11-14 metų paauglių įtraukimas į mokyklos kultūrinį gyvenimą siūlomos veiklos įvairove / 11-14 years old teenagers involvement into school cultural life with the variety of sugested activity

Venčkauskaitė, Virginija 29 June 2009 (has links)
Temos aktualumas. Meninio ugdymo, popamokinės veiklos svarba analizuota remiantis A.Girdzijausko, A. Gaižučio, G.Kvieskienės, E.Martišauskienės ir kt. autorių mintimis ir tyrimais bei metodine literatūra, reglamentuojančia ugdymą bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje. School is a modern education institution whose staff cares not only about imparting knowledge but about children education and internalization of widespread and world – accepted worths as well. Language attitudes in England and Austria : comparing reactions towards high and low prestige varieties in Manchester and Vienna

Bellamy, John Paul January 2011 (has links)
This thesis presents results obtained during 2007/08 in the course of doctoral research into attitudes towards linguistic variation in England and Austria and is based in part on a study by Lees (2000). In this project attitudes amongst British and Austrian informants towards low-prestige ('dialect') and high-prestige varieties are investigated on the basis of assumptions made about speakers of these varieties. The data are collected by means of the 'matched-guise technique', whereby informants listen to a number of recordings of low and high-prestige varieties and note their reactions on the basis of a selection of traits using a semantic differential. In this way the research aims to ascertain whether a pattern emerges, where the informants' perception of the guises is influenced by the prestige of the spoken variety. The results in England and in Austria are compared in order to determine similarities and differences in language attitudes towards low and high-prestige varieties in the two countries. Some results presented here correspond to certain social expectations, with high-prestige speakers being associated with better-paid employment and a better education. Other results, though, are less predictable, as where, for example, the female informants in England and in Austria judge the speakers more positively than the male informants, regardless of the prestige of the speaker's variety. In any case, there is evidence from both countries of the informants' evaluations of the speaker being influenced by their associations of the speaker's variety with that speaker's social status. The data also indicate that the social status of speakers in England is judged to a greater extent on the basis of their spoken variety than is the case in Austria, where speakers are more used to switching freely between points on the standard-dialect continuum and are consequently less judgemental in their perception of a speaker based purely on the evidence of their spoken variety.

Vyhodnocení pestrosti stravování a životního stylu u vybrané skupiny seniorů

JANA, Václav January 2019 (has links)
The topic of the thesis was chosen because of the work in the company of the Peat Spa Třeboň and a personal interest in a healthy lifestyle. The aim of this thesis is to show the current dietary habits of seniors over 60 on the basis of a questionnaire survey, to analyze their diet and meals based on the information obtained. Map the issue of seniors in our society, their lifestyle and leisure time for the clients of the Peat Spa Třeboň s. r. o. Based on empirical research and literature studies, a survey of this population has been demonstrated. The theoretical part deals with rational nutrition, variety of eating, lifestyle, nutritional values for the proper functioning of their organism and values influencing the health of seniors. A partial literary research is the pathophysiology of seniors nutrition and its prevention to health. The work methodology is an anonymous quantitative empirical survey. For a specific survey, an age group of over 60 years was selected. Of these, 58 % were men and 42 % were women. The survey was in the form of a questionnaire. In addition to sorting and lifestyle questions, the questionnaire was. Examples of questionnaires are provided in the annex. Number of questions 30 divided by diet, lifestyle. The first question was focused on the BMI index, which is closely related to the respondent's body weight. It follows that more than 74.5 % of respondents have higher than optimal weight, within 19 % suffering from obesity. Based on the questionnaire survey, bread was found to be an important part of the most popular bakery product, which is favored by 69.1 % of respondents. Regarding the consumption of vegetables and fruits, 32.7 % of respondents consume this group of food only 1-2 times a week. It is positive that 46.4 % of the daily consumption of vegetables and 45 % of the fruit are consumed. Of foodstuffs of animal origin, 18.2 % of the daily consumption of meat and meat products was confirmed, and 47 % of the dairy products preferred fermented dairy products. From the high number of overweight and obese respondents, it is positive that 76.4 % consume delicacies once a week and only 3.6 % a day, with 40.9 % responding to honey. The rational diet includes a drinking regime where 34.5 % of respondents recommended the recommended 2-3 liters. 28.2 % of respondents regularly eat 5 times a day, 81% of respondents are very positive about breakfast. 41 % of respondents prefer pastries for breakfast. 43.6 % of the respondents had some civilization diseases and 3.6 % had no overview of their condition. Another aspect was lifestyle, with 50 % of the respondents reporting daily physical activity. Regarding alcohol consumption, 43.6 % of respondents prefer to drink beer and only 16.4 % do not drink alcoholic beverages at all. 67 % of respondents had a recommended sleep time. Only 28 % of respondents use tobacco products.

