The qualitative research was conducted through semi-structured interviews, audio-recorded and later transcribed, from which was formed the corpus. The interviews were made in the city of Parintins, more precisely in the Historic Center, with a group of people over 70 to 79 years old. It was undertaken a search for answers to the question: which way, discursive formations and interdiscourse are present in the narrative of Parintins people on their identity sociocultural? The analysis sought to know how sociocultural processes contribute to constitution of meanings about Parintins people, from which discursive and interdiscourse formations they are coming, taking into account the life experience of the group interviewed and the city history. The perspective obtained from Discourse Analysis of Michel Pêcheux and Eni Orlandi guided this study, which relates language, history and ideology in the production of meaning. The Parintins identity are addressed with the support of the theories from Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, Bauman, Kathryn Woodward, Stuart Hall, Cush and Goffman. Already known and widely publicized senses about the Parintins people identity were confirmed. However others, that suggest resistance to those of a single identity, predominate in the subjects' discourses, giving birth to the inhabitants' view of what binds them ideologically to the city, to culture, to history, in other words, what in the moment, makes them Parintins people. / O presente trabalho objetiva compreender a constituição discursiva da(s) identidade(s) sociocultural(is) parintinense(s). A pesquisa de cunho qualitativo foi realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, gravadas em áudio e posteriormente transcritas, de onde foi formado o corpus. As entrevistas foram realizadas na cidade de Parintins, precisamente no Centro Histórico, com um grupo de pessoas com idade de 70 a 79 anos. Empreendeu-se uma busca pelas respostas à questão: quais sentidos, formações discursivas e interdiscursos se fazem presentes nos relatos dos parintinense sobre sua(s) identidade(s) sociocultural(is)? A análise procurou conhecer como os processos socioculturais contribuem para constituição de sentidos acerca da(s) identidade(s) parintinense(s), de quais formações discursivas e interdiscursos são oriundos, levando-se em conta a experiência de vida do grupo entrevistado e a história da cidade. Este estudo pautou-se pela perspectiva da Análise de Discurso de Michel Pêcheux e de Eni Orlandi, que relaciona na produção de sentidos língua, história e ideologia. A(s) identidade(s) parintinense(s) são abordada(s) com o apoio das teorias de Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, Bauman, Kathryn Woodward, Stuart Hall, Cuche e Goffman. Sentidos já conhecidos e amplamente divulgados acerca da identidade parintinense foram confirmados. Mas outros, que sugerem resistência aos de uma identidade única predominam nos discursos dos sujeitos, dando à luz a visão dos habitantes acerca do que os liga ideologicamente à cidade, à cultura, à história, ou seja, o que, no momento, consideram que os faz parintinenses.

I had as a general objective: to understand the femininity of meanings produced by the residents of the neighborhood Puraquequara and analyze how interculturalism contributes to construction of sense and specifically: Identify the femininity of meanings built by the residents; Understanding how femininities are experienced and structured by the local culture; Analyze intercultural aspects in the local femininities construction. With this, the choice of site survey is due to the intense cultural process that the Amazon region has passed, which set up a multicultural society, directly influencing the natural production of femininity senses. He sought to build a thought about the meanings and cultural and intercultural aspects presented, always looking at the context that the woman was inserted. I bring this work the mark of social practices, historical, cultural and struggle that women have experienced and experience in Puraquequara neighborhood. However, I emphasize that the buildings are not linear, are timeless and are reconfigured from the time the woman is part of a social or cultural group. In this way, move away from a uniform perspective, universalizing or binary constitution of subjects. To reflect on the above aspects, I have relied on the Historical-Cultural perspective developed by Lev Vygotsky, which comprises the subject as a historical being, social and cultural, which builds and is built by relationships a relational being. The methodology used in the research is based on life stories of five women. six interviews