The main goal of this essay is to map out the availability of the European structural funds for the common types of basic schools as well as the difficulty of putting in to practice of the projects under the Operational programme Education for Competitiveness. My essay will increase an awareness of the European structural funds in historical and theoretical consequences as well as in the specific case study of the project request of the basic school.Thanks to my essay the reader can also focus on gaining money from this operational programme in the Czech Republic as well as in Pardubice region, where the basic school from my case study is located.

Presentemente, a responsabilidade socioambiental tornou-se um dos temas centrais nas discussões de negócios, com isso, cresceu a necessidade da formação de líderes e gestores com consciência socioambiental. Nesse contexto, identificou-se um crescimento da demanda nos cursos na área de negócios, pela fomação de gestores capazes de fazer a adequada gestão das suas organizações. Essa demanda já vem sendo atendida pelos cursos de Administração e Negócios em Instituições internacionais. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa tem por objetivo geral analisar como a responsabilidade socioambiental está sendo abordada na formação dos administradores nas Instituições de Ensino Superior da cidade de Caxias do Sul. Como objetivos específicos, visa a identificar como está sendo inserida a temática da responsabilidade socioambiental nos currículos dos cursos de Administração das Instituições de Ensino Supeior (IES) de Caxias do Sul; o nível de engajamento socioambiental das IES pesquisadas; identificar as melhores práticas na inserção da sustentabilidade nos cursos de negócios em Instituições no exterior; fornecer subsídios para uma abordagem de educação que insira a temática sustentabilidade nos currículos de Administração de Empresas. Para atingir os objetivos propostos, foi realizado um estudo de múltiplos casos na cidade de Caxias do Sul com oito IES que ofertam cursos de Administração de Empresas na modalidade presencial. Entre os resultados obtidos, foi identificado que ainda é incipiente a inserção da temática da sustentabilidade nas Instituições pesquisadas. Os professores estão demonstrando interesse por essa temática em decorrência das demandas dos alunos, já nas Instituições do exterior, a introdução da sustentabilidade partiu do engajamento institucional para, então, envolver a comunidade acadêmica. O Ensino Superior faz parte importante do desenvolvimento da sociedade, desse modo, os resultados da pesquisa realizada são retomados no capítulo das considerações finais em que foi possível identificar que existe muito ainda para desenvolver no campo da Educação Superior no que tange à responsabilidade socioambiental. / Currently, environmental responsibility has become a central theme in discussions of business, therewith, the need for increased training of leaders and managers with environmental consciousness. In this context, we identified a growing demand in courses on business, by training managers able to make the proper environmental management of their organizations. This demand is already being met by courses on Business Administration and International Institutions. Accordingly, this research aims to analyze how environmental responsibility is being addressed in the training of administrators in Higher Education Institutions in the city of Caxias do Sul. The specific objectives aim to identify how it is being inserted into the theme of environmental responsibility in the curricula of Institutions in Caxias do Sul, the level of environmental engagement of them; identify the best practices in the integration of sustainability into business courses in overseas institutions and provide support for an approach to education that insert the theme sustainability in the curriculum of Business Administration. To achieve the objectives proposed, a multiple case study has been carried out in the city of Caxias do Sul, with eight institutions that offer courses in Business Administration. Among the results, it has been identified that is still incipient to introduce the theme of sustainability in the institutions surveyed. Teachers are showing interest in this subject due to the demands of the students, now in Institutions abroad; the introduction of sustainability came from institutional engagement; and, then, engages the academic community. Higher Education is important to the development of society, thereby, the results of the survey are contained in the chapter of final considerations where it has been identified that there is much yet to develop in the field of Higher Education with respect to environmental responsibility.

