The main objectives of this thesis are identification of operating irregularity which can be met in air transport by common traveler, outline cause of these irregularities and characterize direct influence on traveler in air transport within whole Europe. Then I focus on defence against these unexpected or deliberate irregularities, which are available for standard citizen of European Union but also for every carrier. Methods which I going to use and realize in this thesis are based on my own experience and practice which is especially based on cooperation with external subjects. External subjects deal with this issues. In conclusion of this thesis should be a clear proces and structure which clearly determine when and under what conditions is carrier responsible for irregularity and simultaneously when traveler have a right for compensation.

There is a variety of tools to measure the performance of Linux systems and the applications running on them. However, the resulting performance data is often presented in plain text format or only with a very basic user interface. For large systems with many cores and concurrent threads, it is increasingly difficult to present the data in a clear way for analysis. Moreover, certain performance analysis and debugging tasks require the use of a high-resolution time-line based approach, again entailing data visualization challenges. Tools in the area of High Performance Computing (HPC) have long been able to scale to hundreds or thousands of parallel threads and help finding performance anomalies. We therefore present a solution to gather performance data using Linux performance monitoring interfaces. A combination of sampling and careful instrumentation allows us to obtain detailed performance traces with manageable overhead. We then convert the resulting output to the Open Trace Format (OTF) to bridge the gap between the recording infrastructure and HPC analysis tools. We explore ways to visualize the data by using the graphical tool Vampir. The combination of established Linux and HPC tools allows us to create an interface for easy navigation through time-ordered performance data grouped by thread or CPU and to help users find opportunities for performance optimizations.

Die Arbeit präsentiert ein Multimedia-Framework für Linux, das im Unterschied zu früheren Arbeiten auf den Ideen "retained-mode processing" und "lazy evaluation" basiert: Statt Transformationen unmittelbar auszuführen, wird eine abstrakte Repräsentation aller Medienelemente aufgebaut. "renderer"-Treiber fungieren als Übersetzer, die diese Darstellung zur Laufzeit in konkrete Operationen umsetzen, wobei das Datenmodell zahlreiche Optimierungen zur Reduktion der Anzahl der Schritte oder der Minimierung von Kommunikation erlaubt. Dies erlaubt ein stark vereinfachtes Programmiermodell bei gleichzeitiger Effizienzsteigerung. "renderer"-Treiber können zur Ausführung von Transformationen den lokalen Prozessor verwenden, oder können die Operationen delegieren. In der Arbeit wird eine Erweiterung des X Window Systems um Mechanismen zur Medienverarbeitung vorgestellt, sowie ein "renderer"-Treiber, der diese zur Delegation der Verarbeitung nutzt.

Au cours de l’entre-deux-guerres, certains textes pontificaux, tels Maximum Illud (1919) de Benoît XV et Rerum Ecclesiae (1926) de Pie XI, ont marqué un tournant très important dans la réflexion missiologique, donnant non seulement une nouvelle impulsion aux missions elles-mêmes mais encore suscitant une nouvelle pratique de l’art chrétien dans les pays de mission. Après avoir été foncièrement européocentrique, la politique iconographique des missionnaires s’efforça désormais d’aboutir à la création d’un art sacré mieux adapté à l’imaginaire, aux langages d’images et aux sensibilités diverses des pays de mission. Forts de ces orientations et surtout encouragés par la prédisposition de l’art local à offrir à la pensée chrétienne de nobles formes d’expression, les missionnaires de la Société des Missions Africaines œuvrèrent activement pour l’émergence de l’art chrétien au Bénin. Les caractéristiques particulières que présente, dans ce pays, l’émergence de l’art chrétien et la richesse des collections d’objets de facture chrétienne par rapport à celles des autres pays d’Afrique méritaient qu’on leur consacre une recherche approfondie. Outre la constitution d’un corpus iconographique, la thèse propose la contextualisation des œuvres, l’examen de leurs diverses fonctions et l’analyse des paradigmes successifs répondant à la nouvelle perspective missiologique : l’inculturation. / Papal texts such as Maximum Illud (1919) by Benedict XV or Rerum Ecclesiae (1926) by Pius XI show that the interwar period represented a watershed in missiological thought which gave a new impetus to missions. Hence a new strategy concerning Christian art in “mission countries” was adopted. Because it had beforehand been centred on Europe, the missionaries’ iconographical policy then consisted in creating a form of sacred art which fitted the various cultural characteristics of “mission countries” better. Armed with these tendencies and above all encouraged by the fact that local art could give noble expressions to Christian thought, the missionaries of “La Société des Missions Africaines” worked for the emergence of Christian art in Benin. Christian art in Benin is highly distinctive and the collections of this country boast a significant number of objects of Christian craftsmanship which deserve a thorough research work. Thus, as well as putting an iconographical corpus together, this thesis will describe the background of the works, examine their various functions, and analyse their successive paradigms which correspond to the new missiological perspective: inculturation.

