Melhoria da competitividade através da aplicação de logística integrada em uma empresa

Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar um estudo de caso sobre a cadeia de suprimentos para abastecimento de partes e peças importadas em uma empresa sistemista do setor automobilístico, que tem em seu extenso portfólio a fabricação de auto rádios, amparados por contrato de joint venture com uma empresa chinesa, que dada as inúmeras mudanças ocorridas nos últimos anos neste mercado tão competitivo global e local, têm requerido constante preocupação com a modernização da cadeia de suprimentos dos itens importados, para preservar a produção enxuta, de forma a acompanharem o fluxo produtivo das montadoras. Nesse contexto, é apresentada uma breve revisão bibliográfica sobre a logística integrada, regimes aduaneiros, técnicas de melhorias produtivas conhecidas como Optimized Production Technology OPT e Total Quality Management TQM e operadores logísticos, estando todos focados na aplicação eficaz neste estudo de caso. Em resultados e discussão demonstra-se as novas aplicações das ferramentas da logística, sem interrupção do processo e seus reflexos na operação, todos mensurados na cadeia de valor. A consideração final indica que as alterações contribuíram positivamente com a otimização fazendo uso da logística integrada, quebras de paradigmas, realinhamento do processo logístico e produtivo com retomada da competitividade no mercado. / This paper aims to present a case study on the supply chain to supply parts and components imported in a first tier suppliers of the automotive sector, which has in its extensive portfolio to manufacture car radios, supported by joint venture agreement with a Chinese company, which given the many changes in recent years in this very competitive market globally and locally, have required constant concern with the modernization of the supply chain of imported items, to preserve lean production in order to monitor the flow of productive assembly . In this context, we present a brief review of the literature on integrated logistics, customs procedures, improved production techniques known as Optimized Production Technology - OPT and Total Quality Management - TQM and logistics providers, all focused on being effective in this case study. In results and discussion show to the new applications of the tools of logistics, without interrupting the process and its consequences for the operation, all measured in the value chain. The final consideration indicates that the changes contributed positively to the optimization by making use of integrated logistics, breaks paradigms, realignment of the logistics process and resumption of production with market competitiveness.

O trabalho busca investigar, através de uma pesquisa-ação, a aplicação da logística integrada na busca de soluções para a melhoria nos processos de um ambulatório hospitalar público. Essa aplicação está orientada por um modelo de excelência logística, no qual são identificados seis elementos considerados condicionantes para se alcançar o desempenho logístico de uma organização: definição estratégica, processo de mudança, mecanismos de integração, gestão de alianças, sistemas de informação e medidas de desempenho. Ao se desdobrar esses seis elementos, buscou-se na literatura conceitos e técnicas que supririam as necessidades de cada um. Os principais foram: mentalidade enxuta, gestão de mudanças, gestão por processos, ferramentas de mapeamento de processos e diagrama de causas e efeitos. O trabalho apresenta todo o desenvolvimento da pesquisa-ação, que parte desde o conhecimento da situação atual até a apresentação das propostas de soluções, seguido pela reestruturação dos processos. Verificou-se que tanto o modelo como as técnicas associadas para a operacionalização do mesmo foi uma poderosa ferramenta para a análise do ambiente ambulatorial, bem como para o direcionamento das mudanças e para a proposição de seu funcionamento futuro. / This paper seeks investigate, through a research-action, the integrated logistics application for solutions to improve a public hospital policlinics process. This application is oriented by a logistics excellence model, which are identified six basics elements to obtain the logistics performance of an organization: strategic orientation, process change, integration mechanisms, alliance management, information systems, performance measurement. Unfolding these six elements, concepts and techniques of the literature were sought to supply the needs of each element. The main concepts and techniques were: lean thinking, change management, process management, tools of process mapping and causes and effects diagram. The work shows the whole research-action development, since the actual situation mapping until the solution proposals, followed by the process change. It was verified that as much as the model and the associated techniques were a powerful tool for the policlinic environment analysis, as well for give direction to changes and for the future model proposition.

