Um dos escopos ainda pouco utilizado ? o que parte de uma perspectiva que vise compreender as diversas dimens?es em que as artes visuais se relacionam ao uso da ayahuasca no Brasil, tanto no que concerne ao mundo art?stico em que habitam, quanto ao seu estatuto de instrumento epistemol?gico e pol?tico. As rela??es entre ritual e religi?o, trajet?rias pessoais e produ??es art?sticas, as simbologias da floresta e a linguagem urbana, s?o investigadas, a partir de pesquisas de campo com cinco artistas de grandes cidades brasileiras, os quais tem por inspira??o predominante suas experi?ncias com a ayahuasca. / The psychoactive tea known as ayahuasca, which is made from two different plants from the amazon forest, is part of the culture of tens of american native groups in popular medicine of healers from countries such as Peru, Colombia and Equador, as well as in urban brazilian areas, through institucionalized religions such as Santo Daime and UDV, and in a more contemporary way by practices called ?neoshamanism?. Therefore, as a phenomenon of wide geographic range, the antropological, pharmaceutical, medical-scientifical and legal studies of this issue have been for long estabilished inside the academic community, although it is far from being completed, due to updates of traditions related to indigenous groups and also by the changes they suffer within their urban handling. One of the views that is still narrowly presented is the perspective that aims the dimentions in which the visual arts are related to the use of ayahuasca in Brazil, regarding either to the artistic world in which it is found or its status as a political and epistemological instrument. The relations between ritual and religion, personal paths and artistic productions, the forest related symbologies and the urban language are investigated based on field researches with five artists from big cities who have as prevailing inspiration their experiences with the ayahuasca tea.

Pretende, em termos gerais, compreender a influ?ncia das emo??es em um determinado espa?o de tempo das hist?rias de vida de nossas interlocutoras que compreende desde a entrada no mundo do crime ao cotidiano dentro da pris?o. O texto est? estruturado em tr?s partes. A primeira recupera o debate (em termos hist?ricos e sociais) sobre a rela??o entre mulheres e sistema prisional, a n?vel nacional e posteriormente local. As partes dois e tr?s foram escritas com o intuito de responder ?s duas quest?es centrais que orientaram este trabalho: qual a influ?ncia das emo??es entre as percep??es de crime e justi?a? E qual o seu papel nas rela??es de poder e afeto no cotidiano prisional? A segunda parte examina o processo de inser??o dos internos em uma institui??o total. Aqui analiso as formas e motiva??es que levaram as mulheres ao crime e ? pris?o. No contexto, trato dos sentimentos de amor, humilha??o e indigna??o atrav?s de dois exemplos distintos, o primeiro a partir da ideia de insulto moral, e o segundo a partir do termo ?amor bandido?. Na terceira parte disserto sobre as regras de conviv?ncia que tanto as agentes como as internas t?m que aprender para viver cotidianamente umas com as outras. Em um primeiro momento, trato do processo de internaliza??o das regras e como elas funcionam na pr?tica, abordando o papel de quem exerce a coer??o normativa e tamb?m de quem est? sujeita a ela. Posteriormente, mostro como se d?o as rela??es homossexuais dentro do pres?dio mesmo sua pr?tica sendo desencorajada e sucet?vel a puni??o. Por ?ltimo, apresento algumas considera??es finais versando sobre os temas abordados no presente trabalho e as respostas encontradas atrav?s da investiga??o antropol?gica. / The current work was made from a field research at Dr. Jo?o Chaves Penal Complex female ward. Female inmates and prison guards were interviewed. This work has the objective of comprehend the influence of emotions in a specified period in the interviewed life stories, from the beginning of their life crimes to their everyday life in the prison. The manuscript is structured in three parts. The first brings up the debate (in historical and social terms) about the relation between woman and the prison system, in a national and local scale. The second and the third part were written with the intention to scrutinize the two central questions that guided this work: 1) what are the influences of emotions in a crime and justice perception? 2) What is the role of the affection and power relation in a prison everyday life? The second part examined the insertion process of the inmates in a total institution. Herein, I analyze the forms and motivations that led the woman to crime and prison. In the context, I address the love feelings, humiliation and indignation through two distinct examples, the former from the idea of insulto moral (moral insult) and the latter from the term amor bandido (prison love). The third part of this work discusses the relationship rules among the female inmates and prison guards. At a first instance, I debate the internalization process of the rules and its practice, approaching the role of who does the normative coercion and who is subjected to it. Afterwards, I present how the homosexual relationship occurs inside a prison, even this practice being disencouraged and susceptible to punishment. In the last chapter, I study some forms of control practiced at the establishment, analyzing the methods and objectives. At last, I present some final consideration discussing over themes approached in the current manuscript and the answers found through anthropological investigation.