were conducted, but for analysis were five used by the empirical saturation criterion. Data were analyzed from the identification of Significance Cores, a technique proposed by Aguiar and Ozella (2001). We use the language as the main tool for understanding the meaning of the interviewees production. The meanings produced about femininity involve a complex process and timeless, there is no linearity. They used his power agency to empoderarem front of the cultural contexts marked by a lack of access and structuring of neighborhood living. They built and were built by social relations and practices, as well as interculturalidades crossings that fomented its power agency. / O presente trabalho busca compreender os sentidos de feminilidades a partir de um estudo intercultural realizado no bairro de Puraquequara, no município de Manaus/AM. Tive como objetivo geral: compreender os sentidos de feminilidade produzidos pelas moradoras do bairro Puraquequara e analisar como a interculturalidade contribui para construção desses sentidos e, objetivos específicos: Identificar os sentidos de feminilidade construídos pelas moradoras; compreender como as feminilidades são vivenciadas e estruturadas pela cultura local; analisar os aspectos interculturais na construção das feminilidades locais. A escolha do local de pesquisa se deve ao intenso processo cultural que a região amazônica passou, o qual configurou uma sociedade multicultural, influenciando diretamente na produção singular de sentidos de feminilidade. Buscou-se construir um pensamento sobre os sentidos e os aspectos culturais e interculturais apresentados, olhando sempre para o contexto que a mulher estava inserida. Trago neste trabalho as marcar das práticas sociais, históricas, culturais e de luta que as mulheres vivenciaram e vivenciam no bairro de Puraquequara. Contudo, ressalto que as construções não são lineares e se reconfiguram a partir do momento em que a mulher se insere em um grupo social ou cultural. Dessa maneira, me afasto de uma perspectiva uniforme, universalizante ou binária da constituição dos sujeitos. Para refletir sobre os aspectos citados, me baseei sob a Teoria Histórico-Cultural desenvolvida por Lev S. Vigotsky, o qual compreende o sujeito como um ser históricosocial e cultural, constrói e é construído pelas relações, sendo portanto, um ser relacional. A metodologia utilizada na pesquisa se baseia em histórias de vida de cinco mulheres. Foram realizadas seis entrevistas, mas para análise foram utilizadas cinco, através do critério de saturação empírica. Os dados foram analisados a partir da identificação dos Núcleos de Significação, técnica proposta por Aguiar e Ozella (2001). Utilizamos a linguagem como principal instrumento para compreensão da produção de significado das entrevistadas. Os sentidos produzidos sobre feminilidade envolvem um processo complexo e atemporal, não há linearidade. Utilizaram do seu poder de agência para se empoderarem frente aos contextos culturais marcados pela falta de acesso e de estruturação do bairro que moram. Construíram e foram construídas pelas relações e práticas sociais, bem como atravessamentos interculturais que fomentaram seu poder de agência.

The research will make use of ethnography to register the way of life through the instruments of the history of life, the field of study, semi-structured interviews and observation. As for the method, we opted for inductive, where research is descriptive and explanatory, making use of qualitative and quantitative approach. / Trata-se de uma investigação sobre o processo de transformação e mudança do trabalho e no modo de vida, ocorridos na comunidade Bela Vista do Jaraqui – AM, em relação aos fatores intervenientes ocorridos na transição da comunidade rural para Parque Estadual a partir de 2005, que influenciaram e ou contribuíram nas mudanças dos residentes desta comunidade. A investigação se estende também ao estudo das estratégias econômicas, criativas e ou inovadores, encontradas na economia popular ou proto e pré—capitalista, as quais fazem parte os empreendimentos informais tratados aqui não como empreendedores e sim como “Viradores” por representar o “jeitinho brasileiro” evidenciado também nas populações e comunidades rurais e ribeirinhas que buscam dentro das suas condições, muitas vezes informal e sem o conhecimento profissional, uma saída para garantir a geração de renda das suas famílias. Tem como objetivo geral: Verificar o processo de mudança do trabalho e do modo de vida, motivadas pelos fatores intervenientes ocorridos na comunidade, elencando as estratégias econômicas, criativas e inovadoras como forma de reprodução ampliada da vida. It seeks to emphasize