The scenario for this planning should not be limited to the company in question, but cover an entire supply chain, which is composed of several organizations which have common goals of growth and sustainability of the market. They should form trade links, integrating the chains of individual values, in a perspective of value system. In this supply chain there is a flow of services, payments and information, as products well as. The training of these links can be supported by the adoption of a set of information technology, here called solutions business-to-business (B2B), which will be responsible for the production, storage and distribution of relevant information to business transactions between the companies involved. On this view, this thesis aims to describe the B2B solutions adopted in the downstream segment of the supply chain of a distributor of fuel and the nature of these technologies as well as their impact on the creation of value for business and optimization of the relationship between companies. This is a case study on a national distributor of fuels, from a model of research produced under the influence of theories of integrated logistics system and value of Michael Porter. The analyses came to the conclusion that information technology is perceived as an essential tool to the operation of all activities carried out by the company. Among them, at was also brought the key activities of integrated logistics: administration of applications, inventory management, management transport and customer services, which were highlighted in this study. En los últimos años, la producción y exportación de Paprika en el Perú se ha incrementado en un 19% según SIICEX lográndose posicionar en los primeras veinte posiciones a nivel mundial. Por lo que, se espera que esta tendencia continúe en los próximos años. Razón por la cual, esta investigación se enfoca en dicho producto y analiza la situación actual de las pequeñas y microempresas (MYPES) productoras de Paprika en la zona de Araya Grande – Barranca. La elección de la zona se debió a que esta produce los mayores volúmenes en el país con un total del 96.67% en la región Lima. Uno de los primero pasos en la investigación fue identificar las principales actividades y procesos realizados en los fundos. Además, se observó los problemas que estos presentan. El enfoque de esta investigación está orientado a un plano logístico. Razón por la cual se busca incrementar la productividad mediante la reducción de costos y pérdidas. Para ello se ha propuesto seis subprocesos, los cuales son: Compras, Transporte, Inventarios, Almacenamiento, Gestión de Transporte y Proveedores. Cabe señalar que, estos dos últimos no formaban parte de las actividades realizadas por el agricultor. Sin embargo, la creación de los mismos se dio con el fin de obtener un mejor desempeño en las áreas de compras y transporte. / In recent years, the production and export of Paprika in Peru have increased by 19% according to SIICEX, achieving a position in the first twenty positions worldwide. Therefore, this trend is expected to continue in the coming years. For this reason, this research focuses on this product and analyzes the current situation of small and micro-enterprises (SMES) ​​that produce Paprika in the Araya Grande - Barranca area. Para alcançar esta meta, foi elaborado um questionário, respondido por 510 profissionais de logística e de gerenciamento de risco. A conclusão desta pesquisa mostra que os sistemas integrados de rastreamento não são apenas modismos do mercado, mas sim uma ferramenta importante para o aprimoramento das condições de transporte e de segurança das empresas que empregam esta tecnologia. / [en] The aim of this dissertation is to evaluate the impact of integrated vehicles tracking systems on company logistics and on the risk management of load transport. To achieve this, a questionnaire was devised, which was replied to by 510 logistics and risk management professionals. From this research it was concluded that integrated tracking systems are not merely a market fad but an important tool in improving both transport conditions and the security of companies which have adopted the technology.

Swedish military logistics are in large part dependent on civilian business assets in the acquisition of certain materiel. Here are products with high commercial-turnover-rate, which for a military organization who want to be able to buy the same product years later makes it difficult. The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and their consultant partners frequently run into this problem in their support functions, specifically the integrated logistics support (ILS) process. By request of the FMV consultant partner Svekon, the main purpose of the study is to investigate the subject of Swedish logistics and general ILS processes. This with the goal of determining how suitable ILS-processes can be designed for materiel systems with high-turnover-rates. The study is divided into investigations of the ILS subject, the current process within FMV and its partners, and factors around Swedish defence-logistics that play a part in the process. Methods include interviewing personnel who work within two exemplified materiel areas, including FMV, Svekon, civilian contractors, and the users within the Swedish Armed Forces (SwAF). Second is a literature study based on prior works and theories around ILS and Swedish logistics conduct, including models, guidelines, and factors that contribute to an efficient ILS-process. With the gathered material from both methods the major contributing factors and models are discussed and put into highlighting an ILS-framework to follow. The conclusion through a broader understanding of military logistics suggests that the term “logistics” and suitability of “efficiency” are in large part up to interpretation by the different actors, due to different underlying processes and goals. As such, the final contribution is a set of universal success factors that with the example of an applied ILS-framework for Svekon can be used by any ILS actor to construct a process according to their background. / Svensk militärlogistik är till stor del beroende av civila affärstillgångar vid anskaffning av viss materiel. Här finns produkter med hög kommersiell omsättningshastighet, vilket för en militär organisation som vill kunna köpa samma produkter år senare gör det svårt. Försvarets materielverk (FMV) och deras konsultparter upplever detta som ett problem i sina stödfunktioner, så kallat integrerat logistikstöd (ILS). På begäran av FMV:s konsultpart Svekon är huvudsyftet med studien att undersöka ämnet kring svensk logistik och allmänna ILS-processer. Detta med målet att avgöra hur anpassade ILS-processer kan utformas för materielsystem med hög omsättningshastighet. Studien är indelad i utredningar av ILS-ämnet, den nuvarande processen inom FMV och dess partners samt faktorer kring svensk försvarslogistik som påverkar processen. Metoder inkluderar intervjuer på personal som arbetar inom två av dessa materielområden, bland annat FMV, Svekon, civila företag, och brukarna inom Försvarsmakten (FM). Andra metoden är en litteraturstudie baserad på tidigare arbeten och teorier kring ILS och svenskt logistikbeteende, inklusive modeller, riktlinjer och faktorer som bidrar till en effektiv ILS-process. Genom detta blir det slutliga bidraget en uppsättning av universella framgångsfaktorer som appliceras i ett tillämpat exempel på ILS-ramverk, baserat på Svekon som användare. Med faktorerna och de presenterade modellerna kan sedan vilken ILS-aktör som helst i processen utforma ett eget ramverk baserat på sin egen bakgrund.

