El museo es un equipamiento de difusión cultural, el cual ayuda al desarrollo de la zona donde se ubica, debido al impacto cultural, social, y arquitectónico que genera. Al plantear esta tipología la ciudad tendrá un hito donde se preservará la cultura y costumbres de la zona. En este caso, el tipo de museo que se propone es uno de carácter regional dedicado a la Arqueología y Antropología. De este modo, se pondrá en exposición el estilo de vida y cosmovisión de las culturas prehispánicas que habitaron toda la zona del norte chico, así mismo: la cerámica, restos humanos y el tipo de arquitectura; que son testimonio de lo antes mencionado. La expansión de la cuidad sin un plan de desarrollo adecuado afecta estas zonas arqueológicas. Además, la poca información con la que cuenta la población, falta de difusión y puesta en valor, hacen que las zonas arqueológicas sean invadidas, saqueadas, y destruidas. En otros casos son usadas como zonas de cultivo o han sido dinamitadas y destruidas para próximas construcciones; como ejemplo tenemos el caso de Vichama que hasta hace unos años estaba cubierta de basura, sin embargo, se logró recuperarla y está en proceso de restauración. Por todo lo antes mencionado se plantea la creación de un museo para esta zona, se tomará en cuenta proyectos referenciales para el estudio del funcionamiento de la tipología mencionada. También, se obtendrá la información sobre el significado y aplicación del énfasis en la arquitectura cumpliendo con la normativa nacional e internacional. / The museum is an equipment of cultural diffusion, which helps the development of the area where it is located, due to the cultural, social and architectural impact it generates. La presente tesis “Museo de la Inmigración en Lima” habla sobre la inmigración masiva ocurrida en la década de los 40s en la ciudad. Cultura limeña y provinciana encontradas cuando muchos peruanos provenientes de distintas partes tuvieron que migrar a la capital, dejando sus tierras atrás. El museo tiene como principal motivación revalidar el esfuerzo, el aporte cultural, y el papel significativo que tuvieron los inmigrantes andinos en la formación de la ciudad de Lima. La propuesta arquitectónica inserta al proyecto en una zona histórica para la inmigración de la época, rodeado de hitos actualmente importantes en la ciudad. Siendo el primer museo en tratar sobre la inmigración andina en el Perú, se pretende explicar el fenómeno migratorio y a su vez albergar registros históricos, para de esta manera recuperar parte de la historia de la ciudad, para esta generación y las generaciones futuras. Teniendo como finalidad crear una identificación y conocimiento sobre la multiculturalidad que convive en Lima. El siguiente trabajo de investigación presenta un previo análisis al proyecto de tesis para obtener el título de bachiller en arquitectura. Se presentará a continuación un estudio que sustenta primeramente la tipología arquitectónica siendo este un centro cultural de nivel distrital que hace referencia a la cultura peruana, en segundo lugar la justificación del lugar donde se implantara la propuesta arquitectónica , tomando como lugar la importante ciudad de Cusco, patrimonio cultural. En tercer lugar, el énfasis arquitectónico escogido va en relación al lugar en este caso siendo Cusco una ciudad que denota cultura e historia, el énfasis escogido para la propuesta es proyecto es ‘’La arquitectura de integración en un contexto histórico patrimonial’’. Con lo que respecta al análisis de la tipología y énfasis escogido, se realizó un estudio de quince proyectos referenciales (tipología arquitectónica) y cinco proyectos (énfasis arquitectónico) los cuales mostraban diferentes estrategias arquitectónicas, las cuales servirán de ejemplo para realizar el proyecto de Centro Cultural Distrital en Cusco. / The following research paper presents a previous analysis of the thesis project to obtain the bachelor's degree in architecture. El presente proyecto es una propuesta arquitectónica con la finalidad de plantear un espacio dedicado a rescatar la herencia cultural aportada por la colonia de italianos en el Perú. El sincretismo cultural en el Perú actual es resultado de los aportes de diversas culturas; sin embargo, la relevancia de la colonia de italianos en el Perú ayudó a definir el rumbo de crecimiento económico y el desarrollo del país, sobre todo después de la guerra del Pacífico, con aportes tales como económicos, negocios, gastronomía, culturales e institucionales. Actualmente existen pocas entidades dedicadas a preservar esta herencia, como el museo del BCP (Antiguo banco italiano) o el Centro di Cultura Italiana, pero estos se limitan a ciertos aspectos como el económico y cultural (Respectivamente). El presente proyecto plantea un museo dedicado a promover, conservar y exponer los distintos aportes, huellas y herencia, que en conjunto forman el legado de esta colonia de italianos. El proyecto consta de tres niveles y un sótano, con múltiples espacios enfocados a brindar una experiencia vivencial de lo que significa este legado. Se apela a las sensaciones provocadas por el manejo de espacios, formas y arquitectura de manera tal que el usuario pueda experimentar de primera mano lo que muchos descendientes de italianos hemos presenciado desde casa. En el Perú uno de los retos a superar es el déficit de vivienda que sufre el 72% de la población sufre esta carencia básica. En lima y callao el déficit supera a los 450 000 ciudadanos que no poseen vivienda y viven de manera precaria (Ministerio