4. To explore causes and outcomes of conflicts emergence in investigated companies;
5. To analyze interaction of conflict causes and competitiveness and to provide framework of conflicts reduction measures.
Hypothesis – reduction of conflicts has a positive effect on company’s framework of conflicts reduction measures.
