Digitalisierung ist mehr denn je das Top-Thema in Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und gesamtgesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen. Infrastrukturen und Kompetenzen stehen im Vordergrund vieler Debatten. Para tal, examinamos a literatura sobre o DL 201 e Poder Judiciário nas áreas do direito, ciência política e administração pública. Coletamos do site do Supremo 190 casos de recursos, inquéritos e ações penais originárias referentes ao art.1º do DL 201. Os processos foram lidos e extraímos informações para montagem de uma base de dados que nos permitisse analisar o processo de judicialização desse instrumento jurídico. Nosso achado é que, em via de controle concreto como recurso somado a uma decisão precedente de ação penal originária do DL 201, entre 1971 e 1987, ocorreu uma judicialização do tipo arbitragem de interesses em conflito, criando uma jurisprudência sobre o DL 201 com força vinculante sobre a primeira instância, para 'salvar' os prefeitos de um suposto uso politizado desse Decreto-Lei em nível local. A partir de 2003, em controle concreto de ação penal originária, não constatamos força vinculante para o Supremo nem para instâncias inferiores. Ao assumir cargos de deputado federal e fazer o processo subir ao Supremo, os ex-prefeitos praticam uma judicialização como tática de oposição, que tem como conseqüência grande número de prescrições e arquivamentos desses processos, um aumento de decisões majoritárias dos órgãos colegiados e queda da correlação entre voto do relator e resultado do julgamento. / This dissertation aims to study the concrete control of constitutionality of common crime proceedings against mayors defined by art. 1 of Decree-Law 201/67, judged in the Federal Supreme Court from 1968 to 2016. To this end, we have examined the literature on DL 201 and Judiciary in the areas of law, political science and public administration. We collected from the Supreme's website 190 cases of appeals, inquiries and criminal prosecutions referring to DL 201’s article 1. The cases were read and we extracted information to set up a database that would allow us to analyze the judicial process of this legal instrument. Our finding is that, through concrete control as a resource, added to a previous decision of criminal action originating in DL 201, between 1971 and 1987, there was a judicialization of the type of arbitration of conflicting interests, creating a jurisprudence on DL 201 with binding force on the lower courts to 'save' the mayors from an alleged politicized use of this Decree at the local level. As of 2003, in concrete control of the originating criminal action, we did not find a binding force either for the Supreme Court or for lower instances. In assuming positions of federal deputy, and bringing the process rise to the Supreme, the former mayors pratice a judicialization as a tactic of opposition, which has as consequence a great number of prescriptions and fillings of these actions, an increase of majority decisions of the collegiate organs and fall of correlation between the rapporteur's vote and the outcome of the trial.

Para o estudo, foram escolhidas obras dos artistas Sinval Garcia (série “Automatic Men”) e Orlando Maneschy (série “Homens de Sangue”) produzidas nas décadas de 1990 e 2000. A investigação desta pesquisa contou com levantamento bibliográfico sobre arte contemporânea, fotografia, erotismo e homoerotismo. Para isso, foram usados os ensaios sobre fotografia de Susan Sontag, o estudo de Charlotte Cotton sobre fotografia e arte contemporânea, além do pensamento de Kátia Canton sobre a relação e implicações de imagem e mundo, e como essa relação é evidenciada através do corpo. George Bataille e Afonso Medeiros são referências para o estudo do erotismo. Esse trabalho pretende colaborar para as reflexões sobre a produção fotográfica do Pará e na construção do panorama da arte contemporânea nacional. / The proposed theme is the study of the representation of the male body and the characteristics of eroticism in the contemporary paraense photograph. For the study were chosen works from the artists Sinval Garcia (series "Automátic Men") and Orlando Maneschy (series: "Homens de Sangue") produced in the decades of 1990 and 2000. The investigation in the research relied on bibliographic examination on contemporary art, photography, eroticism, and homoeroticism. For this, we used the tests on photograph of Susan Sontag, the study of Charlotte Cotton on photography and contemporary art, in addition of the thought of Kátia Canton on the relationship and implications of image and world, and how this relationship is demonstrated through the body. George Bataille and Afonso Medeiros are references for the study of eroticism. This work aims to contribute to the reflections on the photographic production of Para and in the construction of the national contemporary art’s panorama.

