A atenção à Saúde Mental como política de saúde tem passado por mudanças significativas fortemente influenciadas pela mobilização de trabalhadores da saúde mental, assim como de usuários e suas famílias, além de outros atores sociais. A Reforma Psiquiátrica, adotada como modelo de atenção à saúde mental no Brasil, é baseada nos ideais do Movimento da Luta Antimanicomial sendo contemporânea da Reforma Sanitária Brasileira e de movimentos internacionais contra os abusos e a violência do modelo asilar. No Brasil, atualmente o SUS tem como uma de suas premissas a implantação da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial, considerando os princípios de universalidade, integralidade e equidade, bem como a Política de saúde mental de desospitalização e redução de danos. A produção do cuidado em Saúde Mental se dá em um campo marcado por disputas entre diferentes modos de ofertar ações e serviços de saúde e de compreender o lugar da loucura em nossa sociedade. Este estudo aborda o cuidado em saúde mental a partir do usuário no convívio com outros usuários e profissionais, utilizando os referenciais da cartografia como eixo de análise. Foram construídos analisadores da produção do cuidado em saúde mental, por meio de registro em diário de campo e processamento em coletivos de pesquisadores, gestores, trabalhadores e usuários. Os analisadores foram identificados a partir de cenas e diálogos vivenciados em campo de pesquisa e estão relacionados com a multiplicidade, o vínculo, a autonomia, a cronicidade e a participação. Estes trouxeram fortemente o olhar da micropolítica do trabalho vivo em saúde sobre os encontros intercessores, dando visibilidade ao cuidado em saúde mental em sua complexidade e singularidade na produção de autonomia e liberdade ao longo da vida, no máximo de sua potencialidade. / Mental health attention as a health policy is undergoing significant changes resulting from the mobilization of mental health workers, as well as users and their families, and other social players through the Anti-asylum Campaign. The Psychiatric reform, adopted as a model of mental health care in Brazil, is based on the ideals of the Brazilian health reform and international movement against abuses and violence of the asylum model. Currently in Brazil, SUS has as a premise the Psychosocial Support Network deployment, taking into account the principles of universality, integrality and fairness, as well as the principles of the mental health policy of deinstitutionalization and harm reduction. The Mental health care production takes place in a field marked by disputes between different models of mental health care and the comprehension of where \"madness\" is inserted in our society. This study addresses the mental health care from the user perspective and his relationship with other users and professionals, using the principles of cartography as the center of analysis. The research made possible the construction of analyzers, through the use of tools such as journaling and collective processing between researchers, managers, workers and users. The analyzers identified were related to multiplicity, bond, autonomy, chronicity and participation. The analyzer´s discussion, through real life experiences observed in the field, gave emphasis to the micropolitics of living work in health about the intercessor´s encounters. The main challenges to mental health care are related to the complexity and uniqueness of each user in the production of autonomy and freedom throughout his life, at the maximum of their potential.

