Com o crescente aumento do uso das tecnologias de informação e da implantação de documentos digitais nas Câmaras Municipais, ligadas ao processo legislativo municipal, surge inquietação em relação a forma como esses documentos são elaborados para serem recuperados e disponibilizados no futuro. É preciso refletir se as inovações, mudanças e atualizações em softwares, hardwares e suportes informacionais acompanharão o processo de evolução tecnológica. Torna-se necessário pensar na conservação e preservação digital para a recuperação da informação dos documentos arquivísticos digitais legislativos municipais em longo prazo. O objetivo desse estudo foi a preservação digital dentro do contexto da informação do documento arquivístico legislativo municipal, visando a elaboração de modelos de código de classificação e tabela de temporalidade e destinação, e de metadados para documentos do processo legislativo municipal. A metodologia utilizada foi a análise exploratória e descritiva, baseada no levantamento bibliográfico. Destaca uma abordagem sobre documento arquivístico, documento arquivístico digital, documento legislativo municipal e preservação digital e preservação de documentos arquivísticos digitais legislativos municipais. Com análise dessas informações foi possível concluir que os documentos arquivísticos digitais legislativos municipais necessitam desde a sua origem seguir procedimentos adequados para a sua preservação, desde a implantação de um Sistema Informatizado de Gestão Arquivística de Documentos, como de Repositórios Arquivísticos Digitais Confiáveis e plataformas de acesso, que sigam os requisitos estabelecidos pelo CONARQ e demais órgãos e colegiados responsáveis pela gestão arquivística. Desta maneira será possível manter a autenticidade dos documentos em longo prazo. / With the increasing use of information technologies and the deployment of digital documents in the Municipal Councils, linked to the municipal legislative process, there is concern about the way these documents are designed to be retrieved and made available in the future. It is necessary to reflect if innovations, changes and updates in software, hardware and information media will accompany the process of technological evolution. It is necessary to think about digital preservation and preservation for the retrieval of the information of the municipal legislative digital archives in the long term. The objective of this study was the digital preservation within the context of the information of the municipal legislative archival document, aiming at the elaboration of classification code models and temporality and destination tables, and of metadata for documents of the municipal legislative process. The methodology used was the exploratory and descriptive analysis, based on the bibliographic survey. It emphasizes an approach on archival document, digital archival document, municipal legislative document and digital preservation and preservation of digital archival documents municipal legislative. With the analysis of this information, it was possible to conclude that the municipal legislative digital archival documents need from its origin to follow appropriate procedures for their preservation, from the implantation of a Computerized Document Management System, such as Reliable Digital Archival Storage Repositories and Access Platforms , that follow the requirements established by CONARQ and other bodies and collegiate responsible for archival management. In this way it will be possible to maintain the authenticity of the documents in the long term.

The research focus of this dissertation is the use of Virtual Environments of Teaching and Learning (AVEA in Portuguese) in training employees aiming at preserving the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande FURG (FURG) documental heritage. We attempted to sensitize the Institution directors about the importance of creating a training course on Distance Education (EaD) model, to study the Moodle environment to develop the proposal of a Pilot Course on Archiving Concepts in the form of Distance Education (EaD), and to disseminate the notions of archiving as a means to preserve the institution memory. This research is considered an applied study for its nature and qualitative regarding the problem of study approach. It is necessary that the institutions understand the need to archive documents in a proper way and that they provide their employees the opportunity to take part in training courses with the view to preserve the institution memory. The course was built and taught by the researcher together with a worker from the IT area and, a professional Archivist with an extensive experience in Conservation and Restauration. It was also possible to create an exclusive class, to the course students, as a partnership with the Brazilian General Controller Office (CGU) to approach the topic Access to Information Law. Particularly in this study, the archival document memory preservation is covered because the course met the proposed objectives and, the students were able to perceive that the care with the documents begins at the very moment of its creation and not only when the document is ready to be stored in the Archive. / Esta dissertação tem como foco de pesquisa o uso de ambientes virtuais de ensino aprendizagem (AVEA) na capacitação de servidores com a finalidade de preservar o patrimônio documental da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande- FURG (FURG). Buscou-se sensibilizar os dirigentes da Instituição sobre a importância da criação de um curso de capacitação na modalidade EaD, estudar a plataforma Moodle para o desenvolvimento da proposta do Curso Piloto de Noções de Arquivo na modalidade EaD e difundir noções de arquivologia como forma da preservação da memória institucional. Esta pesquisa é considerada aplicada, por sua natureza, e qualitativa, quanto à forma de abordagem do problema. É preciso que as instituições entendam a necessidade de arquivar os documentos de forma adequada e que possibilitem aos seus servidores a participação em cursos de capacitação a fim de preservar a memória da instituição. O curso foi preparado e ministrado pela pesquisadora juntamente com um servidor da área de TI berm como uma Arquivista com ampla experiência em Conservação e Restauração. Também foi possível oportunizar a criação de uma turma exclusiva para os alunos em parceria com a CGU a fim de tratar do tema da Lei da Acesso a Informação. Especialmente nesta pesquisa, a preservação da memória documental arquivística está contemplada uma vez que o curso atingiu os objetivos propostos e os alunos puderam perceber que o cuidado com a documentação se dá desde o início, a partir do momento de sua criação e não apenas no momento em que esta passa a ser guardada no arquivo.

Therefore, this research aims to study in depth the importance and complexity of the document digital archives within the organizational environments. We seek, since the look of information science, a mechanism that may assist in the organization of documents described in companies from their own production, taking particular account of the contributions of international techniques that normalize the documentary process of entities, the scientific literature that deepens the search field and the laws of the governmental entities that establish legal rules and legal organization of documents. This mechanism that helps in the organization of business documents, is intended to provide a possible alternative for organizations that know the main advantages of the digital document within an appropriate document management system that improves the processes of informational flows and the methods of description, analysis and retrieval of documents. To carry out the purpose of this study, the methodology used was mainly theoretical analysis, descriptive, in which it stands out in terms of the archival document digital, the advancement of laws made by the Colombian Government and the effectiveness that these laws currently have to be applied in different organizations. Por tanto, esta investigación tiene como objetivo el estudio de la importancia e complejidad del documento archivístico digital dentro de los ambientes organizacionales contemporáneos. Buscamos desde la mirada de la Ciencia de la Información y la Archivística, un mecanismo que pueda ayudar en la organización de los documentos descritos en las empresas desde su propia producción, teniendo en cuenta principalmente las contribuciones de las normas técnicas internacionales que normalizan el proceso documental de las entidades, la literatura científica que profundiza el campo de investigación e las leyes de los entes gubernamentales que establecen reglas legales y jurídicas de la organización documental. Este mecanismo que ayuda en la organización de los documentos empresariales, tiene el objetivo de ofrecer una posible alternativa para que las organizaciones conozcan las principales ventajas del documento digital dentro de un adecuado sistema de gestión documental que mejore los procesos de los flujos documentales e los métodos de descripción, de análisis e de la recuperación documental. The master thesis describes life of vicars capitular who lived in České Budějovice in the 20th century. It is specially aimed on Msgre Jan Cais and P. Josef Buchta. My thesis presents progress of St. Nicholas cathedral chapter house in České Budějovice. Readers can understand importance of chapter house at the time of validity Canonic Law Codex made in the year 1983. It shows how state intervened in the life of the Church. It also outlines circumstances of beginning this diocese. This diploma paper stands on archival documents as well as on testimonies of witnesses. It presents conclusions of prestigious historical works (historians) as well as less known sources.