the strategies forged by the fish farmer to enter in the labor market. The Brazilian State as a promoter agent and a promoter of development has turned its attention to the national and local elites under the command of the great capital, to the detriment of the traditional communities, of the natural resources and the work of the traditional people who have in the region their only space of survival. The presence of the capital in the Amazon region with its explorer character, throughout its historical process, interfered negatively in the life of the traditional people. The inefficiency of public policies aimed to the development of the Amazonian interior remains residual and in the case of the fish farming workers, the social benefits do not exist. This study chose as subjects of the investigation the fish farmers of the Fish Farmers Association of Benjamin Constant / AM, region of Alto Solimões, heard under the technique of deep interview. The research was developed under the theoreticalmethodological contribution of the social sciences, having a fertile dialogue in the interdisciplinary perspective in sociology, anthropology, history and economics. Among the many verified results, it was clear that fish farming does not have a big impact on the family budget, but it is important as a supplementary income, it represents the guarantee of meals and a small extra income. It is clear that without the inductive action of the State, the popular fish farming under the flow of work of the small producer can’t develop beyond the subsistence activity, reaching the labor market. It must finally be recognized that there is a need to implement a new rationality of work aimed at the development of the Amazonian man, which counts on the generosity of nature and its regional potentialities. The solidarity economy, in this sense, is presented as a viable strategy forged by the workers themselves, directed to the development of the popular fish farming, that is, directed to encourage the ventures and, therefore, to produce in volume and to compete in the market, contributing to the empowerment of the Amazonian man. / Esta tese está assentada numa perspectiva interdisciplinar de compreensão do homem amazônico e sua condição social na Amazônia, na busca de analisar em que sentido a expansão do capital na região tem interferência nas práticas sociais do trabalho e na organização econômica dos piscicultores de Benjamin Constant, no Amazonas, enfatizando as estratégias forjadas pelo trabalhador da piscicultura para se inserir no mercado de trabalho. O Estado brasileiro como agente promotor e indutor do desenvolvimento voltou sua atenção para as elites nacional e local sob a diretriz do grande capital, em detrimento das comunidades tradicionais, dos recursos naturais e do trabalho dos povos tradicionais que têm na região o seu único espaço de sobrevivência. A presença do capital na Amazônia com seu cariz explorador, ao longo do seu processo histórico, interferiu negativamente na vida dos povos tradicionais. A ineficiência de políticas públicas voltadas ao desenvolvimento do interior amazônico continua residual e, no caso dos trabalhadores da piscicultura, os benefícios sociais são inexistentes. O estudo, ora apresentado, elegeu como sujeitos da investigação os piscicultores da Associação dos Piscicultores de Benjamin Constant/AM, região do Alto Solimões, ouvidos sob a técnica de entrevista profunda. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida sob o aporte teórico-metodológico das ciências sociais, tendo na Sociologia, Antropologia, História e na Economia um diálogo fértil na perspectiva interdisciplinar. Dentre os múltiplos resultados constatados ficou claro o fato de que a piscicultura não tem grande impacto no orçamento das famílias, mas tem importância como renda complementar, representa a garantia das refeições e uma pequena renda extra. Ademais, é patente o fato de que sem a ação indutora do Estado a piscicultura popular sob o fluxo do trabalho do pequeno produtor, não consegue desenvolver-se para além da atividade de subsistência, chegando até o mercado de trabalho. Deve-se reconhecer, por fim, que há necessidade de implantação de uma nova racionalidade de trabalho voltada para o desenvolvimento do homem amazônico, o qual conta com a generosidade da natureza e suas potencialidades regionais. A economia solidária, neste sentido, apresenta-se como estratégia viável forjada pelos próprios trabalhadores, direcionada para o desenvolvimento da piscicultura popular, ou seja, voltada para dinamizar os empreendimentos e, por conseguinte, produzir em volume e competir no mercado, contribuindo para o empoderamento do homem amazônico.

