La Escuela Superior de Artes Escénica, responde a la necesidad de una infraestructura para el desarrollo de los de los futuros artistas. Son tres las especialidades que conforman la facultad: Música, Teatro y Danza. Cada una requiere diferentes instalaciones especiales para su desarrollo. El patrimonio cultural del Perú es rico y diverso. Está constituido por las fiestas, danzas, celebraciones rituales, lenguas y conocimientos tradicionales. Prueba de ello es la riqueza cultural existente en el departamento de Junín, que se encuentra en el tercer lugar de los departamentos con mayor número de Expresiones Inmateriales de Cultura del Perú. Este departamento es una de las regiones más fértiles en este tipo de manifestaciones. Según la declaratoria de Expresiones del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, 17 manifestaciones culturales autóctonas de esta región han sido declaradas Patrimonio de la Nación. Una de ellas, la Huaconada de Mito, se encuentra dentro de la categoría de Patrimonio de la Humanidad reconocida por la UNESCO. Habiendo asimilado la riqueza y diversidad cultural presente en Junín, se hace necesario analizar las condiciones culturales en esta región, en términos de infraestructura para su preservación, valoración y difusión. Según cifras del Ministerio de Cultura, Junín cuenta con 2 centro culturales. Estos presentan serias deficiencias como no darse abasto para la cantidad de visitantes que registran y no promover actividades culturales correspondientes a un Centro Cultural. Por las razones presentadas, se hace viable el desarrollo de un Centro Cultural en Junín, que se plantea como un espacio de difusión, interacción y comunicación de la riqueza cultural de la zona para la comunidad, así como para los visitantes locales, regionales, nacionales e internacionales. Su objetivo es la puesta en valor de una importante herencia cultural, reconocida nacional como internacionalmente. / Peru's cultural heritage is rich and diverse. Este proyecto consiste en el diseño de una Escuela y Centro de difusión de danzas folklóricas ubicada en Villa el Salvador, enfocada directamente a la población de Lima Sur. La ubicación del proyecto responde a las necesidades del distrito el cual desempeña ampliamente las danzas folklóricas como medio de actividad comunitario, actualmente se carece de una infaestructura adecuada para la enseñanza de dicha actividad, las escuelas de folklore del país son infraestructuras adaptadas y no propiamente diseñadas para dicha actividad. Se busca un diseño arquitectónico que permita articular espacios con el contexto urbano y la interacción de la escuela con la comunidad mediante los espacios públicos. Se rechaza la idea de monumentalidad sino de integridad, la idea no es diseñar un elemento ajeno al entorno sino se busca la integración y participación de la comunidad siendo la danza folklórica, icono de la cultura, un medio unificador de este. / This project consists in the design of a school and center for the diffusion of folk dances located in Villa El Salvador, focused directly on the population of South Lima. La presente tesis trata del desarrollo de un Museo Regional para la ciudad de Ica, el cual pretende introducir los nuevos conceptos de museología como medio de difusión, exhibición, conservación e investigación del patrimonio natural y cultural de la zona. A través de este documento se pretende estudiar y analizar los principales temas relevantes para un proyecto de esta índole. En primera instancia se estudia el lugar, el terreno y la zona en donde estará situado el proyecto, su evolución y la importancia la ubicación del proyecto el tal lugar para así poder tomarlo como punto de partida tanto de concepto como de ubicación del programa. Luego se estudiaran los aspectos de la « nueva » Museología  a incorporar en el proyecto. Asimismo, se hace un estudio del usuario, ya que este, junto a las exposiciones son la razón de su creación. Se analizaran también proyectos referenciales y materiales, que son importantes al momento de proyectar para así comparar e innovar con el proyecto propio. Finalmente, tomando en cuenta todos los aspectos previamente identificados, junto a las normas y reglamentos establecidos, se podrá plantear un programa arquitectónico acorde con el uso y lo que desea transmitir, y paso seguido dar inicio al proceso de diseño para el proyecto. / This thesis deals with the development of a Regional Museum for the city of Ica, which aims to introduce new concepts of museology as a means of dissemination, exhibition, conservation and research of the natural and cultural heritage of the area. La esencia del trabajo consta de estudios y análisis de la cultura y la educación propia de la ciudad de Ica, para un desarrollo integral que fortalezca aquello que se va perdiendo, usando métodos que vinculen a la sociedad y su identidad. Al investigar más acerca de las necesidades y problemáticas de la ciudad, sale a flote la gran demanda de visitantes nacionales, residentes y extranjeros a sectores cuyas características están ligadas a la falta de infraestructura cultural. Seguidamente el número excesivo de estudiantes en instituciones pedagógicas en relación a la cantidad de colegios, universidades, institutos, etc. Esta información se va ver reflejado en la propuesta multianual de inversiones del Ministerio de Cultura, que propone el desarrollo de un Centro cultural en Ica, vinculado a solucionar las 2 problemáticas con mayor demanda. Por este motivo se propone dicha tipología que aborde un programa consecuente a la falta de ambientes que tienen las instituciones cercanas al proyecto, al igual que la factibilidad para vincular una ruta cultural, que ofrece salas de exposición pertenecientes a restos arqueológicos de Paracas, donde actualmente se exponen en edificaciones no adecuadas para su conservación. Bajo estas circunstancias es como se desarrollará el proyecto cumpliendo un rol que vincule los lazos de la identidad Iqueña, como también ser pionero al