Introdução:A implantação e implementação da diretriz do acolhimento nos serviços de assistência especializada representam desafios à Política Nacional de Humanização (PNH) do SUS pela complexidade de gerenciamento e de estrutura, diversidade de atores sociais e pelas relações que se estabelecem entre os trabalhadores-gestores-usuários, e destes, com o sistema de saúde pública. Objetivos:Identificar aspectos relacionados ao trabalho e à produção do cuidado em saúde que interferem no acolhimento e na humanização da assistência especializada; Interpretar a relação entre as diferentes práticas profissionais envolvidas no trabalho e na produção do cuidado especializado com as possibilidades elimites da implementação da PNH; Compreender a percepção dos trabalhadores usuários sobre a humanização em saúde e o acolhimento como diretriz da PNH. Percurso Metodológico: Estudo de natureza qualitativa, realizado no ambulatório de especialidades médicas do Hospital das Clínicas do Acre (HCAC), entre setembro de 2015 e janeiro de 2016. Foram realizados quatro grupos focais (usuário, trabalhadores de apoio, médicos e outros profissionais de saúde) e três entrevistas semiestruturadas (gerência do serviço e ouvidora). Com base na diretriz do acolhimento, na PNH e a na micropolítica, a análise temática do conteúdo das mensagens permitiu formar quatro categorias temáticas. Resultados:A Atenção Primária em Saúde(APS), o complexo regulador e o atendimento médico na APS,representam pontos sensíveis na Rede de Atenção em Saúde (RAS)que dificultam a resolubilidade, e contribuem para a grande demanda da assistência especializada interferindo no acolhimento e na humanização dos serviços. Na assistência especializada, o modeloburocrático de gestãoe os fatores relacionados à ambiência dificultam a implementação do acolhimento. A micropolítica pode interferir tanto positivamente quanto negativamente para a produção do cuidado humanizado no serviço especializado. A humanização e acolhimento para os usuáriosrefletem o respeito, a educação e o bom atendimento realizado pelo trabalhador; para os trabalhadores a humanização e acolhimento representam a escuta de suas necessidades, informação adequada ao usuário, vínculo e resolubilidade. O apoio institucional e a ouvidoria no HCAC representaram avanços na implementação da PNH e da diretriz do acolhimento. Considerações finais: A diretriz do acolhimento mostrou-secomo estratégia de humanização possível de ser implementadano serviço especializado apesar de todos os problemas e desafios relacionados ao ambulatório no HCACe à RAS. Neste sentido, a gestão deve considerar a introdução de dispositivos tecnológicos de acolhimento e espaços coletivos de escuta do trabalhador. / Introduction: The introduction and implementation of the user embracement directive in specialized assistance services represent challenges to the National Humanization Policy (PNH) of the Brazilian Health System (SUS) due to the complexity of management and structure, the diversity of social actors and the relationships established between workers-managers-users and the public health system.Objectives: To identify aspects related to work and to production of health care that interfere with the user embracement and humanization of specialized care; To interpret the relationship among the different professional practices involved in work and production of specialized care and the possibilities and challenges related to the implementation of PNH; To comprehend the perception of the workers and users about humanization in health and the user embracement as guideline of PNH.Methods: A qualitative study was held in the ambulatory medical care of the Hospital das Clínicas do Acre (HCAC), between September 2015 and January 2016. We conducted four focus groups (users; support workers; physicians and other health professionals) and three semi-structured interviews (manager and ombudsman). Based on the user embracement directive, the PNH and the micropolitics field, the thematic analysis of the content allowed distributing the messages in four thematic categories.Results: The Primary Health Care (APS), the regulatory service and the medical care in APS represent sensitive points of the health care system that hamper resolubility and contribute to the high demand of specialized care interfering in the user embracement and humanization of services. In specialized health care, the bureaucratic model of management and the factors related to the ambience make the user embracement difficult to implement. Micropolitics can interfere both positively and negatively to the production of humanized care in the specialized service. For the users, the humanization and the user embracement reflect the respect, the education and the good service promoted by the worker; for the workers, humanization and user embracement represent the attention of their needs, adequate information to the user, bond and resolubility. The institutional support and the ombudsman service in HCAC represented advances in the implementation of the PNH and the user embracement directive.Final considerations: In this study, the user embracement directive proved to be a viable strategy of humanization in the specialized health caredespite all the problems and challenges identified and related to the medical ambulatory of HCAC and the health care system. In this sense, management should consider the introduction of technological devices of user embracement and collective spaces for listening to the workers.

