Komunitní péče versus sestry v primární pediatrické péči / Community care versus nurses in primary pediatric care

Paediatricians and nurses belong to primary health care providers in the in child care while nurses have been taking over a key role in the primary health care. Their position is becoming stronger under the conditions of growing demands in the current health system. This survey was carried out as a combination of quantity and quality research. A questionnaire and an interview for nurses and parents was worked out as a major tool of the research. The survey included 102 nurses in paediatricians' offices. 112 parents and five nurses were interviewed in the range of the research work. There were six objectives set for the thesis. The first objective was to find out whether nurses in primary paediatricians' offices use nursing procedures. The hypothesis set up for the first objective was as of the following: nurses in primary paediatricians office do not use nursing procedures. This was proven on the grounds of the answers received in the survey. The second objective was to find out whether nurses keep their own nursing books and records. The second hypothesis set up was worded as of the following: Nurses in primary paediatricians' offices do not keep their own nursing records. This hypothesis was proven as well. The third objective was to find out whether nurses from primary paediatricians' offices visit families as a part of their service to families. The hypothesis for the third objective was worded as of the following: Nurses from primary pediatricians' offices visit patiens in their homes. The hypotehsis was proven on the groundsof the survey. The fourth objective was to find out whether nurses in primary paediatricians' office observe children in familes with bad socio-economic backgrounds. The hypothesis was worded as of the following: nurses observe children in familes with bad socio-economic;backgrounds. This hypothesis was proven as a fact. The fifth objective was to find out whether nurses are informed about community care. The fifth hypothesis was worded as of the following: nurses in primary paediatricians' offices are not informed about community care. This hypothesis was not proven. The sixth and the seventh objectives were to find out what the range of awareness about community care in parents' minds exists and whether parents are satisfied with nursing care provided by paediatricians and nurses. The hypotheses were worded as of the following: parents are not aware of community care and they consider paediatricians' and nurses' care substantial. The sixth hypothesis abot the range of parents' awareness of commuinity care was not proven, while the seventh hypothesis about satisfaction of nursing care by paediatricians and nurses was proven. In the frame of quality reasearch and on the grounds of four research questions two hypothese were set up. The first one is worded as of the following: Paediatric nurses in primary paediatric care consider community care as necessary and inevitable to provide a thourough care in familes with bad socio-economic backgrounds. The second one is worded as of the following. Paediatric nurses consider cooperation with nurses in other fields of the system as necessary and that eduaction towards well-being is desperately needed. Nurses should be aware of their roles within the health care system. They are no longer just nurses providing care and doers of doctors' commands. They have to learn how to operate successfully in other roles such as: managers, researchers, legislative assistants, advisors, educators and etc.

Cette thèse propose une lecture historique du statut du musicien dans la cité – entendue comme une communauté politique organisée autour de la volonté du vivre-ensemble –, selon la conception qu’en avait les anciens Grecs. L’étude de la fonction sociale du musicien depuis la préhistoire a permis de dégager aujourd'hui un nouveau paradigme : celui de médiateur ou de médium, en prise avec un milieu éco-techno-symbolique qu’il contribue à transformer, en rendant visibles les êtres humains qui l’habitent et en particulier les personnes marginalisées, exclues de la société ou en situation de vulnérabilité. L’éclairage probant des neurosciences autour du phénomène musical vient renforcer cette idée que la musique, en tant que langage du corps, peut agir concrètement sur les individus, sans cependant réduire l’humain à des considérations purement neuronales qui expliqueraient la contemplation ou la création de l’œuvre d’art comme le prétend la neuroesthétique. / This doctoral thesis put forward an historical reading of the musician’s status in the city. The ancient Greeks had another approach of the city, known as a political community organised around the willingness of « the community life ». The study of the musician’s social status since prehistory has allowed nowadays to shed light on a new paradigm. The musician became a mediator or a medium in conjunction with an economical, technological and symbolic environment, he contributes to a transformation, which makes visible the human beings inside the environment, in particular those marginalised, banned from the society or in situation of vulnerability. The neurosciences highlight this matter by strengthening this phenomenon. Indeed, the music considered as a body language can genuinely operate on people without reducing the human beings to neuronal attentions which can explain the contemplation or the creation of the art work, as neuroesthetics claim.

