Доступная среда для инвалидов как социальный аспект является одним из требований для проектирования зданий по критериям устойчивого развития, что напрямую влияет как на развитие архитектурного облика объектов социальной инфраструктуры, так и на развитие нашего общества в общечеловеческом понимании в целом. Диссертационное исследование посвящено существующим проблемам обеспечения беспрепятственного доступа инвалидов и иных маломобильных групп населения (МГН) к объектам социальной инфраструктуры. Проанализированы нормативные правовые акты. Разъясняются понятия: «Доступная среда», «Универсальный дизайн», «Разумное приспособление». Определены основные принципы подходов при создании беспрепятственного доступа. Изучен опыт существующих решений беспрепятственного доступа инвалидов к объектам социальной инфраструктуры в Берлине и в г. Екатеринбурге. Выявлены проблемы развития беспрепятственного доступа. В исследовании проведен социологический опрос целевой аудитории, что помогло выявить наиболее проблемную зону «Вход(ы) в здание». В социологическом опросе также получились очень интересными другие выводы, полностью меняющие концепцию подхода к созданию безбарьерной среды жизнедеятельности, т. к. подавляющее большинство респондентов определяют создание безбарьерной среды необходимым для всех граждан, а не только для инвалидов и иных МГН, «инвалида нет – есть человек». Определены критерии безбарьерной среды, обобщены параметры требований для структурно-функциональной зоны «Вход(ы) в здание», представлены графические материалы решения беспрепятственного доступа. / An accessible environment for the disabled as a social aspect is one of the requirements for designing buildings according to sustainable development criteria, which directly affects the development of the architectural appearance of social infrastructure facilities and the development of our society in the human sense as a whole. The dissertation research is devoted to the existing problems of ensuring unhindered access for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the population (MSG) to social infrastructure facilities. The normative legal acts are analyzed. Concepts are explained: Accessible environment/Universal design/Reasonable accommodation. The basic principles of approaches to creating unhindered access are determined. The experience of existing solutions for unhindered access of disabled people to social infrastructure facilities in Berlin and Yekaterinburg was studied. Problems of development of unimpeded access are revealed. The study conducted a sociological survey of the target audience, which helped to identify the most problematic area «Entrance(s) to the building». The sociological survey also yielded very interesting and other conclusions that completely change the concept of the approach to creating a barrier-free living environment, the vast majority of respondents define the creation of a barrier-free environment as for all citizens, and not just for the disabled and other MGNs, «there is no disabled person is a person». The criteria for a barrier-free environment are defined, the parameters of the requirements for the structural-functional zone "Entrance (s) to the building" are summarized, and graphic materials for the solution of unhindered access are presented.

Тема моей работы магистра Герой и среда в раннем творчестве Л. Н. Толстого. В раннем творчестве Л. Н. Толстой особенное внимание уделяет раскрытию человека в необычных условиях жизни. В связи с этим, особое з��ачение приобретает аспект взаимоотношения человека со средой. В нашей работе магистра взято пять произведений раннего творчества Л. Н. Толстого, в них различные герои, различная среда, различные развязки влияния ��реды на характеры, судьбы героев. В рассказе «Записки маркёра» изображена гибель героя в порочной среде, в повести «Утро помещика» видим неудавшиеся попытки героя изменить среду, в рассказе «Люцерн» герой сталкивается со средой людей высокой цивилизации, в повести «Семейное счастье» героиня, покинув деревенскую среду, пытается найти счастье в светской среде, но разочаровывается в ней и с мужем возвращается обратно в деревню, в повести «Казаки» попытки героя найти счастье в экзотической среде всё же заканчиваются неудачей. В перечисленных произведениях раннего Толстого, герои не находят того, чего искали, чего надеялись, они терпят неудачу, это обусловлено как субъективными свойствами их самих, так и влиянием среды. / Darbo įžangoje trumpai apibūdinama tai, kaip ankstyvoji Tolstojaus kūryba buvo vertinama jo metų literatūros kritikų ir vėlesnių tyrinėtojų darbuose. Tema „Herojus ir aplinka ankstyvojoje L. Tolstojaus kūryboje“ nebuvo išsamiai nagrinėta darbuose apie rašytoją. Todėl mūsų tikslas – išnagrinėti ją remiantis penkiais rašytojo kūriniais, kurie priskiriami ankstyvajam kūrybos periodui. Pagrindinė darbo dalis susideda iš penkių skyrių: I. Skyrius. Herojaus žuvimas ydingoje aplinkoje ( „Markerio užrašai“ ); II. Skyrius. Herojaus pastangos pakeisti aplinką ( „Dvarininko rytas“ ); III. Skyrius. Herojus aukštos civilizacijos žmonių aplinkoje ( „Liucernas“ ); IV. Skyrius. Patrauklios aplinkos pavojus ( „Šeimyninė laimė“); V. Skyrius. Herojaus pastangos atrasti laimę egzotiškoje aplinkoje ( „Kazokai“ ). Pirmame kūrinyje „Markerio užrašuose“ pagrindinis herojus Nechliudovas, jaunas, turtingas žemvaldys neturėjo jokio užsiėmimo, gyvenimo tikslo, todėl atvykęs į Peterburgą pasidavė degradavusios aplinkos įtakai, kuri jį galiausiai ir įstūmė į pražūtį. Lošėjo aistra užvaldė herojų, jis neteko visko, ką turėjo. Jaunuolis pražudė ne tik save. Dėl Nechliudovo kaltės sunkioje padėtyje atsidūrė ir jo valstiečiai. Pamatęs savo kaip žmogaus visišką smukimą ir negalėdamas išbristi iš purvo, herojus nusižudė. Apsakyme „Dvarininko rytas“... