In this context, this paper aims to point out the general heterogeneity among experienced growth of Protestant and evangelical denominations, especially those who claim to be inclusive by attending to human diversity, seeking to understand the relationship between religion and homosexuality. Specific objectives aim to understand the functioning and speeches produced by Comunidade Crist? Nova Esperan?a in Natal. The theoretical framework was seated in the works of Bento (2008), Lima (2009), Goffman (2001), Natividade (2008), Musskopf (2008), Helminiak (1998), Foucault (1997), among others. We tried to discuss the trajectory and how is the process of organization of the Comunidade Crist? Nova Esperan?a in Natal, the social advances that have reached homosexuals in our country, how this institution has contributed to the shift in paradigm in Christianity in respect to matters pertaining to religion and homosexuality, and the meaning of being a homosexual christian from the viewpoint perceived by social subjects living this experience / A pluralidade religiosa tem sido cada vez mais intensa no territ?rio brasileiro, ao passo que tem servido como objeto de estudo em diversas ?reas do conhecimento. Having the Okupa Squat Tor?m, located in the neighborhood of Fatima in the southern city of Fortaleza-CE, as locus and observed through the ethnographic method, followed the social practices of urban segment. I invested in a data collection revealed that the custom of okupas and their domestic habits, inside and outside of okupa, emphasizing the interaction situations, like most appropriate occasions to observe the constant negotiation and refinement of his cunning to intervene in the city . Among the objectives of this research, the main thing is to observe which senses are assigned to the practice of the occupation by okupas. For this, reflecting from the specifics of this urban phenomenon and talking mostly with the tradition of research in the field of anthropology, I tried to address some issues regarding the practice of okupa??o and organization of the group, which the principles and movements that make these contacts with city etc. The appropriation made by the subjects on the urban space here means understanding them as a cultural expression of a number of collective values, resulting from experience and perception of okupas like themselves. The intention is to show how this practice intervention and collective action has appeared in contemporary times and how my ethnography can contribute to a dialogue on the practices of mobilization and update of the city, considering the Theory of Recognition Axel Honneth (2003) as an analytical category useful to describe the forms of reciprocity experienced by okupas / O objetivo dessa disserta??o ? compreender as rela??es constru?das entre sujeitos que ocupam pr?dios em estado de abandono para revitaliz?-los - chamados okupas, observando quais significados tais indiv?duos constroem sobre a pr?tica de ocupa??o e de que modo se organizam para a constru??o e manuten??o de um projeto de vida coletivo. Tendo a Okupa Squat Tor?m, localizada no bairro de F?tima na zona sul da cidade de Fortaleza-CE, como l?cus observado e atrav?s do m?todo etnogr?fico, acompanhei as pr?ticas sociais desse segmento urbano. Investi numa coleta de dados que revelasse o costume dos okupas e seus h?bitos dom?sticos, dentro e tamb?m fora da okupa, dando relevo a situa??es de intera??o, a exemplo de ocasi?es mais adequadas para observar a negocia??o constante e o requinte de sua ast?cia para intervir na cidade. In the city of Natal/RN, there is a manipulator called Heraldo Lins, an artist who operates such puppets, and has been performing his puppet since 1992. Lins has his own look at how he produces his performances and seeks to adjust his puppets to social and rentable contexts. Lins?s performances are tailor-made in accordance with the request of his customers, as he makes up the passages and lines of his puppets according to his audience. This research aimed to study how the Heraldo Lins Mamulengos Show is built, especially its changes. We note that Lins chooses to dismantle the symbolic values of the tradition in the regular puppet theater once he adapts to modern patterns, placing himself between the traditional puppet theater and the cultural industry. Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / This dissertation is intended to identify the manners of adaptation of the images of indigenous theme of the History textbooks evaluated and distributed by the Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD) , of the year 2011, to the terms of the Law 11.645/08, on the part of their authors and publishers. For doing that, we proceeded to the analysis of the allegories about the agency related to the Indian in the textbooks. For the selection of the books here analyzed, we followed the criterion of selection of the titles that have been more often chosen during the evaluation process and choice of the textbooks by the teachers and managers of state public schools in Aracaju city, starting from the Guide of the textbook of PNLD 2011. The impressions concerning the indigenous people in the textbooks are expressed from the united analysis of the contents of their images, subtitles and nuclear texts. Thus, we chose to work with images of several types that are objects of descriptions, comments and reviews made by authors, not only in the texts of the subtitles but also in the nuclear texts of the analyzed books. Therefore, by doing this research, we aim to have a better understanding, in the present context, of the forms of treatment of the indigenous theme through the images of the History textbooks of the PNLD 2011. / Esta dissertação tem como objetivo geral identificar os modos de adequação das imagens de temática indígena dos livros didáticos de História avaliados e distribuídos pelo Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD), do ano de 2011, aos termos da Lei 11.645/08, por parte de seus autores e editoras. Para isso, procedemos à análise das alegorias sobre a agência relacionada ao indígena nos livros didáticos. Para a seleção dos livros aqui analisados, seguimos o critério de triagem dos títulos que mais foram adotados durante o processo de avaliação e escolha dos livros didáticos pelos professores e gestores de escolas públicas estaduais da cidade de Aracaju, a partir do Guia do Livro Didático do PNLD 2011. As impressões acerca dos povos indígenas nos livros didáticos são expressas a partir da análise conjunta dos conteúdos de suas imagens, legendas e textos nucleares. Desta forma, optamos pelo trabalho com imagens de naturezas diversas que sejam objetos de descrições, comentários e análises críticas dos autores, presentes tanto nos textos das legendas como nos textos nucleares dos livros analisados. Portanto, com esta pesquisa, pretendemos contribuir para uma melhor compreensão, no contexto atual, sobre as formas de tratamento da temática indígena através das imagens dos livros didáticos de História do PNLD 2011.