Cette recherche s’élabore depuis un travail de terrain mené avec les artistes du spectacle Fractus V (Cie Eastman / choré. Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui) entre juin 2015 et mai 2018. Au fil du récit de cette traversée, de Barcelone à Anvers puis sur les routes d’Europe, une réflexion s’articule progressivement autour de l’interrogation suivante : dans quelle mesure le processus de création et la tournée du spectacle constituent-ils des expériences régénératrices pour les interprètes qui s’y engagent ? Rite de passage à bien des titres, Fractus V repose sur un désir de renouvellement et d’entre’fertilisation (« cross-fertilization ») partagé par neuf interprètes de cultures chorégraphiques et musicales différentes : les danseurs Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Dimitri Jourde, Johnny Lloyd, Fabian Thomé Duten et Patrick ‘Twoface’ Williams Seebacher ; les musiciens Soumik Datta, Kaspy N’Dia, Woojae Park et Shogo Yoshii. Leur modus operandi consiste d’abord en deux gestes : les interprètes s’apprennent les uns les autres des danses et s’essaient ensemble à des écritures collectives. Non sans difficultés, la compagnie naissante esquisse peu à peu les contours d’une micropolitique de création embrassant la nécessité de la fabrique d’un commun tout autant que l’inévitable processus de différenciation des interprètes entre eux. Comment les corps parviennent-ils à diffracter les apprentissages ? À faire « à leur manière » sans faire séparément ? À former une compagnie, voire un chœur polyphonique, plutôt qu’un assemblage d’altérités ? C’est à l’étude des pistes de réponse travaillées par les artistes, ainsi qu’à leurs évolutions dans le temps, que se dédie cette thèse. À cette fin, elle élabore une approche ethnographique, écologique et micropolitique des trajectoires et transformations des interprètes en mobilisant les anthropologies des lignes et des modes de Tim Ingold et de François Laplantine, les micropolitiques affectives de Brian Massumi et de Frédéric Lordon, la philosophie ontogénétique de Gilbert Simondon, ainsi que les études poïétiques en danse contemporaine. C’est aux côtés de cette assemblée d’artistes et de penseurs que se formule, au gré de récits et de réflexions théoriques, une pensée de la régénération comme principe d’une micropolitique écologique de l’être en devenir à l’œuvre au sein d’un processus de création chorégraphique collaboratif. / This research developed from fieldwork conducted with the performers of the choreographic worked entitled “Fractus V” by the Eastman/Sidi Larbi company between June 2015 and May 2018. The narrative that unfolds from this fieldwork between Barcelona and Antwerp and thereafter along many roads of Europe revolves around the following questions: To what extent does the choreographic process and the tour of the performance constitute regenerative experiences for the performers involved? How are rites of passage understood? “Fractus V” is motivated by a choreographer’s desire for a renewal and cross-fertilizations shared by nine performers of different choreographic and musical cultures. The dancers include Sidi Larbi, Dimitri Jourde, Johnny Lloyd, Fabian Thomé Duten and Patrick ' Twoface ' Williams Seebacher; and musicians Soumik Datta, Kaspy N’Dia, Woojae Park and Shogo Yoshii. Their modus operandi is twofold: the performers learn each others’ dances and then try together to devise collectively. Not without difficulties, the nascent company gradually sketches out the contours of a creative policy embracing the necessity of “commoning” and differentiation. The thesis asks how do you create a polyphonic company respecting one’s idiosyncratic way of moving while not merely creating an assemblage of difference amongst each other? This thesis includes interviews conducted with the performers, as they evolve over the duration of rehearsals and touring. To this end, it develops an ethnographic, ecological and micropolitical approach analyzing the trajectories and transformations of the performers with Tim Ingold’s and François Laplantine’s anthropological approaches, the philosophy of affect of Brian Massumi and Frédéric Lordon, the ontogenetic philosophy of Gilbert Simondon, as well as the poetic studies in contemporary dance. The combination of the “Fractus V” fieldwork and the theoretical discourse mentioned above both contribute to the notion that the regenerative underpins the performer’s ecological approach of becoming through and with collaborative choreographic devising.

