[pt] O presente trabalho se dedica a refletir acerca do contemporâneo em termos de trânsito, ritmo e proximidade. Acreditamos que o principal traço da contemporaneidade é um amadorismo singular, em nada atrelado aos usuais sentidos pejorativos, propiciado pelo advento de alguns artefatos e artifícios próprios da atualidade. Buscando aproximar diferentes contribuições que assumem uma postura crítica em nosso pensamento, e que também se afinam com nossas proposições, nossa reflexão atravessou algumas superfícies fundamentais dos nossos dias, como o debate em torno da autoria, bem como certas complexidades nas assimetrias das relações interculturais. Por fim, a escolha por nos aproximar, no âmbito das produções discursivas, de uma certa ideia de infância como estratégia recorrente e de extrema potência, nos fez entrever uma sugestiva contribuição entre arte e ciência entrelaçadas por um entendimento ampliado de poesia, que balizou nossas ponderações em torno da política e de uma ética na contemporaneidade. / [en] This work is dedicated to reflect about the contemporary in terms of transit, rhythm and proximity. We believe that the main feature of contemporary is a singular amateurism definitely not tied to the usual pejorative sense, afforded by the advent of some artifacts and artifices from nowadays. Seeking to bring different contributions that take a critical position in our thinking, and also tuned with our proposals, our reflection has gone through some fundamental areas of our days, as the debate on the authorship, as well as some of the complexities of the asymmetric intercultural relations. Finally, the choice to approach, within the discursive productions, of a certain idea of childhood as a extremely powerful and recurrent strategy, provides a suggestive glimpse of the contribution of art and science interlaced by an expanded understanding of poetry, that guided our considerations around the politics and ethics in a contemporary setting.

Esta dissertação analisa o conteúdo publicado no Facebook tanto por jornalistas profissionais quanto por jornalistas cidadãos - pessoas que produzem e publicam notícias, mas exercem outras profissões ? no intuito de identificar semelhanças e diferenças quanto ao uso que cada grupo faz dessa rede social. A pesquisa utilizou como métodos principais o Estudo de Caso (YIN, 2015) - sendo caracterizada como um projeto de múltiplos casos - e a Teoria Fundamentada (GLASER; STRAUSS, 1967), tendo como objeto empírico um total de 1276 postagens publicadas nas páginas no Facebook de três jornais profissionais ? A Notícia, Jornal de Santa Catarina e O Sol Diário ? e de três cidadãos ? , Jaime Batista, Rolf Otto e Patrick Hebert - em três períodos distintos: 25 a 31 de julho de 2015; 20 a 26 de outubro de 2015; e 1 a 7 de janeiro de 2016. Além disso, realizou-se entrevistas fechadas, por meio de questionários estruturados (DUARTE, 2012), com os cidadãos e com os editores responsáveis pelas páginas dos jornais no Facebook. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que o jornalismo profissional realiza um trabalho mais consistente, alcançando públicos maiores, mas também apontam que os cidadãos possuem condições de se apropriarem de fundamentos jornalísticos e de disputarem a atenção da audiência.<br> / Abstract : Several surveys conducted in recent years indicate the migration of information consumption of vehicles and traditional platforms - print, radio and television - of media to online portals and social networks, especially the Facebook. This dissertation analyzes the content published on Facebook by professional journalists and by citizen journalists - people who produce and publish news, but perform other professions - in order to identify similarities and differences in the use that each group makes of this social network. The research used as main methods the Case Study (YIN, 2015) - is characterized as a multiple cases project - and the Grounded Theory (GLASER, STRAUSS, 1967), having as empirical object a total of 1276 posts published at the pages in Facebook of three professional newspapers ? A Notícia, Jornal de Santa Catarina and O Sol Diário- and three citizens - Jaime Batista, Rolf Otto and Patrick Hebert - in three distinct periods: 25 to 31 July 2015; 20 to 26 October 2015; and 1 to 7 January 2016. Furthermore, it held closed interviews using structured questionnaires (DUARTE, 2012), with citizens and with the editors responsible for the newspaper pages on Facebook. The survey results indicate that professional journalism performs a more consistent work, reaching larger audiences, but also point out that citizen journalists have conditions to appropriate journalistic basics and compete the audience's attention.

