Analiza i interpretacija romana Gretchen autorke Rut BergerPasula Milica 17 November 2015 (has links)
<p>Ova disertacija posvećena je istraživanju romana Grethen sa osnovnim ciljem da se ukaže na njegovu višeznačnost i višeslojnost, kao i da se interpretiraju rezultati dobijeni njegovom analizom sa određenih metodoloških polazišta.<br />Rad je strukturisan u šest većih celina. U poglavlju o pripovedanju ukazuje se, primenom Ženetovog pristupa narativnom diskursu, na smenjivanje nulte i interne fokalizacije, kao i na prisustvo i višestruke kombinacije mnogobrojnih tehnika predstavljanja govora i misli naratora i figura.<br />U poglavlju posvećenom prostoru analiziraju se unutrašnji i spoljašnji prostori, njihovi delovi i mesta radnje, tumače se njihove funkcije, kao i njihov značaj za analizu likova.<br />U poglavlju o vremenu ukazuje se na odlike vremenskog redosleda, narativnog tempa i frekventnosti, koje doprinose kasnijem interpretiranju romana.<br />Poglavlje o radnji posvećeno je analizi statičnih i dinamičnih događaja, motivaciji radnje i njenoj kompleksnosti, kao i sagledavanju ovog fenomena sa Šmitovog stanovišta uz primenu teorije mogućih svetova.<br />U poglavlju o figurama analiziraju se i interpretiraju najznačajniji likovi, njihov mogući razvoj i interpersonalni odnosi, kao i funkcije koje imaju u delu.<br />Poslednje poglavlje posvećeno je utvrđivanju (sub)žanrovskih odlika romana Grethen, te se ovo književno delo posmatra i interpretira kao istorijski, psihološki, „ženski“ roman, ali i kao roman o zločinu.</p>

Previous issue date: 2013-03-27 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / Nifurtimox and benznidazole have been used to treat Chagas? disease since the 70s. Both drugs can induce side effects on the patients and are not effective when given during the chronic phase. Therefore, more efficient drugs with lower toxicity are needed for the treatment of this disease. The synthesis of complexes of transition metals, especially ruthenium has been increased over the years due to the interest in the biological applications of these compounds. The present study aimed to evaluate the activity of anti-Trypanosoma cruzi of nitro/nitrosyl ruthenium complexes, cis-[RuCl(NO2)(dppb)(5-mebipy)] (1), cis-[Ru(NO2)2(dppb)(5-mebipy)] (2), ct-[RuCl(NO)(dppb)(5-mebipy)](PF6)2 (3) and cc-[RuCl(NO)(dppb)(5-mebipy)](PF6)2 (4). We evaluated the cytotoxicity, anti-T. cruzi activity in vitro and in vivo, and inhibition of cruzain enzyme activity. We also evaluated the mechanism of action of compound 3, the most active among the others. All compounds showed low cytotoxicity and trypanocidal activity against the three evolutionary forms of the parasite. Only compound 1 did not inhibit the epimastigote form. Regarding the enzymatic activity, compound 2 was the only one who did not inhibit the cruzain activity. Treatment with compound 3 caused changes in the membrane and vacuoles of the parasites, correlated to positive stains for propidium iodide and monodansylcadaverine, respectively. Moreover, the treatment with compound 3 caused a reduction of parasitemia and increased survival of infected mice. Thus, the nitro/nitrosyl ruthenium complexes represent a potential class of drugs for the treatment of Chagas' disease. / Os f?rmacos nifurtimox e benzonidazol t?m sido utilizados no tratamento da doen?a de Chagas desde os anos 70. Ambos podem induzir efeitos colaterais nos pacientes e n?o possuem efic?cia na fase cr?nica. Portanto, se torna necess?ria a identifica??o de medicamentos mais eficientes e menos t?xicos para o tratamento desta doen?a. A s?ntese de complexos de metais de transi??o, especialmente o rut?nio, tem sido intensificada ao longo dos anos devido ao interesse nas aplica??es biol?gicas destes compostos. Este estudo teve, como objetivo, avaliar a atividade anti-Trypanosoma cruzi dos nitro/nitrosilo complexos de rut?nio, cis-[RuCl(NO2)(dppb)(5-me93bipy)] (1), cis-[Ru(NO2)2(dppb)(5-mebipy)] (2), ct-[RuCl(NO)(dppb)(5-mebipy)](PF6)2 (3) e cc-[RuCl(NO)(dppb)(5-mebipy)](PF6)2 (4). Foram avaliadas a citotoxicidade, a atividade anti-T. cruzi in vitro e in vivo e a inibi??o da atividade enzim?tica da cruza?na. Foi tamb?m avaliado o mecanismo de a??o do composto 3, o mais ativo dentre os demais. Os 4 compostos apresentaram baixa citotoxicidade e atividade tripanocida para as tr?s formas evolutivas do parasito. Apenas o composto 1 n?o inibiu a forma epimastigota. Em rela??o ? atividade enzim?tica, o composto 2 foi o ?nico que n?o inibiu a cruza?na. Em rela??o ao composto 3, os parasitos tratados com este composto apresentaram altera??es na membrana e presen?a de vac?olos correlacionados ?s marca??es positivas para iodeto de prop?dio e monodansilcadaverina, respectivamente. Al?m disso, o tratamento proporcionou redu??o de parasitemia e aumento de sobrevida dos camundongos infectados. Desta forma, os nitro/nitrosilo complexos de rut?nio representam uma classe de f?rmacos em potencial para o tratamento da doen?a de Chagas.

