A POESIA SEM ESTRELA DE ZUCA SARDAN: UMA LEITURA DE ÁS DE COLETE / ZUCA SARDAN S STARLESS POETRY: A READING OF ÁS DE COLETE

Bazanella, Deise Daiana Gugeler 02 March 2011 (has links)
Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / In the 1970 s, Brazilian marginal poetry broadened the communicative levels of the poetic text in order to attract more readers. To achieve that, it questioned the traditional procedures of modern lyric poetry, thus making explicit a series of changes in contemporary sensitivity and creating difficulties to established critical approaches. In this period of paradigms rupture we find the poet Zuca Sardan, whose book, Ás de Colete (originally published in 1979 and re-edited by Editora da Unicamp in 1994), is the object of reflection in this work. Aiming at discussing some of its characteristics, I propose a reading based on the concept of antipoetry, which helps to understand the sardanian poem as a hybrid discourse based on some of its most prominent aspects: image, humor and communicative form (effect of the strategic use of resources commonly associated to prose), conjugated in order to produce a revealing and unusual estrangement effect on the reader s perception.

[pt] A COMUNICABILIDADE DO CASO CARLOS EDUARDO DE ALBUQUERQUE MARANHÃO: CAMINHOS E DESCAMINHOS DE UM DISCURSO DE RESISTÊNCIA NA CRACOLÂNDIA PAULISTA / [en] THE COMUNICABILITY OF THE CASE CARLOS EDUARDO DE ALBUQUERQUE MARANHÃO: COURSES AND DISCOURSES OF RESISTENCE IN THE CRACKLAND OF SÃO PAULO

MARIA HADDOCK LOBO 08 July 2021 (has links)
[en] The present work analyses a discourse of resistance recorded in 2017 in the Crackland of São Paulo and follows its process of going viral until it turns into a proper case. This research investigates: the way Carlos Eduardo s speech is repeatedly shared (re-entextualized) and which are the discourse effects of such textual circulations. Under the mediation of categories from the contemporary linguistic anthropology, the data analysis intertwines the story of this research with broader themes and the perspective of corporative media. Located in the tradition of qualitative research, this work positions itself as highly engaged and committed since it is directly connected to the personal relationship between the author of the discourse at stake and the present re-searcher. The conclusion is that the hybridism that defines Cadu s social place represents the germ of his mobility, which is expressed through his dexterous poetical faculties and the way he manages to access them. The transformation of the case into news opens up space for spreading routes of communicability which are distinct from the ones projected in its discoursive production site - the harm reduction anti-prohibitionist collective A Craco Resiste. Cadu s social inbetween place, as well as his exceptionalism, are highlighted throughout narratives focused in his biography while the taboo issues that come up in the discourse level are overcast by breaking news of his unlikely rescue.

Étude de droit comparé : France, Espagne, Italie / The updating of the Constitution by the constitutional judge. Study of comparative law : France, Spain, Italy

Disperati, Tatiana 12 December 2016 (has links)
Not planned by law, the updating of the Constitution often revives the fear of a government of the judges. In fact, according to a widespread acceptance: the Constitutional Council would exceed the general framework of its mission every time it deviates from the original meaning of constitutional statements. The sole duty of the Constitutional Council would be to examine a relationship of compliance with regard to a constitutional standard, which would be imperative upon him. This approach of the office of the constitutional judge is reducing and neglects relationships between time and the Constitution. The comparative study of Spanish, Italian and French experiences leads to rethink the office of the constitutional judge by considering it in light of the time variable. In that respect, adaptation of the constitutional standard to social reality, allowed by the freedom of interpretation of the constitutional judge, contributes to the Constitution's preservation and longevity. Indeed, longevity requires, in addition to stability, which ensures the Constitution's continuity, mutability of the constitutional substance. Now, ensuring the Constitution's supremacy implies, in a perspective of timelessness, to preserve its longevity. From then on, updating the Constitution is an implicit duty of the constitutional judge, aiming to en sure the Constitution's longevity through its interpretation. A duty that the constitutional judge endeavours to supervise strictly in order to respect the balance of powers inherent to a State subject to the rule of law.

