In dieser Arbeit wird die Interaktion der Protagonisten in den Romanen von Horacio Castellanos Moya untersucht. Betrachtet werden die Bücher: La diabla en el espejo (2000), El arma en el hombre (2001), Donde no estén ustedes (2003), Insensatez (2004) und Desmoronamiento (2006). In der Reihenfolge abnehmender sozialer Distanz geht es nacheinander um Konzepte von professionellen Beziehungen, Freundschaft, familiären Beziehungen und Intimität. Geprüft wird hierbei die These, dass all diese Beziehungen als von Gewaltverhältnissen unterwandert dargestellt werden. Zum anderen soll eine detaillierte Analyse Aufschluss über Inszenierungsweisen, Implikationen und Folgen der dargestellten Gewalt ermöglichen. Als zentral erweisen sich hierbei einerseits der Begriff des „Epitaphs“, wie ihn Jacques Derrida in seiner Politiques de l’ amitié entwickelt und andererseits die „Theorie des kommunikativen Rabens“, welche Ottmar Ette in seinem Band ÜberLebenswissen: die Aufgabe der Philologie darstellt. Die Arbeit hofft außerdem dazu beizutragen, den Bekanntheitsgrad Castellanos Moyas, als einem herausragenden Vertreter zentralamerikanischer Belletristik, zu erhöhen. / The objective of the present master thesis is to investigate the images of social interaction in the novels of Horacio Castellanos Moya. The books taken into consideration are La diabla en el espejo (2000), El arma en el hombre (2001), Donde no estén ustedes (2003), Insensatez (2004) and Desmoronamiento (2006). In a succesion of lessening social distance, concepts of professional relations, friendship, family relations and intimacy are examinated. This will be done in order to, first, review the assumption that all these concepts are shown as being infiltrated by violent conditions. Second, a more detailed analysis aims at a deeper understanding of the ways of design, as well as the implications and results of the represented violence. Concepts wich proved to be important in this context are Jacques Derrida’s “Epitaph” wich he develops in his Politiques de l’ amitié and Ottmar Ette’s “Theory of the Communicative Raven” from his book ÜberLebenswissen: die Aufgabe der Philologie. Apart from this the paper is meant to make the novels of this extraordinary exponent of Central American fiction known to a greater public.

Der Sammelband umfasst die inhaltlichen Beiträge eines Symposiums gleichen Titels, das anlässlich des 60. Geburtstages von Christine Weiske – Inhaberin der Professur Soziologie des Raumes – im April 2010 an der Technischen Universität Chemnitz stattfand. Die Vielfalt urbanen Zusammenlebens sowie soziodemografische Entwicklungen in deutschen Städten – aber nicht nur dort – werden von den AutorInnen thematisiert und rekonstruieren damit prägnante Umbrüche und andauernde Wandlungsprozesse der Stadtentwicklung. Die Interdisziplinarität der Beiträge ist ein Beleg fruchtbarer Arbeitszusammenhänge zwischen VertreterInnen verwandter Fachdisziplinen zum Vielperspektivenphänomen ‚Stadt’. Die Themen reichen von der aktuellen Reurbanisierungs-Debatte und der Ausprägung neuer städtischer Wohnformen über die schrumpfende Stadt als Ergebnis tiefgreifender Transformationsprozesse bis hin zur Kompatibilität urbaner Lebensstile mit den Zielen nachhaltiger Stadtentwicklung am Beginn des 21. Cohabitation is becoming more prevalent in western society so that up to 7.5 million cohabiting couples were reported in the USA for the year 2010. The present study investigated whether the cohabitants’ attachment style might be one of the reasons for cohabitation gaining such popularity. Attachment styles as well as socio-demographic variables were compared in regard to the partnership status. A sample of 1,002 participants aged 18 to 60 were used as a representative sample (M = 43.5, SD = 10.9), of which 54% were female and 82% were married. The cohabitants were younger, more highly educated, and less frequently affiliated with a church. The cohabitants were more anxious-attached, especially those of a younger age. A one-point increase in value on the AAS anxiety scale almost doubled the possibility of cohabitation. Most of the variance can be explained by socio-demographic variables. However, based on these representative data, and after controlling for socio-demographic variables, attachment anxiety is still connected to cohabitation. The diverse results in the literature may be explained by differences in the socio-demographic characteristics of the sample.