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / An introduction is a short description telling about the critics evaluation of the works of Leo Tolstoy. The theme The hero and the medium in the early works of Leo Tolstoy hasn’t received a detailed investigation yet. Consequently, our aim is to analyze the theme on five early writer’s works basis. My work’s background consists of five chapters: I. Chapter. The death of the hero in the faulty medium. («Записки маркёра»); II. Chapter. The attempts of the hero to change the medium. («Утро помещика»); III. Chapter. The hero surrounded by the people of advanced civilization. («Люцерн»); IV. Chapter. The danger of the attractive medium. («Семейное счастье»); V. Chapter. The attempts of the hero to find happiness in the exotic medium. («Казаки»). The main hero of the first work is young and rich landlord. He hadn’t any occupation, any aim of life. Due to this reason, the hero had been influenced by the faulty medium, which caused his death after the arrival in Saint-Peterburg. The hero was enslaved by the gambler’s passion, he lost everything he had. Such hero’s actions were harmful not only to himself but also to his peasants. Admitting any possibility to change his life and hopeless about the future he committed suicide. The main hero of the second work gives up his studies and goes to the countryside in order to help peasants. He isn’t able to fulfill his dreams. People disbelieved in good hero’s intentions. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. В работе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты к определению понятия многоквартирного дома, и проанализировано правовое обеспечение реализации предложенного проекта. Проведен анализ динамики макроэкономических показателей, характеризующих строительную отрасль в России, а также рассмотрен рынок жилой недвижимости Екатеринбурга. На основе изученных материалов разработана концепция девелоперского проекта по созданию жилого комплекса и сформированы основные положения соглашения изучены основы планирования инвестиционно-строительной деятельности партнёрства для реализации проекта с участием государства. Предложена концепция девелоперского проекта. Дано технико-экономическое обоснование и расчет эффективности реализации предложенного проекта. Сформулированы основные выводы, приведены основные результаты диссертационного исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and an Appendix. The paper considers the theoretical aspects to the definition of the concept of an apartment building, and analyzes the legal support for the implementation of the proposed project. The analysis of the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators characterizing the construction industry in Russia, as well as the market of residential real estate in Yekaterinburg. On the basis of the studied materials the concept of the development project on creation of a residential complex is developed and the basic provisions of the agreement are formed the bases of planning of investment and construction activity of partnership for realization of the project with participation of the state are studied. The concept of a development project is proposed. The feasibility study and calculation of the effectiveness of the proposed project. The main conclusions are formulated, the main results of the dissertation research are given.

The paper investigates the problem of the contradiction between the importance of the urban environment for the successful socialization of modern adolescents and the continuing hostility of the urban space of the metropolis for adolescents. The analysis of the degree of benevolence of the urban environment for adolescents of a number of typical microdistricts of a large industrial metropolis is carried out. Recommendations are made on improving the municipal policy aimed at creating an urban environment comfortable for children. / В работе исследуется проблема противоречия между важностью городской среды для успешной социализации современных подростков и сохраняющейся недружественностью городского пространства мегаполиса для подростков. Проведен анализ степени доброжелательности городской среды для подростков ряда типичных микрорайонов крупного индустриального мегаполиса. Сформированы рекомендации по совершенствованию муниципальной политики, направленной на формирование комфортной для детей городской среды.