Mapamundi (du latin mappa mundi, « carte du monde », représentation de toute la superficie de la planète.)La Mapamundi, que je présente dans le cadre de cette thèse doctorale, est un essai de configuration poétique de l’étendue du « plurivers » artistique de Mapa Teatro pendant ses trente ans d’existence (1984-2014). Elle est imprimée sur papier et en même temps sur ma peau, inscrite dans la mémoire du corps. Trace physique d’une histoire, marque géographique d’un affect : à la fois pensée du corps et corps d’une pensée.Les cartes qui représentent la superficie de la Terre utilisent une « projection », une manière de traduire la superficie réelle tridimensionnelle d’un géoïde en un dessin bidimensionnel. Une Mapamundi « projetée » en une forme sensible, réflexive, pluriaxiale, qui se distinguerait d’un type d’analyse taxonomique purement « extérieur », mais aussi de tout catalogue intimiste, exclusivement « intérieur », et même de toute archive supposée intégrale, tel est le défi que je tenterai à présent dans la forme Atlas, « projection » conceptuelle et affective, théorique et poétique, de la Mapamundi de Mapa Teatro.L’Atlas est une forme visuelle du savoir, une forme savante du voir (Didi-Huberman).Une cartographie autant chronographique que chronogénétique, parce qu’elle trace un devenir, parce qu’elle ouvre des possibles. La carte (un espace, un dispositif), le témoin (un point de vue, une subjectivité) et le triptyque (un temps, un événement) constituent les trois axes de projection et d’analyse réflexive choisis pour la configuration de cet Atlas : carte (chapitre I), témoin (chapitre II) et triptyque (chapitre III) réunissent et problématisent un ensemble de figures qui traversent la cartographie poïétique de Mapa Teatro depuis sa création jusqu’à ce jour. Une forme de pensée-montage. / Mapamundi (from latin mappa mundi, « world’s map» a representation (a map) of the entire surface of the planet). The Mapamundi, that I here present, under the frame of this doctoral research, is an attempt to draw a poetical configuration of Mapa Teatro’s artistic «plurivers», built up during its thirty years of existence (1984-2014). It is printed on paper, and at the same time on my skin, engraved in my body’s memory. Physical trace of a history, geographical affectionate token: both the thinking of a body and a body of thought. Maps that represent the surface of the earth make use of a « projection », as a way of translating the real three-dimensional surface of a geoids into a two-dimensional basin. This is a «projected» Mapamundi in a sensible, reflective, pluriaxial form, that distinguishes itself not only from a taxonomic analysis, but also from any type of intimate catalogue, exclusively interior, or of any kind of a presumably overall archive. This is the challenge that I have risked in this Atlas form, a conceptual and affective « projection », both theoretical and poetic, of Mapa Teatro’s Mapamundi. An Atlas is a visual form of knowledge, a savant form of seeing (Didi-Huberman).A cartography in as much as it is both chronographic and chronogenetic, because it draws a becoming, because it opens to the possibles. The map (a space, a device), the witness ( a point of view, a subjectivity ) and the triptych ( a time, an event ) have been the three axis of projection and of reflective analysis chosen to shape this Atlas. Map (Chapter I), Witness (Chapter II) and Tryptique (Chapter III) gather and problematize a group of figures that traverse Mapa Teatro’s since its creation to our days. A form of montage-thought.

A elaboração desta dissertação se constituiu na tentativa de pensar uma terceira margem no hospital psiquiátrico através de uma etnografia que enfrenta problemas que estão na base da própria consolidação da disciplina antropológica e dos pressupostos filosóficos que a constituíram. Analisa-se se aqueles que estão no hospital psiquiátrico na situação de pacientes seriam diferentes demais para que a disciplina que se propõe pensar a diferença possa levá-los a sério como objeto e, simultaneamente, sujeitos de pesquisa. A descrição etnográfica visa abranger a multiplicidade subjetiva produzida por internados a partir de uma Oficina de Criatividade e os efeitos ontológicos produzidos por maiorias morais que reivindicam um acesso privilegiado à realidade e ao bom juízo. Atento a processos subjetivos inusitados potencialmente capazes de problematizar os modelos dominantes de codificação, os quais poderiam ser desconsiderados em nome da autoridade de saberes especializados no campo da saúde mental, o efeito etnográfico multiplica o tecido político ao evidenciar processos de singularização por parte de usuários e moradores de um hospital-que-foi-hospício. / The formulation of this research consisted to attempt to think the third bank in the psychiatric hospital through ethnography facing problems that underlie the consolidation itself of anthropological discipline and its philosophical presuppositions. Those at the psychiatric hospital in the situation of patients would be too different for the discipline that think about the difference may take them seriously as an object and simultaneously research subjects? The ethnographic description addresses the subjective multiplicity produced from a Creativity Workshop inside the institution and the ontological effects produced by moral majorities who claim a privileged access to reality and good judgment. Attentive to unusual subjective processes potentially able to question the dominant models of coding which could be disregarded in the name of the authority of specialized knowledge in the mental health field, the ethnographic effect multiplies the political texture to emphasize subjective processes by users and hospitalized of a hospital that was hospice.