[pt] Esta dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a experiência da atuação dos educadores voluntários no Pré-vestibular Comunitário Seja Mais (PVC Seja Mais) desenvolvido pela Pastoral Universitária Anchieta (PUA) da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). O Pré-Vestibular Comunitário Seja Mais possui o corpo discente oriundo das classes populares que almejam acesso ao ensino superior, funciona de forma gratuita e com o apoio de professores voluntários que são, em sua maioria estudantes da própria PUC-Rio. Por meio dos objetivos específicos, a pesquisa buscou investigar o significado que o Pré-vestibular Comunitário Seja Mais tem na formação dos educa-dores voluntários; identificar os fatores que motivam os voluntários fazer parte deste projeto, a partir das análises interpretativas das entrevistas feitas com os professores entre os anos 2016 e 2019. Em três eixos principais, a primeira parte traça um histórico da configuração e organização dos pré-vestibulares. Baseado em eixos interdisciplinares discorre sobre a problemática do acesso à educação superior no Brasil. A segunda parte descreve a importância das políticas de ações afirmativas. A terceira parte é dedicada à pesquisa de campo com ênfase nas entrevistas feitas com um grupo heterogêneo de professores voluntários das diversas áreas do saber. Os depoimentos coletados, a partir das entrevistas rea-lizadas com os professores, apresentam pontos relevantes: expectativas e experiências pessoal/profissional obtidas no Pré-vestibular Comunitário Seja Mais; a motivação pela permanência como professores; (re)configuração de cidadania; o incentivo ao trabalho voluntário. / [en] The present dissertation aims to analyze the experience of the volunteer educator s performance in the Seja Mais Community Pre-university Entrance Exam, developed by Pastoral Universitária Anchieta (PUA) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). The Seja Mais Community Pre-university Entrance Examination has a student body from the popular classes that crave access to higher education, it works free of charge and with the support of volunteer teachers who are mostly students from PUC-Rio itself. Through specific objectives, the research sought to investigate the meaning that the Seja Mais Community Pre-university Entrance exam has in the training of volunteer educators; to identify the factors that motivate the volunteers to be part of this project, from the interpretative analyzes of the interviews made with the teachers between the years of 2016 and 2019. The work was divided in three main axes, in the first chapter we trace a history about the configuration and organization of the entrance exams. Based on interdisciplinary axes, we will discuss the issue of access to higher education in Brazil. Second chapter is ded-icated to describing the importance of Affirmative Action policies. The third chapter is dedicated to field research with an emphasis on interviews with a heterogeneous group of volunteer teachers from different areas of knowledge. The testimonies collected from the interviews with teachers present some rele-vant points: personal/professional expectations and experiences obtained in the Seja Mais Community Pre-university Entrance Examination; the motivation to remain as teachers; reconfiguration of citizenship and encouraging voluntary work.

[pt] Esta pesquisa pretende analisar a experiência dos educadores voluntários no Pré-vestibular Comunitário Bonsucesso (PVCB), inaugurado, no final de 2016, por jovens agentes de pastorais da Paróquia Nossa Senhora de Bonsucesso, situada no bairro de Bonsucesso, no município do Rio de Janeiro. O Pré-vestibular Comunitário Bonsucesso acolhe alunos egressos, em sua maioria, de escolas pública e cujo recorte social é marcado pela baixa renda. Este trabalho objetiva, portanto, a partir das experiências desses educadores, analisar qual a influência do Pré-vestibular Comunitário Bonsucesso na formação profissional dos professores que desenvolvem a prática docente no contexto do trabalho voluntário. Nessa perspectiva, busca-se refletir sobre o papel desse curso de educação comunitária na formação profissional desses educadores que exercem a docência voluntária no espaço de educação não-formal. O trabalho foi estruturado sobre três eixos centrais: breve panorama dos pré-vestibulares comunitários; o Educador voluntariado e os pré-vestibulares comunitários; e a pesquisa de campo, na qual foi possível perceber a influência do Pré-vestibular comunitário Bonsucesso a partir da percepção dos educadores voluntários que nele atua, ao resgatarem experiências tanto individuais quanto coletivas. Essas experiências revelam o processo de troca no espaço