En el marco de la Responsabilida Social Empresarial, el autor expone lo que denomina “códigos de conducta” que toda empresa o sociedad privada mantiene; analiza la relación existente entre ellas, además de analizar las actividades que promueven su difusión a nivel internacional tanto por las instituciones y los gobiernos; está principalmente dirigido a los estados miembros de la OIT, que están, urgidos de tomar medidas de ejecución, pero, sirve directamente de referencia para las empresas que redactan su código de conducta o que ponen en marcha otras iniciativas sociales, así como para las sociedades especializadas que definen los criterios que deben respetar las compañías que desean adherirse a su modelo.

Tourist destinations are facing new challenges: fast changes in the economic, political and technological environment, considerable reduction of distances, reaction times, risks of deterioration in urban areas, growing number of competitors, more information availability for buyers, increasing dependency of own resources. Therefore, the course seeks for students to develop a tourism offer of competitive value which includes applying the marketing strategies of tourist destinations. The course will allow the student to obtain competences and knowledge about the operation and characteristics of the new tourist destinations and how to manage quality tourism spaces. They will be able to identify the key elements for the development of tourist destinations, as well as future scenarios that could be faced in the labor and tourism fields. At the professional level, the transfer of current knowledge will promote the student's understanding of the importance of having quality tourism destinations and through the constant contrast with current reality that is capable of proposing strategies for optimal management of tourism destinations, starting from real cases, as well as solutions and strategies for tourist development. Tourist Destinations Development is a Tourism and Business Administration program theoretical course, aimed at ninth-term students which seeks to develop the Written Communication and Oral Communication and Innovative Thinking Institutional Learning Outcome as well as Tourism and Business Administration Learning Outcome: Planning and control, Information management, Sustainability; and Develop strategic and operational plans in the level three. Unintended killing and harming to civilians is a common problem in war. The Just of War theory uses the doctrine of double effect (DDE) to morally defend this actions. As long as the agent fulfill the principle of proportionality and doesn´t intend to harm civilians DDE allows these actions. DDE is too permissive and Michael Walzer has presented the doctrine of double effect and double intention (DDE+). DDE+ tells us that the agent should take due care of civilians and also increase risk to themselves. Objections to DDE+ mainly focuses on morally challenges of soldiers and officers. This theses presents the idea of moral challenges on an organizational level connected to DDE+. What does it mean, on an organizational level, to follow the premise of increasing risk? This is a organizational moral challenge that does more harm than good with the result of problems with the use of DDE+ in a few number of situations. / I krig är det ett vanligt problem att civila skadas och dödas oavsiktligt. I teorin om rättfärdigt krig används ofta doktrinen om dubbel effekt (DDE) för att moraliskt försvara att detta sker under förutsättning att agenten uppfyller kraven för proportionalitetsprincipen och inte har för avsikt att skada civila. Michael Walzer anser att DDE är för tillåtande och har därför presenterat doktrinen om dubbel effekt med dubbel intention (DDE+). DDE+ innebär att en kombattant ska göra vad hen kan för att undvika negativa sidoeffekter samt även acceptera en egen ökad kostnad, det vill säga en ökad risk för att själv bli skadad. Invändningar mot DDE+ har i huvudsak fokuserat på de moraliska utmaningar enskilda soldater och officerare ställs inför. I den här uppsatsen utvecklar jag en invändning mot DDE+ som fokuserar på den organisatoriska nivån. Vad innebär det för en militär organisation som exempelvis ett lands försvarsmakt att följa DDE+ premiss avseende att öka risken för egen personal? Jag argumenterar för att detta i vissa fall kan innebära en moralisk utmaning för den militära organisationen och därmed gör DDE+ svår att använda i vissa situationer.

El rol que desempeña la tecnología en el mundo de hoy es de suma importancia para el hombre y su sociedad. En un período de tiempo bastante breve con relación a otros momentos de avances científicos en la historia (por ejemplo la Revolución Industrial), el ser humano ha aprendido a utilizar la tecnología en su beneficio en una amplia gama de actividades, tanto cotidianas como netamente científicas, industriales o comerciales. Uno de los usos más vanguardistas que se le ha dado a los avances tecnológicos es el de apoyo a las operaciones y a la gestión de las empresas. Dado la relevancia que está teniendo la tecnología en el desarrollo como en la evolución de los negocios, es que hemos decidido enfocar este trabajo en los sistemas de información para el control de gestión. Estos sistemas están muy en boga en el ámbito económico y financiero, pero sigue existiendo, en la mayoría de los casos, una subutilización de estos, no encontrando aún su real valor y utilidad, principalmente por existir muchos factores en el entorno de las empresas que entorpecen su correcto uso y la posibilidad de optimizar sus resultados en pos de un beneficio final para estas.