The thesis is focused on dynamically developing field of the air transportation. It is based on rights and duties of airlines and consumers. It is mapping the most important current law moves of Czech Republic which has been changed and agreed for a consumer protection. It describes consumer rights in the case of a flight delay and cancellation, refusal of entry on the plane and in the case of baggage problems. It also touches the issues of advertised price of plane tickets. It is followed by the analysis of current situation of the observance of consumer rights and their point of view on some controversial topics.

Die nie-Christelike Tsonga se seksualiteit is deurspek van rnitiese gebruike en gelowe. Die Christelike Tsonga het minder van die rnitiese maar toon weinig konforrnasie tot die tradisionele Christelike waardes. Uit die tradisionele Afrikareligie is 'n bepaalde etiek oorgeerf. Hierdie etiese beginsels verskil aansienlik van die Christelike etiek. Die Christelike etiek is 'n normatiewe etiek waar die motief vir 'n bepaalde handeling net so belangrik is as die handeling self. Die oorgeerfde Afrika-etiek stel minder belang in die intensies van die persoon wat die handeling uitvoer. Wat saak maak is die gevolge van 'n handeling. Die vraag word gevra waarom die Christelike Tsonga nie nader aan die aanvaarde Christelike norme beweeg het nie. Daar word bevind dat oorgelewerde sosiale tradisies, gebruike en waardes groter invloed op die seksualiteit uitoefen as godsdiens. Die is veral die proses van vervreemding, wat die Tsongakultuur tans ondergaan, wat lei tot 'n toestand van kontakarmoede en 'n gebrek aan singewing. Kan die kerk enige bydrae lewer tot die seksualiteit van die Tsonga? Daar is bevind dat die Christelike sending 'n fasiliterende bydrae daartoe kan lewer dat die Tsonga-gelowige, 'n lokale teologie van die seksualiteit tot stand kan bring. Dit is belangrik dat die Tsongagemeenskap self die teoloog moet wees. Op hierdie manier kan die Christelike godsdiens wel 'n verrykende bydrae lewer tot die seksualiteit by die Tsonga. / This is a investigative study that researches the Tsonga perception of sexuality. Emphasis has been placed on the ethical and socio­ cultural aspects of sexuality in order to provide guidelines to the Christian church. The qualitative method of research was used. In chapters two and three a detailed account of the Tsonga's sexual perceptions and practices is given. Firstly the non-Christian Tsonga was studied and then the Christian Tsonga. The non-Christian Tsonga's sexuality is interspersed with mythical practices and beliefs. The Christian Tsonga have less of the mythical but show little conformation to the traditional Christian values. From the traditional African religions a specific ethic was inherited. These ethical principles differ substantially from the Christian ethics. The Christian ethic is a normative ethic where the motive for an action is as important as the action itself. The inherited African ethic is less interested in the intentions of the person doing the action. The consequence of the action is what matters. The question is asked why the Christian Tsonga did not move closer to the accepted Christian norms. It was found that the inherited social traditions, uses and values exert more influence on the sexuality than the religion. It is above all the process of alienation that the Tsonga culture is presently enduring, that leads to a situation of poor contact and a lack of purpose. Can the church deliver any contribution towards the sexuality of the