O presente estudo se trata de uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, fundamentada nos pressupostos da pesquisa colaborativa. Dois professores de Educação Física e dois professores que atuavam no Atendimento Educacional Especializado na Rede Municipal de Ensino Fundamental, de uma cidade da Região Centro-Oeste do estado de São Paulo, participaram do estudo. Um levantamento de literatura nacional e internacional foi realizado a fim de identificar quais princípios teóricos deveriam compor uma proposta de trabalho colaborativo. Procedeu-se a aplicação de um questionário para as professoras que atuavam no Atendimento Educacional Especializado com o objetivo de identificar se os princípios do trabalho colaborativo, pontuados na literatura, poderiam ser identificados. A coleta de dados ocorreu em dois ambientes diferenciados. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The objective of this research was to analyze the principles behind the collaborative work between the teachers of Physical Education and Specialized Educational Assistants involved in the planning process of scholarly inclusion. This qualitative descriptive study was based on the underlying assumptions of collaborative research. Two Physical Education teachers and two Specialized Educational Assistants of the municipal elementary schools in the Central-West of the state of São Paulo participated in the study. A survey of national and international literature helped identify the theoretical principles that encompass a proposal for collaborative work. A questionnaire was used with the teachers who worked in the Specialized Educational Assistance, to identify whether the principles of the collaborative work outlined in the literature are applicable in practice. Data collection occurred in two different environments. Physical Education classes were filmed, focusing on the actions of the Physical Education teacher with the student, in order to identify the principles that make up the collaborative work. The collection also occurred in the meetings for planning with the teacher of the Specialized Educational Assistance and Physical Education, where the audios were recorded, with the objective of identifying in the teachers' speech the principles that make up the collaborative work and at the end of the work carried out A semi-structured interview, based on a script, with six open questions, related to the teachers' experience in working collaboratively. Objetiva-se identificar e analisar as contribuições da oferta de disciplinas na modalidade Educação a Distância EAD no ensino superior presencial segundo a visão de alunos egressos da Educação de Jovens e Adultos EJA, no município de Porto Velho/RO. O método utilizado contempla pesquisa do tipo qualitativo e quantitativo, descritivo, com delineamento de levantamento. Especificamente, busca-se: tecer o perfil dos alunos egressos da EJA matriculados no Ensino Superior presencial que utilizam a modalidade EAD; levantar as características da EAD, apontadas pelos alunos, que facilitam e/ou dificultam a aprendizagem; identificar as estratégias de aprendizagem utilizadas por esses alunos e verificar se contribuem para resultados satisfatórios nos respectivos cursos. Para referenciar teoricamente os objetivos propostos, estudou-se a literatura sobre Ensino Superior, Educação de Jovens e Adultos processos andragógicos, Educação a Distância e Estratégias de Aprendizagem. Para o alcance dos objetivos, foi formada uma amostra por acessibilidade com 110 alunos, e foram aplicados dois tipos de instrumentos: questionários (no início e na conclusão de cada disciplina cursada na modalidade EAD) e entrevista semiestruturada, com acadêmicos na fase de conclusão da disciplina. Os dados foram analisados por meio de técnicas quantitativas e qualitativas, com o auxílio do Programa Excel. / The study seeks to identify and analyze the contributions that Distance Learning EAD (EAD Educação a Distância) courses offer in the classroom-based college courses according to the students coming from the Youth and Adult Education modality (Educação de Jovens e Adultos EJA) in the city of Porto Velho in the state of Rondonia. The method utilized involves a qualitative, quantitative, and descriptive research, with a survey. We specifically seek to profile the students coming from EJA, enrolled in classroom-based college courses, who utilize the EAD modality, to survey the EAD characteristics pointed out by the students that facilitate and/or hamper learning, and to identify which learning strategies contribute to satisfactory results in their respective courses. To theoretically reference the proposed objectives, the literature adopted discussed College, Youth and Adult Education andragogical processes, Distance Learning, and Learning Strategies. To reach such objectives, a convenience sample was formed of 110 students and two types of instruments were applied: questionnaires (at the beginning and at the conclusion of each discipline taken in the EAD modality) and a semi-structured interview with students in the course conclusion phase. The data was analyzed through quantitative and qualitative techniques with the help of the Excel program. It was concluded that it contributed to develop these students autonomy in their learning processes, demonstrating pro-activity among the students.

Este trabalho, de natureza teórica e empírica, tem como objetivo discutir a educação como prática da liberdade frente a uma sociedade capitalista, problematizando esta questão por meio da Educação de Pessoas Jovens e adultas. Essas pessoas mostraram buscar na educação algo relacionado a sua própria formação humana, ou seja, algo muito além da instrução funcional pragmática com fins salariais. Discute também, idéias tais como: a captura de nossas consciências pelo sistema econômico em que vivemos, a aceitação da desigualdade social como algo natural, que resulta no conformismo com este modo de viver como único possível. Propomos a desmistificação destas questões, tomando como referencial considerações advindas de estudos da antropologia que tomaram como base sociedades indígenas, firmadas sob outra lógica não capitalista, referencial esse comum entre alguns autores fundamentais tais como Bruno (1991), Costa (2004) e Kehl (2004).Outros autores, não menos importantes, ajudaram a discutir o direito à educação como bem incompressível, portanto como parte de um direito humano, como Candido (2004), outros ainda situaram esta educação como Di Pierro (2007) e Soares (1990); já Fétizon (2002) e Freire(1987), a definiram e propuseram uma reflexão crítica sobre esta como, prática que liberta da opressão mitificante do sistema econômico e político. Por último, apresentamos os depoimentos dos sujeitos da pesquisa e a análise de suas entrevistas e, finalmente, concluímos que se concebemos o ser humano como ser político, capaz de articular, resistir e lutar então nem tudo esta perdido. / This theoretical, empirical study aims at discussing education as a practice of liberty when confronted to the capitalist society. In doing so, it does it by means of the Education for Young and Adult people. Its discussion deals with the following ideas: materialization of consciences, and conformation of social structures; and proposes the demythification of the State. It also takes as a reference some considerations originated in History, Sociology, Anthropology, and Psychology. We propose a discussion among scholars who deal with education and the capitalist system, such as Bruno (1991), Candido(2004), Costa (2004), Di Pierro (2007), Fétizon (2002), Freire (1987), Kehl (2004), Saviani (1977) and Soares (1990). Finally, once we consider that men are political beings, able to articulate, resist, and struggle, we thus conclude thay not everything is lost.