Globalization, while at the same time producing real deterritorializations and practically extinguishes the boundaries related to global communication, ends up reinforcing in people the feeling of connection to a certain place. In the midst of this process, the phenomenon of the mediatization expands the possibilities of communication and content sharing through tools settled primarily on the internet. In this context, there is a need to understand how it is the relationship of traditional media at a regional level (being the television, still, the media which has the greatest insertion in the masses) with the societies in which they are located. In this scenario, this thesis aims to analyze the content about amateur sport in sports TV news produced and displayed on broadcast television, in Campina Grande, Paraíba. They are: Globo Esporte, from TV Paraíba, an affiliate of TV Globo; Itararé Esportes, from TV Itararé, an affiliate of TV Cultura; and Super Esportes, from TV Borborema, SBT affiliate. The methodological procedure includes a literature review with regards to aspects of regional television, proximity journalism, sports television journalism, amateur sport and the relation amongst the sport praxis and the various systems (media, financial, cultural etc.) which surround societies. Furthermore, content analysis making it possible an immersion in the contents by classifying the collected material and a better understanding of the context in which the shows are. As data collection technique, interviews were conducted with the editors of the programs. As a result of the work, it was revealed that sports shows, in Campina Grande, give little space to amateur sport, whereas professional football receives a more focused coverage. Furthermore, the contents related to amateur sports praxis present different features in the studied shows. However, the coverage of events as the main source of content and little concern in advertising what is really local, what happens in Campina Grande, are features that deserve to be highlighted. In this regard, it is noticeable that the sports shows produced and shown in TV, in this city, are similar to other products found in traditional media, for they ensure, for various reasons, privileged space to certain actors and give little attention to groups that usually do not reach out to the traditional media, except in special cases. / Diversas transformações impactam o planeta na atualidade. A globalização ao mesmo tempo em que praticamente acaba com as fronteiras relacionadas à comunicação mundial, termina por reforçar nas pessoas o sentimento de apego ao local. No bojo desse processo, o fenômeno da midiatização amplia as possibilidades de comunicação e compartilhamento de conteúdos através de ferramentas assentadas essencialmente na internet. Dentro desse contexto, há a necessidade de se compreender como se dá a relação dos meios de comunicação tradicionais de abrangência regional (sendo a televisão, ainda, o de maior inserção nas massas) com as sociedades nas quais estão inseridos. Diante desse cenário, a presente dissertação tem o objetivo de analisar o conteúdo relacionado ao esporte amador nos telejornais esportivos produzidos e exibidos na televisão aberta, em Campina Grande, Paraíba. São eles: Globo Esporte, da TV Paraíba, afiliada da TV Globo; Itararé Esportes, da TV Itararé, afiliada da TV Cultura; e Super Esportes, da TV Borborema, afiliada do SBT. O procedimento metodológico inclui um percurso bibliográfico que diz respeito à televisão regional, ao jornalismo de proximidade, ao telejornalismo esportivo, ao esporte amador e às relações da prática esportiva com os diversos sistemas (midiático, financeiro, cultural etc.) que circundam as sociedades. Além disso, a análise de conteúdo possibilitou uma imersão nos conteúdos através da classificação do material coletado e de uma melhor compreensão do contexto nos quais os programas estão inseridos. Como técnica de coleta de dados, foram realizadas entrevistas com os editores dos programas. Como resultado do trabalho, revelou-se que os programas esportivos, em Campina Grande, dão pouco espaço ao esporte amador, em detrimento, principalmente, de uma cobertura voltada para o futebol profissional. Além disso, os conteúdos relacionados à prática esportiva amadora apresentam características diversas nos telejornais estudados. Porém, a cobertura de eventos como principal fonte de conteúdo e a pouca preocupação em divulgar o que é realmente local, que acontece em Campina Grande, são características que merecem ser destacadas. Nesse sentido, nota-se que os programas esportivos produzidos e exibidos na TV aberta, nesta cidade, assemelham-se a outros produtos, encontrados nos meios de comunicação tradicionais, ao garantir, por várias razões, espaço privilegiado a determinados atores e ao dar pouca atenção a grupos que geralmente não chegam à mídia tradicional, a não ser em casos especiais.