Estudos como os de Regina Mendes (2011), B?rbara Lupetti Baptista (2008; 2012), Cardoso de Oliveira (2010; 2011) e Kant de Lima (2010), firmados no ?mbito da Antropologia Jur?dica, deixam claro que o jurisdicionado tem papel mitigado no Judici?rio; que a a??o se pauta em uma l?gica conflituosa, e n?o transacional; e que a senten?a ? uma decis?o imposta unilateralmente pelo magistrado ?s partes, sendo que estas nem sempre creem que sua demanda foi reconhecida por ele, findando insatisfeitas. Os dados obtidos em um Juizado Especial C?vel do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, neste sentido, parecem demonstrar que o magistrado intenta compreender aquela verdade para, a partir disto, comprimir o n?mero de atos instrut?rios e otimizar a produtividade, de modo a dar vaz?o ? grande demanda que lhe ? imposta diariamente. Mais ainda, conduz ? ideia de que tal verdade ? fruto de uma constru??o in loco, gra?as ?s experi?ncias di?rias vivenciadas naquele contexto. A partir desta pesquisa emp?rica, acompanhou-se o tr?mite que a lide passa, desde sua elabora??o mediante aterma??o at? a senten?a de m?rito, conduzindo ? presun??o de que todos os atos procedimentais convergem ?quela procura. A principal consequ?ncia oriunda disto, finalmente, ? a an?lise de uma metodologia instrut?ria que, embora pare?a ser peculiar, ?nica, termina por refletir as estruturas jur?dicas na qual est? inserida: as liberdades concedidas, que aparentemente igualam os atores do Judici?rio, reiteram as rela??es de hierarquia entre ju?zes e servidores; e a aparente possibilidade de maior participa??o da parte na instru??o visa, na verdade, selecionar discursos, conhec?-los e mitig?-los no futuro. / The present paper intends to understand how does the judicial process estabilish itself and which way the search for the real truth (MENDES, 2011), an absolut truth to the situation discussed in the procedings, seized only by the magistrate. Studies such as the Regina Mendes?s (2011), B?rbara Lupetti Baptista?s (2008), Cardoso de Oliveira?s (2011) and Kant de Lima?s (2010), signed in the scope of the Juridical Anthropology, make clear that the part under jurisdiction has a mitigated role in the Judiciary Power; that the action follows a conflictual logic, and non-transactional; and that the sentence is a decision imposed uniterally by the magistrate to the parts, even they not always believe that their demands were recognized by him, ending dissatisfieds. The datas obtained in a Special Civil Court from the State of Rio Grande do Norte, in this meaning, seem to demonstrate that the magistrate intends to comprehend that truth to, from that on, compress the number of instructive acts and optimize the efficiency, in a way to lead to the big demand which is imposed for him daily. But still, leads to the idead that such truth is the result of an in loco construction, thanks to the daily experiences experienced in that context. From this empirical analysis, it was accompanied the dealing that the labor goes through, since its preparation under terms until the sentence of merit, leading to the assumption that all of the procedural acts converge to that search. The main consequence resulted from it, lastly, is the analysis of a instructory methodology that, despite of seeming peculiar, unique, finishes by reflecting the juridical sctructures in which it?s embedded: the granted liberties, that apparently pair the players of the Judiciary, state again the hierarchic relations of power and knowledge between judges, servants and other actors; and the evident possibility of an increasing participation of the part in the instruction intends to, actually, select utterances, knowing them and mitigate them in the future.

