How can I portray history so that it becomes bodily experienced? This work aims to, with contemporary addition to a site with significant historical value, investigate haptic understanding and the bodily experience of a material. In my memory the brick is hard, cold, sharp and heavy. How will it meet the body? This work is based on a perceived materiality. With the bricks as a starting point, both the theory of the body's meeting with materials and embodied working methods are presented. The work contains studies on the brick that are learned through the perceived meeting with the material, these studies are moreover applied to the final design proposal. By working towards the public space, a playground, this project reflects over the importance of experiencing material in order to trigger imagination.

The theoretical approach that justifies is structural family therapy, the Federal constitution, new Brazilian Civil code and laws related to shared custody. To achieve such a purpose, qualitative research was conducted with six standing judges, three women and three men. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview questionnaire. The collection was held at the respondent???s workplace. The information was processed through the IRAMUTEQ R software, that found six distinct classes that were subsequently renamed, grouped and, according to Bardin's (2011) definitions, consolidated into four categories. "Category 1 ??? Family: Yours and Mine " gathers the visions of the respondents about family, the ones they work and their own, demonstrating their perceptions about the influence of the family in the subject???s formation, as well as their personal experiences. For the respondents, the family can be composed of different arrangements, and their constituents may be related, or not. Their personal experiences were also made present to influence their way of deciding. The "Category 2 ??? Custody is Power" approached the subjects understanding of the custody???s power. The results pointed out that, for respondents, the shared custody balances the power of parents about decisions on children. They emphasize, that in this type of custody they share care and decisions, there is no direct relationship with the time that each parent stays with their children. The "Category 3 ??? Father and shared custody" showed that, despite the shared custody aims preserve the best interest of the child, the paternal figure was very empowered. "Category 4 ??? the judges who listen", although it was not contemplated by the Software, it appeared in the interviews when the magistrates reported that they are attentive to the quality of family relationships, careful with the fragility that families arrive for hearings and concerned to offer a humanized service to the former couple and children. The study demonstrates that the group interviewed is favorable to shared custody, realizing it as a legal response to the changes that society and consequently families are suffering, providing parental ties more suited to new family arrangements. Moreover, they are magistrates who act in a humanized manner in front of the weaknesses that divorce causes. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of the "young" law of shared custody, both for the legal area and for psychology. / O objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar a percep????o e a atua????o dos ju??zes de Varas de Fam??lia, de Bras??lia, nos processos que envolvem a guarda compartilhada de filhos menores, em casos de separa????o conjugal. A coleta foi realizada no local de trabalho dos entrevistados. Para os entrevistados a fam??lia pode ser composta por diferentes arranjos, podendo seus componentes terem rela????o consangu??neas ou n??o. Suas experi??ncias pessoais tamb??m se fizeram presentes aqui de forma a influenciar sua maneira de decidir. J?? a ???categoria 2 ??? Guarda ?? poder??? abordou o entendimento dos sujeitos sobre o poder da guarda. Os resultados apontam que, para os entrevistados, a guarda compartilhada equilibra o poder dos pais com rela????o ??s decis??es sobre os filhos. Ressaltam ainda, que neste tipo de guarda se compartilham cuidados e decis??es, n??o havendo rela????o direta com o tempo que cada um passa com os filhos. A ???categoria 3 ??? Pai e guarda compartilhada??? evidenciou que, apesar da guarda compartilhada objetivar preservar o melhor interesse da crian??a, o que houve foi o empoderamento da figura paterna. A ???categoria 4 ??? Os ju??zes que ouvem???, apesar de n??o ter sido contemplada pelo software, apareceu nas entrevistas, quando os magistrados relataram que se mostram atentos ?? qualidade das rela????es familiares, cuidadosos com a fragilidade com que as fam??lias chegam para as audi??ncias e preocupados em oferecer um atendimento humanizado para o ex-casal e filhos. O estudo demostra que o grupo entrevistado ?? favor??vel a guarda compartilhada, percebendo-a como uma resposta legal para as mudan??as que a sociedade e, consequentemente, as fam??lias v??m sofrendo, proporcionando la??os parentais mais adequados aos novos arranjos familiares. Al??m disso, s??o magistrados que atuam de forma humanizada frente ??s dificuldades que o div??rcio provoca. Este estudo pretende contribuir no entendimento da ???jovem??? lei da guarda compartilhada, tanto para a ??rea de direito quanto para a psicologia.

Architecture of Resonance : In Support of Community

Architecture of Resonance looks at acoustics and resonance within spaces as a relational thinking, defining listening as an act of care. The project is inspired by the collaborative work of architect Céline Condorelli and artist-curator Gavin Wade called Support Structures. It is a work on community gatherings, on how to create an ability to be heard, to listen, and by small design interventions contribute to a larger change. This project is created in collaboration with the non-profit organization and integration choir Voices Without Borders in Stockholm, 2022. The choir started during the Syrian war in 2016. The method used in the collaborative part of the project is called Graphic Notations, a process of painting notes of music as it intuitively feels in your body. Architecture of Resonance is a bodily and spatial investigation of ways to vocalize the poetic and political aspects of a space, by developing a support structure for the choir Voices Without Borders. The project proposes a spatial supporting act, called the Resonance Structure, specifically made for the choir’s rehearsal room. It is a tool for listening, to support the resound of the voices in the choir, and to give voice to new stories.

