Nesta dissertação estudamos uma versão do Teorema de Trotter-Kato que estabelece uma equivalência entre a continuidade, relativamente a um parâmetro, de operadores resolvente e a continuidade dos semigrupos lineares associados. Os operadores ilimitados envolvidos (geradores de semigrupos analíticos) estão definidos em espaços que variam com o parâmetro e isto nos leva a ter que comparar elementos de espaços de Banach diferentes. Este resultado é aplicado a um problema de Neumann em um domínio fino com fronteira altamente oscilante e que se degenera a um intervalo quando o parâmetro varia. Nesta aplicação, utilizamos o método das múltiplas escalas (comum em teoria de homogeneização) para obter formalmente o problema limite (veja [17]) e, em seguida, provamos a convergência compacta dos operadores resolventes utilizando as funções teste oscilantes de Tartar [15], [16] (veja também Cioranescu e Saint Jean Paulin [12]), obtidas através de um problema auxiliar, juntamente com operadores de extensão / In this work we study a version of Trotter-Katos Theorem that establishes an equivalence between the continuity, with respect to a parameter, of the resolvent operators and the continuity of the associated linear semigroups. The unbounded operators involved (generators of analytic semigroups) are defined spaces that vary with the parameter leading us to introduce methods to compare vectors in different Banach spaces. We apply this theorem to an elliptic boundary value problem with Neumann boundary condition in a highly oscillating thin domain that degenerates to a line segment as the parameter varies. In this application we use the multiple scale method (frequently used in the homogenization theory) to obtain, formally, the limiting problem (see [17]) and, in the sequel, we prove the compact convergence of resolvent operators using the oscillating test functions of Tartar [15] (see also [16] and Cioranescu and Saint Jean Paulin [12]) defined with the aid of an auxiliary problem as well as extension operators

Partiu-se do olhar sobre a incorporação dos dispositivos na produção artística e o crescente desenvolvimento destes. As questões que dirigiram o estudo foram as seguintes: qual é a situação em que se encontram as produções realizadas “em” e “para” telefones celulares? O que poderá surgir de diferente dentro de uma possível quantidade de propostas massificadas pela disseminação destes? We focused in artistic modality called Mobile Art, so treated by the use of mobile devices 'in' and 'to' this mode of production. The study period was from 2001 to 2010. It started from the look on the incorporation of devices in artistic production and the increasing development of these. The questions that drove the study were the following: what is the situation in which the productions are performed on and to cell phones? What may appear different in a number of possible proposals for the dissemination of these overcrowded? Our first hypothesis was that the production of poetic proposals with mobile devices, especially cell phones, will soon be a predominant mode with communication features contemporary, given the issue of media convergence. The second that the realization of the mapping, in the direction of the analysis of the set, and the classification of these proposals developed could allow reflection and organization towards a mapping focused on the use of mobile phones, the availability of the database would help in future research on the subject.