Von Thomasius zu Tetens

Psilojannopoulos, Anastassios 05 March 2013 (has links)
The current dissertation, which is based on documented sources, elucidates the fact that the Kantian claim of the legitimacy of the cognitive process, as this claim is expressed in the Kantian “Transcendental Philosophy”, had its precursor in three major elements of the philosophical evolution in the German Enlightenment: a)The shifting of the philosophical problematic in the German Enlightenmentfrom the “harmony”-thinking of the Wolffians and their detractors, to Tetens’ posit of the “realization” of concepts, according to which a human being is proven as a meaning-establishing entity; b) The “empiriorationalistic” element in Thomasius, which finds parallels in Kantian formulations, remains active during the whole controversy surrounding the Wolffian teaching, and then acquires a new form in Lambert (a priori through experience); c) The understanding of “conceivability” as “communicability”, which is already present in the early German Enlightenment, implicitly in Thomasius and explicitly in Tschirnhaus, does not come under discussion in the era of Wolff. However, this element comes under the spotlight by Kant’s contemporaries, especially highlighted in Tetens’ question of intersubjectivity (the objective as the “unchangeably subjective”). The representatives of German Enlightenment Philosophy after 1760 freed from the metaphysical shudder caused by the “scientific revolution”, are the very first to comprehend the human intellect, not as “intellectus ectypus”, but as the legislator of nature. In this way, German philosophical thought is to abandon once and for all the baroque world-view. The systems of Lambert and Tetens show clearly that Kant elaborated on questions that they had already posed in an elementary form.

Kindertivity: Usability and Communicability Strategies for Interactive Surfaces and Pre-Kindergarten Children

Nácher Soler, Vicente Ernesto 18 January 2020 (has links)
[EN] Multi-touch technology has become one of the most emergent technologies and has had an enormous growth since its initial steps in the eighties to be widespread accepted and used in the present. On the one hand, multi-touch technology relies on the direct manipulation interaction style which gives users the advantage to view the objects and actions of interest, replace typed commands by pointing actions and to perform rapid, reversible and incremental actions avoiding using complex instructions. On the other hand, several works have evaluated the virtues when joining direct manipulation with direct-touching showing that it solves the problems inherent in other interaction devices, such as those involving mouse or keyboard. Hence, taking advantage of the intuitive and natural interaction provided by multi-touch technology it seems an ideal way to support educational scenarios targeted to kindergarten children. Although several works have assessed the suitability of using the direct manipulation style with children, there is a lack of works addressing the use of touchscreen devices by this specific type of users. Moreover, there is a growing trend of designing educational and playful applications targeted to kindergarten children based on touchscreen devices such as smartphones and tablets. In addition, several reports point out that children use touchscreen devices even before they are able to speak and they are frequent users of devices such as smartphones and tablets. However, despite this growth in the use of multi-touch technology by children and its apparent suitability to be used to develop applications targeted to young children, there is a lack of standardized and universally accepted interactions for young children when using touchscreen devices since only two basic gestures are commonly used (basically, consisting of only one-finger touch for selection and one-finger drag for movement). Hence, there is a need of carrying out empirical studies to help and advance in the design of applications that adequately support and fit with children's development and skills. Therefore, this thesis proposes, designs and evaluates several usability and communicability strategies tailored to children in their early development stage to establish the design and development of future applications targeted to kindergarten children. These strategies will lead to define appropriate design strategies that enable infants to take full advantage of multi-touch technology, would make it possible to develop attractive new applications and, eventually, could also aid children's cognitive and motor development. The paradox of the internationalization of constitutional law in Africa : Reflections on normative, instituional and political interactions in the ECOWAS area

Diompy, Abraham Hervé 19 January 2017 (has links)
It is difficult to deny that something has happened to constitutional lawunder the combined effect of the internationalization of law and the construction of thecommunity. Indeed, constitutional law is internationalized, regionalized in an exponentialmovement. Africa in general and the ECOWAS area in particular do not escape the globaldynamics of modern constitutionalism. Thus, it has been observed that theinternationalization of constitutional law on the African continent, which takes the form of aprocess of impact, influence or sometimes constraints, leads both to a horizontalreconfiguration of constitutional and a vertical redistribution of power within the state. Onthe other hand, at the supranational level, this dynamic and intense process, which marks anopening up of legal systems and promotes communication between legal orders, is reflectedin a phenomenon of integration and progressive harmonization of the state's constitutionalsystems around democratic standards The ECOWAS Protocol on Democracy and GoodGovernance of 2001. The dialectic is, in the end, paradoxical in that the internationalizationof constitutional law in Africa and more particularly in the ECOWAS area proves to be aphenomenon Disrupting the constitutional legal systems of the state and the community, and at the same time an instrument of material (fundamental) and structural (democraticpolitical rule, rule of law) convergence of these orders through standards which constitutethe common constitutional heritage.