comunitário e sinalizam como a prática docente voluntária ofertada pelo PVCB proporciona espaço potente para construção de saberes profissionais docentes. Por sua vez, revela como o voluntariado continua potencializando outras expressões, como a busca de experiência profissional, sendo terreno fértil para construção de saberes que fortaleçam os professores voluntários para o mundo do trabalho formal. Para obtenção dos resultados utilizou-se pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa que realizou 7 entrevistas com professores do PVCB. A fim de fundamentar teoricamente, recorreu-se, principalmente a Gohn (2013), Zago (2008), Tardif (2014), Santos (2006) e Nascimento (1999). Por fim, este estudo revelou-se de grande relevância, pois os achados da pesquisa desvelam novas configurações de voluntariado e apontam o trabalho do PVCB como espaço de formação de novos professores. / [en] This research intends to analyze the experience of volunteer educators in the Bonsucesso Community Pre-University Entrance Examination (PVCB), inaugurated, in late 2016, by young pastoral agents from the Nossa Senhora de Bonsucesso Parish, located in the Bonsucesso neighborhood, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The Bonsucesso Community Pre-university entrance exam welcomes students who are graduates, mostly from public schools and whose social profile is marked by low income. This work aims, therefore, from the experiences of these educators, to analyze the influence of the Bonsucesso Community Pre-university entrance exam in the professional training of teachers who develop teaching practice in the context of voluntary work. In this perspective, we seek to reflect on the role of this community education course in the professional training of these educators who exercise voluntary teaching in the space of non-formal education. The work was structured around three central axes: a brief overview of the community entrance exams; the volunteer educator and the community entrance exams; and field research, in which it was possible to perceive the influence of the Bonsucesso community college entrance exam from the perception of the volunteer educators who work there, when rescuing both individual and collective experiences. These experiences reveal the exchange process in the community space and signal how the voluntary teaching practice offered by PVCB provides a powerful space for the construction of professional teaching knowledge. In turn, it reveals how volunteering continues to enhance other expressions, such as the search for professional experience, being a fertile ground for building knowledge that strengthens volunteer teachers for the world of formal work. To obtain the results, a qualitative research was used, which conducted 7 interviews with PVCB professors. In order to substantiate theoretically, it was used, mainly Gohn (2013), Zago (2008), Tardif (2014), Santos (2006) and Nascimento (1999). Finally, this study proved to be of great relevance, since the research findings reveal new configurations of volunteering and point out the work of the PVCB as a space for training new teachers.

[pt] O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a trajetória das ex-alunas do Pré-Vestibular Comunitário São Luiz Rei de França (PVCSLR) a partir do momento em que ocorreu a formação dessas em um curso de nível superior, e de que forma o Pré-vestibular Comunitário contribuiu para que ocorresse, não somente o ingresso no espaço universitário, mas também mudanças efetivas na vida dessas mulheres. Partiu-se do pressuposto, de que o (PVCSLRF) foi de extrema importância para que houvesse uma real transformação na vida das ex-alunas, levando em consideração que todas elas são oriundas das favelas localizadas no bairro de Costa Barros (Morro da Pedreira, Morro do Lagartixa, Morro do Chapadão, dentre outros), que é uma localidade com alto índice de violência, pobreza e desigualdade social. O PVCSLRF também tem como base a Igreja Católica, sendo seus fundadores e Coordenadores todos membros ativos da Paróquia São Luiz Rei de França, situada em Costa Barros, bairro do subúrbio do Rio de janeiro, durante seu período de exercício, que ocorreu entre os anos de 2005 a 2010. Para alcançar o objetivo proposto por esse estudo - e com base na pesquisa de campo - optou-se como metodologia a utilização da pesquisa qualitativa. Para coleta de dados, optou-se pela aplicação de entrevista junto as ex-alunas, isto é, sete (7) mulheres que participaram das aulas do PVCSLRF, durante os anos em que o mesmo esteve ativo. Com base no momento em que estamos vivendo, devido à pandemia do novo Coronavírus, optamos fazer contato com as ex-alunas por meio de telefone e