Theoretical part defines tourism generally, it describes basic terms and it characterizes destination marketing. Third part is about beer tourism. Following chapter introduces company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. and it mentiones corporate mergers of breweries in Pilsen, Velké Popovice and Nošovice. It recounts tours in these three breweries. Situation analysis is divided into two parts. Analysis of external environment includes PEST analysis, competiton analysis, analysis of cooperating subjects and customer analysis. Analysis of internal environment involves analysis of strengths and weaknesses of visitor tours in three breweries. Six chapter is about questionnaire and evaluating results from it. Last chapter judges what is the influence of visitor tours on development of tourism in three regions in Czech republic. It contains some suggestions how to improve visit rates in the breweries.

This paper focuses on the teaching of eco-tour by cyclo around Chomutov in basic education. The main objective of my DP is a cycling tour with a focus on the comparison of selected characteristics of ecosystems occurring in the area. As I chose the selected ecosystems - meadows and pastures, forests and water bodies. Selected location near Chomutov offers direct observation of these ecosystems provide a number of paths for nontraditional ways of teaching, using bicycle wheels. Developed materials include design incentive hours for after-school teaching materials in the field and the draft final hours. For after-school education in the field are handled by individual worksheets ecosystems - meadows and pastures, forests and water bodies. Besides these main worksheets, I created a set of other activities in the outdoors. They are practicing first aid package of games and competitions designed for environments and other attractions that can fill the time spent in nature. Next, I created a complete methodological guide for teachers, which are summarized in detail all the information for planning, progress and completion of the excursion. Detta arbete undersökte hur Virtual Reality(VR) kan ha en påverkan på hur husvisningar genomförs. Undersökningen försökte ta reda på om VR kan användas för att ersätta eller komplettera fysiska husvisningar. Arbetet gick även igenom vad som är viktigt för utvecklare att tänka på för att förbättra användarnas upplevelser. Undersökningen genomfördes med flera datainsamlingsmetoder som enkäter, intervjuer och observationer av en VR-prototyp. VR-prototypensom var gjord i Unity lät testpersonerna genomföra en digital husvisning. Resultatet visade att det finns potential för den här typen av applikationer, på grund av att det kan minska vissa stressmoment för användarna. Användarna påpekade att det skulle fungera mer som en komplement till fysiska visningar på grund av att det inte ger riktigt hela bilden av huset som användarna vill ha. Med sådana applikationer finns en avsaknad av viktiga aspekter såsom bild av området och lukt.

Although virtual tours for properties have existed for some time, it has recently become a highlyrelevant marketing tool for real estate agents. As it enables them to keep up with thecompetition, it has proven especially effective for hard-to-showcase properties. Willingness topay (WTP) explains how much customers are WTP for a product by observing and analyzingthe maximum amount customers feel comfortable paying. There aren't any specific studies thatanalyze what affects this final WTP for property, rather previous research focuses on intentionto purchase. This study aims to fill that gap and answer if consumers are WTP more for aproperty because they are exposed to virtual tours and what effects influence this result throughWTP supported by theory of planned behavior (TPB). TPB works as a mediating factor byexploring different elements which influence the intention to purchase property. Data collectedfrom 65 participants were part of an experimental study analyzing how being exposed to avirtual tour compared to the norm of only seeing 2D pictures would affect potential buyersWTP for property. Respondents were overall willing to pay more when not being exposed tovirtual tours as of this study's observations. This however is likely due to the small sample sizeresulting in big standard deviations as well as no significant findings being observed as allhypotheses were rejected, as most factors could very likely have occurred by chance. However,in line with previous research self-image, perceived behavioral control, attitude, and perceivedvalue were the strongest factors positively affecting the respondents when looking at anapartment through virtual tours compared to only seeing pictures. Seeing yourself live in theapartment, as well as having more control over your purchasing behavior seemed to increasethe intention to purchase the property quite a lot. The general attitude towards it and the valueyou seem to associate the apartment with also had a strong correlation with the intention topurchase the property. Overall, however, no hypotheses were supported and concreteconclusions would be unwise to draw as most observations have a high likelihood of occurringby random error, thereby making them hard to apply in other practices. Instead, further researchis needed to conclude if the positive observations could indeed have significant importancewhen applied through similar methods.

Busca-se tal objetivo através da análise de autores, principalmente da tradição germânica, que estudaram Gregório de Tours como historiador dos francos, historiador nacional ou como historiador da sociedade cristã (historiador da Igreja). Mapeando o século VI, a biografia de Gregório de Tours e sua obra Decem Libri Historiarum na historiografia, pretende-se identificar e analisar essa mudança de enfoque sobre a obra do principal historiador do período merovíngio. / This work consists of an investigation which aims to critically examine the historiography about Gregory of Tours in XIX and XX centuries through the study of authors, specially of the germanic tradition, which studied Gregory of Tours as historian of the franks, national historian or as historian of the church and historian of christian society. La justice militaire est un champ historique encore peu exploré, y compris par les spécialistes de la justice en France. Les travaux récents menés sur le sujet témoignent cependant d'une actualité historiographique réelle. A partir de l'activité judiciaire du conseil de guerre de Tours entre 1875 et 1913, nous revenons sur les débats autour de la réforme de la justice militaire qui ont marqué la vie politique en France, notamment entre l'affaire Dreyfus et la Grande Guerre. Ces débats, qui n'ont rien de franco-français, sont alors particulièrement vifs au Parlement et au sein de sociétés comme la Société générale des Prisons. Pointant les nombreux dysfonctionnements de cette justice d'exception, ils aboutissent à de nombreux projets ou propositions de loi entre 1898 et 1913. S'appuyant sur une base de données constituée à partir des registres de jugements du conseil de guerre de Tours et enrichie par l'ouverture des dossiers de procédure, cette étude suit la marche de la procédure militaire. Elle se penche sur la légitimité de la justice militaire lors des premières décennies de la IIIe République, la compétence des tribunaux militaires en temps de paix, l'instruction, les prévenus et les infractions poursuivies, le déroulement de l'audience, les garanties procédurales, les peines prononcées et leur exécution. Faisant le choix d'étudier les pratiques judiciaires, elle examine les articulations entre les différents modes de règlement des conflits au sein de l’armée (infra-judiciaire, discipline et justice) ainsi que les logiques ou stratégies répressives pour réguler des peines particulièrement lourdes, considérées et/ou dénoncées comme telles. / The historical field of military justice is rarely explored even by specialists of justice in France. Recent research on this subject has revealed however that genuine historiographical issues are at stake. Taking the judicial activity of the WarCouncil of Tours between 1875 and 1913 as a starting point, the debate returns to the reform of military justice which had an impact on French political life especially from the Dreyfus affair to the Great War. These debates, which were not uniquely French, were particularly lively in Parliament and among societies such as the Société Générale des Prisons. They pointed out the numerous dysfunctions of unconventional justice and led to many bills of parliament between 1898 and 1913. Based on the judgement records and open case files of the War Council of Tours, this study follows the path of military procedure. It looks into the legitimacy of military justice during the first decades of the Third Republic, the competence of military courts in time of peace, investigation, the defendants’ offences, hearing procedures, procedural guarantees,sentences given and their execution. Taking judiciary practices as a focus, it studies the different ways of resolving conflict within the army (infra-judicial, discipline and justice) together with repressive logic and strategies to regulate heavy penalties, considered or denounced as such in particular.