Para Nuñez, (2007) o storytelling é atualmente a principal ferramenta de comunicação, a única capaz de atrair nossa atenção em meio a tantas mensagens dispersas. A narrativa também pode aparecer na web como uma forma de seduzir e fidelizar um público. Blogs diários são como um storytelling, em que blogueiros relatam suas experiências de vida. Blogs informativos também recorrem à narrativa, que aparece junto a notícias como um discurso atraente. E o que dizer quando a narrativa aparece em um blog de um programa de TV? Seria uma espécie de propaganda? Este trabalho de pesquisa consiste em um estudo de caso sobre o blog Me leva Brasil, de Maurício Kubrusly. Através da observação e interpretação do corpus, pretende-se demonstrar como a narrativa do blog Me leva Brasil configuram um tipo de storytelling que promove na Internet produtos e conteúdos midiáticos da TV, bem como a participação do telespectador. Nesse percurso, são utilizados estudos sobre storytelling e blogs, bem como sobre o Advertainment / According to Salmon (2007,2008) storytelling is a kind of speech that uses narrative to emotionally persuade and engage people in politics, business and advertising and marketing. For Nuñez, (2007) storytelling is currently the most important communication tool, and the only able to grab our attention among so many scattered messages. Narrative may also appear on the web as a way to lure and retain an audience. Daily blogs are like storytelling, in which bloggers describe life experiences. Informative blogs also make use of narrative, which appears along with news as an appealing speech. And what about when narrative appears in a TV show blog? Would it be a kind of advertisement? This research consists of a case study of the blog Me leva Brasil, by Maurício Kubrusly. Through observation and interpretation of the corpus, it is intended to demonstrate how the narrative the blog Me Leva Brasil resembles a kind of storytelling that promotes products and TV media content on the Internet, as well as viewer participation. Mas, em 2007, o Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão Digital Terrestre (SBTVD) entrou em operação e novas possibilidades surgiram para o telejornalismo, com destaque para a interatividade, que a partir de então poderia ocorrer diretamente pela TV. Assim, o propósito desse trabalho é verificar se a produção de conteúdos de interatividade para televisão digital altera a rotina de trabalho dos profissionais de uma redação de telejornal. Sobre os métodos, esse estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, que recorreu a autores que estudam o telejornalismo, a convergência midiática e a televisão digital, e aplicada, pois foi criado um aplicativo interativo para o telejornal Unesp Notícias, da Televisão Universitária Unesp, e uma plataforma de postagem de conteúdo para abastecer o aplicativo, programado em Ginga. Depois que o app e a plataforma foram inseridos no Unesp Notícias, foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade com alguns dos jornalistas da redação. Dessa forma, foi possível verificar que o aplicativo interativo alterou a rotina de trabalho de todos os profissionais do departamento de jornalismo do Unesp Notícias. A nova demanda de trabalho gerada foi distribuída entre os profissionais das três áreas da redação: produção, reportagem e edição. Além das funções pertinentes a cada um dos jornalistas, somam-se agora as atividades ligadas ao app. Não houve a criação de novos cargos ou novas contratações / Abstract: Placed in the context of digitalization and media convergence, the principle the telejournalism extended its content to the web, mainly through sites, since the TV is not yet showinga converged platform. But in 2007, the Brazilian Digital Terrestrial Television (SBTVD) came into operation and new possibilities have emerged to television journalism, with emphasis on interactivity, which thereafter could directly through the TV. Thus, the purpose of this work is to verify that the production of content for interactive digital television changes the routine work of a professional writing newscast. On methods, this study deals with a literature that authors resorted to studying televison journalism, media convergence and digital television, and it is applied because an interactive application was created for television news Unesp Notícias, of the University TV UNESP and a platform to post content to supply the application, programmed in Ginga. Once the app and the platform were inserted into Unesp Notícias, in depth interviews conducted with some of the journalistis writing. Thus, it was possible to verify that the interactive application changed the routine work of all professionals in the journalism department of Unesp Notícias. The new labor demand generated was distributed among the three areas of professional writting: production, reporting and editing. In addition to each of the relevant functions of journalists, now add up activities related to the app. There was no creation of new positions or new hires / Mestre