Il est bien connu que l'écosystème industriel territorial représente aujourd'hui un enjeu majeur dans les politiques d’aménagement du territoire. De ce fait, il constitue un système d’action où les différents acteurs impliqués utilisent des différentes approches et dont les objectifs ne sont pas toujours proches et les points de vue parfois conflictuels. Toutes approches confondues, un type idéal de tableau de bord incorporant des indicateurs et centré sur le pilotage de la performance émerge aujourd'hui de la littérature.Dans ce contexte, il apparaît l'importance du traitement de la problématique d'évaluation d'un écosystème industriel territorial et plus précisément l'évaluation de la performance d'un système de distribution dans une zone portuaire : l’hinterland. Ce sujet n'a pas été assez développé dans la littérature puisqu’il n’a pas été traité selon une approche pluridisciplinaire.Cette problématique est caractérisée par la forte liaison entre l'infrastructure de transport, le système territorial et les zones logistiques suite à l'échange des flux de marchandises dans le territoire à travers l'infrastructure de transport. L'apport théorique de ce travail se présente dans la démarche originale d'investigation qui met en contribution des approches théoriques différentes dans le but de comprendre et résoudre une problématique relative à deux systèmes complexes (le système logistique et le système territorial). Pour plus de clarté, ce travail s'agit d'une aide à la décision à travers la réflexion sur les solutions de distribution en intégrant les spécificités territoriales et non pas comme un outil d'optimisation des tournées ou de l'organisation logistique. / It is well known that the territorial industrial ecosystem is now a major issue in territory planning policies. As a result, it constitutes a system of action in which the various actors involved use different approaches and whose objectives are not always close and sometimes conflicting points of view. In all approaches, an ideal type of dashboard incorporating indicators and focusing on performance pilotage is emerging today from the literature.In this context, it appears the importance of the treatment of the problem of evaluation of a territorial industrial ecosystem and more precisely the evaluation of the performance of a distribution system in a port area: the hinterland.This subject has not been sufficiently developed in the literature since it has not been treated with a multidisciplinary approach.This problem is characterized by the strong link between the transport infrastructure, the territorial system and the logistics zones following the exchange of goods flows in the territory through the transport infrastructure.The theoretical contribution of this work is presented in the original investigation approach, which involves different theoretical approaches in order to understand and solve a problem related to two complex systems (the logistics system and the territorial system).For clarity, this work is a decision aid through the reflection on distribution solutions by integrating territorial specificities and not as a tool for optimizing tours or logistics organization.

Multi-agent decision support system in avionics : improving maintenance and reliability predictions in an intelligent environment

Safety of the airborne platforms rests heavily on the way they are maintained. This maintenance includes repairs and testing, to reduce platform down time. Maintenance is performed using generic and specific test equipment within the existing maintenance management system (MMS). This thesis reports the work undertaken to improve maintainability and availability of avionics systems using an intelligent decision support system (IDSS). In order to understand the shortcomings of the existing system, the prevalent practices and methodologies are researched. This research thesis reports the development and implementation of an IDSS and the significant improvements made by this IDSS by integrating autonomous and independent information sources by employing a multi-agent system (MAS). Data mining techniques and intelligence agents (IA) are employed to create an expert system. The developed IDSS successfully demonstrates its ability to integrate and collate the available information and convert into valuable knowledge. Using this knowledge, the IDSS is able to generate interpreted alerts, warnings and recommendations thereby reasonably improving platform maintainability and availability. All facets of integrated logistics support (ILS) are considered to create a holistic picture. As the system ages, the IDSS also matures to assist managers and maintainers in making informed decisions about the platform, the unit under test (UUT) and even the environment that supports the platform.

El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en diseñar un modelo logístico integrado aplicando herramientas de caracterización de procesos para mejorar la productividad de los fundos productores de jengibre de Pichanaqui en la Provincia de Chanchamayo, Perú. El proyecto contempla 4 capítulos. En el primero se describe el estado del arte y el marco teórico correspondiente a la revisión literaria sobre la importancia del sector MYPE, así como la mejora de este mismo sector mediante el incremento de la productividad dada tras el empleo de herramientas de caracterización de procesos. El segundo capítulo describe la situación actual del sector agrícola de acuerdo a la revisión literaria, así como también la situación de los fundos productores de jengibre de acuerdo a información recabada mediante trabajo de campo. En capítulo 3 se describe el diseño de nuestra propuesta basada en un sistema básico de gestión por procesos, también se propone el diseño del proceso de logística, en el que se consideran los problemas relacionados a esta deficiente gestión. Finalmente, en el capítulo 4 se expone el alcance de esta validación y se incluye la puesta a prueba de lo mencionado teóricamente mediante la implementación de un plan piloto en la Empresa Hamillton Farm Perú S.A.C, que forma parte de los diez fundos en estudio de la ciudad de Pichanaqui. / This research focuses on designing an integrated logistics model applying process characterization tools to improve the productivity of the Pichanaqui ginger-producing farms in Chanchamayo, Peru.