The model that guided the methodological process of this work was based on desk research, which delimited the structure of social thought in the stereotypical image of the consolidation of indigenous people Mura, and is supported by studies of postcolonial criticism as a backdrop thus enabling the understanding that the process of occupation and Amazon ownership in recent decades been founded on the belief of modernization as the only force able to "develop" the region, regardless of their social cost, cultural or political. The central objective of this work was to bring to light for which prospects took the consolidation of this image made on the Mura. The nature of the study was qualitative with an emphasis on documentary approach, the method used is the deductive comparison in order to verify the essentialities and differences between various types of cultural events, contributing to the understanding of human behavior and finding the relationships that exist between the same. As a result systematized kinds of iconic images and imagery People Mura, contextualizing according to the time and the people who gave directions to a particular reconfiguration when Mura. / Esta pesquisa analisou as formas de representação sonora literal do povo Mura, tanto no que tange à imagem discursiva quanto à imagem pictórica da época do colonialismo até os dias atuais. O modelo que orientou o processo metodológico deste trabalho se baseou na pesquisa documental, que delimitou a estrutura do pensamento social na consolidação da imagem estereotipada do povo indígena Mura, e tem como suporte os estudos da crítica pós-colonial como pano de fundo, o que possibilitou a compreensão de que o processo de ocupação e apropriação da Amazônia nas últimas décadas esteve pautado na crença da modernização como a única força capaz de “desenvolver” a região, não importando o seu custo social, cultural ou político. O objetivo central deste trabalho foi trazer à luz as perspectivas em que se deu a consolidação dessa imagem feita sobre os Mura. A natureza do estudo foi qualitativa, com ênfase na abordagem documental. O método utilizado é o comparativo dedutivo, com o fim de verificar as essencialidades e diferenças entre diversos tipos de manifestações culturais, contribuindo, assim, para a compreensão do comportamento humano e da constatação das relações que existam entre elas. Como resultado, foram sistematizados os tipos de imagens icônicas e imagética do povo Mura, contextualizando de acordo com a época e as pessoas que deram sentidos a determinada reconfiguração do ser Mura.

In polyphony of settlers poem, at the time of Portuguese colonization: inflection in the pacification and christianization, after the introduction of the Native Directory. This is a documentary study on the Mura people whereby we analyze the epic Muraida, or the Triumph of Faith, written in 1785 about the Amazon. A major caveat in this study regards the nomadic behavior and ferocity as a reaction of these Indians by the presence of settlers. Among the disclosed aspects, we highlight, in a general way, significant changes in the life of Mura people. Changes that have marked the inclusion of members of indigenous societies in colonial society in a very different way from that usually propagated by the present historical memory, for example, in didactic literature used in schools: that the Indians only fit the role of victims before the superiority of Europeans. As made clear by the documentation collected whenever possible indigenous people made choices and refused to subordinate status offered to them. Finally, we note that by analyze this conventional view of Amazon colonization present in Muraida, we seek a new perspective to retell the indigenous past of the region with fundamental relevance to the voice of the vanquished, the Mura, true heroes that fought so fierce in defense of their rights and/or against the religious and territorial expansion in this region. / Neste estudo a nossa intenção é a de evidenciar um aspecto da experiência histórica dos Mura habitantes do rio Madeira, contados por Wilkens através dos personagens e dos colonizadores da Amazônia que dão voz ao enredo do poema. Na polifonia do poema colonizadores, ao tempo da colonização portuguesa: a inflexão na pacificação e cristianização, após a introdução do Diretório dos Índios. Trata-se de um estudo documental sobre os povos Mura através do qual analisamos o épico Muraida ou o Triunfo da Fé, escrito em 1785 sobre a Amazônia. A ressalva importante neste estudo, o comportamento nômade e a ferocidade como reação desses indígenas mediante à presença do colonizador. Dentre os aspectos revelados, destaco de modo geral, a ocorrência de alterações significativas na vida dos Mura. Alterações que marcaram a inserção de membros das sociedades indígenas na sociedade colonial de uma forma muito distinta daquela normalmente propagada pela memória histórica presente, por exemplo, na literatura didática utilizada nas escolas: a de que aos índios coube apenas o papel de vítimas diante da superioridade dos europeus. Como deixa claro a documentação coligida, sempre que possível as populações indígenas exerceram escolhas e recusaram a condição subalterna que lhes era oferecida. Enfim, constatamos que ao analisar esta visão convencional da colonização amazônica presente em Muraida, buscamos uma nova perspectiva de recontar o passado indígena da região com fundamental relevância à voz dos vencidos, os Mura verdadeiros heróis que de maneira aguerrida lutaram em defesa de seus direitos e/ou contra a expansão territorial e religiosa nesta região.

