The structure of the master's thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references. The first chapter considers the analysis of indicators of socio-economic development of the region. In the second chapter, a feasibility study of the project. The process of obtaining a building permit. Determination of the estimated cost of construction of the property. The third chapter assesses the effectiveness of investment in the project, its economic justification and the calculation of the effectiveness of the project. / Структура магистерской диссертации состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы. В первой главе рассмотрен анализ показателей социально-экономического развития региона. Во второй главе проведено технико-экономическое обоснование проекта. Процесс получения разрешения на строительство. Определение сметной стоимости строительства объекта недвижимости. В третьей главе произведена оценка эффективности инвестиций в проект, его экономическое обоснование и расчет эффективности проекта.

Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию финансово-организационным инновациям в системе обязательного медицинского страхования. Предметом исследования выступает анализ взаимосвязей и взаимозависимостей, возникающих в процессе организации и функционирования системы обязательного медицинского страхования как звена финансовой системы России и предложить изменения в обеспечения достаточности финансирования системы здравоохранения. В заключении обозначены рекомендации по совершенствованию методики распределения субвенций, направленных из бюджета Федерального фонда обязательного медицинского страхования бюджетным территориальным фондам обязательного медицинского страхования на осуществление переданных органам государственной власти субъектов РФ полномочий Российской Федерации в сфере обязательного медицинского страхования. / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of financial and organizational innovations in the system of compulsory health insurance. The subject of the research is the analysis of interrelations and interdependencies arising in the process of organization and functioning of the system of compulsory medical insurance as a part of the financial system of Russia and to suggest changes in ensuring the adequacy of financing of the health care system. In conclusion, the recommendations on improving the method of distribution of subventions directed from the budget of the Federal compulsory medical insurance Fund to the budget territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance for the implementation of the powers of the Russian Federation in the field of compulsory medical insurance transferred to the state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation are outlined.

В данной работе изучена специфика краудфандинга в сфере книгоиздания, а также описаны особенности продвижения краудфандингового издательского проекта. Объект настоящей магистерской диссертации – краудфандинговый проект на переиздание архитектурного путеводителя по Екатеринбургу. Предметом исследования являются способы продвижения, использованные в проекте краудфандинга. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, библиографического списка, включающего 141 наименования. В первой части магистерской диссертации исследованы понятие, виды и преимущества краудфандинга, описаны особенности краудфандинга в сфере книгоиздания, а также перечислены основные способы продвижения проектов. Во второй части исследования подробно описаны все этапы создания краудфандингового проекта на переиздание путеводителя по Екатеринбургу, перечислены способы его продвижения. Благодаря статистическим данным дана оценка эффективности тех способов, результаты которых можно отследить и зафиксировать. Также были подведены итоги исследуемого проекта. Данная работа может послужить источником для других исследований, в том числе для сравнения эффективности кампаний по продвижению краудфандинговых проектов, что приведет к качественному и полному изучению данной темы. / In this paper, we studied the specifics of crowdfunding in the field of book publishing, and also described the features of promoting a crowdfunding publishing project. The object of this master's thesis is a crowdfunding project to reprint the architectural guide to Yekaterinburg. The subject of the research is the promotion methods used in the crowdfunding project. Master's thesis consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography, which includes 141 titles. The first part of the master's thesis explores the concept, types and advantages of crowdfunding, describes the features of crowdfunding in the field of book publishing, and also lists the main ways to promote projects. The second part of the study describes in detail all the stages of creating a crowdfunding project for the reissue of a guide to Yekaterinburg, lists ways to promote it. Thanks to statistical data, an assessment is given of the effectiveness of those methods, the results of which can be tracked and recorded. The results of the research project were also summed up. This work can serve as a source for other studies, including comparing the effectiveness of campaigns to promote crowdfunding projects, which will lead to a qualitative and complete study of this topic.

Источниками финансирования жилищного строительства после реформы долевого строительства являются: собственные средства правообладателя (в смешанной схеме финансирования), проектное финансирование, средства жилищно-накопительных кооперативов; средства закрытых паевых инвестиционных фондов, облигационные займы. Несмотря на то, что у застройщиков остается выбор использования иных источников помимо проектного финансирования или денег дольщиков (в проектах, которые начались до 1 июля 2019 года), все рассмотренные способы либо не распространены, либо не применяются в качестве основного способа финансирования. Анализ различных методов оценки эффективности инвестиционно-строительных проектов показал, что не существует универсального показателя, дающего возможность судить об успешной реализации проекта. Наибольшее количество проблем проектного финансирования связано с банковским сектором и взаимодействием застройщиков с кредитными учреждениями. К основным трудностям, с которыми сталкиваются застройщики при реализации проектов с помощью проектного финансирования, являются: неустойчивость банковской системы в стране; доминирующее положение банков и практически полная бесправность застройщика в вопросах кредитования; невозможность осуществления деятельности застройщиками с низкорентабельными проектами из-за жестких требований кредитных учреждений; рост себестоимости строительства в связи с уплатой процентов по кредиту. В работе автором были сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию существующей схемы проектного финансирования строительства жилья. / The sources of financing of housing construction after the reform of shared - equity construction are: the rightholder's own funds (in a mixed financing scheme), project financing, funds of housing and savings cooperatives; funds of closed unit investment funds, bond loans. Despite the fact that developers still have the choice of using sources other than project financing or equity holders' money (in projects that began before July 1, 2019), all the methods considered are either not common or are not used as the main method of financing. The analysis of various methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investment and construction projects has shown that there is no universal indicator that makes it possible to judge the successful implementation of the project. The greatest number of problems of project financing is associated with the banking sector and the interaction of developers with credit institutions. The main difficulties faced by developers when implementing projects with the help of project financing are: the instability of the banking system in the country; the dominant position of banks and the almost complete disenfranchisement of the developer in matters of lending; the inability of developers to carry out activities with low-profit projects due to the strict requirements of credit institutions; the increase in the cost of construction in connection with the payment of interest on the loan. In the work, the author formulated recommendations for improving the existing scheme of project financing of housing construction.

Цель исследования – опираясь на научную литературу, посвященному «зеленому» финансированию и «зеленым» инструментам, исследовать влияние «зеленых» облигаций на инвестиционное развитие предприятия. В результате работы было исследовано и доказано влияние эмиссии «зеленых» облигаций на финансовые и нефинансовые показатели деятельности предприятия, что позволило обосновать целесообразность их выпуска и способствовало инвестиционному развитию предприятий с учетом требований «зеленой» экономики. Даны рекомендации по развитию рынка «зеленых» облигаций в России, позволяющие предприятиям эффективно использовать «зеленые» инструменты финансирования и стимулировать устойчивое инвестиционное развитие за счет привлечения экологически ответственных инвесторов. / The purpose of the study is to study the impact of "green" bonds on the investment development of an enterprise based on the scientific literature on "green" financing and "green" instruments. Because, of the work, the influence of the issue of "green" bonds on the financial and non-financial performance of the enterprise was investigated and proven, which made it possible to justify the expediency of their issue and contributed to the investment development of enterprises taking into account the requirements of the "green" economy. Recommendations are given on the development of the green bond market in Russia, allowing enterprises to effectively use green financing tools and stimulate sustainable investment development by attracting environmentally responsible investors.