Tsonga? It was found that the Christian mission could make a facilitating contribution towards the Tsonga believers, enabling them to bring about a local theology of sexuality. It is important that the Tsonga community should be its own theologian. Das Betriebssystem Android bietet, aufgrund der stetig steigenden Zahl der verfügbaren mobilen Geräte auf Basis dieses System und der ebenfalls stark steigenden Zahl der Nutzer solcher Geräte, eine sehr gute Grundlage zur Entwicklung diverser mobiler Anwendungen. Es kann dabei für jeden erdenklichen Bereich des alltäglichen Lebens, vor allem Freizeit, aber auch Arbeit, eine App auf Grundlage von Android entwickelt werden. Im Bereich der mobilen Eventguides gibt es aktuell noch Entwicklungsbedarf bei den angebotenen mobilen Applikationen. So gibt es zahlreiche Anwendungen für Messen, Konferenzen oder Festivals, allerdings unterscheiden sich diese stark in ihren Funktionen und vor allem in der Darstellung von Karten und Plänen. Häufig werden solche Apps auf Grundlage eines Frameworks erstellt, welches es ermöglicht die App an verschiedene Veranstaltungen anzupassen. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschreibt die Implementierung eines Konferenzführers für die Internationale Kartographische Konferenz 2013 in Dresden. Grundlage für die Implementierung ist dabei die Betrachtung von Orientierungsmethoden und Navigationsanwendungen für Fußgänger im In- und Outdoorbereich und auf Großveranstaltungen. Hierzu werden bereits vorhandene Apps aus dem Bereich Veranstaltungen untersucht. Neben den allgemeinen Funktionen wird ein Augenmerk auf die kartographischen Funktionen solcher Apps gelegt. Im Rahmen der Arbeit wird ein Framework, auf Basis von Android, entwickelt, welches die Erstellung von mobilen Anwendungen für verschiedene Großereignisse ermöglicht. Dieses Framework wird speziell an die Internationale Kartographische Konferenz 2013 angepasst und liefert als Ergebnis eine App, die als digitaler Konferenzführer genutzt werden kann. / The Android operating system offers, due to the increasing number of available mobile devices based on this system and also the rapidly increasing number of users of such devices, a very good basis for the development of various mobile applications. It can be relevant to every conceivable area of everyday life, especially leisure, but also work to develop an app based on Android. It currently still requires development of the offered mobile applications in the area of mobile event guides. There are numerous applications for trade shows, conferences and festivals, but they differ greatly in their functions and, above all in the presentation of maps and plans. Often, such apps are created based on a framework that allows the app to adapt to different events. The present paper describes the implementation of a conference guide for the International Cartographic Conference 2013 in Dresden. Basis for the implementation is the consideration of methods of orientation and navigation applications at indoor and outdoor areas for pedestrians and on major events. To this end, existing applications from the category large events will be studied. Besides the general features a focus is placed on the cartographic features of such apps. A framework, based on Android, which allows the creation of mobile applications for various large events, will be created as part of the work. This framework is adapted to the International Cartographic Conference 2013 and delivers as a result an application that can be used as a digital conference guide.

