O trabalho explica os aspectos
históricos que levaram os dois países a estabelecer uma sólida cooperação econômica e a importância desta cooperação técnica para o Brasil. O programa segue suas atividades de formação de pesquisadores, atualmente nas
modalidades de Doutorado Pleno, Doutorado Sanduíche e Duplo Doutorado, atendendo muitos mais áreas que no princípio da cooperação. O DAAD será tratado como estudo de caso, a partir da análise de seus instrumentos, dos
Convênios firmados e Programas implementados. O início do Programa Ciência sem Fronteiras (CsF), em 2011, poderá influenciar na forma como tem sido realizada a cooperação, particularmente aumentando o volume de
recursos para a concessão de bolsas de pós-graduação para brasileiros na Alemanha nas áreas prioritárias daquele programa. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This Master's thesis deals with the participation of CNPq cooperation in S & T existing between Brazil and Germany under the Agreement DAAD/CNPq/CAPES signed in 1991 . The work explains the historical aspects that led the two countries to establish a solid economic cooperation and the importance of
technical cooperation for Brazil. The program follows their activities for training researchers currently in the terms of the Full PhD, Sandwich PhD and Double PhD and , given many more areas that the principle of
cooperation. The DAAD will be treated as case study, through the analysis of their instruments, the conventions signed and implemented programs. The beginning of the Science Without Borders Program (CsF), in 2011, may influence how cooperation has been made, particularly by increasing the volume of funds for scholarships for postgraduate Brazilians in Germany in the priority areas that program.

Německá zahraniční kulturní politika v České Republice po roce 1989: Podpora německého jazyka / German Foreign Cultural Policy in the Czech Republic after 1989: Promotion of the German LanguageBoťová, Kateřina January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with German foreign cultural policy in the Czech Republic after 1989 in relation to the promotion of German language promotion. The thesis describes both the development of the conceptions of German foreign cultural policy and the promotion of German language based on activities of three German institutions: Central Agency for German Schools Abroad (ZfA), Goethe-Institut and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The research period is divided in two parts -before 1999 and since 2000, because the thesis assumes that there have been changes concerning quantity and quality of German policy regarding language promotion since about 2000. In addition the thesis searches for the effects on the real measures in the Czech Republic concerning the conceptual changes in German policy. After the 90's when the German was promoted massively in the Czech Republic as well as in the whole region of Central and Eastern Europe, the promotion of German has been rather declining since 2000. It is given by the lowering interest in the region just as by the lower importance that was attributed to the promotion of German. Obrazový databázový systém pro podporu diagnostiky glaukomu / Image database system for glaucoma diagnosis supportPeter, Roman January 2008 (has links)
Tato práce popisuje přehled standardních a pokročilých metod používaných k diagnose glaukomu v ranném stádiu. Na základě teoretických poznatků je implementován internetově orientovaný informační systém pro oční lékaře, který má tři hlavní cíle. Prvním cílem je možnost sdílení osobních dat konkrétního pacienta bez nutnosti posílat tato data internetem. Druhým cílem je vytvořit účet pacienta založený na kompletním očním vyšetření. Posledním cílem je aplikovat algoritmus pro registraci intenzitního a barevného fundus obrazu a na jeho základě vytvořit internetově orientovanou tři-dimenzionální vizualizaci optického disku. Tato práce je součásti DAAD spolupráce mezi Ústavem Biomedicínského Inženýrství, Vysokého Učení Technického v Brně, Oční klinikou v Erlangenu a Ústavem Informačních Technologií, Friedrich-Alexander University, Erlangen-Nurnberg.