The reformation of legal regime for intellectual property protection of plant varieties in Thailand

Lertdhamtewe, Pawarit January 2014 (has links)
Thailand’s plant protection regime presents a unique sui generis plant protection system, which is used as a model by several developing nations. The current Thai Plant Variety Protection (PVP) law has attracted some criticism, and whether or not farmers and breeders actually benefit from the system is in doubt. The questions this situation raises are: has Thailand adopted clear, coherent, and workable rules for plant variety protection in response to the needs of the nation? Is the introduction of intellectual property rights (IPRs) in agriculture via a PVP regime a desirable and contributory factor to the development of Thailand? More precisely, how might such an IPR regime be made compatible with Thailand’s development needs, bearing in mind the obligations the country has accepted through its membership of the WTO and adherence to the TRIPS Agreement? This thesis attempts to address these questions. By highlighting the salient features of the Thai plant protection regime, this thesis addresses the major concerns of the rights of farmers, local communities, and plant breeders. It is suggested that the protection of plant varieties is vital to Thailand, considering the fact that agriculture represents a fundamental economic activity and the livelihood of a large section of the total population; therefore, introducing IPRs in agriculture via the PVP regime is critical to the development of agriculture in Thailand. Thus, a new developmental approach to the IP protection of plant varieties is desirable to ensure the unique needs of the nation the validity of national legislation, and the long-term promotion of agricultural development and sustainability in Thailand. Thailand can provide a more coherent framework for plant variety protection by carefully calibrating the PVP provisions and establishing a coherent set of rules in the form of a new legislative framework. It is concluded that a number of possible elements are available from a variety of instruments that exist in international law, notably the TRIPS Agreement, the UPOV Convention, the CBD, and the ITPGRFA. Lastly, the proposed regulatory reforms suggest that Thailand’s PVP provisions should be amended in three major areas, including (1) provisions for the rights of farmers and local societies, (2) legal protection for plant breeders’ rights, and (3) institutional apparatus governing plant protection issues in Thailand.

Non-simple abelian varieties and (1,3) Theta divisors

Borowka, Pawel January 2012 (has links)
This thesis studies non-simple Jacobians and non-simple abelian varieties. The moti- vation of the study is a construction which gives a distinguished genus 4 curve in the linear system of a (1, 3)-polarised surface. The main theorem characterises such curves as hyperelliptic genus 4 curves whose Jacobian contains a (1, 3)-polarised surface. This leads to investigating the locus of non-simple principally polarised abelian g- folds. The main theorem of this part shows that the irreducible components of this locus are Is~, defined as the locus of principally polarised g-folds having an abelian subvariety with induced polarisation of type d. = (d1, ... , dk), where k ≤ g/2 Moreover, there are theorems which characterise the Jacobians of curves that are etale double covers or double covers branched in two points. There is also a detailed computation showing that, for p > 1 an odd number, the hyperelliptic locus meets IS4(l,p) transversely in the Siegel upper half space

Modélisation de la recherche de variété Intramarque : comprendre la recherche de variété au sein de la gamme de produits d'une marque par l'analyse des choix des consommateurs. / Modeling intrabrand variety-seeking : understand variety-seeking within a brand's products line by the analysis of the consumers choices

Mejía, Victor Demian 25 June 2012 (has links)
Variety-seeking is a behavior which appears when a consumer switches in his choices of products. This definition involves an opposition to loyalty (i.e. repeat-buying) and a longitudinal view (i.e. the consumer switches in comparison to a “normal” or “regular” choice). Our study proposes a new conceptual framework which doesn't oppose systematically loyalty and variety-seeking: on one hand, we distinguish the temporal framework of variety-seeking (i.e. longitudinal or instantaneous), and on other hand, the “level” where variety-seeking appears (within a brand's products line or within brands). So, we identify 4 types of variety-seeking which coexist theoretically within a market. Among these one, we concentrate our analysis on “intrabrand variety-seeking”. This behavior is a direct consequence of loyalty, by appearing within its line. The results of two discrete choice models (a multinomial Logit model and a multivariate Logit model) explore more deeply a classical result: consumers are simulteaneously loyals (intrabrand variety-seeking) and non-loyals (interbrand variety-seeking) to brands. We then discuss theconsequences of these behaviors: either brands' loyalty programs are not successful for consumers in the category, or brands are positioned on different sub-markets, and so, their lines, as wide as they are, don't allow individual variety-seekng.

Toric varieties and residues

Shchuplev, Alexey January 2007 (has links)

The multidimensional residue theory as well as the theory of integral representations for holomorphic functions is a very powerful tool in complex analysis. The computation of integrals, solving algebraic or differential equations is usually reduced to some residue integral. It is a notable feature of the theory that it is based on few model differential forms. These are the Cauchy kernel and the Bochner-Martinelli kernel. These two model kernels have been the source of other fundamental kernels and residue concepts by means of homological procedures.

The Cauchy and Bochner-Martinelli forms possess two common properties: firstly, their singular sets are the unions of complex subspaces, and secondly, the top cohomology group of the complement to the singular set is generated by a single element. We shall call such a set an atomic family and the corresponding form the associated residue kernel.

A large class of atomic families is provided by the construction of toric varieties. The extensively developed techniques of toric geometry have already produced many explicit results in complex analysis. In the thesis, we apply these methods to the following two questions of multidimensional residue theory: simplification of the proof of the Vidras-Yger generalisation of the Jacobi residue formula in the toric setting; and construction of a residue kernel associated with a toric variety and its applications in the theory of residues and integral representations. The central role in our construction is played by the theorem stating that under some assumptions a toric variety admits realisation as a complete intersection of toric hypersurfaces in an ambient toric variety.
