Este trabalho consiste em investigar as tendências pandiatônicas na obra "Preamble for a Solemn Occasion" para órgão (1953) de Aaron Copland (1900-1990). A análise inclui a busca pelos conteúdos intervalares mais recorrentes, a interação entre a tonalidade harmônica e a tonalidade melódica, e os centros tonais. Os referenciais teóricos utilizados foram os livros Tonality, Atonality e Pantonality de Rudolph Reti (1958), que fundamenta o conceito de pantonalidade, e Analytic Approaches to Twentieth-Century Music de Joel Lester (1989), que elucida acerca da teoria dos conjuntos. / The purpose of this research is to investigate the pandiatonic tendencies of the "Preamble for a Solemn Occasion" for organ (1953) by Aaron Copland (1900-1990). This thesis discusses the role of the "false Messiah" in modern Yiddish Literature. / The figure of the Messiah in Jewish religious imagination signifies the prophetic yearning for redemption at the end of days, but it also provoked hopes in a strong leader who will bring about social and political redemption. Based on historical models, literature from the twelfth to the twentieth century addressed these "false Messiahs" and in the modern period used them to define and illustrate contemporary catastrophe. / Shlomo Molcho by American Yiddish poet Aaron Glanz-Leyeles and Prince Reuveni by Soviet Yiddish author David Bergelson are two twentieth century poetic historic dramas based on two messianic figures of the sixteenth century. These two modern works are compared in relation to the respective authors' life and times, political and aesthetic outlook, and dramatic powers. The comparison shows the usefulness of the "false Messiah" in dramatizing and expressing difficult contemporary issues.

Gemensamma operationer handlar om att integrera stridskrafter, samtidigt som försvarsgrenar innebär en uppdelning av stridskrafter i separata organisationer. Hur påverkar en försvarsmakts organisationsstruktur dess förmåga att genomföra gemensamma operationer? I uppsatsen studeras Försvarsmaktens omorganisation till försvarsgrensstaber i perioden 2018–2021 som ett fall av militär organiserad för gemensamma operationer. Henry Mintzbergs Structure in Fives och Aaron P. Jacksons The Four Aspects of Joint används för att kombinera ett organisationsteoretiskt och krigsvetenskapligt perspektiv. Organisationens struktur utläses ur offentliga dokument. Den teoretiska analysen visar att Försvarsmaktens förmåga att integrera stridskrafter i gemensamma operationer kan minska till följd av omorganisationen. Detta beror på en ökad divisionalisering (uppdelning i självständigare delar) respektive avveckling av gemensamma ledningsstrukturer. Som slutsats föreslår författaren att relationen mellan organisationsstruktur och gemensamma operationer kan beskrivas med hjälp av två sammanhängande modeller. Den ena beskriver stridskrafter med olika stark organisatorisk självständighet. Den andra ställer stridskraft som organisatoriskt indelningskriterium mot indelningar med integrerade stridskrafter. Styrkor och svagheter i val av struktur beskrivs utifrån hur väl olika interdependencies (ömsesidiga beroenden) hanteras. Författaren föreslår att gemensamma ledningsstrukturer är nödvändiga för att överkomma de inneboende motsättningar som finns i varje organisatorisk grundlösning. Efter analysen tydliggörs att den krigsvetenskapliga teorin påverkas av ett utgångsperspektiv som förutsätter existensen av självständiga försvarsgrenar. Organisationsteorins bidrag utgör enbreddning av detta perspektiv.

This paper analyzes composer Aaron Cassidy’s 2014-2016 ensemble work The wreck of former boundaries, focusing on Cassidy’s compositional approach to sonically simulating interactive modes and sonic ideals featured prominently in mid-20th century recordings of free jazz artists such as Albert Ayler (Bells [1965]) and John Coltrane (Ascension [1965]). Because these musical conventions can be heard as socio-political simulacra in and of themselves, I argue that Wreck’s sonic simulations dissimulate the anti-hegemonic implications of the sound of free jazz, depicting spontaneous, hetero-original confrontations with socio-political constraint as symbolic and insubstantial. In my conclusion I argue that while an apparitional circulation of free jazz simulacra seems to de-politicize free jazz musical conventions, Wreck can be understood more precisely as critically analyzing the history of revolution. Heard through the interpretive lens of a broader history of hegemonic improvisations that absorb and displace open expressions of political defiance, Wreck appears to pessimistically reimagine free jazz as a novel form of symbolic, musical constraint.

La validité et la fidélité d'une traduction en langue française de l'Inventaire d'épuisement professionnel de Maslach et Jackson (1986) (MBI) est étudiée. Les trois premières études portent sur 260 éducatrices en garderie et 123 infirmières qui ont rempli des questionnaires dont le MBI. Les résultats appuient la consistance interne, la stabilité temporelle, la validité factorielle, la validité de convergence et la validité hypothético-déductive. De plus, 6,9% des éducatrices ont développé des symptômes sérieux d'épuisement professionnel sur un intervalle d'un an. La quatrième étude a été effectuée auprès de 219 éducatrices en garderie qui ont répondus au MBI et à une version abrégée du BDI et les ont retournés par la poste. L'analyse factorielle des items du MBI et du BDI a démontré que les items saturent sur des facteurs distincts, suggérant que le MBI évalue une symptomatologie différente de celle mesurée par le BDI. Les résultats appuient l'utilisation du MBI comme outil d'évaluation d'un état non clinique d'épuisement professionnel.

Jiří Beneš, Th.D. - Degree: Master. - Prague: HTF UK, 2014. 65 p. This thesis deals with the exposition of the textual unit of The Aaronic Blessing from The Book of Numbers, chapter 6, verses 22-27. Its aim is to characterize theological meaning of the textual unit and also to provide insight into the meaning of the phenomenon of blessing in The Old Testament. Reach of this theological reflexion surpasses the scope of Old Testament judaism and provides an impulses also for the christian theology, for usage and developing of blessing in its context. Results of the exegesis can present knowledge about understanding of blessing not only in its original context, but also in the understanding of contemporary society. Blessing gives strong impulses for personal lives, but it is also connected with the issues of whole society and with approaching the goal of peace and the status of world, in which will of God is implemented.