Investigamos nesta pesquisa o que denominamos vídeos amadores de acontecimentos: filmagens operadas por pessoas \"comuns\" que flagram um acontecimento de relevância midiática. Esses flagrantes amadores são apropriados pelo jornalismo profissional e pelos grupos de comunicação em geral ou então encontram circulação direta em espaços digitais, onde, supostamente, circulam com maior autonomia. Entre as questões endereçadas ao objeto empírico, podemos citar: 1. O modo específico como angariam seus efeitos de real: quais os operadores realistas e a historicidade desses efeitos de sentido no interior do percurso do audiovisual. 2. Os modos de obtenção dos efeitos de verdade e de evidência, entendidas numa chave discursiva, e o vínculo com os regimes de verdade (Foucault, 2001). 3. A política das imagens, partindo-se da hipótese de que o fenômeno da difusão dos vídeos amadores acontecimentos esteja associado à emergência de novos sujeitos e novos lugares de fala nas mídias. 4. O estatuto de acontecimento dessas imagens: de que modo estas se inserem e participam da construção de acontecimentos de maior amplitude; 5. Finalmente, uma indagação que é pano de fundo e atravessa todo o trabalho é a compreensão do lugar dessas imagens no interior da cultura midiática e o que revelam sobre o regime do visível contemporâneo. A tese está divida em quatro capítulos. Nos capítulos 1 e 2, conciliamos análise de imagens consagradas com a exposição de algumas teorias e conceitos norteadores. No primeiro, enfocamos o exemplo paradigmático do filme de Zapruder, o amador que flagrou o assassinato de Kennedy. Aprofundamos a qualidade de evidência documental: sobretudo o contraste entre a eloquência do referente e o caráter incompleto e ambíguo dos flagrantes visuais de acontecimentos. No segundo, o episódio do atentado de 11 de setembro serve de base para a reflexão sobre a inserção das captações amadoras nas transformações no regime de visibilidade contemporâneo e nas configurações dos meios de comunicação. Os capítulos seguintes são mais detidos na análise de vídeos, ambos centrados em imagens de forte teor político e em exemplos brasileiros. No capítulo 3, o objeto de análise são imagens tomadas no interior dos protestos durante os acontecimentos de junho de 2013 no Brasil. No capítulo 4, examinamos vídeos de violência policial na periferia registrados por moradores, evidências aptas a impor acontecimentos à pauta noticiosa. / The following thesis investigates amateur videos of events, images shot by ordinary people that capture an occurrence of great media relevance. These amateur images are either incorporated by professional journalism and media groups or shared in digital platforms where, supposedly, they acquire a more autonomous status. Among the questions to be addressed regarding the topic of our investigation, we include: 1. The particular way these videos build reality effects, their realist traits and historical dimension. 2. The modes of obtaining truth effects and evidence value, their discursive dimension and connection with regimes of truth (Foucault, 2001). 3. The politics of aesthetics considering, as a hypothesis, that the phenomenon of massive sharing of amateur videos of events is associated with the emergence of new subjectivities. 4. The fact that these images are events by themselves and how they participate and intervene in larger scale occurrences; 5. Finally, the core issue of our research is to understand the importance of these images in our current media culture and what they reveal about contemporary visibility regime. The thesis is divided in four chapters. In chapters 1 and 2, we analyze consecrated images in the light of certain theoretical standpoints and guiding concepts. The first chapter is dedicated to the paradigmatic example of the Zapruder film, the amateur footage that captured Kennedy\'s assassination. On the second chapter, the nine/eleven events help us to understand the importance of amateur footage in the transformation of media coverage and of our contemporary visibility regime. The following chapters are dedicated to the analysis of Brazilian videos with high political content. In chapter 3, our main subjects are the images shot during the wave of protests that took over Brazil in June of 2013. The last chapter is dedicated to videos of police violence in Brazilian suburbs, registered by the local population, pieces of evidence with the strength to impose their presence in news agenda.

No caso das práticas musicais, o uso de recursos e ferramentas digitais para inserção no ambiente virtual afetou a dinâmica de processos, lógicas, modelos e formatos pré-estabelecidos. Entre inovações, permanências e recombinações, a pesquisa buscou identificar tensionamentos gerados neste novo contexto quando abordagens amadoras e profissionais – classificações tradicionalmente consagradas como opostas – são comparadas. Para isso, optou-se pela escolha de dois estudos de caso, os compositores Victor Toscano (o amador) e Wado (o professional) que, a partir da descrição e da análise do histórico, da discografia e da disposição virtual de suas respectivas produções, contribuem para a materialização de questões e aspectos levantados pelo presente estudo.