internet e realizar todas as entrevistas por chamada de vídeo. A partir disso, foram localizadas dez (10) ex-alunas, tendo retorno de sete (7), assim, prosseguimos com as entrevistas, coleta e análise de dados. Concomitante a análise dos dados, foi realizada também a revisão bibliográfica, assim pudemos chegar nos objetivos traçados no início dessa pesquisa. Ao final do estudo, percebeu-se pela da fala das entrevistadas, que o PVCSLRF foi de extrema importância na trajetória dessas mulheres, não apenas para o ingresso nas universidades, mas, também, durante a experiência no espaço universitário e também após sua formação de nível superior, todas falaram de maneira muito positiva sobre suas experiências nas aulas, o quanto o curso foi importante para a disseminação de informações, visto que no início dos anos 2000, não havia acesso à informação e à internet como há nos dias atuais. Concluiu-se também que ter um equipamento que possibilitou a inserção no ensino superior de uma população que vivia no cerne das desigualdades sociais foi um ponto extremamente positivo para a população local, visto que, naquele período, não se tinha muito incentivo para o ingresso da classe trabalhadora no espaço universitário e este era, de certa maneira, restrito a pessoas oriundas de classes privilegiadas, tornando um lugar de difícil acesso para os demais. / [en] The objective of this work is to analyze the trajectory of the ex-students of the São Luiz Rei de França Community Pre-University Entrance Examination (PVCSLR) from the moment that they formed in a higher education course, and in what way the Preuniversity entrance exam Communitarian contributed to the occurrence, not only of entering the university space, but also effective changes in the lives of these women. It was assumed that (PVCSLRF) was extremely important for there to be a real transformation in the lives of the former students, taking into account that they all come from the slums located in the neighborhood of Costa Barros (Morro da Pedreira, Morro do Lagartixa, Morro do Chapadão, among others), which is a location with a high rate of violence, poverty and social inequality. The PVCSLRF is also based on the Catholic Church, its founders and Coordinators being all active members of the Parish of São Luiz Rei de França, located in Costa Barros, a suburb of the suburb of Rio de Janeiro, during its period of exercise, which occurred between the years from 2005 to 2010. In order to achieve the objective proposed by this study - and based on the field research - the use of qualitative research was chosen as a methodology. For data collection, it was decided to apply an interview with the former students, that is, seven (7) women who participated in the PVCSLRF classes, during the years in which it was active. Based on the moment we are living in, due to the pandemic of the new Coronavirus, we chose to make contact with the alumni through telephone and internet and carry out all interviews by video call. From that, ten (10) former students were located, with a return of seven (7), so we proceeded with the interviews, data collection and analysis. Concomitant with the analysis of the data, a bibliographic review was also carried out, so that we could reach the objectives outlined at the beginning of this research. At the end of the study, it was clear from the interviewees speech that the PVCSLRF was extremely important in the trajectory of these women, not only for entering universities, but also during their experience in the university space and also after their formation. university level, all spoke in a very positive way about their experiences in class, how important the course was for the dissemination of information, since in the early 2000s, there was no access to information and the internet as there is today. [pt] Este trabalho se insere no campo de estudos sobre cursos pré-vestibulares populares. O objetivo é apresentar a constituição da história do Curso Pré-Vestibular PreparaNEM, a partir das perspectivas de participantes da primeira turma que ocorreu em 2015. Optou-se por uma metodologia qualitativa, em que foi realizado levantamento do referencial teórico e para a coleta de dados e informações, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com nove pessoas, dentre ex alunas, professoras, colaboradoras e a idealizadora do projeto. Foram consideradas duas principais categorias de análise: a categoria cursos pré vestibulares populares, entendida a partir da perspectiva dos autores Nascimento (2012) e Santos (2006) de que a atuação dos pré vestibulares populares possuem um lugar de movimento social, pois compreendem que para estes educandos não trata-se apenas de estudar para as provas