Trata-se tamb?m de mapear o campo art?stico e de consumo em a??o na cena, inserindo-o em um contexto mais amplo de circula??o de cultura caracterizado no conceito que Paul Gilroy (2012) nomeia de Atl?ntico negro. Ao inserir a Black Rio ao Atl?ntico negro, a pesquisa permitiu, desta maneira, a possibilidade de investiga??o da forma??o de identidades locais a partir de referenciais estrangeiros ou globais, e dos estilos de vida decorrentes deste processo de ressignifica??o e trocas culturais. Em um segundo momento, faz-se um esfor?o para se entender a identidade racial e a sua conex?o com a dimens?o pol?tica do contexto dos bailes e da cena Black Rio. Utilizando-se para tanto dos trabalhos de Hall, Giacomini e Sansone, que orbitam em torno dos conceitos de ra?a, etnicidade e identidade, planejase, no limite, refletir sobre a seguinte quest?o: o qu?o negra (ou black) foi (ou ?) a cena Black Rio? / This work aims to make, through the analysis of vinyl discs circulation in a certain historical situation, an interpretation of the formation and development of the socialcultural phenomenon known as Black Rio scene, which took place in Rio de Janeiro in the 20th century?s 70s. It also intends to map the field of arts and consumerism that took place in the scene, including it in the wider context of circulation of culture rooted in the concept that Paul Gilroy (2012) names Black Atlantic. By associating Black Rio with the Black Atlantic, this reasearch has thus allowed the possibility for investigating the formation of ?native? or local identities related to foreign or global references, and the lifestyles that sprung from this process of cultural ressignification and exchange. On a second step, we make an effort to understand the racial identity and its connection to the political dimension of the context of the festivals and the Black Rio scene. For this purpose, we refer to the writings by Hall, Giacomini and Sansone, who explore the concepts of race, ethnicity and identity, and we try to think about the following question: how black was (or is) the Black Rio scene?

Ap?s o fim da extra??o da scheelita, a mina foi transformada em um ?Parque Tem?tico?, em 2004. A empresa imprimiu sua marca na cidade com a constru??o de monumentos que fazem referencia ? atividade mineira e ao seu fundador Tomaz Salustino. No entanto, n?o existem registros escritos sobre os primeiros garimpeiros nem sobre o sistema de explora??o do min?rio em seu in?cio. Conv?m ent?o coletar as mem?rias dos mineradores e perguntar se, ao longo das mais de cinco d?cadas em que durou o auge da minera??o, se construiu uma identidade ligada ? profiss?o; em que medida os trabalhadores fazem referencia a esta hist?ria como integrantes e quais s?o os s?mbolos que est?o sendo acionados na elabora??o de uma identidade oper?ria. Investigo ainda que mem?ria se constituiu em torno dos pioneiros, em sua maioria agricultores atra?dos pelo chamado da bateia. Para isso, recorro aos recursos audiovisuais de arquivo e aos registros orais dos interlocutores que foram filmados para a elabora??o do document?rio ?Lembran?as de velhos garimpeiros?. Notamos que, no script da hist?ria oficial da Mina Breju?, a figura do ?patr?o? se sobrep?e ? dos trabalhadores e que as formas de patronagem, oriundas do mundo rural, seguiram pontuando as rela??es sociais na mina. Hoje, com a retomada da atividade, ? poss?vel que renas?a o desejo de fortalecimento da classe oper?ria e da identidade mineira no sert?o do Serid?. / The Breju? Mine, situated in the municipality of Currais Novos (RN), was responsible for the local economy growth between the years of 1943 and 1990, causing the interest of miner's working class to its urban center. After the end of scheelita extraction, the mine became a "theme park", in 2004. The company left its mark on the city by building several monuments in reference to the mining activity and the company's founder, Tomaz Salustino. However, there are no written records that describe such activities on its early years, nor their pioneers in the mining subject. Therefore, it is important to investigate the miner?s memories and ask if, along the more than five decades that lasted the heyday of mining, an identity linked to the profession was built; the extent to which workers make reference to this history as membersand what are the symbols that are being triggered in the development of a working class identity. Further, I investigate what memory was mad concerning the pioneers, mostly farmers attracted by miner work. To do so, I make use of audiovisual archival resources and oral records of the interlocutors that were filmed in the preparations of the documentary ?Lembran?as de velhos garimpeiros". We have noticed that, in the script of the official history of the Breju? Mine, the "boss" figure overlaps the workers and that the forms patronage, originated from the rural world, followed punctuating the social relations in the mine. Today, with the resumption of the mining activity, it is possible that the strengthening of the working class and the Serid? miner identity desire reborn.