The region covered by this study reaches from the valley floor of the San Joaquin-Sacramento Valley, with an altitude of about 150 feet, to the top of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, whose peaks, in Amador County, reach to more than 9000 feet. Mokelumne Peak has an altitude of 9371 feet. The north and south distance, across the county at Ione, is 22 miles, while at Cook's Station, it is barely 5 miles. Amador County has an area of about 600 square miles. Thus, a study of trees in this county, gives a fairly representative cross-section picture of the Sierras at this latitude of 39 degrees.

Not until 1933 did the classification of Amador's flowering plants appeal to him as a project for future study. In that year, he had his first class in Taxonomic Botany at the University of California. Collecting hin this territory was a definite advantage to him as his acquaintance with the land owners enabled him to trespass and collect without question. HIs acquaintance with the territory also made it possible for him to know where many specimens of infrequent occurrence were to be found. Had he been unfamiliar with the territory certainly many of these would have been missed. This thesis represents the fulfillment of an idea almost ten years old. Its completion is largely a result of the timely counsel, inspiration and encouragement extended by Dr. E. E. Stanford, Professor of Botany at the College of the Pacific. The specimens collected have been contributed to the College of the Pacific Herbarium, of which it forms a permanent part. It is his hope that this collection may be of value to the college. STATEMENT OF PROBLEM The purpose of this study was to collect and classify all the flowering plants, grasses excluded, that occur in the Plymouth-Bridgeport Area of Amador and El Dorado Counties, California. Data are presented as to location, habitat, elevation, collection date, and economic importance because of use by the populace of that area. TERRITORY The territory covered extends from the Amador-Sacramento County line at an elevation of 220 feet to a point fifteen miles east of Plymouth at an elevation of 3000 feet. Collections were made in both Amador and El Dorado Counties. Trips extended up the Cosumne River, boundary line of Amador and El Dorado Counties, covering adjoining territory to a distance of five miles north and south of the river. Hence, the territory covered in this study includes a strip of land ten miles wide and thirty miles long, the Cosumne River running from east to west down through the center of the area. COLLECTION DATES Collection dates extended February to July, 1942. The author covered the territory at frequent intervals in an effort to make the specimen collection as complete as possible. LIFE ZONES The Life-Zones covered in this study includes the Valley Sonoran, Upper Sonoran, and Sierra Transitions. These will be discussed in the order mentioned. REFERENCE In this study the key to plant families was adapted from Willis Linn Jepson's Manuel of the Flowering Plants of California. (Hereafter referred to as Jepson.) This reference was used for the classification of all specimens collected in this study. SPECIMEN ARRANGEMENT In this study the families and genera and species within the families were arranged alphabetically rather than according to Jepson. This was done for convenience in working with and referring to the specimens collected.

We will describe the action of the State Board of Theatre (CET), and go together with the creation and development of amateur theater federations and the Confederation of Amateur Theatre in the State of São Paulo (COTAESP), in addition to the meetings, congresses, and festivals of Amateur Theatre. In the analysis way, we seek to understand what made people (and groups) with such different proposals become organized, building associations, organizing conferences, doing festivals, and searching political and physical spaces, for a period of a dozen years. The analysis also seeks to define who did amateur theatre during this period, their motivations and goals, their themes, and languages. According to what was analyzed, the amateur performances seem to be immersing in the feelings of your public and contributed to advancements and changes in social relationships, even facing powerful opposition of a military dictatorship / A história do movimento federativo paulista de Teatro Amador é descrita e analisada, no período entre 1963 e 1975. No âmbito descritivo, a partir da ação da Comissão Estadual de Teatro (CET), acompanha-se a criação e desenvolvimento das federações de Teatro Amador e da Confederação de Teatro Amador do Estado de São Paulo (COTAESP), além das assembleias, congressos e festivais de Teatro Amador. No terreno da análise, busca-se compreender o que fez pessoas (e grupos) com propostas tão diferentes agirem em conjunto, construindo federações, organizando congressos, fazendo festivais e conquistando espaços físicos e políticos, por um espaço de tempo de uma dúzia de anos. A análise também busca definir quem fez teatro amador nesse período, suas motivações e objetivos, seus temas e linguagens. De acordo com o que foi analisado, as encenações amadoras parecem ter imergindo na estrutura de sentimentos de seu público e contribuído para avanços e transformações nas relações sociais, mesmo enfrentando poderosa oposição de uma ditadura militar