marcar pautas acerca del correcto emplazamiento, sistemas de asoleamiento, materialidad a través del mimesis con el entorno, etc. Siendo un punto de partida para hacer arquitectura pensada para el lugar. / The essence of the work consists of studies and analysis of the culture and education of the city of Ica, for an integral development that strengthens what is being lost, using methods that link society and its identity. El proyecto de tesis que se propone es biblioteca pública, este equipamiento ha ido evolucionando a lo largo de los años, ya que hoy en día su función no solo es almacenar libros. En la actualidad se le considera como una “Institución Social” esta evolución se nota en la arquitectura debido al cumplimiento de un rol multifuncional: Educativo, Cultural y Social. Así mismo este debe de integrase de manera armoniosa en el entorno urbano ya que la tipología funciona siendo un activador social y reanimador urbano. La biblioteca pública en San Juan de Lurigancho, reúne estos nuevos conceptos para satisfacer las necesidades a largo alcance y diversificar las actividades en su interior, a su vez, en conexión con el entorno que lo rodea. El partido arquitectónico del proyecto, nace del análisis del lugar donde se emplaza, principalmente desde los criterios de topográficos, accesibilidad, contexto y el emplazamiento del entorno. Se propone integrar los espacios públicos del entorno con los interiores del proyecto para generar una conexión directa con la población, mediante el énfasis arquitectónico de limites difusos en la arquitectura, por medio de los componentes de transparencia, homogeneidad y flexibilidad. En cuanto a la parte funcional, el programa se organiza siguiendo un criterio de transición de lo público a lo privado, respetando siempre las circulaciones diferenciadas del público y servicio. El proyecto del “Museo del Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Fiesta Cusqueña” busca desarrollar un tema poco usual dentro de la tipología de museos, tomando como objeto de colección al patrimonio inmaterial, que es rico en la ciudad del Cusco. Se emplaza en un terreno próximo al área histórica de la ciudad cuyo entorno esta edificado por arquitectura contemporánea de baja calidad; al cual este proyecto pretende, mediante su imposición, regenerar este importante sector de la ciudad; así como, a través del diseño, recomponer parte de la trama urbana perdida. Por otra parte, la accesibilidad al futuro Museo es muy buena debido a su cercanía al centro histórico y a diversos usos culturales importantes de la ciudad, entre ellos la universidad nacional, dos colegios emblemáticos y varios institutos privados. La propuesta tiene por cometido reforzar la identidad local a través de la conservación del patrimonio inmaterial, reto de diseño que se cumple materializando lo inmaterial, cobijando lo inmaterial, o mejor dicho, considerando que la inmaterialidad del espacio arquitectónico pueda ser correspondiente a la producción cultural inmaterial. El Proyecto desarrollado busca aplicar la Arquitectura como respuesta a la necesidad de la población de Villa el Salvador de manifestar su cultura mediante la Danza, permitiendo que puedan transmitir su historia, valores y costumbres. Dar posibilidad de que tengan sitios especialmente diseñados para tal fin, aspecto que ahora adolecen en dicho distrito. Villa el Salvador es un Distrito que alberga movimientos artísticos de jóvenes que se manifiestan a través de sus danzas y que la mayoría de los casos no tienen ninguna formación profesional. Se busca que puedan tener sostenibilidad en el tiempo. En el proyecto se han conjugado los espacios internos y externos, teniendo como objetivo que no sea un espacio cerrado, sino que pueda ser observado desde el interior y exterior por las personas, buscando una mayor participación e integración. La Arquitectura juega un papel muy importante ya que permite trabajar la relación entorno y ciudad, dándole a los ciudadanos la posibilidad de que puedan tener acceso a los espacios en que se desenvuelven. Este Proyecto también tiene un enfoque social, debido a que el hecho de que se pueda tener un sitio como el planteado mantendrá un interés alto en el arte y cultura de los jóvenes del distrito, neutralizando la alta delincuencia que actualmente se viene presentado, debido, a que se mantendrían ocupados, aprovechando que Villa el Salvador es uno de los distritos reconocidos por el gran interés en el arte a través de la Danza. / The developed project seeks to apply architecture in response to the need of the population of Villa el Salvador, to express their culture through dance, allowing them to transmit their history, values and customs. El proyecto consiste en el diseño del Centro de difusión, enseñanza e investigación de la danza y música Folklórica de la región Junín, donde tiene como misión la formación de manera integral a jóvenes con educación secundaria concluida, fomentando la difusión e investigación de la cultura donde se impartirán talleres de extensión de danza y música. Tiene como objetivo principal generar un epicentro que fomente la actividad cultural-artística y que contribuya a fortalecer la identidad. La percepción diaria en cuanto al estado en el que se encuentra nuestra sociedad, motiva un interés personal por otorgar a esta zona en particular de la ciudad, un conjunto arquitectónico que implemente no solo el desarrollo social, sino también urbanístico de la zona. En la actualidad los diversos centros de cultura, están sectorizados por ascendencias étnicas, culturales o sociales, en donde solo se vive una sola cultura, no se comparte hacia las demás personas ni es accesible para quienes quieren tener un lugar a donde acudir e informarse. El proyecto genera un nuevo escenario que, junto a los demás focos culturales a su alrededor, se convierte en un espacio transparente, accesible de encuentro que regenera y potencia la interacción cultural, no solamente de su entorno inmediato, sino de todos sus ciudadanos.
