Využití mechanicky upravených krmiv v polointenzívním chovu tržního kapra / The Use of Mechanically Modified Cereals in Semi ? Intensive Culture of Market Carp

VODÁREK, Michal January 2011 (has links)
120 day feeding experiment was executed on the Trebon fishponds in the area of feeding the market carp. The aim was to determine what way of cereals processing will have favorable effects in terms of production efficiency in the mechanical processed cereal by grinding and mashing in comparison with cereal without processing. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of natural food, technology feeding, feed distribution and appropriate processing to achieve high growth results in common carp (Cyprinus carpio). The practical part includes the methodology and results of the production parameters of carp fed by triticale without processing, by grinding and mashing. The highest feed efficiency was observed in carps under supplementary by triticale mashed feeding with FCR 0.83; 1.21 kg of FCE and FCR / SGR; 1.05; the highest growth rate was achieved in carp under supplementary by grinded triticale (1,2 mm) feeding with SGR: 0.86 %.d-1.; worse results were observed in carp feeding by triticale without processing: FCR: 1.27; FCE: 0.79 kg; FCR / SGR: 1.61; SGR: 0.79 %.d-1.

Vybrané aspekty rodinného působení a školní úspěšnost dítěte / The selected aspects of family influence and the child's success at school

Lucáková, Jana January 2015 (has links)
The submitted thesis is focused on the research of multi-factor conditioned fenomenon of school success and the influences which can affect it and are arising from the family surrounding. The knowledges about the school success and also the academic self-efficacy of a pupil are worked out in the theoretical part of the thesis. The next part belongs to the separated areas of the family effects that influence the school success of the pupil - for example : the parents education level, leisure activities of parents and children, helping with the homeworks and the ways of education within the family. The empiric part is represented by the quantitative research, where the relationship among the chosen factors of family effects and the individual elements of school success are verified throughout the research set of pupils attending the primary school (lower secondary education). The relationship between the academic self-efficacy and the school results of the pupil are being identified in here as well. Keywords: the school success, academic self-efficacy, family influences, way of family education

Proměny vnímané akademické účinnosti při přechodu na střední školu / Changes in academic efficacy during the transition from elementary school to secondary school

Lávičková, Soňa January 2016 (has links)
The focus of this work is a description of changes in the academic self-efficacy among adolescents when they change school environment and demands of studies. Academic self- efficacy is defined as one of the predictors of school achievement. In the theoretical part, there are summarized results of foreign researches which describe the development of academic self-efficacy during school attendance. This work focuses especially on transition from elementary to high school. Moreover, there are mentioned possibilities which may support the academic self-efficacy and increase its level. In the empirical part, there is a research which tries to describe the development of academic self-efficacy among Czech adolescents who change from elementary to high school. Questionnaires Myself As a Learner Scale and Children's Self-Efficacy Scale were used. The results suggest no significant changes in level of perceived academic self-efficacy during transition from elementary to high school. However, significant correlation was proven between both questionnaires and between grade point average and academic self-efficacy. Moreover, significant correlation was found between gender and level of academic self-efficacy by the questionnaire ChSE. Keywords: academic self-efficacy, student's school achievement, transition...

Účinnost rozvojové pomoci v subsaharské Africe / Effectiveness of development aid in sub Saharan Africa

Žaloudková, Jana January 2013 (has links)
Region of sub Saharan Africa receives the most resources from development aid in the long term and at the same time there is a highest number of least develop countries. Therefore thesis is dedicated to the matter of effectiveness of development aid. Introducing problems and overall characteristics of the region, development aid and its historic development is goal of the first chapter. In the second chapter effectiveness of development aid is examined through analysis of selected studies from distinguished authors within the field, moreover the scope is dedicated to issues of measurability of development aid and the question of inappropriately setting of goals. Following chapter is concentrated on dependency of sub Saharan countries to donor countries and agencies providing aid and to motives of those donors to intervene in this region. Emphasis is put on neo-colonialism as a representative form of this dependency. Ending of the thesis is dedicated to Norway that provides high amount of resources to development aid measured by share of the GDP in the long term.

Správa a řízení společnosti / Corporate Governance

Kudela, Jan January 2013 (has links)
As the topic itself might advice, this diploma thesis examines the issue of governance of a real company, TQM -- Holding s.r.o. The fundaments of this thesis are the management in the mentioned organization and the ownership structure of said organization, as well as its administrative bodies and their activities. The thesis examines whether the organizational and ownership structure of the company are well chosen in the sense that the company is able to operate effectively for both its future development and the satisfaction of its customers. The analysis aims, among others, to find out what competencies were passed on the managers by the owners -- and what competencies the owners have refused to delegate, i.e. in what way the owners might take part in managing the company.

Inkorporace nízkomolekulárních a vysokomolekulárních látek do vezikulárních systémů / Incorporation of low molecular weight and high molecular weight substances into vesicular systems

Geistová, Karolína January 2021 (has links)
This master´s thesis deals with the study of the incorporation of low and high molecular weight substances into liposomal systems. The aim of the work was to determine the encapsulation efficiency (EE) of the active substance and the influence of individual components of the liposomal system on EE. Liposomes were prepared from dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine. They were stabilized by cholesteroland and phosphatidic acid was added to give a negative charge. Stealth properties gain the binding of polyethylene glycol and other trimethyl chitosan we enabled the entry of liposomes into the bloodstream by the paracellular pathway. Vitamin C and the enzyme bromelain were used for incorporation into liposomes. UV-VIS spectrophotometry was used to determine the encapsulation efficiency of liposomes prepared by combining the individual components. It has been suggested that vitamin C and the enzyme can be incorporated into liposomes, but an enzyme with a higher EE. Furthermore, phosphatidic acid and trimethyl chitosan have been found to affect EE, which increases the EE of vitamin C and decreases the EE of the enzyme.

Studium působení tyrosinkinasových inhibitorů a jejich metabolitů na buněčné linie nádorů / Study of effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitors and their metabolites on tumour cell lines

Kolárik, Matúš January 2021 (has links)
Vandetanib, lenvatinib and cabozantinib are inhibitors of receptor tyrosine kinases approved to treat locally advanced or metastatic thyroid gland, kidney and liver cancers. These multi- kinase inhibitors, inhibit phosphorylation of tyrosine moieties of protein, thus modulate cell signalization in cancer cells. Metabolites of vandetanib, lenvatinib and cabozantinib were detected in vitro as well as in vivo in blood and urine. Cytochromes P450 and flavin monooxygenases were identified as primary enzymes participating in metabolism of these drugs. Literature lacks information regarding pharmacological efficacy of vandetanib, lenvatinib and cabozantinib metabolites. The aim of this diploma thesis was the investigation of pharmacological efficacy of N-oxides of vandetanib, lenvatinib and cabozantinib. The viability measurement under normoxic and hypoxic conditions was employed to determined their efficacy. The expression of enzymes of the first phase of xenobiotics metabolism (CYP 450 1A1, 1B1, 3A4 a CYP 450 oxidoreductase) and receptor tyrosine kinases RET and VEGFR2, as well as mechanism of changes in their expression were investigated using western blotting and flow cytometry. High performance liquid chromatography was utilised to investigate possible metabolism of tyrosine kinase inhibitors and...
