Процесс проектирования систем отопления сопровождается большим количеством временных затрат, вызванных как расчетами, так и построением большого количества элементов в пространстве модели. Создание дополнительных программных модулей позволяет проектировщиком больше внимания уделять принятию принципиальных решений и тратить меньше времени на выполнение циклически повторяющихся однотипных действий, тем самым ускоряя процесс создания проекта. В ходе данной диссертационной работы был выполнен аналитический обзор методов создания программных модулей, а также был разработан и реализован скрипт по построению теплого пола для компании «Строительное проектирование «КУБ». / The process of heating systems designis accompanied by a large amount of time caused by both calculations and the construction of a large number of elements in model space. Creating additional software modules allows the designer to pay more attention to making fundamental decisions and spend less time performing cyclically repeated actions of the same type, thereby speeding up the process of creating a project. In the course of this dissertation work, an analytical review of methods for creating software modules was carried out, and a script for building a warm floor for the Construction Design KUB company was developed and implemented.

В рамках работы были исследованы методы построения систем планирования и управления предприятием класса ERP-систем. Цель работы – разработка программного инструмента в «1С: ERP Управление предприятием 2», позволяющего вести учет всех заказов, предстоящих и уже выполняющихся на предприятии. В ходе исследования был разработан рабочий прототип учета и планирования производства заказов на предприятии по производству литий-ионных аккумуляторов с использованием ERP-системы «1С-Предприятие». / Within the framework of this work, a study was made of the existing types of scheduler and enterprise resources planning system methods. An analysis of the existing question-answer systems was carried out. Предметом исследования является возможность автоматизации армирования железобетонных конструкций с использованием ТИМ. Результатом работы является приложение (плагин) для ПО Autodesk Revit в виде окна-таблицы, которое позволяет выровнять привязки к осям зон дополнительного армирования, а также округлять длину стержня. / The purpose of this study is to develop and implement an application for automating the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures. Внедрение новой техники и технологии в производство предъявляет повышенные требования к персоналу, руководителям и подчиненным, работа которых требует не только овладения новыми технологическими знаниями, но и более совершенными методами управления людьми. Целью магистерской диссертации является изучение особенностей развития кадрового потенциала АО «Газпром газораспределение Север», разработка рекомендаций и комплекса мероприятий по совершенствованию кадрового потенциала предприятия в условиях автоматизации производства. Для решения поставленных задач использовались теоретические (анализ и синтез, моделирование, классификация, обобщение) и эмпирические (анализ документации и результатов деятельности, сравнение, эксперимент) методы. Разработаны новые методы и способы увеличения роста кадрового потенциала газотранспортного предприятия. Проект разработки методов и способа совершенствования системы управления и развития кадрового потенциала в условиях цифровизации предприятия является практически значимым результатом работы. / The introduction of new equipment and technology into production places increased demands on personnel, managers and subordinates, whose work requires not only mastering new technological knowledge, but also more advanced methods of managing people. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the features of the development of the personnel potential of JSC "Gazprom gas distribution Sever", as well as the development of recommendations and a set of measures to improve the personnel potential of the enterprise in terms of production automation. To solve the tasks set, theoretical (analysis and synthesis, modeling, classification, generalization) and empirical (documentation and performance results analysis, comparison, experiment) methods were used. New methods and approaches have been developed to increase the growth of the personnel potential of a gas transportation company. The project of developing methods and ways for improving the management system and developing human resources under context of enterprise digitalization is a practically significant result of the work.

Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решение следующих задач: изучил понятия чат-бота и его функции; использовать преимущества использования мессенджеров для бизнеса; настроить языки программирования и выбрать язык для разработки чат-бота; выбрать мессенджер, в котором будет реализован чат-бот; разработать ИТ-проект по разработке чат-бота. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: studied the concepts of a chatbot and its functions; take advantage of the benefits of using instant messengers for business; configure programming languages and select a language for developing a chatbot; select the messenger in which the chatbot will be implemented; develop an IT project to develop a chatbot. The subject of the study is the processing of customer business processes with frequently asked questions in customer services of various enterprises. The scientific novelty was that a large number of software tools for the implementation of the project were analyzed, a large number of applied chatbots in business were shown, and a unique chatbot was developed. При выполнении данной работы использованы следующие методы: моделирование, синтез информации, сравнительный анализ, сбор документов. По результату внедрения CRM-системы «Битрикс 24» были достигнуты все цели и задачи. Внедрение «Битрикс 24» позволило повысить эффективность работы компании ООО «Авторапорт» благодаря расширению функциональности информационной системы компании, что в значительной мере увеличило качество и скорость работы сотрудников, повысило эффективность взаимодействий с клиентами, а также улучшило коммуникацию между работниками. / The object of the final qualifying work is the company Avtoraport LLC. The subject of the study is the information system of the company Autoraport LLC. When performing this work, the following methods were used: modeling, information synthesis, comparative analysis, document collection. As a result of the implementation of the Bitrix 24 CRM system, all goals and objectives were achieved. The implementation of Bitrix 24 made it possible to increase the efficiency of Avtoraport LLC by expanding the functionality of the company’s information system, which significantly increased the quality and speed of employees’ work, increased the efficiency of interactions with clients, and also improved communication between employees.

Целью исследования является создание эффективного инструмента на платформе визуального программирования Dynamo в Autodesk Revit для автоматизации аэродинамического расчета систем воздуховодов в цифровой информационной модели. Задачи: исследовать возможности платформы визуального программирования Dynamo; разработать алгоритмы и скрипты для проведения аэродинамики в цифровой информационной модели. Гипотеза исследования предполагает, что автоматизация аэродинамического расчета позволит сократить время проектирования и уменьшить вероятность ошибок. Результаты исследования подтвердили эффективность использования разработанного скрипта для автоматизации расчета: он ускоряет процесс, обеспечивает более точные результаты и повышает качество проектных решений в области вентиляции. / The aim of the study is to create an effective tool on the Dynamo visual programming platform in Autodesk Revit for automating the aerodynamic calculation of duct systems in a digital information model. Tasks: to explore the possibilities of the Dynamo visual programming platform; to develop algorithms and scripts for conducting aerodynamics in a digital information model. The hypothesis of the study suggests that automation of aerodynamic calculation will reduce design time and reduce the likelihood of errors. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of using the developed script to automate the calculation: it speeds up the process, provides more accurate results and improves the quality of design solutions in the field of ventilation.