In the beginning of the research , its focus was to make an ethnography, reflect and analyze some murders cases, however , during the project execution, the field has conducted the work to a deeper analysis of the phenomenon. On this way, I stablished the following classification: symbolic violence, moral violence, physical violence, ethnocide and genocidal murders.The thesis of this work starts with the principle that the violence which affects LGBT’S is reactive while acts which come from the LGBTs agents insolence, assuming a specific identitity and fighting for recognizing their rights; this has been a mobilization device and action of resistance agents,of coping and State agents.On this way, this thesis may be thought as the political denial as Arendt afirmed (2014), however not for itself: the dramas and tragedies which represent the several violence levels which express that LGBTS are organized groups inserted in an assimetric battle in a moral and right field imprint, considering that in each specific situation of agents who contributed with this research, it is highlighted the dimension of a pressing collective need – the right of equality status, the right of recognition and good living. Therefore, this research is a short work of telling and retelling stories, painful situations which started from my own experience with the violence to the LGBT social agents’ narratives; stablishes the organizational presentation of the LGBT social groups; the contemporary political contexts dominated hegemonically by the patrimonialists, punitivists and religious which make LGBT’S work difficult to reach their rights. The religious are the segment which has scheduled LGBTs’ agenda of rights dening in alliance with others conservative segments. / A tese apresentada é resultado de uma pesquisa desenvolvida sobre a temática da Violência contra LGBT na Cidade de Manaus, propedeuticamente, justificada pelo patente e generalizado registro de homicídios que afeta estes povos em Manaus. Ao iniciar a pesquisa o alvo do trabalho concentrava-se em etnografar, refletir e analisar casos de homicídios, todavia no decorrer da execução do projeto o campo conduziu o trabalho para a análise mais ampla do fenômeno – Dessa forma, estabeleci a seguinte classificação: violência simbólica, violência moral, violência física e homicídios de cunho etnocida e genocida. A tese deste trabalho parte do princípio de que a violência que afeta LGBT’S é reativa enquanto atos que decorrem a partir do atrevimento de agentes LGBT’S assumirem uma identidade específica e lutarem por reconhecimento de seus direitos; este tem sido também, dispositivo de mobilização e ação de agentes de resistência, de enfrentamento e de muitos agentes de estado. Neste sentido, em si pode ser pensada como a negação da política como preconizou Arendt ( 2014), todavia num para si: os dramas e tragédias que representam às várias modalidades de violência expressam que os LGBT’S são grupos organizacionais inseridos num conflito de disputa assimétrica de cunho territorial do campo moral e do direito, haja vista que em cada situação especifica de agentes que contribuíram com esta pesquisa destaca-se a dimensão de uma necessidade premente coletiva – o direito a igualdade de status, o direito ao reconhecimento e ao bem viver. Portanto, este trabalho de pesquisa é de forma sucinta o contar e recontar estórias, acontecimentos dolorosos que partem de minha própria experiência com a violência até as narrativas de outros agentes sociais LGBT’S; estabelece apresentação organizacional dos movimentos sociais LGBT; dos contextos políticos contemporâneos dominados hegemonicamente por patrimonialistas, punitivistas e religiosos que dificultam o alcance da sociedade de direitos. Os religiosos são o segmento que têm pautado a agenda de negação dos Direitos dos LGBT’S em aliança com os demais segmentos conservadores.

When there is an interruption of this dynamic, it is possible that the subject realizes a crisis, as in retirement. In the militarism, the government employee is strongly linked to the institution, which may make it difficult for living the retirement. The research had as objective to investigate the links and the processes of identification of the military police officer at the moment of their passage to the military retirement considering the psychoanalytical interpretation of the speeches. This study also aims to: analyze in military police speeches the link that they establish with the work and its implications in the passage to the retirement; identify which defense mechanisms police officer in military retirement make use of during this transition stage; and to problematize the possible reflections that the moment of passage to the retirement has on the identification processes of the subjects and their implications on their subjectivities. The research, in a descriptive and exploratory level, is of qualitative approach. The semi-directed interview technique, the Drawings-Story with Story procedure were used. Participants are military police officers, who are two years away to retirement. The data collected in the interviews were analyzed according to the