Predicting Road Rut with a Multi-time-series LSTM ModelBacker-Meurke, Henrik, Polland, Marcus January 2021 (has links)
Road ruts are depressions or grooves worn into a road. Increases in rut depth are highly undesirable due to the heightened risk of hydroplaning. Accurately predicting increases in road rut depth is important for maintenance planning within the Swedish Transport Administration. At the time of writing this paper, the agency utilizes a linear regression model and is developing a feed-forward neural network for road rut predictions. The aim of the study was to evaluate the possibility of using a Recurrent Neural Network to predict road rut. Through design science research, an artefact in the form of a LSTM model was designed, developed, and evaluated.The dataset consisted of multiple-multivariate short time series where research was limited. Case studies were conducted which inspired the conceptual design of the model. The baseline LSTM model proposed in this paper utilizes the full dataset in combination with time-series individualization through an added index feature. Additional features thought to correlate with rut depth was also studied through multiple training set variations. The model was evaluated by calculating the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) and the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) for each training set variation. The baseline model predicted rut depth with a MAE of 0.8110 (mm) and a RMSE of 1.124 (mm) outperforming a control set without the added index. The feature with the highest correlation to rut depth was curvature with a MAEof 0.8031 and a RMSE of 1.1093. Initial finding shows that there is a possibility of utilizing an LSTM model trained on multiple-multivariate time series to predict rut depth. Time series individualization through an added index feature yielded better results than control, indicating that it had the desired effect on model performance.

Fremdsein im Vergleich am Beispiel der biblischen Gestalten Rut und Josef, eröffnet die zweite, texthermeneutische und sprachwissenschaftliche Aufsatzgruppe des Bandes, um letztmalig, jetzt aus der fachwissenschaftlichen Perspektive der Biblischen Theologie, Fragen des ‚Gender‘ mit dem Problemkreis ‚Migration‘ zu überschneiden. Konsent mit der aktuellen Forschungsmeinung, dass der Komplex aus Flucht, Vertreibung, Schutz von Fremden und Gastfreundschaft ein universelles, identitätskonstitutives Merkmal aller antiken Religionen sei, liest auch Swars die Bibel als ‚Flüchtlingsbuch‘, wo sich gerade im Alten Testament – und notwendig aus jüdischisraelitischer Sicht – zahlreiche Bilder des Fremden sowie Fremdheits- und Integrationserfahrungen narrativiert finden. Der Erkenntniszugewinn verdankt sich der geschlechtswissenschaftlichen Dimensionierung der Fragestellung. Indem die Verfasserin die Erzählungen von Rut und Josef genderanalytisch vergleicht, kann sie nicht nur zentrale (genderneutrale) Gemeinsamkeiten dieser ‚zwei Lebenswege über Ländergrenzen hinweg‘ herausarbeiten, so etwa die (untypische) Absenz fremdenfeindlicher (anti-ägyptischer und anti-moabitischer) Stereotype oder die hohe Bedeutung, die religiösen und familialen Momenten bei der Integration Ruts und Re-Integration Josefs in den jüdisch-israelischen Sozial- und Kulturraum zukommen. Der Beitrag zeigt vielmehr, dass und wie der auffälligste Unterschied der beiden Migrations- und Integrationsbiographien – Ruts: linear, Josefs: non-linear – mit Genderdifferenzierungen zusammenhängt.

The premises of the Swedish tax deduction for domestic services (RUT) could in part be said to be based upon the assumption that formal employment will lead to social and gender equality. But is this always the case? The purpose of this paper is to examine ways in which the experience of influence and inclusion has been affected by formal employment amongst women from migrant backgrounds working in the Swedish domestic service sector. This group could be described as one of the more disadvantaged in society. To what extent do they experience an increased sense of influence and inclusion due to their work? Using a feminist, intersectional approach based on gender, social class and ethnicity, the experiences of these women have been analysed in order to answer the research question. Unlike related, previous research, this paper is based on a best-case scenario. Yet it still reveals a limited experience of influence and inclusion amongst women from migrant backgrounds. Working in the Swedish domestic service sector hasn’t affected their experience to any greater extent. Although the RUT employment can be said to strengthen these women’s resources in various ways, for instance by coming to the conclusion that you won’t be satisfied with poor working conditions, which in turn can lead to trade union membership, the opposite is also present. Negative assumptions about the capabilities of domestic workers and the exhausting nature of the work act as barriers. The combined experience can therefore be described as limited. If the purpose is to increase social and gender equality by affecting these women’s experience of influence and inclusion, there are other, more efficient ways, than RUT employment, to do it.

Darbe iškelti šie svarbiausieji uždaviniai: išanalizuoti automobilių kelių asfaltbetoninės (AB) dangos eksploatacinius rodiklius lemiančius svarbiausius veiksnius ir atskleisti šių rodiklių blogėjimo priežastis; atlikti magistralinių kelių dangos konstrukcijų (KDK) sluoksniams naudojamų medžiagų kokybės rodiklių tyrimus; nustatyti AB dangos komponentinės sudėties, fizinių bei mechaninių rodiklių ir AB mišiniams naudojamų medžiagų kokybės rodiklių sietį; ištirti AB dangos lygumo ir provėžų gylio kitėjimo dėsningumus; nustatyti AB dangos, kitų (KDK) sluoksnių medžiagų kokybės rodiklių sietį; parinkti dvi racionalias magistralinių kelių tampriosios dangos konstrukcijas (skirtingam TP eismui).