Essa combinação instaura um novo paradigma no âmbito da narrativa audiovisual adentrando o espaço híbrido da percepção, no que diz respeito tanto às fronteiras entre virtual e atual, quando entre real e ficcional, fenômeno a que chamamos aqui de media assemblage. Analisaremos as estratégias de sentido utilizadas dentro e fora do suporte cinematográfico, a fim de estabelecer relações entre a dialógica implícita no uso das tecnologias aplicadas ao processo de potencialização sensória e os efeitos de densidade conseguidos por meio da construção do universo narrativo multiplataformas, tendo como base as ideias de transdução e sinequismo desenvolvidas por Charles Sanders Peirce / Abstract: The Avatar movie directed by James Cameron (2009d) launched technological innovations able to generate never seen before visual and sensorial effects in movie industry and promote, through the strategies of world-building and sprinkling of transmedia content, immersive effects similar to those proposed by the embodied images that emerge from the screen during its displaying characterizing itself by the use of expanded realities. This combination establishes a new paradigm in the context of audiovisual narrative entering the hybrid space of perception, both with regard to the borders between virtual and actual as the real and fictional, a phenomenon that we called here by media assemblage. Este trabalho tem por objetivo testar a hipótese da convergência de renda entre os estados e municípios brasileiros entre os anos de 1999 e 2013. Para avaliar os dados é empregado instrumental exposto em Tirado et al. (2015), no qual encontra-se análises de modalidade, mobilidade e agrupamento espacial. Os resultados apontam para a persistência das diferenças regionais tanto entre os estados, quanto entre os municípios, consequentemente não estaria ocorrendo um movimento de convergência. Foi constatado uma elevação da mobilidade de classes de renda entre 1999 e 2002, porém tal acréscimo não se manteve nos anos seguintes. Em relação ao agrupamento espacial, este mostrou-se relevante apenas para os estados. / This work aims to test the income convergence hypothesis among Brazilian states and counties from 1999 to 2013. For assessing the data was used the instrumental presented in Tirado et al. (2015), in which finds modality, mobility and spatial clustering analysis. The results indicate for persistence in regional differences among states as well as among counties, thereafter it would not be occurring a convergence movement. It was found a mobility elevation among income classes from 1999 to 2002, however this increase did not mantain to the following years. Concerning to spatial clustering, this was relevant only for the states.

Diante do complexo cenário tecnológico das diversas e distintas soluções de convergência fixomóvel, o profissional de planejamento destas companhias se depara com a inexistência de critérios comuns que permitam uma comparação qualitativa das diferentes alternativas de convergência fixo-móvel. É desejado que o processo decisório sobre os projetos de tecnologia considere aspectos qualitativos que possam ser mensurados quantitativamente. Percebe-se nestas empresas uma carência de ferramental que possibilite este tipo de análise. Com este intuito, desenvolveu-se a metodologia apresentada neste trabalho, denominada de “Avaliação Qualitativa para Apoio à Decisão em Projetos de Convergência Fixo-Móvel”. No método proposto as alternativas são avaliadas segundo critérios de qualidade do produto tecnológico, definidos na norma ISO/IEC 9126, cujos pesos relativos foram definidos por um grupo heterogêneo de avaliadores com diferentes experiências em ambiente de telecomunicações. A estruturação do problema a ser resolvido e classificação das alternativas é realizada através do método AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), desenvolvido por Saaty. A comparação paritária de critérios e alternativas propiciada por este método permite a quantificação de aspectos subjetivos, tornando possível a classificação das alternativas sob a ótica da qualidade, permitindo a seleção da solução mais adequada dentre as disponíveis para o problema. Com intuito de comprovar a eficácia da metodologia proposta realizou-se a aplicação da mesma para uma classificação de alternativas de convergência fixo-móvel. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / Inside of the turbulent environment of the telecommunications operators, the fixed-mobile convergence can represent a viable alternative to keep revenue and profit of the telecommunications operators, due to inevitable migration of the fixed telephony for the mobile telephony. Under this complex technological scene of the diverse and distinct solutions of fixed-mobile convergence, the planner of this company finds the inexistence of common criteria that allow to a qualitative comparison of the different alternatives of fixed-mobile convergence. It is desired that the decision process on the technology projects considers qualitative aspects that can be measured quantitatively. A lack tools is perceived in these companies that makes possible this type of analysis. With this intention, it was developed the methodology presented in this work, called "Qualitative Evaluation for Decision Support in Fixed-Mobile Convergence Projects". In the proposed method the alternatives are evaluated according to criteria of technological product quality, defined in norm ISO/IEC 9126, whose relative weights had been defined by a heterogeneous group of appraisers with different experiences in the telecommunications environment. The analysis of the problem to be solved and classification of the alternatives is executed by a methodology called AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), developed by Saaty. The pair comparison of criteria and alternatives propitiated by this method allows the quantification of subjective aspects, becoming possible the classification of the alternatives under the quality optics, allowing the election of the best solution among the available ones to solve the problem. With intention to prove the effectiveness of the proposed methodology it was applied for a classification of alternatives fixed-mobile convergence.