Discourse Analysis (DA) method, followed by the proposal of Souza (2014). For the interpretation, the psychoanalytic framework was used. The Drawings-Story with Story procedure was analyzed based on the theories and practices of Psychoanalysis, Projective Techniques and clinical interview. The results demonstrated that the subjects perceive the military retirement as a victory, because of the risks faced daily in the career and because it indicates the fulfillment of their oath. As they assimilate this and approach the fulfillment of the thirty years of service, these professionals are moving away from the institution and opening up to the possibility of exercising other functions, assuming new identities. The process is permeated by some defense mechanisms with predominance of the sublimation capacity at the end of this transition stage. / O trabalho permeia a história de vida dos sujeitos, promovendo sentidos para suas existências. Quando há uma interrupção dessa dinâmica, é possível que o sujeito perceba uma crise, como na aposentadoria. No meio militar, o servidor apresenta uma intensa vinculação à instituição, o que pode dificultar a vivência da Reserva. A pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar os vínculos e os processos de identificação do policial militar no momento de sua passagem para a reserva a partir da interpretação psicanalítica dos discursos. Este estudo propôs-se também a: analisar nos discursos de policiais militares o vínculo que os mesmos estabelecem com o trabalho e suas implicações na passagem para a reserva; identificar que mecanismos de defesa os policiais militares em processo de reserva fazem uso durante esta etapa de transição; e problematizar os possíveis reflexos que o momento de passagem para a Reserva tem sobre os processos identificatórios dos sujeitos e suas implicações sobre suas subjetividades. A pesquisa, de nível descritivo e exploratório, é de abordagem qualitativa. Utilizou-se da técnica de entrevista semidirigida, do procedimento de Desenhos-Estória com Tema. Os participantes são policiais militares, que estão a contar de dois anos para aposentaria. Os dados coletados nas entrevistas foram analisados segundo o método da Análise do Discurso (AD), seguindo-se a proposta de Souza (2014). Quanto ao dispositivo de interpretação, utilizou-se o referencial psicanalítico. O Procedimento de Desenhos-Estórias com Tema foi analisado com base nas teorias e práticas da Psicanálise, das Técnicas Projetivas e da entrevista clínica. Os resultados demonstraram que os sujeitos percebem a reserva como uma vitória, em virtude dos riscos cotidianamente enfrentados na profissão e porque esta assinala o cumprimento de seu juramento. À medida que assimilam isto e se aproximam do cumprimento dos trinta anos de serviço, esses profissionais vão se desvinculando da instituição e se abrindo para a possibilidade de exercerem outras funções, assumindo novas identidades. Entretanto, o processo é permeado por alguns mecanismos defensivos, com predominância, ao final da etapa de transição, da capacidade sublimatória.

Having as support the concept of health-disease process, Psychosomatic deals with the knowledge of the biological aspects of the disease and the knowledge of a set of ideas involving the approaches to human beings both as social and psychological beings. Therefore, the method that is proposed is interdisciplinary. It is guided by the principles of Psychosomatic and of Discourse Analysis. We do so in order to highlight the events as a complex process, articulated throughout the clinical and psychosocial dimensions, via language. In the realm of the discussion involving body and mind, many scholars, especially from Psychoanalysis, have made commitments to build a solid theoretical field in an attempt to elucidate psychosomatic knowledge. Thus, the ideas of psychosomatic profiles of Psychosomatic School of the Chicago School stand out, represented by Helen Flanders Dunbar, with her studies on psychogenic emotional conflicts, and Franz Alexander, when he first points out psychosomatic illnesses. In recent decades, the proposed psychotherapeutic treatment of somatic patients has allowed the emergence of the concept of operative functioning, developed by Psychoanalytic Psychosomatic School of Paris, represented by Pierre Marty. From a guiding question, we try to clarify how the affective experiences and the psychic development of leukemia patients happen when they have to cope with the outbreak and the treatment of the disease. For this purpose, five hospitalized patients with acute leukemia took part in the study, held at the Foundation of Hematology Hospital of Amazonas. Significant data have been found related to: the history of losses and not prepared bereavements, current aspects of life as determinants of the disease process, elaborative psychic failure, subjection relationship and suffering at work, psychosomatic compliance feature, abolition of desires and will. It was also identified affective deletion, which is commonly found in somatic patients facing the disease, its treatment and hospitalization. This dramatic process, made stronger by the fear of