de vestibular e sim do desenvolvimento da consciência das múltiplas desigualdades que permeiam a inserção de determinados sujeitos nas universidades; e a categoria Políticas de Ação Afirmativa, entendida na perspectiva de Gomes (2011) como políticas sociais de reconhecimento que atuam como medidas compensatórias destinadas a promover o princípio constitucional da igualdade em prol das populações em situação desigual. Os resultados deste estudo revelaram que o PreparaNEM destaca-se por ser um pré vestibular voltado para pessoas travestis e transexuais e possui características singulares, não apresentando coordenação estabelecida de forma hierárquica, priorizando o protagonismo das pessoas travestis e transexuais e não havendo sede fixa, desta forma as aulas transitam por espaços cedidos por outras organizações parceiras. Considera-se que a educação proposta pelo PreparaNEM contribui para o desenvolvimento da reflexão sobre educação e socialização das pessoas travestis e transexuais, o desenvolvimento da autonomia das educandas, a capacidade de resistência à expressa transfobia existente na sociedade e em particular nos espaços escolares e a construção de organização do grupo enquanto rede de afeto e solidariedade. Esses aspectos possibilitam caracterizar a iniciativa enquanto pioneira no segmento dos cursos pré-vestibulares populares, revelando que a importância dessa experiência perpassa a noção de cidadania, uma vez que a inserção de travestis e transexuais em universidades brasileiras as torna ‘personalidades emblemáticas’ e agentes ativas na construção de suas narrativas de vida. / [en] This work, situated within the field of studies on popular pre-university pre-paratory courses, aims to present the trajectory of Curso Pré-Vestibular Prepara-NEM from the perspectives of participants of its first group, whose classes were held in 2015. The study was developed using a qualitative methodology, with a bibliographic review for building its theoretical foundation. Data and information were collected in semi-structured interviews with nine people, including former students, teachers, collaborators and the conceiver of the enterprise. Two main analytical categories were considered: pre-university preparatory courses, in ac-cordance to Nascimento s (2012) and Santos (2006) perspective stating that such courses act as a place of social movement, since that for their students it is not only about studying to pass on admission tests, but also about developing awareness about multiple inequalities that permeate the inclusion of specific subjects on uni-versities; and Affirmative Action Policies, seen as stated by Gomes (2011) as social politics of recognition that act as compensatory measures aiming at promo-ting the constitutional principle of equality favoring populations that face unequal situations. The results of this study showed that PreparaNEM stands out as a prepa-ratory course conceived for travestis and other trans people, with unique features: it is not hierarchically organized, it prioritizes the protagonism of trans people and, since the course does have its own physical space, its classes take place in spaces provided by partner organizations. We consider that the education envisioned by PreparaNEM contributes to developing reflections on education and socialization of travestis and other trans people, to developing the students autonomy and capa-bility to resist against the manifest transphobia that is evident in the society and specially in school environments, and to the construction of the group s organiza-tion as a network for affection and solidarity. Those aspects allow us to characterize this project as a pioneer one within popular pre-university preparatory courses, re-vealing that the importance of this experience is intersected with the notion of citi-zenship, since the inclusion of travestis and other trans people in universities make them emblematic personalities and active agents in the construction of the narra-tives of their lives.

自台灣地區演藝行業隨著經濟發展起飛,工商業繁榮與人民生活品質的提升帶起了電視廣告、唱片、電影、偶像劇的盛行,而媒體的推波助瀾更吸引大量的年輕人投入演藝行業的意願和行動,促進了演藝人才媒合產業的發展。然而演藝工作是一項傳統行業,其運作模式自第二次世界大戰結束迄今五十年未變,潛在演出人和需求單位間媒合的不效率,使得尋找演出人的時間成本增加,加上因此所衍伸而出層出不窮的社會問題,讓演藝娛樂產業業者與相關單位都亟需擁有更加安全、效率的方式來滿足各自的需求。 台灣地區以模特兒經紀服務為名目,卻並不是真的有提供演員試鏡機會資訊,卻要求有心進入演藝行業的年輕人進行自費拍照或自費接受模特兒教育課程,此類俗稱詐騙型的藝人經紀公司林立,根據經濟部資料顯示超過三千兩百餘家,估計每年以此類似掛羊頭賣狗肉行為進行營利行為的產值,超過新台幣百億元,加上正派經營型態的模特兒(藝人)經紀公司在廣告拍攝、戲劇、唱片發行、版權授權與活動舉辦等文化外銷產業中獲得的產值,每年更超過新台幣千億元。近年來隨著政府致力推廣「台灣軟實力」,其發展後勢亦被看好。 在經紀公司當中大量比例以演藝經紀為名,本身卻並非從事以媒介通告工作,僅以演藝名目從中賺取不當收益者,並從事騙財騙色的詐騙種種行為,又使得這個行業更加蒙罩上一層負面陰影。 隨著網路的普及,演出人尋求通告機會的管道趨於多元化,Terpstra(1996)提出網際網路線上服務是最新的管道,也是最有發展潛力的招募方式,透過網路的「連結性」與「可達性」(謝清佳,民89),將「媒體」以及「仲介」的角色結合,使網路成為一個服務平台,串聯多個虛擬社群與市場,並支援各種不同型態的傳播溝通服務(Huston,2000)為傳統演藝界人才媒介市場帶來新的契機。 網際網路平台向以訊息自由為特質,本研究以網際網路為之於演藝人才產業媒介之應用為題,嘗試找出一條創新模式,使得演藝行業也能最大程度地實現公平效率和安全,讓有明星夢的年輕人能放心地嘗試夢想,也讓演藝行業中的演出人才配置更有效率。