<p align="justify">The production of reactive oxygen species is strictly kept under control in the Human body. However, several conditions are characterized by the over-production or the uncontrolled production of these species, promoting damage to the host tissue. Among oxygen species producer, the myeloperoxidase/hydrogen peroxide/chloride system is a key element. This the consequence of the large quantity of myeloperoxidase found in neutrophils and that can be released rapidly during an inflammatory process. Moreover, hypochlorous acid, synthesized by this system, is a powerful oxidant.</p> <p align="justify">We have studied the impact of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (oxicams, nimesulid and flufenamic acid) on three reactive oxygen species, namely, hydroxyl radical, hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorous acid. The first results showed the weak antioxidant properties of these molecules and the necessity to focus on the myeloperoxidase/hydrogen peroxide/chloride system. During the study of the myeloperoxidase inhibition, it appeared that flufenamic acid was an efficient inhibitor that modulated the hypochlorous acid production and was directly oxidized by the enzyme.</p> <p align="justify">Due to the efficacy of flufenamic acid, this molecule was tested in a model of myeloperoxidase-dependent low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation and compared to thiol-containing molecules like N-AcetylCystein and its lysinate salt, glutathione and captopril. The results showed that flufenamic acid lost part of its inhibiting effect while thiol-containing molecules demonstrated an interesting inhibiting activity in this model. A potential explanation could be the ability of myeloperoxidase to bind lipoproteins, masking the entry of its catalytic pocket. In these conditions, the inhibitor size becomes a key parameter in the inhibition of the MPO-dependent low-density lipoprotein oxidation and N-AcetylCystein appears as a powerful inhibitor in this context. These results render N-AcetylCystein an excellent candidate for studies that focus on the reduction of cardiovascular pathology risk.</p> <br> <p align="justify">Le corps humain est le siège constant de la synthèse d’espèces oxygénées réactives dont la production contrôlée est indispensable au bon fonctionnement de l’organisme. Cependant dans de nombreuses pathologies, il arrive qu’une production exagérée et/ou incontrôlée de ces espèces aboutisse à des dégâts oxydatifs. Parmi les mécanismes de production d’espèces oxydantes, le système myéloperoxydase / peroxyde d’hydrogène / chlorure détient une place importante. Ceci est notamment la conséquence de la grande quantité de MPO présente dans les neutrophiles, pouvant être libérée très rapidement lors de l’inflammation. Service-Level Monitoring of HTTPS Traffic / Identification des Services dans le Trafic HTTPS

Dans cette thèse, nous dressons tout d'abord un bilan des différentes techniques d'identification de trafic et constatons l'absence de solution permettant une identification du trafic HTTPS à la fois précise et respectueuse de la vie privée des utilisateurs. Nous nous intéressons dans un premier temps à une technique récente, néanmoins déjà déployée, permettant la supervision du trafic HTTPS grâce à l'inspection du champ SNI, extension du protocole TLS. Nous montrons que deux stratégies permettent de contourner cette méthode. Comme remédiation, nous proposons une procédure de vérification supplémentaire basée sur un serveur DNS de confiance. Les résultats expérimentaux montrent que cette solution pragmatique est efficace. Ensuite, nous proposons une architecture qui permet l'identification des services dans le trafic HTTPS, en se basant sur l'apprentissage automatique. Nous avons ainsi défini un nouvel ensemble de caractéristiques statistiques combinées avec une identification à deux niveaux, identifiant d'abord le fournisseur de services, puis le service, selon notre évaluation à partir de trafic réel. Enfin, nous améliorons cette architecture afin de permettre l'identification du trafic en temps réel en ne considérant que les premiers paquets des flux plutôt que leur totalité. Pour évaluer notre approche, nous avons constitué un dataset comportant les flux complets de chargement des principaux sites web et l'avons rendu public pour comparaison. Nous présentons également un prototype de logiciel reconstituant les flux HTTPS en temps réel puis les identifiant / In this thesis, we provide a privacy preserving for monitoring HTTPS services. First, we first investigate a recent technique for HTTPS services monitoring that is based on the Server Name Indication (SNI) field of the TLS handshake. We show that this method has many weakness, which can be used to cheat monitoring solutions.To mitigate this issue, we propose a novel DNS-based approach to validate the claimed value of SNI. The evaluation show the ability to overcome the shortage. Second, we propose a robust framework to identify the accessed HTTPS services from a traffic dump, without relying neither on a header field nor on the payload content. Our evaluation based on real traffic shows that we can identify encrypted HTTPS services with high accuracy. Third, we have improved our framework to monitor HTTPS services in real-time. By extracting statistical features over the TLS handshake packets and a few application data packets, we can identify HTTPS services very early in the session. The obtained results and a prototype implementation show that our method offers good identification accuracy, high HTTPS flow processing throughput, and a low overhead delay
