Цель исследования анализ и оценка экономической эффективности внедрения информационного моделирования в проектную деятельность. Научная новизна исследования состоит в проведении анализа на более позднем этапе применения информационного моделирования в проектировании. В итоге получены результаты оценки экономической эффективности, позволяющие проецировать и давать укрупненный прогноз роста затрат и доходов организаций, планирующих внедрить информационное моделирование в свою проектную деятельность. / The purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate the economic efficiency of introducing information modeling into project activities. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the analysis at a later stage of the application of information modeling in design. As a result, the results of the economic efficiency assessment were obtained, which allow projecting and giving an enlarged forecast of the growth of costs and incomes of organizations planning to introduce information modeling into their project activities.

Цель работы – разработка распределённой системы управления коммуникациями с клиентами под нужды компании АО «Эр-Телеком Холдинг». Объект исследования – класс информационных систем для уведомления пользователей. Методы исследования: анализ, систематизация и обобщения данных о предыдущей версии системы нотификации клиентов, сравнение и анализ инструментов, технологий и принципов построения информационных систем. Результаты работы: разработана система массовой нотификации клиентов.Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена в текстовом редакторе Microsoft Word и представлена в твёрдой копии. / The goal of the work is to develop a distributed system for managing communications with clients for the needs of ER-Telecom Holding JSC. The object of study is a class of information systems for notifying users. Research methods: analysis, systematization and generalization of data on the previous version of the customer notification system, comparison and analysis of tools, technologies and principles for constructing information systems. Results of work: a system for mass notification of clients has been developed. The final qualifying work was completed in the text editor Microsoft Word and presented in a hard copy.

In this paper, the problem of the lack of automation of some business processes is considered, which is why the bank's customer service time is delayed. A solution is proposed in the form of designing a new business process that would combine several old business processes using electronic document management technologies. A study was conducted in the field of EDI, system architecture, and all kinds of intersystem integrations. Scenarios were described, entry points were identified, the sequence of steps in the new business process, and requirements for the new process were highlighted. The result has been submitted for consideration in order to allocate time and funds for its development. / В данной работе рассматривается проблема отсутствия автоматизации некоторых бизнес-процессов, в связи с чем затягивается время обслуживание клиентов банка. Было проведено исследование в области ЭДО, архитектуры систем, всевозможных межсистемных интеграций. Были описаны сценарии, определены точки входа, последовательность шагов в новом бизнес-процессе, выделены требования для нового процесса. Полученный результат вынесен на рассмотрение для выделения времени средств на его разработку.

Цель исследования – организация документооборота с оперативным движением документов по кратчайшему пути с минимальными затратами времени и труда, усиления контроля исполнения поручений и заданий. Объектом выпускной квалификационной работы является документооборот торговой организации. Предметом выпускной квалификационной работы является процесс проектирования и разработки системы электронного документооборота. Научная новизна заключается в получении новой системы электронного документооборота, разработанной под заказ, которая будет соответствовать всем бизнес-процессам рассматриваемой торговой организации. Таким образом, будет произведено усовершенствование системы, относящейся к предмету исследования. Практическая значимость исследования заключается что описанный проект по проектированию и разработки системы электронного документооборота может быть использован компаниями разных отраслей с целью автоматизации документооборота. / The purpose of the study - the organization of document flow with the operational movement of documents along the shortest path with minimal time and labor costs, strengthening the control of execution of orders and tasks. The object of the graduate qualification work is the document flow of the trade organization. The subject of graduate qualification work is the process of designing and developing an electronic document management system. Scientific novelty is to obtain a new system of electronic document management, developed to order, which will correspond to all business processes of the trade organization under consideration. Thus, the improvement of the system related to the subject of the study will be made. Practical significance of the study is that the described project on design and development of electronic document management system can be used by companies of different industries in order to automate document management.

Целью работы является разработка и внедрение игрового модуля приложения в терапию пациентов детского возраста СПИД-центра. Объектом исследования является процесс сопровождения с использованием информационных технологий пациентов СПИД-центра до 18 лет. Методы исследования включают в себя метод теоретического исследования (анализ научной литературы и технических руководств по теме разработки игр на Android), методы программной реализации предлагаемых решений проблемы вовлеченности пациентов в терапию, метод статистической обработки данных апробации. Результаты работы: игровой модуль приложения, включающий в себя основную локацию персонажа и 4 мини-игры. / The aim of the work is to develop and implement a game module of the application in the therapy of pediatric patients of the AIDS center. The object of the study is the process of support using information technologies for patients of the AIDS center under 18 years of age. The research methods include the method of theoretical research (analysis of scientific literature and technical manuals on the topic of game development on Android), methods of software implementation of the proposed solutions to the problem of patient involvement in therapy, and the method of statistical processing of testing data. Results of the work: a game module of the application, including the main location of the character and 4 mini-games.

The author focuses on the fact that at the present stage the information support of the population is becoming one of the most important tasks of state authorities and social protection, in particular. The main priority of the social protection authorities in this area is that citizens receive the necessary information as quickly as possible, regardless of their location and reduction in the number of citizens who need social support, but do not receive it due to the lack of information about their rights. The paper reveals the theoretical, regulatory, and practical foundations for organizing public information on social support measures, and gives recommendations for its improvement. / Автор акцентирует внимание на том, что на современном этапе информационное обеспечение населения становится одной из важнейших задач органов государственной власти и социальной защиты, в частности. The master's thesis offers a methodology for assessing the level of development of corporate social responsibility of city-forming enterprises, based on the developed system of coefficients for determining the current state, taking into account the level of experience in implementing social projects, the degree of achievement of strategic goals in the field of investment in the social sphere and the provision of necessary social infrastructure, which will allow you to obtain an objective assessment of the effectiveness of CSR, determine priorities in the social sphere in single-industry towns and choose development options for the future. / Проблема эффективного ведения социально направленного бизнеса градообразующими предприятиями является наиболее значимой и актуальной для современного общества, так как деятельность этих предприятий напрямую влияет на поддержание устойчивого развития моногорода и комфортность проживания в нем. Целью магистерской диссертации является исследование специфики корпоративной социальной ответственности градообразующих предприятий и разработка инструментария развития КСО промышленных предприятий в моногородах. В работе рассматривается основы понятия корпоративной социальной ответственности и особенности оценки эффективности КСО промышленных предприятий в моногородах. В магистерской диссертации предложена методика оценки уровня развития корпоративной социальной ответственности градообразующих предприятий, основанная на разработанной системе коэффициентов для определения текущего состояния, учитывающая уровень накопленного опыта в реализации социальных проектов, степень достижения стратегических целей в области вложений в социальную сферу и обеспеченность необходимой социальной инфраструктурой, что позволит получить объективную оценку эффективности КСО, определить приоритеты в социальной сфере в моногородах и выбрать варианты развития на перспективу.