Notre thèse est consacrée à l’herméneutique œcuménique du philosophe Paul Ricœur. L’intérêt de Paul Ricœur pour la théologie œcuménique se situe dans le domaine de la réception. L’originalité de la réception œcuménique consiste dans la reconnaissance de l’altérité des autres croyants ou des autres communautés chrétiennes. Ce processus de la réception de l’altérité va au delà de la ratification d’un texte. Pour éclaircir ce processus, nous avons besoin d’un modèle qui, dans un sens œcuménique, explique le rapport entre la reconnaissance interpersonnelle de l’altérité, la réception de textes et le changement d’identité collective. Nous déduisons une telle théorie de la réception amplifiée et nourrie de la philosophie de Paul Ricœur et nous comparons le modèle de Ricœur avec des processus œcuméniques concrets. Nous présentons trois situations du dialogue œcuménique en France et nous sommes en mesure de constater de larges convergences de ces exemples avec l’herméneutique de Ricœur. Au chapitre 6, nous donnons un résumé substantiel de notre thèse en français. / Our dissertation deals with the ecumenical hermeneutics of the French philosopher Paul Ricœur. The interest of his theory for the ecumenical theology lies in the field of the ecumenical reception. What makes the ecumenical reception so specific is the fact, that it requires the acceptation of the otherness – the alterity – of the ecumenical partner. Obviously, this process goes far beyond the ratification of ecumenical documents. In order to clarify the process of reception, we need a hermeneutical model explaining the interrelation of the interpersonal recognition of the otherness, the reception of texts and the change of collective identities. We deduce a complex model of the reception process from the theory of Paul Ricœur and we compare the model of Ricœur with three concrete ecumenical processes in France. As we see, there is a high degree of accordance between these examples and Ricœurs hermeneutics. In chapter 6, we give a summary in French. / Die Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit der ökumenischen Hermeneutik des französischen Philosophen Paul Ricœur. Ricœur, dessen ökumenisches Engagement hierzulande weitgehend unbekannt ist, wird in Kapitel 1 als ökumenischer Akteur und Mitinitiator einer ungewöhnlichen ökumenischen Aktion vorgestellt. Anschließend wird in Kapitel 2 ein Überblick zum Stand der Forschung in der Rezeptionsfrage gegeben, der aufzeigt, an welchen Stellen die Hermeneutik Ricœurs bestehenden Theorien etwas hinzufügen könnte. Als Spezifikum der ökumenischen Rezeption gilt die Herausforderung, die Alterität anderskonfessioneller Glaubender oder Gemeinschaften zu rezipieren. Was das im Einzelnen bedeutet, kann nicht durch eine Rezeptionsforschung geklärt werden, die sich nur auf die Ratifikation von ökumenischen Dokumenten konzentriert. In Kapitel 3 wird Ricœurs ökumenische Hermeneutik aus der Fülle seines philosophischen Werks rekonstruiert, wobei neben einigen Beiträgen, in denen Ricœur sich explizit mit dem ökumenischen Dialog auseinandersetzt, seine Schriften zu den Themen Texttheorie, narrative Identität, Übersetzung, Versöhnung, Offenbarung und Anerkennung herangezogen werden. Das sich daraus ergebende Modell der „interkonfessionellen Gastfreundschaft“ stellt die interpersonelle Anerkennung als das entscheidende Moment der ökumenischen Rezeption vor und setzt neue Akzente bezüglich des Rezeptionsverlaufs, des möglichen Identitätswandels von Glaubensgemeinschaften und des Gebrauchs ökumenischer Dokumente. Kapitel 4 geht der Frage nach, ob sich Ricœurs Modell in konkreten Rezeptionssituationen plausibilisieren lässt. Drei Beispiele aus Frankreich (Rezeption der Leuenberger Konkordie, Groupe des Dombes, Communauté de Taizé) werden untersucht, wobei eine weitgehende Übereinstimmung sichtbar wird. In Kapitel 5 werden die Ergebnisse zusammengefasst und es werden Anregungen für eine Ökumenekultur im Anschluss an Ricœurs Hermeneutik gegeben. Kapitel 6 enthält ein ausführliches Resümee der Arbeit auf Französisch. Kapitel 8 liefert den für diese Untersuchung wichtigsten Beitrag von Ricœur zur ökumenischen Hermeneutik erstmals in deutscher Übersetzung.