The thesis investigates the elements of a consistent strategy for favorable acquisition and utilization of Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTD), thus Full Flight Simulators (FFS) and Flight Training Devices (FTD). The primary purpose is to determine a knowledge-based strategy for the end-user, acquisition professional, aviation firms and institutions. Hence, it could be possible to shed a light for cooperative groups and main institutions of national innovation system involved in entrepreneurial and innovative efforts regarding complex technologies like FSTD. In the sample study, 114 pilots from varied sources were administered a questionnaire and their FFS and FTD perceptions were statistically tested regarding each &ldquo / technology&rsquo / s usefulness&rdquo / in four types of training. Another variable, each &ldquo / technology&rsquo / s ease of operation and use&rdquo / was also tested additionally via agent-based model whether it had any effect on technologies&rsquo / selection processes. It could be inferred that that aviation institutions and firms could acquire and utilize FTD as a complementary to both aircraft and FFS within a range of 30-60% depending upon type of the training. Moreover, FTD could be acquired and utilized as a substitute to FFS for Instrument Flight Training (IFT). The FTD&rsquo / s usefulness for IFT was rated as 67% by the military pilots. The research also asserts that the aviation institutions and firms as well as cooperative groups and organizations could favor the established strategy and policy during their FSTD related efforts at &ldquo / micro and meso-level&rdquo / . The final aim is to create a collaborative medium and a synergy for those agents.

Some yeast strains under certain conditions secrete polypeptide toxins which are inhibitory to sensitive fungal cells into the medium. These yeast strains are termed as killer yeasts and their toxins are designated as killer proteins or killer toxins. Killer proteins are classified into 11 typical types (K1-K11). These toxins have different killing mechanisms on sensitive cells. Some of them hydrolyze major cell wall component, beta-1,3- glucans. As mammalian cells lack cell walls research and development of novel highly selective antifungals are mostly focused on the agents which target the components of the fungal cell wall. K5 type killer protein was characterized in our labarotory previously. This protein is an exo beta-1,3-glucanase which is stable at pH&amp / #8217 / s and temperatures appropriate for its biocontrol usage. Beta-1,3-glucan hydrolyzing activity of the K5 type killer protein highlighted the potential use of this protein as a selective antifungal agent. According to CLSI methodology, antifungal activity of the K5 type yeast killer protein was tested against 6 fungal strains causing postharvest spoilage in citrus fruits and found to be effective on Botrytis cinerea, Penicillium digitatum, Penicillium italicum whereas non effective on Colletotrichum gloeosporoides, Phythophythora citrophthora, Alternaria citri. The MIC values of the toxin for B.cinerea, P.digitatum, P.italicum were found to be 16 mikrogram/ml while IC 50 values of the toxin were 2.12, 3.31, 2.57 mikrogram/ml respectively. The results showed that K5 type yeast killer protein would be used as a novel and selective agent against B.cinerea, P.digitatum and P.italicum.

For the appropriate operation and correct short term planning, daily demand curve (DDC) of municipal water distribution networks should be forecasted beforehand. For that purpose, artificial neural networks (ANN) is used as a new method. The proposed approach employs already recorded DDCs extracted from the database of ASKI (Ankara Water Authority) SCADA center and related independent parameters such as temperature and relative humidity obtained from DMI (State Meteorological Institute). In this study, a computer model was developed in order to forecast hourly DDCs using Matlab and related modules. Parameters that affect the consumption of the water were determined as temperature, relative humidity, human behavior (weekend or workday) and season. Randomly selected days were taken into account for performance of the ANN model. Forecasted DDC values were compared with recorded data and consequently the model gives relatively satisfactory results, an average of 75% match according to R2 values for Ankara N8-3 network. Same architecture was applied for Antalya network give better results, average of 85%. For planning purposes / total volume and peak water consumption values for the selected recorded days, the day before recorded days, ANN forecasted days and seasonal average was compared and seasonal average gave relatively better results. Using the forecasted DDC, (i) performance analysis of the pressure zone and (ii) optimum valve setting evaluation for pressure management were realized. The results of the study may help water utilities for short term planning of a water distribution network, rehabilitation of elements, taking counter measures and setting the valve openings for minimizing leakage and optimizing customer conformity of the distribution network.