[en] COMMUNICATION THROUGH MODELS IN THE CONTEXT OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT / [pt] COMUNICAÇÃO ATRAVÉS DE MODELOS NO CONTEXTO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE

JULIANA SOARES JANSEN FERREIRA 02 August 2016 (has links)
A Engenharia Semiótica apresenta duplo interesse nesta pesquisa. / [en] Software development is a highly collaborative process where software construction is the common goal. It is supported at several stages by computer tools, including software modeling tools. Models are important artifacts of the software development process and constitute the focus of this research, which aims to investigate the communicability of software models produced and consumed with the support of modeling tools. Software model communicability is the capacity that such artifacts have of carrying and effecting a communication process among people, or of being used as an instrument to perform a significant part of such process. Modeling tools have a direct impact in that communicability, since model s producers and consumers interact with those tools throughout the software development process. During that interaction, software models, which are intellectual artifacts, are created, changed, evolved, transformed and shared by people involved in activities of specification, analysis, design and implementation of the software under development. Besides the influence of tools, software modeling also needs to take into consideration previously defined notations as premises for modeling activities. This research is an investigation on how tools and notations influence and support the intellectual process of production and consumption of software models. We have Semiotic Engineering as our guiding theory given the essence of it that is: a careful study of tools people interact with to build, use and publish models through which they coordinate teamwork. The use of models in the software development process is a phenomenon that includes several factors that cannot be isolated from each other. Therefore, we propose a Tool-Notation-People triplet (TNP triplet) as a means of articulation to characterize observed issues about models in the software development. Along with the TNP triplet, we introduce a method that combines semiotic and cognitive perspectives to evaluate software modeling tools, producing data about the emission of designer-user metacommunication, users in this case being software developers. We aim to track potential relations between the human-computer interaction experience of those involved in the software development process while creating/reading/editing models with: (a) the product (types of models) generated in the process; and (b) the interpretations that such models evoke when used effectively in everyday practical situations to communicate and express ideas and understandings. The interest of working with Semiotic Engineering in this research is twofold. First, as an observation lens, the theory offers many resources to investigate and understand the construction and use of computational artifacts, their meanings and roles in the communication process. Second, a better perspective about the complete process that results, ultimately, in the user experience during the interaction with the software is relevant for the theory s own evolution. In other words, this research has produced further knowledge about the communication conditions and mutual understanding of those who, according to the theory, communicate their intent and design principles through the interface, a potentially valuable source of explanations about communication problems in HCI.

Diseño de sistema de aislamiento por transmisibilidad para la reducción del desplazamiento de la base considerando el creciente período de las estructuras aisladas a lo largo de los últimos 20 años / Design of an isolation system by transmissibility to reduce base displacement considering the growing period of isolated structures over the last 20 years

Lazaro Bardales, Carlos Fernando, Mendez Neciosup, Daniel Fernando 23 November 2022 (has links)
In the present research, a new design method is proposed for a basal isolation system for structures, taking advantage of the growing design period that has occurred in the last 20 years. For the design of this passive system, these high periods were used and also the concept of transmissibility, whose purpose is to solve the problem of excessive base displacement of the isolated structure, which is greater than the ground displacement. The structural model worked on corresponds to a 10-story building, which is represented by one degree of freedom per level, due to they are infinitely rigid in their plane, it also supposes to remain in the elastic range under seismic excitations. To work on transmissibility’s concept, all the mathematical analysis was carried out in the frequency domain. Morales (2010) concluded that earthquakes are narrow band (0-10 rad/s) for displacements and that there is a lower limit frequency (0.05 Hz), data that will serve for the design. On the other hand, HDRB isolators, added with viscous dampers, were used to achieve a high damping coefficient. With all the variables found, the matrices were made that will later be used to integrate them into a program that, with the selected seismic excitation, will help to verify the range of displacement reduction due to the proposed design method. The seismic data chosen were from California (USA), Peru and Chile. / Tesis