Ao fim, ? tra?ada uma linha geral da atua??o estatal na administra??o de conflitos, revelando algumas aporias e contradi??es de processos volunt?rios feitos obrigat?rios pelo Estado-Punidor. / This research aims at examining, within the scope of Legal Anthropology, the constitution processes of Criminal Small-Claims Courts-JECRIMs in Brazil seeks to discuss, from the making of ethnographic work, the relationship between forms and dynamics of Justice distribution both at national and local level. To do so, one performed an ethnography at a JECRIM in the city of Natal, analyzing resulting peculiarities arising from the works the Judge-Coordinator and all of the other Judicial Actors in order to bring to reality the proposals of Law 9.099/95. Such ethnography has also enabled the analysis of the interactions between both Judicial Actors and Claimants, with or without private attorneys. The theoretical framework included several topics, including processes of conflict legalization, performance and representation analysis, and relationships between law, morality, feeling and ritual. One sought to a critical reading of the current state of conciliation and mediation, taking into account both legal and theoretical parameters on the subject. At the end, a general guideline of State action in conflict management is drawn, revealing some aporias and contradictions when voluntary processes are made mandatory by the State-Punisher.

A presente pesquisa busca estudar as din?micas das rela??es desta autorrepresentatividade fotogr?fica com ag?ncia, tecnologia, afetividade, e consumo, compondo um ser integrado com a visualidade e suas reverbera??es, o que aqui denomino como Ser-Imagem. O objetivo desta disserta??o ? lan?ar um olhar antropol?gico sobre essas pr?ticas. Neste sentido, trago a pesquisa desenvolvida no campo da imagem e da ciberantropologia com interlocutores diversos estabelecidos em di?logos, an?lise de dados e encontros virtuais. Procurei al?m das conversas e entrevistas analisar os perfis na rede social, como suas postagens cotidianas, ?lbuns de fotografias dispon?veis na rede online, compartilhamentos e, principalmente, fotos autorrepresentativas. / In a crescent connected and image-made society in various online social networks, each user taking pictures of him/herself and posting them on social online network, makes a self-registration that emerges in self-representation by aggregated daily practices of various themes. This research aims to study the dynamics of the relations of this photographic self-representation relations with agency, technology, affectivity, and consumption that goes beyond narcissism, composing a being integrated with the visual power and its reverberations, which I hereby call as Being -Image. The goal of this paper is an anthropological look over these practices. In this sense, I carry out the research developed in the field of image and cyber antropology with various interlocutors established in dialogues, analysis and virtual meetings. I tried, besides conversations and interviews, to analyze the profiles on the social network as well as daily posts, photo albums available on online network , sharings and mainly selfies.

O objetivo dessa pesquisa ? investigar um grupo que se autoafirma como Potiguara, na praia de Sagi (RN), valorizando aspectos relacionados ? sua identidade, organiza??o social e processo de territorializa??o. Al?m de seus objetivos etnogr?ficos, fazendo uso da observa??o participante e da produ??o de um conjunto de entrevistas, o trabalho analisa, em especial, a gera??o de uma hist?ria de origem, baseada no parentesco e na territorializa??o, da invisibilidade ? reorganiza??o identit?ria em meio de conflitos e demandas por reconhecimento ?tnico. / The process of indigenous ethnic self-assertion in the State of Rio Grande do Norte is very recent and have been represented as a counterpoint to the official historiography denying the presence of these social actors in the state. The purpose of this research is to investigate a group that identify themselves as Potiguara on the beach of Sagi (RN), valuing aspects related to their identity, social organization and territorial process. In addition to its ethnographic purposes, using the participant observation and the production of a set of interviews, the work analyzes, in particular, the generation of a history of origin, based on kinship and territorialization, from invisibility to identity reorganization amid conflicts and demands for ethnic recognition.

O objetivo ? compreender de que forma a antropologia est? sendo percebida no atual cen?rio brasileiro de investimento em pol?ticas de reconhecimento ?tnico e inclus?o social. Como ela vem atuando? Quais as dificuldades encontradas para a aplica??o deste conhecimento frente ?s demandas reais que lhe diz respeito? O que se constatou como resultado da an?lise estabelecida neste trabalho foi uma tentativa de invalida??o do saber antropol?gico na medida em que este opera como facilitador na garantia de direitos, especialmente os que dizem respeito ao acesso ? terra por minorias ?tnicas.Por este motivo, tamb?m ? argumentado a antropologia como ci?ncia e os par?metros utilizados por ela para estabelecer suas an?lises.