So the communication's work is lined to feed the imaginary of its customers by a philosofy of life and a peculiar way of living. The brands argumentation is guided in a manner that their custumers belongs to a "tribe" and this speech is similar every part of the globe. The case chosen to be studied was Harley-Davidson once its a brand that includes all these elements. The methodological procedures to for this thesis were literature research and documental that contributed to form the theoretical and informative knowleadge. Furthermore a fiedl research diveded in: participant observation with the customers in Sorocaba; HOG's participants, wich is the exclusive's Harley Davidson motorcycle club, semi-structure interviews with Sorocaba's HOG members, Sorocaba's dealership and the company's employees. Through this work it was noticed that the marketing communication and its actions come to the aspirations, sensations and desires of the customers and how they identify themselves with the brand and the way of life provided by it. The Harley-Davidson customers are great enthusiasts about the brand and its life filosophy. / Este estudo busca entender como um processo de comunicação mercadológica pode vincular na mente de seus consumidores elementos simbólicos sobre estilo de vida e pertencimento a uma comunidade da marca alimentando o imaginário de seus consumidores por meio de uma filosofia de vida e forma de viver muito particular. A argumentação da marca é regida em relação ao pertencimento de seus consumidores a uma "tribo", e o seu discurso aparenta ser semelhante em todos os cantos do mundo. O caso escolhido para estudo foi a Harley Davidson, pois é uma marca que integra todos esses elementos. Os procedimentos metodológicos escolhidos para esta dissertação foram pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, que contribuíram para a formação do conhecimento teórico e informacional. Além disso, uma pesquisa de campo subdividida em: observação participante com os consumidores da cidade de Sorocaba; participantes do HOG, que é o moto clube exclusivo da marca, coleta de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os membros do HOG de Sorocaba, concessionário Sorocaba e funcionários da empresa no Brasil. Por meio desse trabalho percebeu-se que a comunicação mercadológica e suas ações vêm ao encontro das aspirações, sensações e desejos dos consumidores e como eles se identificam com a marca e com o estilo de vida proporcionado por ela. Os consumidores Harley Davidson são grandes entusiastas da marca e da sua filosofia de vida.

Transformace sociální služby týdenní stacionář / The transformation of social service the weekly care centre

The point of my thesis is to describe the process of transformation social services of an Day and Week Care Center Jihlava. The data for practical part this work I has been gathering since spring 2013 till the day I finish my work. As respondents was selected from 28 users of Week care center. That is the maximum limit of this local service. In the theoretical part of my thesis I focuse on process of the deinstitutionalization and transformation defining social services (Week care-center and Safe Housing) and try to depict past and present situation specificaly in Czech republic and European Union. In the practical part of my thesis I describe process of transformation of social services Week care center provided by Day and Week Care Center in Jihlava. The basic method used in my research is structured interview recorded in questionnaire form called "Judging measure of a Service for Safe Housing". At last but not at least I analyze documents directly linked to process of transformation of selected service. The research of my thesis answered both quetions. First of all is "Are the users of a Day and Week Care Center prepared to procceed to comunity service of Safe Housing ?" and is solved by evaluation of necessary measure of support for users. The answer on researching question is that 4 users from 28 are able to procceed to comunity service of Safe Housing. For the answer on the second question "Is it possible to create comunity service in Jihlava in next 5 years ?" I try to find an answer throughout whole process of transformation project. I come up with a conclusion to answer that creation of comunity services is possible. Results of my thesis can be used for selected organization as the summary of selected process of transformation. Also results can be used as the source of information even for more social services providers and for public they are interested in.