A hip?tese central ? que a forma de transmiss?o de conhecimentos ? pautada pela hierarquia, pelo tempo vivido na doutrina e pela performance de suas pr?ticas. / The doctrine of Santo Daime, which appeared in the Amazon region in the early decades of the twentieth century is characterized by the ceremonial use of ayahuasca in religious rituals. Its development takes place in the mid-1930s, Brasil?ia municipality in Acre, northern Brazil and its founder is Irineu. After his death, Sebasti?o Mota starts a characteristically messianic movement into the forest and further to the world. The doctrinal system is mainly transmitted through the oral tradition, present in the hymnals, the lectures of the older fans and the interaction between the community. From the 1980s began a movement of expansion of this religion to other regions of the country and abroad. In Natal, the Daime is present since the 1990s, through the creation of C?u da Arquinha (CEFLUTEG), currently located in the municipality of N?sia Forest-RN. The purpose of this research is to study the knowledge transmission processes in the Santo Daime doctrine, from my experiences in the field in C?u da Arquinha, participating in rituals and informal meetings with its members. The purpose of the study is to show the formation of daimista brotherhood in Potiguar soils, their characteristics and idiossincrasias.Algumas questions guide this research: how the teachings of doctrinal order are transmitted within the Santo Daime tradition? Who sends them? In what way? There is a particular ethos within the group, transmitted by the consecration of the drink and its performaticidade ritualistic? How set the ethos of C?u da Arquinha church? The central hypothesis is that the form of transfer of knowledge is guided by the hierarchy, the time lived in the doctrine and the performance of their practices.

The agent strengthens bonds between the community and the health services, as it acts directly with the families, registering and accompanying them. Thus, this text aims to reflect about the preparation of these agents in front of the new records of individual and household registers, doing on this inset, an analysis about the types of relationships that are established between these professionals and the families they serve in a gender perspective.

A partir de uma descri??o dessas mobiliza??es, orientada pela perspectiva dos Estudos Culturais, ingleses e latino-americanos, na ?gide de autores como, Stuart Hall (2005) e Nestor Garcia Canclini (2008), discute-se a quest?o do exerc?cio da cidadania em tempos de globaliza??o da cultura e da economia. De modo geral, este estudo procura mostrar que as mobiliza??es por uma pista de skate p?blica em Natal expressam uma nova maneira de reivindicar por direitos sociais, organizada n?o a partir de interesses de classe, g?nero e nacionalidade, mas mediante o consumo de mercadorias e s?mbolos da cultura do skate, produzida e difundida por empresas de alcance transnacional e pelos meios de comunica??o de massa. / The paper analyzes some ways of doing politics between the skateboard in Natal-RN supporters. Due to the lack of appropriate places to practice this activity in the city, some guys started to demand the construction of a public skatepark. Different strategies have been strengthened. Among these, there is the example of what became known as Movement Potiguar Skateboard (MSP), a series of events, such as marches, meetings with politicians and championships, were organized in area neighborhoods south of the city, as well as in City Hall and the City Council Chamber, between the years 2007 and 2011. From a description of these mobilizations, guided by the perspective of cultural studies English and Latin America, under the auspices of authors such as Stuart Hall (2005) and Nestor Garcia Canclini (2008), is discusses the issue of citizenship in time of globalization of culture and economy. Overall, this study seeks to show that the mobilizations by a public skatepark on Natal express a new way to claim for social rights, organized not from class interests, gender and nationality, but by the consumption of goods and symbols skate culture, produced and disseminated by transnational reach of companies and mass media.

