnější vztahy společnosti. Rozbor sociálního postavení společnosti je zakončen definováním vztahů společnosti k lokální veřejné správě a k neziskovým organizacím. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny variantní návrhy řešení některých otázek současného postavení společnosti Rašelina a.s.

This academic work is based on remarkable works of economists Ramsey, Cass, Koopmans and Kaldor, it brings closer the intertemporal growth theory and its empirical implications on the Czech economy. Simply the purpose of this academic work is to analyse investment and its development in the Czech economy, theoretically identify and empirically study it. Furthermore, to monitor investments by different types and sectors. The study also is committing to better comprehension of mutual effects of capital formation and economic growth.

The thesis deals with the analysis of spatial distinction of the chemical industry in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the disposition of chemical production in the Czech Republic and using the tools of spatial analysis, mainly location quotients and the Lorenz curve, to identify areas with the highest concentration of the chemical production. Further to identify areas with the greatest potential for the localization and development of the chemical production. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the economic aspects of the localization of the industry and defines the chemical industry itself in a broader context. The practical part deals with the position of the chemical industry in the Czech Republic and focuses on the territory analysis which identifies the regions with the highest concentration of the chemical industry in the Czech Republic

The master thesis focuses on Jan Baťa's colonization in Brazil which took place from forties of 20th century. The aim of this thesis is to describe a specific example of the influence of private enterprise and foreign direct investment on regional development in the context of developing countries. The main objective of this thesis is to demonstrate that Baťa's activities have played an important role in the development of the regions. In this context, the thesis will try to prove that towns created by Jan Baťa dispose such economic characteristics that reflect the level of higher territorial units and are a constant element of the economic system of the Brazilian states. Another goal of the thesis is to explain the context of historical aspects associated with the arrival of Jan Baťa to Brazil on location factors, which played a key role in determining the location of Baťa's activities.

This work is mainly focused on the environment of stock markets. It aims to identify some psychological and sociological factors relating to investors' behaviour which may help to justify occurrence of excessive movements in stock market prices resulting in price "bubbles" and stock market crashes. It emphasizes that the assumptions for the validity of the Efficient Markets Hypothesis based on dominant position of rational investors in stock markets have been empirically undermined by number of experiments and observations. As one of the most vigorous alternative challenging the Efficient Market Hypothesis is now considered the theory of behavioural finance stressing some imperfections of human behaviour which may substantially influence dynamics of stock market prices in both directions.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the stability of the euro area in the context of the impact of the economic crisis. The work is divided into three chapters. The theory of optimum currency area was identified as a fundamental theoretical basis for subsequent analysis, and then Ireland and Portugal were chosen as the two countries representing vulnerable economies, which have been subjected to more detailed examination and comparison. These two parts were for the coherence of the whole work set in the historical context of European monetary integration. The first part deals with a theory of optimal currency area. The first chapter is further analysis of potential benefits and costs of the monetary area. The second chapter focuses on the historical context of monetary integration in Europe and recent developments in euro area countries. The theme of the third chapter is to compare the impact of the crisis on the Irish and the Portuguese economy. This chapter focuses on the main causes of the crisis in Ireland and then in Portugal, the impact of the crisis on them and stability restoring program adopted in the context of drawing loans from the European Commission, ECB and IMF. In the last part of the third chapter the causes and effects of the crisis in Ireland and Portugal were mutually compared. The conclusion of this chapter is devoted to the prospects of these countries into the future.

The goal of diploma thesis is to analyze the motivation program of company ROSS Holding a.s. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practice. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current motivation program, analysis of satisfaction of employees with this program and with development of discovered preferences in time horizon of two years.