Die deutsch-schweizerische Autorin und Dramatikerin Sibylle Berg ist seit ihrem Romandebüt 1997 mit „Ein paar Leute suchen das Glück und lachen sich tot“ im deutschsprachigen Kulturraum sehr besprochen worden. Präsente Themen in ihrer Schriftstellerei sind nicht zuletzt die Bedingungen des Zusammenlebens und die bedrohenden Gefühle von Einsamkeit in der gegenwärtigen Gesellschaft. Durch Studien von vor allem Sibylle Bergs erstem Roman und dem 2019 erschienenen „GRM – Brainfuck“ wird in dieser Arbeit untersucht, wie die Autorin sich mit den oben erwähnten Themen beschäftigt. Problematisiert werden in den beiden Romanen sowohl die direkte soziale Interaktion zwischen einzelnen Individuen als auch die Beziehungen aus einer weiteren Perspektive: bespielsweise zwischen ganzen sozialen Schichten, Gruppen verschiedener ethnischer Zugehörigkeiten und Generationen. Die Schilderungen tragen thematisch und sprachlich offenbare Merkmale der gegenwärtigen Popliteratur und der ausgesprochenen feministischen Haltung der Autorin. Spürbar sind aber zugleich intertextuelle Hinweise auf frühere literarische Epochen. / Since the publishing of her first novel, „Ein paar Leute suchen das Glück und lachen sich tot“ (“A Few People Search For Happiness And Laugh Themselves To Death") in 1997, the German-swiss author Sibylle Berg has attracted great attention in the literary life of the German-speaking world. Amongst the themes in her works are not the least those concerning the conditions of coexistence and of the threatening solitude in the contemporary society. Through the study of especially Sibylle Bergs first novel and “GRM – Brainfuck”, the later published in 2019, this work aims to investigate how the author is dealing with these themes. In both novels Berg problematizes the direct social interaction between individuals as well as relationships in a broader sense: for example, between different social strata and people of different ethnicity or generations. The depictions bear the obvious thematic and linguistic marks of contemporary so called popliterature and the outspoken feminist attitude of the Author. Noticeable are, however, also intertextual references to earlier literary periods.

This article put the focus in a very new field of research, that of the Hispanic-Moroccan Literature and Culture, which is interpreted as a special, complex and highly interesting case for Nomadic Places of Cultures and Literatures in the frame of ‘Performative-Hybrid Diaspora’. In the first part offers the article an extensive bibliography of novels, essay and literary and cultural criticism; the second part is exposing the theory of ‘performative-hybrid Diaspora’; and in the last part focuses on some the works of El Hachmi. The article provides “foundational concepts” and introduces new concept of integration, identity and co-habitation, understood as new, ‘performative-hybrid diaspora’ and ‘performative-hybrid identities,’ based on ‘situational disposi-tive’ such as ‘situational imperatives.’ It describes and explains a practice of hospitality and belonging in which the concept ‘emotion’ is at the center of his socio-political endeavors, exemplified by a novel and an essay by the Catalan author, El Hachmi, who originates from Morocco. The analysis leads to the concept of ‘Hispano-Maghreb/Moroccan’ literature and culture, and following an introduction to the current primary research body and studies in this area, he introduces a set of criteria for the scholarly treatment of this new field of research. / Dieser Artikel legt den Fokus auf ein sehr neues Forschungsgebiet, nämlich auf die der spanisch-marokkanischen-Literatur und Kultur, die als einen speziellen, komplexen und hochinteressanten Fall für nomadische Orte von Kulturen und Literaturen im Rahmen der ‚performativ-hybriden Diaspora‘ interpretiert wird. Im ersten Teil bietet der Artikel eine umfangreiche Bibliographie von Romanen, Essays und Literatur- und Kulturkritiken; im zweiten Teil wird die Theorie der ‚performativ-hybriden Diaspora‘ dargelegt; und im letzten Teil konzentriert sich der Artikel auf einige Werke von El Hachmi. Der Beitrag liefert ‚prinzipielle Konzepte‘ und führt ein neues Konzept von Integration, Identität und Zusammenleben ein, das als neue ‚performativ-hybride Diaspora‘ und ‚performativ-hybride Identitäten‘ verstanden wird und auf ‚situativen Dispositiven‘ wie ‚situativen Imperativen‘ basiert. Es wird eine Praxis der Gastfreundschaft und Zugehörigkeit beschrieben und erläutert, in denen das Konzept ‚Emotion‘ im Mittelpunkt soziopolitischer Bemühungen steht, exemplifiziert durch einen Roman und ein Essay der aus Marokko stammenden katalanischen Autorin, El Hachmi. Die Analyse führt zum Begriff der ‚hispano-maghrebinischen/marokkanischen‘ Literatur und Kultur, und nach einer Einführung in die aktuelle Primärforschung und die Studien in diesem Bereich wird eine Reihe von Kriterien für die wissenschaftliche Behandlung dieses neuen Forschungsgebiets vorgestellt. / Este artículo pone el foco en un campo de investigación muy nuevo, aquél de la literatura y la cultura hispano-marroquí, que se interpreta como un caso especial, complejo y de gran interés para los lugares nómadas de las culturas y las literaturas en el marco de las ‘diásporas-performativas-híbridas’. En la primera parte, el artículo ofrece una amplia bibliografía de novelas, ensayos y crítica literaria y cultural; en la segunda parte se expone la teoría de las ‘diásporas-performativas-híbridas’; y en la última parte se centra en algunas de las obras de El Hachmi. El artículo proporciona ‘conceptos fundacionales’ e introduce un nuevo concepto de integración, identidad y convivencia, entendidos como una nueva ‘diáspora performativa-híbrida’ e ‘identidades performativas-híbridas’, basadas en ‘dispositivos situacionales’ como ‘imperativos situacionales’. Describe y explica una práctica de hospitalidad y pertenencia en la que el concepto ‘emoción’ está en el centro de sus esfuerzos socio-políticos, exemplificados por una novela y un ensayo de la autora catalana, El Hachmi, originaria de Marruecos. El análisis desemboca en el concepto de literatura y cultura ‘hispano-magrebí/marroquí’ y, tras una introducción al conjunto de investi-gaciones y estudios primarios actuales en este ámbito, se introduce un conjunto de criterios para el tratamiento académico de este nuevo campo de investigación.