de vivienda, 2016) El proyecto de Vivienda y Vivienda Taller se desarrollará en la región callao, en la zona Monumental del Callao, en la zona mencionada existen terrenos abandonados y/o con infraestructura precaria que hace que la zona esté devaluada. Asimismo, la propuesta debe desarrollarse con los parámetros de la zona monumental. En la actualidad, la Universidad Nacional de Música (UNM) está sobrellevando una serie de problemas que no permiten el buen desarrollo de la enseñanza musical, siendo esta institución una de las más prestigiosas que tiene la nación, lamentablemente, no cuenta con el apoyo suficiente de las autoridades. Esta propuesta plantea un diseño: una nueva sede para la Universidad Nacional de Música, que manifiesta una solución a la institución donde no solo se beneficie la universidad, sino también la población peruana. El trabajo se enfoca en un nuevo edificio que resuelva las actuales problemáticas. El siguiente trabajo presenta el proyecto de tesis para optar el título de Arquitecto. Demuestra una investigación en primer lugar de acuerdo a la tipología arquitectónica, el cual es un centro cultural de nivel distrital el cual evoca nuestra cultura peruana, como segundo punto justifico el lugar de mi propuesta arquitectónica, haciendo referencia a la importancia de la ciudad de Cusco. Como tercer punto, el énfasis de mi proyecto seleccionado en relación a la ciudad de Cusco , la cual es rica en cultura , historia y arquitectura, este es ‘’La arquitectura de integración en un contexto histórico patrimonial’’. De acuerdo a la investigación del análisis de la tipología y énfasis seleccionado, se estudiaron quince proyectos referenciales de la tipología arquitectónica y cinco proyectos en relación al énfasis arquitectónico. El nuevo mercado de abastos de la ciudad de Aplao es un proyecto cuyo propósito es integrar y dar soluciona la falta de espacio para el comercio de la provincia de Castilla en Arequipa. La ciudad es el principal punto de aglomeracion social y punto de conexion para muchas ciudades y pueblos de la sierra Arequipeña, por este motivo la propuesta arquitectonica optada es permeable y flexible en sus usos por los espacios urbanos que los volumenes arquitectonicos genera. El desafio de diseño de un mercado pretende rescatar la cultura y costumbres de los pueblos peruanos. Al exponer los productos locales en su plaza de abasto y venderlos con el valor humano agregado. El Proyecto del nuevo mercado de abastos de Aplao estará situado en el actual mercado abastos cuya remodelación es necesaria por motivos de antiguedad y daños estructurales. La propuesta de diseño integra a traves de sus grandes luces arquitectónicas y estructurales la vida comercial y rescata los valores de los mercados peruanos. Además, la vivienda es sumamente importante para poder lograr los flujos y mantener la escala de la ciudad. El proyecto “museo de la resistencia de Tacna” cumplirá con el rol de reconocer y conmemorar el patrimonio histórico de la heroica ciudad de Tacna. Un museo en este lugar del centro histórico pretende ser un hito que remate el circuito cultural y turístico existente a nivel urbano. Como beneficio para la ciudad este complejo regenerará y aportará valor a la zona. Un museo histórico como este sería el primero en profundizar en esta parte de la historia. Lo cual, ayudará a afianzar la identidad de sus pobladores frente a los visitantes y futuras generaciones. Sobre la muestra que albergará el museo, se encuentran testimonios, reproducciones fotográficas, objetos cotidianos de la época, como objetos usados en las batallas y muchos más elementos que ayudarán a plasmar la historia de Tacna y el rol fundamental que jugaron los civiles en la defensa de su patria. Finalmente, la arquitectura y la historia darán la oportunidad de revivir los sucesos del pasado. El proyecto de la presente tesis busca desarrollar las pautas para el diseño de un Centro Social – Cultural ubicado en Ate. El centro surge como respuesta al déficit de este tipo de infraestructura comunitaria en un distrito que como consecuencia de su forma alargada y de gran extensión territorial se ha desarrollado de manera desordenada y sin el equipamiento necesario para una adecuada calidad de vida para una población de 599 196 habitantes. Ante esta situación, se debe aprovechar la oportunidad para fomentar la práctica de actividades que promuevan un crecimiento personal y mejore la cohesión social de los habitantes entre sí y con su entorno. El equipamiento propone implementar espacios para el desarrollo de actividades socioculturales de frecuencia diaria como la recreación, el aprendizaje, y el deporte, dirigidas al público en general, pero enfatizando en la población predominante de carácter joven que abarca hasta los 29 años. Por tal motivo, el proyecto se enfoca en brindar espacios permeables que a través de plataformas sociales y espacios públicos permitan la interacción entre los usuarios de los distintos paquetes culturales. Como resultado, el proyecto se divide en dos bloques, uno cultural y otro deportivo, los cuales se unen a través de plataformas exteriores que refuerzan la interacción visual y de actividades entre usuarios. Finalmente, se refuerza la relación del proyecto con su entorno mediante el biohuerto interior y el parque público que rodea a todo el volumen y permite visualizar las actividades desarrolladas en el centro social – cultural. / The project of this thesis seeks to develop the guidelines for the design of a Social - Cultural Center located in Ate.