Em Natal (RN), ocorre o mesmo processo, cuja proibi??o est? sendo determinada atrav?s da implanta??o da Pol?tica Municipal de Retirada de Ve?culos de Tra??o Animal (PMRVTA), que, at? o momento desta pesquisa, ainda est? em fase de discuss?o. A constru??o dessa proposta de pol?tica p?blica conta com a participa??o de uma rela??o extensa e bastante heterog?nea de agentes e institui??es que conflitam com uma diversidade de pessoas que fazem uso das carro?as para diferentes fins, por?m, destacando-se sobretudo o uso para o trabalho. Dessa forma, diante de um quadro onde esta forma de trabalho encontra-se amea?ada por questionamentos e den?ncias de diversos segmentos, buscamos compreender: quais s?o as pr?ticas, dilemas e impactos sociais que est?o sendo vivenciados por carroceiros em Natal? Nesse sentido, pretendeu-se, atrav?s de pesquisa etnogr?fica (utilizando-se de observa??o participante, entrevistas e an?lise de documentos) apresentar o universo de experi?ncias dessas pessoas, analisando os conflitos existentes em torno do uso de carro?as e do trabalho a ele relacionado. Consideramos como se processam as din?micas de conflito a envolver os mais diversos agentes do poder p?blico, al?m de especialistas e ativistas/ONGs de defesa dos animais, principalmente, e os carroceiros, que refletem disputas e rela??es de poder profundamente desiguais neste jogo que ? a pr?pria constru??o da PMRVTA. Percebemos como as moralidades e emo??es, associadas ?s pretens?es de modernidade e urbanidade, s?o elementos que se destacam neste campo, repercutindo de forma s?ria nas vidas de carroceiros, cuja m?xima encontrada na elabora??o desta pol?tica p?blica concorre para desestruturar profundamente um mundo social espec?fico, no qual a rela??o entre os humanos e seus animais ? elemento fundamental para especialmente sustento e deslocamento das fam?lias. / The continuous process of urbanization seems to be a stimulus to conflicts in relation to what can be allowed or not in urban spaces. This is the case of traditional use of carts moved by animal traction, which has been strongly questioned and progressively banned in many Brazilian cities. In Natal (Rio Grande do Norte), the same process occurs and this prohibition is determined by the implementation of the Municipal Policy for the Removal of Animal Traction Vehicles (so called PMRVTA), which is still under discussion. The formulation of a public policy proposal has been developed with the participation of a large and very heterogeneous number of agents and institutions which get into conflict with a diversity of people who use animal carts for different aims, although many people drive animal carts as their main job. While we consider that this kind of work is threatened by complaints and public denunciations made by different social segments, this Master dissertation aims to understand the practices, dilemmas and social impact undertaken by animal cart workers in Natal. Conducting an ethnographic fieldwork, which was mostly based on participant observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis, we have intended to present the world of experiences lived by these cart workers. Meanwhile we analyze the conflicts related to the work with animal carts as well as the specificity concerning this job. We consider the dynamics of social conflict among many different public authorities and agents, specialists, above all animal protection activists and NGOs, besides the animal cart workers. All these conflict demonstrate disputes and deeply unequal power relations in regard to the discussion and formulation of the PMRVTA. In addition, we intend to understand how moralities and emotions, associated to claims for modernity and urban life, are highlighted in this social field and, therefore, they might strongly affect animal cart workers lives. Ideas related to this public policy disturb a particular social world, which is based on the profound relationship between humans and their animals through which family care and transport are conditioned.

Dentre estas entidades de atendimento existentes na legisla??o brasileira, as que funcionam em regime de acolhimento institucional, podem ser divididas em tr?s modalidades: Abrigo Institucional para Pequenos Grupos, Casa-lar e Casa de Passagem. O objetivo desta disserta??o ? pensar este espa?o como um lugar produtor e reprodutor de significados sobre o que venha a ser fam?lia, acolhimento institucional, cuidado/prote??o/controle para as crian?as e adolescentes abrigados na Casa de Passagem III. / Before the field of research conducted in Casa de Passagem III, located in the city of Natal/RN with children and adolescents in residential care from March 2012 to April 2013, it was possible to know some meanings built on family and institutional care by those who live and/or experienced institutional care in the Casa de Passagem observed. The host institution is part of the current forms of protection existing in Brazil legally applied in case of violation of children and adolescents? rights. This form of state intervention is made by entities that care for children and adolescents scattered throughout Brazil, which are in accordance with Article 90 of the ECA(Children and Adolescent Bill) and the Law 12.010 August 3rd of 2009, responsible for planning and executing protection programs and socio-educational for children and adolescents. Among these entities existing service in Brazilian law, which operate under institutional care, can be divided into three types: Small Groups Institutional Shelter, Casa-Lar and Casa de Passagem. The objective of this dissertation is to think this space as a place producer and reproducer of meanings about what may be family, residential care, safekeeping/protection/control for children and adolescents housed at Casa de Passagem III.