death, was named as "naked life", the original concept coined by Agamben (2002), here understood as the biological life interfacing with an increase of the death drive and the apparent lack of emotional constraints, experienced by the cancer patients involved in the research. / Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender a elaboração psíquica de paciente oncohematológico à luz dos conceitos da psicossomática psicanalítica e dos processos de subjetivação contemporâneos. Tendo como apoio a concepção do processo de saúde-doença, a abordagem Psicossomática abarca conhecimentos dos aspectos biológicos da doença e de um conjunto de saberes, envolvendo os enfoques do ser humano enquanto ser psicológico e social. Para tanto, o método que se propõe utilizar é interdisciplinar, orientado pela Psicossomática e pela Análise de Discurso. O intuito é ressaltar os acontecimentos como um processo complexo e articulado entre as dimensões clínica e psicossocial, por meio da linguagem. No percurso da discussão entre corpo e mente, vários estudiosos, sobretudo do campo da Psicanálise, têm feito empenhos para erguer um campo teórico sólido apropriado na tentativa de elucidar o saber psicossomático. Assim, ganham destaque as ideias dos perfis psicossomáticos da Escola de Psicossomática da Escola de Chicago, representadas por Helen Flanders Dunbar, nos estudos sobre os conflitos emocionais psicogênicos, e por Franz Alexander, quando da inauguração das doenças psicossomáticas. Nas últimas décadas, a proposta de tratamento psicoterápico de doentes somáticos, possibilitou o surgimento do conceito de funcionamento operatório, desenvolvido pela Escola de Psicossomática Psicanalítica de Paris, representada por Pierre Marty. Partindo de uma questão norteadora, buscamos clarificar como acontecem as vivências afetivas, a elaboração psíquica de pacientes onco-hematológicos frente à eclosão da doença e do tratamento. Nessa disposição, cinco pacientes com leucemia aguda, hospitalizados, participaram do estudo na Fundação Hospitalar de Hematologia e Hemoterapia do Amazonas. Foram achados dados significativos relacionados ao histórico de perdas e lutos não elaborados, aspectos atuais da vida como condicionantes do processo de adoecimento, insuficiência psíquica elaborativa, a relação de assujeitamento e sofrimento no trabalho, característica de complacência psicossomática, abolição dos próprios desejos e vontade, numa espécie de alheamento do corpo a serviço das demandas externas. Há indicação de potencializadores do apagamento afetivo, comumente apresentados por pacientes somáticos frente ao drama da doença, do tratamento e hospitalização. Esse processo dramático, potencializado pelo medo da morte, foi nomeado como “vida nua”, conceito original de Agamben (2002), aqui entendido como a vida biológica em jogo com incremento da pulsão de morte e a ausência aparente da restrição afetiva, vivenciados pelos pacientes desta pesquisa acometidos por câncer.

The field work performed by young people, adults, leaders and the elders Macuxi who live in the community follow the guidance of qualitative approaches without deleting the quantitative aspects, under the techniques of forms containing open and closed questions, and interviews of the semi-structured type. Among the many aspects found it was clear the fact that the songs and the dances, Macuxi currently, by process of change. These changes are being accelerated with faster especially after the entry of evangelical religions in the community, added to new values passed on by the school and the relationship that the residents of Boca da Mata established with the urban centre, the capital of Boa Vista. We can say, by way of conclusion, that the songs and dances survive with great difficulty in the community Boca da Mata. To strengthen them was created a dance group that seeks to give continuity to the indigenous songs and dances / Este trabalho assume o propósito de perceber em que sentido ocorre a ressignificação dos cantos e danças indígena frente ao processo de transformação, ocorrido nos últimos tempos, remetendo para a reconfiguração de novas formas identitárias do povo Macuxi que mora na comunidade Boca da Mata, em Roraima. O trabalho de campo realizado junto aos jovens, adultos, lideranças e os anciões Macuxi que moram na comunidade seguem a orientação das abordagens qualitativas sem excluir os aspectos quantitativos, sob as técnicas de formulários contendo perguntas abertas e fechadas, e entrevistas do tipo semi-estruturado. Dentre os múltiplos aspectos constatados ficou claro o fato de que os cantos e as danças Macuxi passam, atualmente, por processo de mudanças. Estas mudanças estão sendo aceleradas com mais rapidez principalmente após a entrada de religiões evangélicas na comunidade, somados aos novos valores repassados pela escola e as relações que os moradores de Boca da Mata estabeleceram com o centro urbano, a capital de Boa Vista. Podemos dizer, à guisa de conclusão, que os cantos e danças sobrevivem com muita dificuldade na comunidade Boca da Mata. Para fortalecê-los foi criado um grupo de dança que busca dar continuidade aos cantos e danças indígenas.
