[pt] O presente trabalho enquadra-se na linha de pesquisa Teoria do Direito, Ética e Construção da Subjetividade e tem por objetivo refletir acerca de uma abordagem não patriarcal da construção da subjetividade a partir da obra do psicanalista inglês Donald W. Winnicott. Para tanto, aponta-se a perspectiva patriarcal da constituição do sujeito que estaria presente no trabalho teórico de Freud, apesar de suas descobertas não patriarcais na experiência clínica psicanalítica, e as modificações matriciais que a teoria do desenvolvimento emocional primitivo winnicottiana trouxe. Mobiliza-se o conceito de patriarcado de Maturana e de Verden-Zoller como um espaço psíquico no qual o conflito, as hierarquias, a dominação da natureza e a regulação do humano antissocial são valorizados. De modo diverso, o espaço psíquico matricial valoriza a harmonia, a empatia, a colaboração e a alteridade, encontrando-se na relação materno-infantil. Desenvolve-se o objetivo proposto a partir da diferença na relação indivíduo/sociedade na obra de Freud e na de Winnicott, o que se reflete no modo diverso como percebem a ambivalência, a agressividade, o sentimento de culpa, a formação do superego, a ética e a relação do sujeito com objetos externos. Por fim, propõe-se o conceito winnicottiano de democracia enquanto um conjunto de subjetividades maduras como uma forma de levar o viver matrístico da relação materno-infantil para a vida adulta e para vínculos mais amplos (família, escola e sociedade). / [en] The present work is part of the research line Theory of Law, Ethics and Construction of Subjectivity and aims to reflect on a non-patriarchal approach to the construction of subjectivity from the work of the english psychoanalyst Donald W. Winnicott. For this, it is pointed out the patriarchal perspective of the constitution of the subject that would be present in the theoretical work of Freud, despite his non patriarchal discoveries in psychoanalytic clinical experience, and the matricial modifications that the winnicottian theory of primitive emotional development brought. The concept of patriarchy of Maturana and of Verden- Zoller is mobilized as a psychic space in which conflict, hierarchies, domination of nature and the regulation of the antisocial human are valued. In a different way, the matricial psychic space values harmony, empathy, collaboration and otherness, being found in the mother-child relationship. The proposed goal is developed from the difference in the individual/society relationship in the work of Freud and Winnicott, which is reflected in the different way in which they perceive ambivalence, aggressiveness, guilt, the formation of the superego, ethics and the relation of the subject to external objects. Finally, the winnicottian concept of democracy is proposed as a set of mature subjectivities as a way of bringing matrístico from the mother-child relationship into adult life and into broader ties (family, school and society).

[pt] O foco do presente estudo são interações através de comentários em um vídeo do YouTube que aborda a temática do feminismo O objetivo principal da pesquisa consiste em analisar debates sobre gênero na rede social, mediante comentários de um vídeo. A base teórico-analítica apoia-se em abordagens na interface de ordem interacional entre a Sociolinguística Interacional, a Análise da Conversa e a Antropologia Linguística. Da Sociolinguística Interacional, são importantes os conceitos de Goffman de footing, face, gerenciamento de impressão e performance. Da Análise da conversa, são utilizados os conceitos de formulação e accounts. Da Antropologia Linguística, são consideradas as concepções de indexicalidade e escalas. A metodologia da pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa e interpretativista e netnográfica. A análise dos comentários, a partir do vídeo do YouTube selecionado na pesquisa, foi feita em dois momentos. No primeiro, os comentários versam sobre a pluralidade do feminismo. Há diferentes participações no fluxo da interação, com relações de concordância, discordância e indagações. No segundo momento, os comentários indicam manifestações interacionais conduzindo a um debate sobre gênero, com os direitos dos homens e a busca pela igualdade de gênero. Na ordem micro, os participantes trazem a ordem macro, dicotomizando o feminismo, em seus alinhamentos. Nas análises, nota-se que o meio termo dificilmente surge na interação. Há posturas de ataques e contra-ataques, que ora defendem o feminismo, ora questionam e reforçam o patriarcado. / [en] The focus of the present study is interactions through comments on a YouTube video that addresses the issue of feminism. The main objective of the research is to analyze debates about gender in the social network, through comments on a video. The theoretical-analytical basis is based on approaches in theinteractional order between Interactional Sociolinguistics, Conversation Analysis and Linguistic Anthropology. From Interactional Sociolinguistics, Goffman s concepts of footing, face,impression management and performance are important. From Conversation Analysis, the concepts of formulation and accounts are used. From Linguistic Anthropology, the concepts of indexicality and scales are considered. The research methodology is qualitative and interpretive, with a netnographic nature. The analysis of the comments, based on the YouTube video selected in the research, was carried out in two moments. In the first, the comments are about the plurality of feminism. There are different participationsin the flow of interaction, with relationships of agreement, disagreement and questions. In the second moment, the comments indicate interactional manifestations leading to a debate on gender, with men s rights and the search for gender equality. In the micro order, the participants bring the macro order, dichotomizing feminism, in their alignments. In the analyses, it is noted that the middle ground hardly appears in the interaction. There are postures of attacks and counter-attacks, which sometimes defend feminism, sometimes question and reinforce patriarchy.

[pt] A Teologia feminista e seus giros hermenêuticos: Reinterpretações de Deus, do ser humano e da criação. O propósito desta tese é mostrar que a teologia, se analisada a partir da hermenêutica feminista bíblico-cristã e seus desdobramentos sistemáticos, tem condições de propor uma imagem de Deus compatível com os desafios de nossa época, diante da prevalência de sua identificação masculina sedimentada pelo patriarcado. Além disso, ela realiza uma releitura da antropologia teológica e da teologia da criação a partir das mediações de gênero e do ecofeminismo, capazes de questionar os dualismos hierárquicos entre Deus/mundo, homens/mulheres, seres humanos/demais seres. A insistência em relações de reciprocidade que respeitem as diferenças, bem como na prática eclesial do discipulado de iguais por parte de mulheres e homens, é imprescindível para reavaliar nossa inserção no mundo. Por sua vez, relações harmoniosas entre seres humanos e natureza resultarão em imagens de Deus menos distantes do mundo, e em um mundo menos vazio de Deus. A teologia feminista bíblico-cristã, portanto, apresenta uma contribuição inconteste para o conjunto da teologia, ao imaginar o mundo como corpo de Deus; e Deus, em sua presença no mundo. / [en] Feminist Theology and its hermeneutic turns: Reinterpretations of God, the Human beings and the Creation. The purpose of present thesis is to show that theology, if analyzed from the biblical-Christian feminist hermeneutics and its systematic unfoldings, is able to propose an integrated image of God, given the prevalence of male identification sedimented by patriarchy. In addition, it performs a re-reading of theological anthropology and theology of creation from the mediations of gender and ecofeminism, able to question the hierarchical dualisms between God/world, men/women, human/ others beings. The insistence on reciprocal relationships that respect the differences as well as on Church s practice of discipleship of equals by men and women, it is essential to reassess our place in the world. In turn, harmonious relationships between humans and nature will result in images of God, the less distant from the world, and in a world less empty of God. The biblical-Christian feminist theology, therefore, presents an undeniable contribution to the whole of theology, to imagine the world as the body of God, and God in his presence in the world.
