En el presente trabajo de investigación se propone un plan de marketing para el lanzamiento al mercado limeño de un menúdelivery para personas que son intolerantes al gluten: DeliFreedom. Es un servicio personalizado de almuerzos para personas intolerantes al trigo, la avena, la cebada y el centeno (TACC), con baja, alta o media sensibilidad al gluten. Se ha considerado a hombres y mujeres que trabajan en las zonas comerciales de San Isidro, Miraflores, San Borja, Surco, Lince, Jesús María y Magdalena, distritos con centros empresariales.

El 31 de marzo de 2020, luego de unas semanas de que el Estado peruano ordenara cuarentena obligatoria en respuesta a la pandemia originada por la Covid-19, se inauguró Casa de Todos, un albergue temporal, pensado para apoyar a 120 personas en estado de indigencia, quienes permanecerían en la tradicional Plaza de Toros de Acho, ubicada en el distrito limeño Rímac, durante el periodo de la emergencia sanitaria decretada por el Gobierno. Este libro recoge la historia de algunas de estas personas que por mucho tiempo han sido invisibles a pesar de formar parte de nuestra sociedad. Sus testimonios permiten ver la humanidad y profundidad en cada uno de ellos. Las crónicas y fotografías que se encuentran en estas páginas forman un viaje por la soledad, el olvido, el vicio, y el arrepentimiento, pero también por la esperanza y las ganas de cambiar.

The theoretical part of the thesis: Quality of thermophilic fruit during storage, includes description of thermophilic species and storage conditions, also includes a chapter on diseases and pests of the species, their composition and new trends in storage: Xtend packaging material. In the practical part of the thesis, apricots (variety Betinka and Moi Chua Sin) were stored in three variants: free storage fruits, storage in a polyethylene package and Xtend at a temperature of approximately 1°C and humidity around 80 %. Under these conditions, was monitored health status, weight loss, the weight of the fetus and the pips, the dimensions of the fruits and the index of the shape, soluble solids, titration acids and the firmness of the fruits. The results were evaluated statistically in tables and graphs. As the most suitable option for storage was evaluated for storage in Xtend.

El presente artículo pretende sustentar la arbitrabilidad del enriquecimiento sin causa como consecuencia de la declaratoria de nulidad de un contrato público. De esa forma, se aborda el nacimiento de dicha institución, sus presupuestos de configuración y su mutabilidad en los diferentes regímenes jurídicos de la comunidad internacional. Posterior a ello, se desarrolla la arbitrabilidad como aquel concepto que permite determinar qué materias pueden ser sometidas a un foro arbitral. Ello con el propósito de destacar los criterios de libre disponibilidad y patrimonialidad presentes en la normativa de arbitraje vigente. En ese orden de ideas, cuestionamos si la restricción establecida en la Ley de Contrataciones con el Estado, respecto a la limitación de someter a arbitraje las pretensiones referidas a enriquecimiento sin causa originadas por la falta de aprobación de prestaciones adicionales, puede verse extendida a supuestos diferentes, como es el caso que nos aborda.

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka projektet SIN (arbetsplatsintroduktion för vissa invandrare) och analysera problemen kring arbetsmarknadsetablering för vissa invandrargrupper. Metoden har använts i Sverige sedan år 2001. Metoden har sitt ursprung i USA och Canada och heter där "supported employment". Den svenska varianten benämns arbetsplatsintroduktion. Målgruppen för projektet är invandrare från utomnordiska länder som har sämre förankring på den svenska arbetsmarknaden.Undersökningsgruppen består av åtta personer, fyra deltagare och fyra handläggare och den metod som jag använt mig av är kvalitativ.De viktigaste resultaten som jag har kommit fram till är, att deltagarna är väldigt nöjda med sina handläggare och känner att det finns någon som stödjer dem vid behov.Förmedlarna är eniga om att den sökandes namn är det som ställer till när man söker arbete och att det även finns de med språk- och skrivsvårigheter, som inte kan komma vidare och behöver extra hjälp.Enligt både förmedlare och deltagare betyder stödet de får i projekt oerhört mycket för dem och det kan öka deras chans och möjlighet att få kontakter och bättre förankring på den svenska arbetsmarknaden.

The following discussion of Northrop Frye and Herman Melville is based on the theoretical framework outlined in Words With Power which emphasizes the "demonic" and "titanic" elements in the ascent and descent of the hero's quest. The study focusses upon Frye's archetype of the labyrinth and the Biblical typology which aids the critic in the task of literary interpretation. Frye claims that "anyone interested in both the Bible and literature will eventually find himself revolving around the Book of Job like a satellite" (Frye WP 310). Melville's MobyDick is "interested" in the Bible more than any other source; it revolves around the mysteries therein which condemn the "titanic" elements that appear to lead to the discovery of a "Knowledge" or "Wisdom" related to Original sin. Thus, Ahab is a Promethean figure whose challenge of the demonic categorization of this area of imagery in the Bible is inextricably related to Job's challenge of God and subsequent invocation of Leviathan. In an application of Frye's theory of the patterns of ascent and descent imagery outlined in Anatomy of Criticism, The Secular Scripture, and Words With Power, chapters 1 & 2 examine the purely "demonic" descent of the quest hero and its "positive analogies" in the myth of Narcissus. Chapter 3 discusses the "titanic" descent quest in relation to its "presiding deity" Prometheus (Ahab), and chapter 4 briefly addresses the images of ascent surrounding Ishmael at the end of the novel. Notably, each chapter also examines the relation of the quest to patterns of Leviathan symbolism which are also represented in the image of the whale. Finally, the Conclusion reconsiders the Biblical Leviathan and Job's vision of "primal creation" which Frye points to in his verbal universe or axis mundi imagery. / Thesis / Master of Arts (MA)
