Aram, Nashmil Zara January 2005 (has links)

Biossíntese de neolignanas em Ocotea catharinensis e filogenia molecular de Lauraceae / Biosynthesis of neolignans in Ocotea catharinensis and phylogeny of Lauraceae

Érica Luiz dos Santos 21 May 2014 (has links)
Somatic embryos of Ocotea catharinensis were used as model to investigate the biosynthetic pathway of benzofuran neolignans formation by means of feeding precursors followed by analysis with 13C NMR. Isotopomers of L-[13C]-phenylalanine were administered to embryos and incorporated into di-hydrobenzofuran neolignans. Among the intermediate precursors, [8-13C]-coniferyl acetate, prepared by Knoevenagel and several steps, was incorporated in the neolignan 5\'-methoxyporosin. The studies of bioconversion using protein fraction obtained from the embryogenic cultures, the precursor coniferyl acetate was converted into isoeugenol, which together eugenol, is one of the putative precursors to the neolignans formation. Phylogenetic analysis of several species of Lauraceae indicated the proximity of Ocotea species producing lignans and neolignans as the main metabolites. A partial sequence of the dirigent protein gene from O. catharinensis and O. macrophylla were obtained and the phylogenetic analysis based on homology of dirigent protein sequences from Ocotea and from different plant genus indicated a distinct clade formed by Ocotea species. These findings support the hypothesis that the dihydrobenzofuran neolignans would be derived from the oxidative coupling between E- isoeugenol and 5- methoxy-eugenol and the dirigent protein would be involved in the regio- and stereospecificity of the dimerization reactions. Thus, it was possible to suggest some of the steps involved in the biosynthesis of neolignans.

Der Dirigent Fritz Reiner in Ljubljana (Laibach)

Kuret, Primož 06 May 2020 (has links)

Jaroslav Kofroň a jeho odkaz / Jaroslav Kofroň and his legacy

Štefanová, Jaroslava January 2020 (has links)
1 Abstract The author of this work pays attention to Czech musical personality Jaroslav Kofroň who is known primarily as an educator and author of pedagogical literature: The textbook of harmony; The textbook of rhythm and intonation. The main objective is to bring the essential information about the artist's compositional activity that is not known, although it is very rich and deserves more attention. According to the information the works are identified with the year of their implementation and available materials that are stored in libraries or on the website. The partial aim is a comprehensive and acquaints the public with the whole range of Kofroň personality that we perceive as a performer, a conductor, a choirmaster and a painter. Main chapter provides an overview of the composer's instrumental formation that includes the creation of orchestral, brass, chamber music, solo concerts. A huge attention is focused on the creation of the song, which contains over 600 songs, edited or composed both for solo singing voices and choirs: male, female, children's and mixed. It also identified spiritual music, stage and production for children there. My work provides an analysis of song "Songs for the youngest" and the author's didactic notes Cycle pieces for horn and piano "Images", intended for children of...

Významné poválečné hudební osobnosti pod Jestřebími horami / Notable Personalities of the Post-War Musical Development of the region under Jestřebí Mouintains

Hájková, Václava January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis is based on the analysis of primary and secondary sources, including authentic memories of living witnesses. It focuses on important personalities of the musical life in the border region around the former Sudetenland, specifically on the life and work of selected composers, musicologists, teachers, choir masters , conductors, and active musicians working in the region below the Jestřebí Mountains - the area between Náchod and Trutnov, that is Červený Kostelec, Rtyně v Podkrkonoší, Malé Svatoňovice, Úpice, and Trutnov. These are personalities who contributed not only to the development of regional music, but also to the education of new talents, between the years of 1940 and 1980 of the 20th century (however, the work with its biographical character presents some overlaps to other eras, such as the pre-war era, the times of war, or the post-revolutionary era). In the presented text, individual biographies of selected musically-active individuals are reconstructed, during whose often difficult lives significant historical events (including social repressions) took place. There was often mutual cooperation between the personalities discussed in this work, and they often influenced each other. The profiles of the personalities are arranged alphabetically. Jiří Pilát a jeho hudební odkaz v Poříčí nad Sázavou a okolí / Jiří Pilát and his musical legacy in Poříčí nad Sázavou and its surroundings

Herdová, Klára January 2015 (has links)
This master thesis introduces Jiří Pilát (4. 4. 1921 - 7. 6. 2007), a native of Posázaví. He had been concerned with music on a non-professional level all his life, especially with liturgical music. In order to carry on his interest he created a rich archive, mostly by searching and transcribing the score material. The work aims to show his life and work with regard to both his lifelong musical focus and local activity, and his conceivable influence on the broader cultural awareness. It is comprised from five main chapters: the life of Jiří Pilát, his heritage, a choir and an orchestra in Poříčí nad Sázavou, efforts to re- reveal the work of Jan Dismas Zelenka and draw attention to it; and the musical legacy of Jiří Pilát. Keywords: Jiří Pilát, choirmaster, conductor, Jan Dismas Zelenka, Poříčí nad Sázavou, Louňovice pod Blaníkem, liturgical music

Análises filogenéticas e estudo do metabolismo fenilpropanoidico em espécies de Piper / Phylogenetic analyses and phenylpropanoid metabolism in Piper species.

Nídia Cristiane Yoshida 20 September 2013 (has links)
The phylogenetic analysis and reconstruction of chemical characters in Piper species distinguished clades specialized in the production of benzoic acids/chromenes, amides and lignoids. The chemical profiles of these species were determined by analysis of crude extracts by 1H NMR combined with principal component analysis (PCA). It is remarkable that lignans of dibenzylbutyrolactone and furofurans type occur in Macrostachys while Schilleria contains dimers of propenylphenols such as tetrahydrofurans lignans and benzofuran neolignans. Piper solmsianum specimens collected from distinct sites showed differences in their morphology and chemical profiles. The assessment of chemical and genetic variability by PCA and microsatellites, respectively, indicated the segregation of populations according to the sampling site and pointed out to the potential use for the combined approaches to distinguish P. solmsianum specimens. The sequences of the genes acetyltransferase, propenylphenol synthase and dirigent protein provided the first information about the genes involved in the biosynthesis of lignans/phenylpropanoids in P. solmsianum.
