Fakulteten för lärande och samhälle. Magisterkurs, specialpedagogik. Malmö högskola.Denna studie handlar om synen på handledning i ett tvärprofessionellt team på Barn och ungdomshabiliteringen. Fokus ligger på handledning till barn och familj. Anser de olika yrkesgrupperna att de handleder och vad menar de med begreppet handledning i så fall? Syftet med studien är att tydliggöra och se om det finns teman och en röd tråd i handledningsbegreppet. Forsknings och utvecklingsenheten (Fou) i Malmö har tagit fram ett förslag på hur begreppet handledning ska användas. Anser yrkesgrupperna att vi behöver ett gemensamt begrepp? ICF-CY (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health for Children and Youth) betonar vikten av att ha ett standardiserat språk och struktur. Andersson (2010) ser i sin studie att det är svårt för familjer att förstå habiliteringsarbetet och att habiliteringens verksamhet bär på ett eget yrkesspråk. Resultatet i studien visar att 19 av 23 anser att de handleder. Informanterna tycker att handledning är en lärprocess över tid och att den kan innefatta begrepp som information, instruktion, konsultation och handledning. Delaktighet är en viktig ingrediens i handledningsprocessen anser informanterna. Att öka och tydliggöra delaktigheten är ett mål i habiliteringsarbetet på Barn och ungdomshabiliteringen.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur specialpedagoger berättar om barns delaktighet på barn- och ungdomshabiliteringen. Den första av två frågeställningar handlade om hur specialpedagoger beskriver  vilka möjligheter det finns för barns delaktighet i deras habilitering. Den andra fokuserade på hur specialpedagoger beskriver vilka hinder eller begränsningar det finns för barns delaktighet i deras habilitering. Den kvalitativa metoden användes i studien och genomfördes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med sammanlagt fem specialpedagoger. Resultatet visade att kommunikation och ett barns kognitiva mognad är faktorer som beskrivs spela stor roll i huruvida ett barns delaktighet blir möjlig, begränsas eller hindras. Flera kommunikationsverktyg och tillämpningen av dessa är förutsättningar för att alla barn ska få en chans till att göras delaktiga. Alla barn har olika sätt att kommunicera och exempel på icke-verbal kommunikation som det redogörs för i intervjuerna är bildstöd, ritprat, tecken, samtalsmatta och seriesamtal samt att använda objekt.

<p>The purpose of this qualitative study is to investigate how the welfare officer who works in the child and youth<strong>-</strong> habilitation is documenting in boys and girls journals. We also want to see if there are any differences or similarities in the journals on the basis of a gender perspective? The investigation is made from ten journals, five boys and five girls in the ages from 13 -18 years. The analysis which proceeds from prior research made on this area and from a number of gender theories and gender perspectives is based on a hermeneutic nature. The results show that the welfare officers make more documentation about the boys´ school situation than the girls´. Although is the documentation made more detailed about the girls´ feelings and general health. In the girls’ journals the family’s health gets more attention than in the boys´ ones where there is more focus on the boy himself. Further the results show that the girls altogether have had almost double as much contact whith the welfare officers than the boys had. Concerning documenting sparetimes interests the result show that three of the girls like riding while two of the boys do sports in their sparetime.</p>