Para entender a realidade da companhia examinamos a perspectiva dos bailarinos sobre as fases que constituem a produ??o da performance e a forma em que tal procedimento modifica o car?ter das rela??es interpessoais, assim como a concep??o dos sujeitos sobre o coletivo, o espet?culo e sobre eles mesmos. Por ?ltimo, ? analisado o potencial que o espet?culo tem, como contexto perform?tico capaz de alterar a compreens?o dos bailarinos e a plateia sobre alguns dos fatores que determinaram a transforma??o do samba no Brasil. O espet?culo traz para a cena teatral um percurso hist?rico da evolu??o desse g?nero musical, a partir da encena??o de mais de dez coreografias que buscam ressignificar elementos do batuque, do lundu, do samba de roda, do maxixe, do samba can??o, do samba gafieira e do samba enredo respectivamente. Nesse sentido, ? realizado um estudo comparativo entre os elementos sociais, musicais e coreogr?ficos abordados pela companhia e as caracter?sticas do contexto hist?rico em que surgiram os distintos tipos de samba sobre os quais o grupo fundamentou o seu trabalho de pesquisa para a produ??o art?stica da obra. / This work aims to contribute to the anthropological studies on dance and performance through an ethnographic analysis of a case study focused on the process of performatic production of the last show of the the UFRN Parafolcloric Group, "I rehearsed my samba throughout the year". In order to understand the reality of the company, I examined the dancers' perspective on the stages of the production of the performance, as well as the way in which this procedure modifies interpersonal relationships and the subjects' concept of the group, the show, and themselves. Finally, I analyze the potential of the show as a performatic context able to modify the understanding of dancers and the audience on some of the factors, which determined the evolution of samba in Brazil. The show brings into the theatrical scene a historical journey of this musical genre through the representation of more than ten choreographies, with the goal of re-signifying elements of different dances, namely batuque, lundu, samba de roda, maxixe, samba can??o, samba gafieira, and samba enredo. In this sense, I carry out a comparative study of the social, musical, and coreographical elements addressed by the company, and the historical context in which the different kinds of samba on which the group grounded its research for the artistic production of the show.

De modo geral, pretende interpretar antropologicamente os autos processuais e evidenciar a rela??o entre direito, moralidade e sensibilidades jur?dicas espec?ficas no processo de sentenciamento dos ju?zes nesse casos. Ao buscar entender os contextos a partir dos quais esses eventos s?o evocados e sua dimens?o simb?lica, a an?lise permite evidenciar como, em um ambiente jur?dico supostamente neutro, quest?es morais sobre a constru??o da identidade feminina (como a ideia de virgindade, fam?lia e g?nero) ganham relev?ncia e materialidade no reconhecimento de direitos. / The research aims to conduct an ethnography of criminal lawsuits of rape of vulnerable people and highlight the semantic slippage that term gets depending on what actors are involved and particular empirical contexts. The ethnographic material was obtained in the 2nd Court of Childhood and Youth, located in the Desembargador Miguel Seabra Forum, in Natal-RN, and deals with cases of rape of vulnerable, especially involving women under the age of 14 years. In general, it intends to anthropologically interpret those court lawsuits and highlight the relationship between law, morality and specific legal sensitivities in the sentencing process by judges in those cases. In seeking to understand the context from which these events are evoked and their symbolic dimension, the analysis allows to show how, in a supposedly neutral legal environment, moral questions about the construction of female identity (such as the idea of virginity, family and gender) gain relevance and materiality in the recognition of rights.
