Parní turbina protitlaková / Backpressure Steam Turbine

Chrástek, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
The diploma works demonstrates the thermodynamic calculation and design of the geometry flow profile of the back-pressure steam turbine for specified inlet and outlet conditions of steam. Next target of the work is to design the drawing of the turbine axial cross section. Structuring of this diploma work calculation is following: - regulating stage thermodynamic calculation - turbine stages calculation - equalizing-balancing piston calculation - entire turbine intrinsic efficiency and power rating determination - basic calculation of gearbox parameters and RENK-type gearbox selection for turbine and generator arrangement

Roštový kotel na spalování dřeva / Steam boiler with wood grate firing

Jakeš, Pavel January 2010 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with proposal of the steam boiler on combustion uncontaminated wood. For the specified parameters have been implemented stoichiometric calculations and calculations enthalpy burnt gas. In the next part have been dealt with heat balance of the boiler, the efficiency of the boiler, design of the combustion chamber and calculation of particular rating surfaces. The output parametres are temperature, pressure and the amount of steam.

Bilance provozu energetického využití odpadu / Ballance of waste to energy process

Hejl, Matěj January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis considers different attitudes to evaluation of lower heating value of municipal solid waste as a main parameter of calculation of effectiveness incineration process. Modification of general relation is done to calculate lower heating value by using methodology BREF/BAT for real plant. The next step is evaluation of lower heating value within measured data. Following part of this thesis is focused on establishing thermal efficiency of incineration boiler by using direct, indirect and “modified” indirect methods and statistical analyses of them. Analysis of important quantities, which enters the calculation of thermal efficiency, is realized. The establishment of measurement error in measuring these main parameters is done as well.

Rychloběžná vodní turbína / High-specific speed hydraulic turbine

Holub, Jiří January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to design a geometry of runner of high specific speed turbine which is supposed to provide the maximum flow rate of the turbine while achieving a relatively high hydraulic efficiency. New design is based on the analysis of the hydraulic characteristics of three previous design sof very hiát specific speed turbines. The actual hydraulic pdesign of the turbine runner is based on CFD computations. Special software tools like BladeGen and TurboGrid were used for petting up the geometry and mesh for the very first time at Kaplan Department of Fluid Engineering.

Kartáčová parní turbina / Brush Steam Turbine

Rosypal, Štěpán January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with brush steam turbine operation. This turbine is installed in small biomass incineration plant, which is situated in premises of company Dřevopar s.r.o. in Loštice. First part is focused on incineration plant technology introduction. Following parts are focused on brush steam turbine principle, design solutions and evaluation of the operation. Comparative steam turbines are chosen according to preliminary calculation. The end of thesis contains brush turbine and blade turbine comparison.

Analýza dvouhřídelové spalovací turbiny se sériově a paralelně řazenými turbinami / Uses of two-shaft combustion turbine for cases serial and parallel arrangement

Minář, Luděk January 2013 (has links)
Master thesis deals with analysis of characteristic points of two-shaft combustion turbine cycle for two different concepts of turbine’s arrangement. Computational model is compiled within the thesis for serial and parallel arrangement. Thermodynamic magnitudes of characteristic points of cycle are calculated with the computational model for designed operating point. Initial values of the computational model are chosen in consideration of reaching compromise between maximal thermal efficiency and maximal specific power.

Moderní pohonná jednotka s vysokou mechanickou účinností – klikový mechanismus / Cranktrain with High Mechanical Efficiency

Krajči, Jakub January 2015 (has links)
This master's thesis is concerned with the mechanical efficiency of cranktrain contact pairs in a combustion engine. In the introductory part, the fundamental terminology relating to the cranktrain is presented along with the specification of the areas of mechanical losses, greasing modes and types of wear. The following chapters describe the possibilities of eliminating mechanical losses of the cranktrain and the calculation methods that can be utilized to mathematically solve mechanical losses. The practical part includes the proposal of a calculation model and its use in the analysis of the cranktrain of Skoda 1.2 HTP engine. The last part of this thesis comprises modified alternatives of the standard cranktrain focusing on the elimination of mechanical losses. The evaluation of the results is presented in the conclusion of this thesis.

Vysokofrekvenční výkonové zesilovače / RF Power Amplifiers

Hrazděra, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
This work deals with high-frequency power amplifiers. In the theoretical part are briefly summarized the general characteristics and properties of particular working classes of amplifiers focusing on their efficiency. The next section is aimed on design of high-frequency power amplifier for 1296MHz band and its individual components. In this part is desribed design of hybrid combiners - splitters, directional couplers of the coupled lines, amplifiers with RA18H1213G module and power amplifier with transistor BLV958. The work also includes the results of simulations of designed circuit, realization procedure and the measured parameters of manufactured components. In conclusion of this work the theoretical and measured values are compared.

Účinnost inverzních scrubberů / Effectiveness of inverse Scrubber

Drevený, Lukáš January 2017 (has links)
The main aim of this Diploma thesis was to investigate a mass transfer of air pollutants to a liquid solution of NaOH, theoreticaly based on a film theory of diffusion in accordance with absorption experiments. The absoprtion experiments were provided by our own designed inverse scrubber in a semi production proportion. In a design phase of the inverese scrubber literaly and patent reviews were provided to inspect a background of the innovation. The experimental part firstly investigates a hydraulic properties of the most important inverse scrubber components and its connections and then the most suitable limits and pre-set preferences are designed for yielding an objective data relating to the mass transport study. Secondly, the absorption of carbon-dioxied (CO2) gas through a thin film of NaOH solution is investigated in a range of hundres of litres of liquid per hour. Then the efficiancy of absorption and the mass transport ratio is investigated. The goal of this study is to put forward the knowledge about the simpliest arrangement of the inverse scrubber in order to gain a satisfying mass transfer even in the full production proportion.