The discussions that have been realized highlight the subjectivity, social life organization and educational processes which curb the production of singular/rebel subjectivities. However, we understand at the same time the control mechanisms deepen, the resistances have also reinvented themselves. We highlight disruptive aspects among a power dynamics that captures the creation potential in our daily routine and in the common's production. We have found horizontal organizations, themes, informals and collectives that have been acting micropolitically and opening gaps in a scenario that is reverse to life's expantion. This investigation's snippet has been done as a cartography of the collectives that are searching for an emancipatory education in Sorocaba-SP, Brazil, willing to comprehend their dynamics and organization modes, besides their educative aspects, that produce rebel subjectivities inherent to the experience with the collective actions participation. / Nossos estudos se caracterizam pela análise da produção de subjetividade conformada/coisificada/individualizada como produto deliberado pela dinâmica do poder capitalista que, em pelas reinvenções do mando, apequenam a vida e desumanizam as relações entre as pessoas e das pessoas com a natureza. As discussões realizadas ressaltam os aspectos dos processos de subjetivação, organização da vida social e dos processos educacionais que inibem a produção de subjetividades singulares/rebeldes. Porém, compreendemos que ao mesmo tempo em que se aprofundaram os mecanismos de controle também se reinventaram as resistências. Destacamos aspectos disruptivos em meio a uma dinâmica de poder que captura a potência de criação no cotidiano de nossas vidas e na produção do comum. Encontramos organizações horizontais, temáticas, informais e coletivas que em atuações micropolíticas estão abrindo brechas em um cenário avesso à expansão da vida. O recorte desta investigação se deu na cartografia de coletivos em busca da educação emancipatória na cidade de Sorocaba-SP, procurando compreender suas dinâmicas e modos de organização, além dos seus aspectos educativos produtores de subjetividades rebeldes inerentes à experiência de participação na ação coletiva.

The analysed practices are the ones performed within the city by artists or artistic groups, although outside the usual assigned spaces for performances and plays. To accomplish the task, it uses a mapmaking method that far than only mapping a preexistent production, also intends to compose a connection net among elements such as statements collected in interviews, theorical reference and the empirical artistic experience of the author. Groups and artists from cities such as Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Sevilla and Granada have been interviewed for this research. It could be confirmed that these urban interventions have been often connected to the 20th century artistic vanguards, when it comes to the desire of blurring the boundaries between art and life. Furthermore, they have been establishing themselves as micropolitical projects that singularize the referred spaces. This happens specially because of the 1960´s cultural changes contamination. In a reaction to the organization process of the post modern cities and it´s subordination to the economic capital holders, as well as their submission to the strenght of the internacional art market, these interventions present a political dimension in their poetical projects, although this content may not be expressed in a thematic manner. / O objetivo desta dissertação é refletir sobre algumas práticas artísticas de intervenção urbana, considerando como tal as ações realizadas na cidade, fora dos espaços destinados a mostras artísticas e espetáculos, por artistas ou coletivos artísticos. Para tanto, vale-se de um método cartográfico que, mais do que mapear uma produção preexistente, propõe-se à composição de uma rede de conexões entre elementos tais como as falas coletadas em entrevistas, referências teóricas associadas ao tema em questão e a prática artística do autor da pesquisa. Foram entrevistados grupos e artistas das cidades Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Buenos Aires, Montevidéo, Sevilha e Granada. Pude verificar que as intervenções urbanas possuem uma tradição ligada às vanguardas artísticas do século XX, no que tange ao desejo de borrar as fronteiras entre arte e vida. Contudo, vem se configurando enquanto projetos micropolíticos de singularização do espaço, devido a sua contaminação por mudanças culturais surgidas, sobretudo, após 1960. Numa reação ao processo de organização das cidades pós-modernas - e sua submissão aos detentores do capital econômico -, bem como à força de um mercado de arte internacional, estas intervenções apresentam uma dimensão política em seus projetos poéticos, ainda que tal conteúdo possa não estar expresso de forma temática.

