The thesis focuses on a hydraulic system design for a specific application of hydrostatic drive with regard to energy efficiency of proposed solution. Standard hydraulic and electronic components are used, mostly products of Bosch Rexroth. The aim of the thesis is to carry out a complex design from mechanic through hydraulic up to the electronic part of the system. After a short introduction in the beginning of the thesis is the particular application described and analyzed. Then the elemental principles of hydraulic devices and systems are explained. In the following part the actual solution is presented, which expands to several different alternatives. These alternatives are compared according to set criteria and the selected alternative is then further developed. At the end of the thesis, the outputs are evaluated and the direction of further possible improvements in the design is outlined.

The next part of theory is an overview of other technologies used for desalination of sea water and introduction to the design of experiments. In the practical part are selected factors affecting efficiency of device and experiment plan is designed for them. When the experiment is done, optimal operating conditions of technology are designed on basis of analysis.

The aim of the diploma thesis was an improvement of the efficiency of electrochemical generation of volatile form of cadmium used in atomic spectrometric methods. The increase of the efficiency of electrochemical generation of volatile form results in overall improvement of the sensitivity of measurement and therefore, it is possible to achieve lower values of detection limits and limits of determination. One of all the possibilities for improving of overall efficiency is a minimization of loss of volatile form of Cd during transport. Another essential possibility is coupling of the technique of electrochemical generation of volatile form of Cd with in-situ collection (and atomization) in graphite furnace of atomic absorption spectrometer. Prediction of the therapeutic response in the treatment of affective disorders using repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation MUDr. Jakub Albrecht Summary Background: Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is an effective and safe neuromodulatory treatment of several neuropsychiatric conditions. Treatment resistant depression (TRD) is becoming the leading cause of morbidity and mortality. The design was narutallistic and observational. Methods: The cohort (2016-2018) contains 39 depressed patients (STAR*D grade ≥3). The parameters of TMS were: 10 days of 10 Hz stimulation with an energy of 100 % of motor evoked potential (MEP), 1500 pulses in 15 trains over the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Self-reporting scales were administered prior to and after the final stimulation: Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology (QIDS-SR). Co-medication was not altered. Results: The subjective effect was significant and widespread with a median decrease: in SDS of 10 points (from 75 ±8.16 to 65 ±9.56), 59 % of patients improved ≥10 % from the baseline; in PSS of 4 points (29 ±5.34 to 25 ±5.90), 62 % improved ≥10 %; in BAI of 4 points (46 ±13.72 to 42 ±11.51), 54 % improved ≥10 %; in QIDS-SR 6 points (17...

The theoretical part deals with the most common methods of the NPs preparation, the polymers and stabilizers employed, and drug delivery to brain. In the experimental part the effect of various formulation factors on NP characteristics were studied: linear or branched PLGA derivative, the concentrations of polymer, the volumes of primary emulsion. Dichloromethane (DCM) or Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as solvent for polymers were used and Poloxamer 407 or Didodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DDAB) as an outer phase stabilizer were employed. By comparison among the collected results, it seemed 1% A2 in DMSO and stabilization with poloxamer 407 could be best candidate for the oxime loaded drug delivery systems as it was possible to produce nanoparticles with size from 152 to 168 nm with PDI of below 0.15. The aim of this thesis is to study physical self-evaluation and generalized self-efficacy within the self-concept of women. This is put in context with their regular physical exercise. a number of other variables are being examined to add the complexity to the topic of self-concept and sports. Among them there are Body Mass Index (BMI), subjective self- confidence, level of professional involvement in particular sport activity and whether the woman has children. The theoretical part of this work looks at the self-concept paradigm focusing on the physical self-concept of women and self-efficacy in sports. Furthermore it examines how the physical exercise is related to the mind. In the empirical part of the thesis physical self-evaluation of women was researched in context with the type of exercise they had been doing. This was examined in quantitative analysis of a group of 100 women who did sports. The research includes also relationship among physical self- evaluation, generalized self-efficacy and other variables. The research method used was the Physical Self-Perception Profile (PSPP) and Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). and key words The submitted dissertation thesis is dealing with the social climate of the classroom and the school success of a pupil. This dissertation thesis is divided into the theoretical and the empiraical part. The teoretical section is focusing on the elaboration of the given theme on the bases of czech and foreign vocational literature. I am focusing on the classroom from the scrutiny of the social psychology. I am analyzing the formation of the classroom's social structure, the methods of its cognition and the most common positions and roles which are most frequently occurring in the classroom. I am introducing the basic findings about the social climate, his formers, determiners and diagnostics. As a last point of this part of my thesis I am dealing with the theme of the school success. I am defining the conception of school ineffectualness, self-classification and academic self-efficacy. In the empirical part I am presenting quantitative research, there were 309 pupils and 17 class masters from the elementary schools in Prague involved. The purpose of my research should have confirm the connection between the social climate of the classroom and the school success of the pupil.