Atento a processos subjetivos inusitados potencialmente capazes de problematizar os modelos dominantes de codificação, os quais poderiam ser desconsiderados em nome da autoridade de saberes especializados no campo da saúde mental, o efeito etnográfico multiplica o tecido político ao evidenciar processos de singularização por parte de usuários e moradores de um hospital-que-foi-hospício. / The formulation of this research consisted to attempt to think the third bank in the psychiatric hospital through ethnography facing problems that underlie the consolidation itself of anthropological discipline and its philosophical presuppositions. Those at the psychiatric hospital in the situation of patients would be too different for the discipline that think about the difference may take them seriously as an object and simultaneously research subjects? The ethnographic description addresses the subjective multiplicity produced from a Creativity Workshop inside the institution and the ontological effects produced by moral majorities who claim a privileged access to reality and good judgment. Attentive to unusual subjective processes potentially able to question the dominant models of coding which could be disregarded in the name of the authority of specialized knowledge in the mental health field, the ethnographic effect multiplies the political texture to emphasize subjective processes by users and hospitalized of a hospital that was hospice.

nÃo hà / A presente pesquisa se propÃs a dois objetivos principais: 1) Um geral, que serà expor o conceito de subjetividade maquÃnica de Felix Guattari; 2) e um outro, mais especÃfico, que pretende analisar as contribuiÃÃes deste conceito para uma compreensÃo mais social e ampla da subjetividade, levando em consideraÃÃo a heterogeneidade nÃo-humana, maquÃnica, desta produÃÃo, fato este que se evidencia fortemente no capitalismo pÃs-industrial. Mostramos como a produÃÃo de subjetividade à a indÃstria de base deste pe-rÃodo e os pontos de ruptura possÃveis encontrados por Guattari, proporcionados pelos avanÃos tecnolÃgicos e as formas de organizaÃÃo social caracterÃsticos deste perÃodo. Frente à massificaÃÃo e homogeneizaÃÃo da produÃÃo de subjetividade, a teoria guatta-riana propÃe uma produÃÃo singularizante e autÃnoma, a partir de um paradigma Ãtico-estÃtico, baseada em seu conceito de ecosofia, o qual propÃe uma articulaÃÃo Ãtico-polÃtica da subjetividade, do social e do ambiental. A subjetividade à maquÃnica, ou seja, à produzida no socius atravÃs de elementos heterogÃneos como as relaÃÃes sociais, as mÃquinas tecnolÃgicas, as mÃquinas incorporais, o Ãmbito estÃtico, a economia, a polÃtica etc. AtravÃs dos conceitos de micropolÃtica, autopoiese e pÃs-mÃdia vimos as indicaÃÃes de como à possÃvel uma produÃÃo de subjetividade mais autÃnoma e singular. / This work intents to address two main themes:1) At large, we aim to explain the concept of âmachinic subjectivityâ coined by Felix Guattari; 2) In a more specific way we tried to analyse the contributions that this concept brings to the understanding of the subjectivity in a more social and wide way considering the heterogeneity not-human, machinic of this production, fact that is strongly noted on the postindustrial capitalism. We have demonstrated that the production of subjectivity is the base industry of this period e the breaking possible points found by Guattari that have been possible by the technological advancements and the forms of social organization of this period. Before the massification and homogenization of subjectivity production the guattarian theory propose a singular and autonomy production from a ethic-esthetic paradigm based on his concept of ecosophy that propose an articulation ethic-politic of subjectivity, social and environment. The subjectivity is machinic it means that it is a production from socius through heterogenic elements such as social relations, technological and invisible machines, aesthetic field, the economy, the politics etc. Through the concepts of micro-politics, autopoiesis and post-media we saw how a production of subjectivity can be more close to autonomy and singularity
